Television is an electronic device which now the majority is owned by all Indonesians. Besides the use of this electronic device, there is a negative impact or thing that is contained in this electronic device. When watching television, eyes often experience tired and dry eyes, this is caused by television monitors that emit radiation rays and cause several eye problems. The radiation beam emitted from each television differs depending on the size of the monitor. This has been proven by tests that have been carried out by related institutions that the distance to watch television for each monitor is different. "The eye has the most important role for the development of human intelligence". Therefore a tool was designed from the problems that arise which will set the ideal distance for watching television using the PIR sensor to determine the distance of the audience from the television which will be forwarded to Arduino UNO as data processing, the output of the tool is in the form of LED, Buzzer and executed by Rellay as Automatic shutdown where the television will be turned off automatically when the audience enters a distance of less than 3 meters and within 1 minute with the LCD indicator displaying text data in the form of "Danger" and the television will not be turned off automatically if the viewing distance is more than 3 meters and the LCD will display text data in the form of "SAFE".

The ideal board remuneration issue has always been a challenge in many countries. The reason for looking at ideal board remuneration is that the ideal remuneration should have an impact on the board performance and, in turn, lead to board effectiveness. However, the development of ideal board remuneration in Indonesian state-owned enterprises (SOE) has been based on relatively little research. Considering the relative importance attached by boards to a variety of governance tasks in SOEs, the primary aim of this article is to shed light on the extent of board remuneration impact performance of the board in implementing good corporate governance in Indonesian SOEs. The exploratory nature of this study led to the adoption of a qualitative research methodology that uses semi-structured interviews and publically available documents to collect a range of data pertaining board remuneration and the work of boards. Interviews were conducted with six informants from four Indonesian SOEs and Ministry of SOEs. The findings of this research demonstrate that the current Indonesian SOEs’ board remuneration system is not adequate as well as has a negative impact on the performance of the board. This was due to demotivation of active members and conflict of interest among members of the board, peculiarities to the performance of individual members of the board of commissioners. This study makes a significant contribution to both the board and the corporate governance field by addressing the basic research gaps of board remuneration issues in SOEs. The gap is addressed by providing a more coherent framework for effective board remuneration system that reflects more clearly the real experiences of those involved at the board level.

Annotation. At the present time, the issues of combating environmental pollution are especially acute in the world. At various scientific and public platforms, the sources of the negative impact on the environment and ways to restore the ecosystem are discussed. The purpose of this article is to consider one of the main sources of environmental pollution - construction waste. Having studied a number of works on this topic and summarizing the results obtained, the authors give a detailed description of environmentally hazardous construction waste. At the same time, the authors propose a solution to this problem, which consists in the recycling of waste, that is, in the reuse of unnecessary things for the purpose of subsequent use as raw materials, energy, materials and consumer products. The authors argue that recycling waste can be safe and profitable, with great returns. Thus, the recycling of environmentally hazardous, in this particular case, construction waste will contribute not only to solving environmental issues, but also to improve the economic situation of the state.

In order to develop future projects in the field of photovoltaic solar energy, it is essential to accurately know the potential solar resources. There are many methods to estimate the incident solar radiation in a certain place. However, most of them are very expensive or do not have the ideal characteristics for good monitoring of a particular photovoltaic installation. For these reasons, an electronic device connected to the internet of things (IoT) is presented in this paper which manages to measure global radiation in photovoltaic applications. The device developed has been patented in the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office. It presents some features that make it very suitable to measure photovoltaic installations with the advantage of being a low cost and very reliable device. The device has been tested to determine global horizontal irradiance obtaining a correlation coefficient R2 = 0.994.

Data availability is not a major issue at present times in view of the widespread use of Internet; however, information and knowledge availability are the issues. Due to data overload and time-critical nature of information need, automatic summarization of documents plays a significant role in information retrieval and text data mining. This paper discusses the design of a multi-document summarizer that uses Katz's K-mixture model for term distribution. The model helps in ranking the sentences by a modified term weight assignment. Highly ranked sentences are selected for the final summary. The sentences that are repetitive in nature are eliminated, and a tiled summary is produced. Our method avoids redundancy and produces a readable (even browsable) summary, which we refer to as an event-specific tiled summary. The system has been evaluated against the frequently occurring sentences in the summaries generated by a set of human subjects. Our system outperforms other auto-summarizers at different extraction levels of summarization with respect to the ideal summary, and is close to the ideal summary at 40% extraction level.

Despite the conclusions from the contemporary philosophy of science, many economists cherish the ideal of positive science. Therefore, value-free economics is still the central paradigm in economics. The first aim of the paper is to investigate economics’ axiomatic assumptions from an epistemological perspective. The critical analysis of the literature shows that the positive-normative dichotomy is exaggerated. Moreover, value-free economics is based on normative foundations that have a negative impact on individuals and society. The paper’s second aim is to show that economics’ normativity is not a problem because the discussion concerning values is possible and unavoidable. In this context, Weber and other methodologists are investigated. The conclusion of the paper is that science can thrive without strict methodological rules thanks to institutional mechanisms. Therefore, economists could learn from artists who accept the world without absolute rules. This perspective opens the possibility for methodological pluralism and normative approaches.

Background: Helicobacter pylori eradication treatments are widely performed to improve gastric mucosal inflammation, promote ulcer healing, and reduce the incidence of gastric cancer. However, there are several issues associated with H. pylori eradication treatment. First, various treatment regimens are currently used worldwide, and the standard treatment varies with region and country. Second, the antimicrobial resistance of H. pylori is increasing due to indiscriminate antibiotic use. Finally, gut microbiota dysbiosis is potentially induced by H. pylori treatment. Summary: Based on current international guidelines and a network meta-analysis comparing the effects of various treatment regimens, nonbismuth quadruple therapies for 10–14 days and vonoprazan-based triple therapy for 7 days are the currently recommended H. pylori treatment regimens. These regimens show good eradication rates of approximately 90%, even in areas where antimicrobial-resistant strains are highly prevalent. However, these regimens still have inherent drawbacks that may promote further increases in antimicrobial resistance and induce gut microbiota dysbiosis because of the empiric use of multiple antibiotics. Key Message: The ideal concept for the present and future H. pylori eradication treatment involves “a simple, cost-effective strategy that fosters compliance without having a negative impact on the gut microbiota or contributing to future antimicrobial resistance.” One interesting possibility that may fulfill this concept is a dual therapy involving vonoprazan and amoxicillin. This is the simplest treatment regimen that provides acceptable eradication rates, improves safety and tolerability, and minimizes the potential for increasing antimicrobial resistance or causing gut microbiota dysbiosis.

Quality education is needed for the improvement of human resources. The contribution given by the education world will color society's behavior. For that education should be able to give birth to the learner in accordance with the needs of the era and have the ideal values of science. Taxation education should not only be technical to give birth to a person capable of calculating taxes according to Law, but also need to have ethical based tax personality aspects. Ethics have an enormous influence and their absence will have a negative impact on the educational outcome own. Tax issues at various levels of interest have shackled the practice of taxation in the country, it appears not apart from the moral problems that ditenggarai be a source of trouble. Therefore, it is necessary to have ethical content in tax education as a moral principle and guidance of learning. There are 5 informants in this research, all involved in the field of taxation education such as students, teachers, head of taxation department and tax consultant. This research uses the critical paradigm of Ki Hadjar Dewantara as the Father of National Education. The results of this study indicate that the material taxation provided does not have ethical elements. Teaching is only technical skill without taking into account the importance of ethics. In the perspective of Ki Hadjar Dewantara, this model of education is not in accordance with the essence of science itself, where in the educational process it is necessary to plant Budi Pekerti attached to ethics in relation to taxation education as implied in the thought of Ki Hadjar Dewantara
