MODEL PENDIDIKAN ANAK KELUARGA NABI IBRAHIM DAN KELUARGA LUQMAN AL-HAKIM

Children are the best gift from God for a family. Children must get an obligation to educate and find the best place to be educated with the right learning method. The best education is education that is in harmony with the education taught in the Qur'an and Sunnah, but the model of children's education has not yet become a serious concern, both among Islamic academics and parents. This research uses qualitative research and uses library research methods. Then the writer analyzes the data with content analysis. Because this theory uses the reference of the Qur'an directly, then the first source of the Qur'an. Then from the sources of the other books that included education on the children of the Ibrahim and Luqman families. In the education process, the family uses a contextual learning model. In the contextual learning model contains principles that are in accordance with the family education. And found the material taught by Prophet Ibrahim to his children as follows: Aqidah Education, Moral Education, prayer education. And the method used is the method of dialogue, exemplary, advice, targhib wa tarhib, argument. While the material in Luqman education is tauhid education, devoting to parents, doing good deeds, and worshiping. And using exemplary, repetition and advice methods. The material equations in the two families are monotheism and morality. And the difference is the material of prayer and doing good. The equation of the method of both is advice and exemplary. The differences are repetition, dialogue and argument.

Nafkah merupakan salah satu daripada hak isteri yang perlu ditunaikan. Hukum ini telah termaktub di dalam Al-Quran dan sebagaimana yang diketahui oleh semua muslim, salah satu kewajiban seorang suami itu adalah menyediakan nafkah buat isterinya baik dalam tempoh perkawinan maupun pasca perceraian. Namun, mutakhir ini, banyak kasus yang melibatkan perilaku suami yang mengabaikan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Bahagian Sokongan Keluarga (BSK) merupakan pihak berwenang yang mampu mengatasi dengan sebaik mungkin segala permasalahan berkaitan dengan pemberian nafkah. BSK memberi peluang kepada mantan isteri untuk membuat tuntutan nafkah jika suami gagal atau enggan membayar nafkah sekaligus mengembalikan hak isteri. Pertanyaan yang diajukan dalam permasalahan ini adalah bagaimana peran BSK dalam menjamin terpenuhinya nafkah isteri pasca perceraian dan bagaimana efektifitasnya (BSK) terhadap masalah penegakan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang peran (BSK) dalam masalah pemenuhan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah yuridis empiris yaitu kajian lapangan (field research) dan yuridis normatif yaitu kajian kepustakaan (library research). Adapun Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis dalam skripsi ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, bahwa peran BSK dalam masalah pemenuhan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian berjalan secara efektif karena BSK memantau dan menangani masalah ketidakpatuhan mantan suami terhadap perintah nafkah Mahkamah Syariah melalui pembentukan Unit Khidmat Nasehat dan Perundangan, Unit Penguatkuasaan dan Pelaksanaan Perintah dan Unit Pengurusan Dana. Keberadaan BSK telah menjadi tempat rujukan dan memberikan bantuan kepada mantan isteri. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat difahami bahwa pokok permasalahan dalam penyelesaian masalah pengabaian nafkah apabila mantan suami memahami hal berkaitan agama Islam serta mengetahui hak dan tanggung jawab terhadap isteri pasca perceraian.Kata Kunci: Bahagian Sokongan Keluarga (BSK) dan Nafkah Isteri Pasca Penceraian Living in one of the rights of wives that need to be shown. This law has been contained in the Koran and as it is known by all Muslims, one of the obligations of a husband is to provide a living for his wife both in the period of marriage or post-divorce. However, these cutting-edge, many cases involve the behavior of husbands who neglect the living wives post-divorce. The Family Support Division (BSK) is the authority who can cope with the best possible problems relating to the provision of the living. BSK allows the former wife to make a living claim if the husband fails or refuses to pay the living while returning the right of the wife. The question posed in this issue was the role of BSK in guaranteeing the fulfillment of the postpartum wife and how effectiveness (BSK) has been to the problem of establishing a divorce post. The study aims to find out about the role (BSK) in the issue of fulfilling wives after divorce. The research in this thesis was empirical, i.e. field research and normative juridical (library research) study. The methods of data collection used by the authors in this thesis are observations, interviews and documentation study. The results of the research obtained, that the role of BSK in the problem of fulfillment of wives post-divorce runs effectively because BSK monitors and addresses the problem of non-compliance of ex-husband against the order of Sharia court The establishment of the Advisory and Legal Unit, enforcement Unit and the execution of the Order and fund Management unit. The existence of BSK has been a referral place and provides relief to the former wife. Based on this, it can be understood that the subject matter in solving the issue of living if the former husband understands the matter related to Islam and knows the rights and responsibilities of the post-divorce wife.

This research focuses to explore the concept of moral education according to ibn Miskawih and Aristoteles. What are the similarities and differences in their opinions about morals education?. The main aspect of human self development is morality, namely the source of human behaviour that applied in everyday life. This research uses qualitative methods while the type of research is library research. Research is carried out based on the literature review. The results of the study is that the concept of ahlak education according to Ibn Miskawih an Aristoteles is related to character, soul and virtue, goodness and happiness, virtue and midpoint, early age education and akhlak purpose. The equality of the two concepts is that akhlak education is based on the soul of each individual. Education is the most important part in human life who has morals and progress. Education can be carried out by everyone in an educational institution, but the primary education should be implemented through family education which is instilled by parents towards their family members from an early age. For this paper, the author will describe the nature and understanding of education in the family; What are the hadiths about education in the family; how the methods and aspects of family education based on the hadiths. The author uses the literature review (library research), with the primary data sources from the hadiths relating to children's education in the family. Study in this paper, Islamic education requires a simultaneous process and sustainable which involves aspects of disciplinary learning and compliance to implement Islamic education towards students. Education in the family, can be found patterns that must be implemented in the family environment, for the formation of a happy family according to what was taught by the prophet Muhammad SAW, and according to the word of Allah SWT in Q.S. This study aims to determine the theory used by Ibn 'Asyur in interpreting Qs. An-Nisa 'verse 34, as well as describing Ibn' Asyur's interpretation of Qs. An-Nisa 'verse 34 about leadership in the Alquran. This study uses a qualitative method, the data is sourced from the library (library research). To reveal the contents of Ibn 'Asyur's interpretation of QS. An-Nisa verse 34 seen from the munasabah theory. The results of this study can be concluded that QS. An-Nisa verse 34 discusses the superiority of men to be entitled to be leaders, because Allah has exaggerated their class from some other groups. Certain groups often cut this verse for personal gain as a statement of legitimacy that men have the right to become leaders. However, Ibn 'Asyur's tafsirat-tahrir wa tanwir has explained more broadly with his theory of interpretation, that this statement is not true, because in the next sentence Allah explains the husband's obligations towards his wife or family and the actions of the nusyuz wife. Therefore QS. An-Nisa is not talking about leadership in general, but leadership in this verse speaks to the family circle.

Abstrac The aim of this research is to dscribe concept of the position of women in the worship according to 1 Thimothy 2:11-12 and to formulated what can be reflected in this time? Is the interpretation of this chapter still relevant in the midst of contemporary life? This research is used by descriptive qualitative research methods with using literature (library research). The interpretation that is use in this research is exegesis method with the right step to get the right interpretation. With the literature that have a relation with the title, the writer try to review 1 Thimothy 2:11-12 to get the clear meaning, point out view that was said by the writer of this hook about the position of women in the worship. In this chapter Paul said a women can't teach and she is better keep silence. Paul said these case have a corelation with the patriarch culture at the time. Paul aim to prevent women from teacher heretical at the time. This teaching is actually addressed to the woman who was involved in the heresy/ false, who have abuse the ercercise of power that is true in the church. So Paul said that such matter is not to be understood universally. From this research or exegesis the writer conclude that the woman also be used in God's work, a woman also can be a servant of God because nor only man can serve God woman also called to do the same thing. Proper or not is not about gender. Because man or women are same in the presence of God So. it's not true when this chapter be a reason to limiting the space of woman in the service both in the church and in the family and society. Moral education for children is very important because children are the next generation of religion, nation and state, imagine how a country would become if its successor or leader does not have morals and morals, of course, what happens is chaos in that country. Moral education for someone should be early because morality is the embodiment of personality that is nurtured from the beginning, fostering good moral character for children certainly starts from the smallest environment of his life, namely the family environment. But the problem that arises is how to educate children correctly and effectively, a term known in children’s temperament is the tabula rasa expression which means the child is born like blank paper and innocently does not have any scribble at all that the child carries nothing when born, so this It is the duty of parents to direct their children to the right path or to the wrong road.

The purpose of this study was to determine the history of learning with a contextual approach. This research is in the form of a Library Study (Library Research) as an effort to collect information and data by utilizing written sources in the library such as books, newspapers, magazines, documents that are relevant to the issues discussed. The results of the study, through learning history teachers can develop students' understanding of the past by learning that can connect between historical material with real situations around students, so students can describe past events as they are in history lessons. The innovation is known as contextual learning that has principles, principles in its application by linking the material learned with the real life of daily students, both within the family, school, community and citizens, with the aim to find meaning the material for his life.From the results of this study, it can be concluded that contextual learning can help students learn past history with real situations around them. The motivation of this paper is to describe the role of the family in building morals through an exploration type by looking at what methods families use in educating children to build children's morals through family counseling analysis. Furthermore, the role of the family in building the morale of children is analyzed through family counseling as a guide to the importance of building harmony with individuals in the family, especially with children. This research is considered important because lately the lack of morality in children is caused by various factors that occur at this time. It is not only caused by the education of parents, but also due to environmental influences and the continuous development of the times. This research uses the library research method with a theoretical approach. The results of this description are obtained from various existing studies, and literature. The scope of methods that have been used by families in building children's morality is more striking, namely the Islamic religious education method, the method of communication, and the method of moral education.

This article aims to explain how important moral education is starting from within the family where parents play a major role in educating children and are responsible for the development of their souls and beliefs. The method of writing in this article is carried out by the library research method. The method of writing in this article is carried out by the library research method. From the results of this study it can be concluded that happiness and well-being are not always related to one's success in reaching the peak or sufficient material, but can be obtained through the appreciation and practice of religious teachings. Therefore, humans are required to prepare themselves and family experts with religious education as the basic capital in carrying out life in this world and provisions for the hereafter. One of the main things is religious education which must be learned from an early age, because the teachings of Islam must be the foundation or guidance in the subsequent development of the child's soul. AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan betapa pentingnya pendidikan akhlak yang dimulai dari dalam keluarga di mana orang tua memegang peran utama dalam mendidik anak-anak dan bertanggung jawab terhadap perkembangan jiwa dan kepercayaan mereka. Metode penulisan dalam artikel ini dilakukan dengan metode riset kepustakaan. Metode penulisan dalam artikel ini dilakukan dengan metode riset kepustakaan. Dari hasil kajian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan tidak selalu berhubungan dengan keberhasilan seseorang dalam mencapai puncak atau materi yang tercukupi, namun dapat diperoleh melalui penghayatan dan pengamalan ajaran agamanya. Maka dari itu manusia dituntut untuk menyiapkan diri dan ahli keluarga dengan didikan agama sebagai modal dasar dalam menjalankan kehidupan di dunia dan bekal untuk di akhirat kelak. Salah satu yang utama adalah pendidikan agama yang harus dipelajari sejak dini, karena ajaran Islam harus menjadi landasan atau tuntunan dalam perkembangan jiwa anak selanjutnya.
