AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat peserta didik kelas VI sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran manik-manik warna, (2) kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat peserta didik kelas VI setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran manik-manik warna, dan (3) perbedaan kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat pada peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri 151 Timbula Kec. Bontotiro Kab. Bulukumba sebelum dan setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran manik-manik warna. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian experimen dengan pre-experimental design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri 151 Timbula Kec. Bonto Tiro Kab. Bulukumba yang berjumlah 23 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) rata-rata nilai kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat peserta didik sebelum diajar menggunakan media pembelajaran manik- manik warna sebesar 29.57, (2) nilai rata-rata setelah diajar menggunakan media manik-manik warna sebesar 77,83, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat pada peserta didik sebelum dan setelah diajar menggunakan media pembelajaran manik-manik warna. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran manik-manik warna dapat meningkatkan kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan bulat.AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe: (1) the ability to operate integer counting of class VI students before using color beads learning media, (2) the ability to operate integer counting of class VI students after using the color beads learning media, and (3) the difference in the operating ability of integer counting in class VI of SD 151 Timbula Kec. Bontotiro Kab. Bulukumba before and after using color beads media. The method used was experimental research with a pre-experimental design. The sample was selected using the saturated technique. The sample of this study was all students of class VI of SD 151Timbula Kec. Bonto Tiro Kab. Bulukumba with a total number of 23 students. The instruments used were tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) the average value of the integer count operation ability of students before being taught using the color beads learning media was 29.57, (2) the average value after being taught using color beads media was 77.83, and (3) there were differences in the ability to operate integer count operations of students before and after being taught using color. From this study, it could be concluded that the use of color beads learning media could improve the ability of integer arithmetic operations.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the implementation of demonstration method to the numeracy skills of third grade students of SDN Kecandran 01 in second semester of academic year 2016/2017. This research is an experimental research. This research was conducted in two different schools namely SDN Kecandran 01 in class 3 as the experimental class and SDN Dukuh 01 in class 3 as the control class. Students of each school in class 3 as many as 32 students. Data analysis technique used in this research is ancova test using unvariet. The results showed that in the experimental class average pretest of 50, for the average posttest value of 88.59. While in the control class the average pretest value of 48.13, for the posttest value of 79.69. The difference in the pretest value of the two classes was 1.87, while the difference in the posttest average was 8.9. So it can be concluded that there is influence of the implementation of demonstration methods on the numeracy skills of third grade students of SDN Kecandran 01 Salatiga in the second semester of academic year 2016/2017.

The purpose of the study was to analyze what factors influence the Performance Based Budget by using a sample of 87 respondents working at the Secretariat of the Papuan People's Representative Council. While the data analysis technique used is the Ordinary least square (OLS) technique. The results of the study are indicated by the calculation of the mean (mean) of 32 item questions and 87 respondents and the result is 137.31. If the value is compared to the criteria that the author has set, then the average value is included in the "Very Good" category. While the results of the partial analysis of organizational commitment (X1) have a significant and positive influence on the performance-based budget of 1,261. Keywords: Performance Based Budget

Abstract : Research Objectives to measure and analyze the effectiveness of Go-Jek online advertising on social media. This study uses a sample to residents who live in Padang City and are social media users. Sampling was done by Purpose sampling with 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the EPIC method, which consists of; empathy (empathy), persuasion (persuasion), impact (impact), and communication (communication). The EPIC analysis results partially for each variable are in the "effective" range because the average value of empathy = 3.9375, persuasion = 3.9273, impact = 3.8175, and communication = 3.92. And the EPIC rate which is the average value of the whole variable is at 3.9. This value is in the "effective" range on the effectiveness scale. This shows that Go-Jek online advertisements through social media are considered effective in attracting audience empathy, effective in influencing audience buying interest, effective in leaving a good impression on the audience, and effective in delivering messages clearly, well, and correctly. This study aims to know the quality of: (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) actuating, and (4) controlling of mechanical engineering workshop management at SMK in Purworejo Regency. This study is a quantitative study with survey method. The respondents of this study were the practical lesson teachers of mechanical engineering SMK in Purworejo Regency. The data collection techniques were questionnaire, interview, and observation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) the planning has a good quality with a mean of 2.961; (2) the organizing has a good quality with a mean of 2.947; (3) the actuating has a good quality with a mean of 3.207; and (4) the controlling has a good quality with a mean of 2.874.

This research is motivated by the low skill of writing descriptions of 5th-grade students of SD Negeri 38 Pekanbaru with 37 students. It is known that no highly skilled students, 5 skilled students, 9 students are quite skilled and 23 students are less skilled in writing descriptions. This type of research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings and one daily test. This study aims to improve the skills of writing student descriptions. The data in this study were obtained through observation and tests. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of teacher and student activities as well as analysis of skills in writing descriptions. The results of the analysis of teacher activities in the cycle I of the first meeting with a percentage of 75% and the second meeting 79%, while in the cycle II the first meeting with a percentage of 83% and the second meeting 88%. Activities of students in the first cycle I the first meeting with a percentage of 71% and the second meeting 75%, while in the cycle II the first meeting was 79% and the second meeting 83%. The results of the analysis of the skills of writing student descriptions can be seen from before the action carried out the average value of students obtained at 49.51, after the action in the cycle I increased to 75.11 and the cycle II increased to 81.65. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of guided writing strategies can improve the skills of writing descriptions of 5th-grade students of SD Negeri 38 Pekanbaru.

Perkembangan zaman yang berimbas pada perubahan berbagai aspek kehidupan sangat memengaruhi ditinggalkannya bahasa Sunda oleh generasi muda. Jika kenyataan tersebut terus terjadi, tidak menutup kemungkinan dalam beberapa generasi ke depan, bahasa Sunda akan punah. Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan penguasaan remaja Sunda perkotaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian dipilih sebanyak 86 orang secara purposive sampling yang berasal dari wilayah Bandung Raya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif (crosstab). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda mencapai rata-rata 70.5814% sehingga dapat dikategorikan cukup. Terdapat sekelompok remaja Sunda di perkotaan yang mengetahui keseluruhan istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda yang ditanyakan, tetapi ada juga kelompok remaja lainnya yang hanya mengetahui beberapa istilah. The development of the times which impacted the changes in various aspects of life, significantly affected the abandonment of the Sunda language by the younger generation. If this fact continues, it is possible that in the next few generations, the Sunda language will become extinct. The problem discussed in this study is the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in the vocabulary of the activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study aims to reveal the mastery of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. 86 persons from Great Bandung areas were chosen purposively as the research samples. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics (crosstab). The results showed that the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchen reached an average of 70,5814% so it could be categorized as sufficient. There is a group of urban Sundanese teenagers who know all the terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens that asked, there is also another group of teenagers who only know a few.

Student’ activities play an important role in classroom learning activities. Student activities also affect student learning achievement, if the child is active then the possibility of achievement is also good. Unfortunately,  not all students are active in learning activities. The problem of low student activity occurs at State Elementary School 2 of Medini. The lack of students who ask questions or express opinions showed the activities of students were classified as low. This problem may disturb learning process and can affect student achievement. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement in student activity through the Student Teams Achievement Division model assisted by Utaku media. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of the study were the fourth grade students of State Elementary School 2 of Medini. The instrument used was a student activity observation sheet. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis technique. The results showed an increase on students’ learning activities in the first cycle obtained an average value of 74 and in the second cycle increased to 85. Based on the results of CAR conducted in forth grade of State Elementary School 2 of Medini it can be concluded that the use of the STAD model assisted by Utaku media can increase student activity.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan lompat gawang terhadap tinggi lompatan spike pada permainan bola voli siswa ekstrakurikuler di MAN 2 Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain quasi eksperimen (eksperimen semu). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa selisih pretest  siswa setelah mengikuti program latihan lompat gawang di atas lapangan sebanyak 16 kali pertemuan dapat menunjukan peningkatan terhadap tinggi lompatan spike siswa. Dengan populasi 30 siswa dan sampel 30 siswa (total sampling). Instrument penelitian ini berupa tes lompatan spike untuk mengetahui tinggi lompatan spike. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t.hasil. Dari hasil penelitian di peroleh thitung =10,321 jika di bandingkan dengan nilai ttabel= 1,696. Maka nilai thitung>ttabel ini berarti ada pengaruh dari latihan lompat gawang terhadap tinggi lompatan spike siswa di MAN 2 Kota Bengkulu.Kata Kunci : Lompat Gawang, tinggi lompatan spike.                                                                AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of goal-jump training on high jump spikes on extracurricular volleyball games in MAN 2 City of Bengkulu. The method used is an experimental research method with a quasi-experimental design (quasi-experimental). The results of the study showed that the pretest difference of students after joining the goal-jumping training program on the field as many as 16 meetings can show an increase in the height of the student's jump spike. With a population of 30 students and a sample of 30 students (total sampling). The research instrument was a jump spike test to determine the height of the jump spike. The data analysis technique uses the t-test results. From the results of the study obtained tcount = 10,321 if compared with the value t table = 1,696. Then the value of tcount> t table means that there is an effect of the goal jump training on the high jumps of student spikes in MAN 2 City of Bengkulu.Keywords: Jump goal, high jump spike.
