The motivation of this paper is to describe the role of the family in building morals through an exploration type by looking at what methods families use in educating children to build children's morals through family counseling analysis. Furthermore, the role of the family in building the morale of children is analyzed through family counseling as a guide to the importance of building harmony with individuals in the family, especially with children. This research is considered important because lately the lack of morality in children is caused by various factors that occur at this time. It is not only caused by the education of parents, but also due to environmental influences and the continuous development of the times. This research uses the library research method with a theoretical approach. The results of this description are obtained from various existing studies, and literature. The scope of methods that have been used by families in building children's morality is more striking, namely the Islamic religious education method, the method of communication, and the method of moral education.

Every married couple hopes that their home life will be created as a family that is confident and full of love. This article will discuss the role of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in creating happy families. This research is library research which is analyzed by qualitative descriptive. The approach used is a sociological legal approach. The results showed that the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) made efforts to foster happy families through religious education in the family, religious education in the community, religious education through educational institutions, bridal brokering courses, family counseling, fostering adolescents of marriage age, empowering family economies and improving nutrition. family.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">This article aims to explain how important moral education is starting from within the family where parents play a major role in educating children and are responsible for the development of their souls and beliefs. The method of writing in this article is carried out by the library research method. The method of writing in this article is carried out by the library research method. From the results of this study it can be concluded that happiness and well-being are not always related to one's success in reaching the peak or sufficient material, but can be obtained through the appreciation and practice of religious teachings. Therefore, humans are required to prepare themselves and family experts with religious education as the basic capital in carrying out life in this world and provisions for the hereafter. One of the main things is religious education which must be learned from an early age, because the teachings of Islam must be the foundation or guidance in the subsequent development of the child's soul.</p><p class="15cKeywordsBInggris"> </p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan betapa pentingnya pendidikan akhlak yang dimulai dari dalam keluarga di mana orang tua memegang peran utama dalam mendidik anak-anak dan bertanggung jawab terhadap perkembangan jiwa dan kepercayaan mereka. Dari hasil kajian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan tidak selalu  berhubungan dengan keberhasilan seseorang dalam mencapai puncak atau materi yang tercukupi, namun dapat diperoleh melalui penghayatan dan pengamalan ajaran agamanya. Maka dari itu manusia dituntut untuk menyiapkan diri dan ahli keluarga dengan didikan agama sebagai modal dasar dalam menjalankan kehidupan di dunia dan bekal untuk di akhirat kelak. Salah satu yang utama adalah pendidikan agama yang harus dipelajari sejak dini, karena ajaran Islam harus menjadi landasan atau tuntunan dalam perkembangan jiwa anak selanjutnya.</p><p class="16cKataKunci"> </p>

<p>Abstract: THE PARENTS' ROLE IN EDUCATING CHILDREN SINCE<br />INFANCY IN THE FAMILY. The child is a boon and mandate entrusted by<br />God to His servant who will be asked for the responsibility in the Hereafter.<br />The obligation as a parent is to provide education to children starting from<br />an early age. The development of early childhood is strongly bound by the<br />environment and the family. This paper aims to describe the role of parents<br />to the education of children. The study in this paper uses literature study or<br />library research method. The result of this study is that family is the first<br />place where children get education. Children's character and personality is<br />formed first in the family. Parents should have a concept or provision in<br />educating their children that includes moral or character education,<br />science education, religious education, be fair to the children, and give<br />attention and affection to children. Parents become role models for their<br />children. Therefore, the role of parents is very important in the<br />development and formation of children's character from an early age.</p><p>Anak merupakan anugerah dan sekaligus amanah yang<br />dititipkan oleh Allah kepada hambaNya yang akan dimintai<br />pertanggungjawabannya di akhirat kelak. Kewajiban sebagai orang tua<br />adalah memberikan pendidikan kepada anak yang dimulai sejak usia<br />dini. Perkembangan pada anak usia dini sangat terikat oleh lingkungan<br />dan keluarganya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan peran orang<br />tua terhadap pendidikan anak. Kajian dalam tulisan ini menggunakan<br />metode studi kepustakaan (library research). Hasil dari kajian ini yaitu<br />bahwa keluarga merupakan tempat pertama dimana anak memperoleh<br />pendidikan. Karakter dan kepribadian anak dibentuk pertama kali di<br />dalam keluarga. Orang tua hendaknya memiliki konsep atau ketentuan<br />dalam mendidik anaknya yang meliputi pendidikan moral atau karakter,<br />pendidikan ilmu pengetahuan, pendidikan ilmu agama, bersikap adil<br />terhadap anak, serta memberikan perhatian dan kasih sayang kepada<br />anak. Orang tua menjadi suri tauladan bagi anak-anaknya. Oleh sebab itu<br />peran orang tua sangatlah penting dalam perkembangan dan<br />pembentukan karakter anak sejak dini.</p>

AbstractPurpose of this study was to describe the meaning of ezer kenegdo and to know position and role of women in the family. The research method used is qualitative research methods (library research). The term of “ ezer kenegdo” refer to a helper but her position withoutsuperiority and inferiority. “The patner model” between men and women is uderstood in relation to one another as the same function, where differences are complementary and mutually beneficial in all walks of life and human endeavors.Keywords: Ezer Kenegdo; Women; Family.AbstrakTujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengertian ezer kenegdo dan mengetahui kedudukan dan peran perempuan dalam keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif library research. Ungkapan “ezer kenegdo” menunjuk pada seorang penolong namun kedudukannya adalah setara tanpa ada superioritas dan inferioritas. “Model kepatneran” antara laki-laki dan perempuan dipahami dengan hubungan satu dengan yang lain sebagai fungsi yang sama, yang mana perbedaan adalah saling melengkapi dan saling menguntungkan dalam semua lapisan kehidupan dan usaha manusia.Kata Kunci: Ezer Kenegdo, Prerempuan, Keluarga.

This paper examines the role of parents as a source of character education for early childhood. This study was conducted using the library research method. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents is a determining factor for children's development, both physically and mentally, is the role of both parents as the first and main educators for children who are born until they are adults. In the process of forming knowledge, various parenting styles conveyed by parents are very important. Education in the family plays a very important role in developing the character, personality, cultural values, religious and moral values ​​, and simple skills of children. The role of parents in influencing the character of children is no longer borne by the mother only. The role of the father in shaping the character of the child is very large. Fathers are still obliged to participate in maintaining interactions with their children, such as inviting them to talk, joke, and play.

This research is aimed at describing whether parents have an active role in building the character of students and find reasons why it is so. It was done at Universitas Kristen Indonesia, and the respondents were students of Christian Religious Education Department exactly in the second semester. The research method used was the mix method research. The instruments used were the sheet which were analyzed by looking for percentages of all questionnaires (quantitatively) and the interview quidance which were analyzed descriptively (quantitatively). The findings of the research obtained are: a) 18% of all parents of students who always play a role in building the students character; b) 27% of all people parents of students who often play a role in building the students character; c) 36% of all parents of students who sometimes play a role in building the students character, and d) 19% of all parents of students who does not play a role in building the students character. So, it is concluded that most of the parents play an inactive role in building the students character. As it is expected by the completion of this research is that in building the students’ character, the role of parents is needed. For this reason, the role of parents needs to be improved and also the cooperation between parents, campus spiritual institutions, and also lecturers need to be held and improved to build the character of the students.

AbstractThis research explains the role that parents should play in the educational process of their children during the Covid-19 pandemic. By using a qualitative descriptive approach to this type of research library, the researchers concluded that the role of parents in the current pandemic is becoming more urgent to develop children's character in a better direction. Three main points need to be internalized to children, namely religious education, social education, and moral education. Religious education is related to the issue of belief in God and all aspects related to Him. Social education is related to the cultivation of the values ​​of social interaction, both those originating from culture and religion and so on which have positive values. Meanwhile, moral education is related to the refraction of moral values, both individually and socially. Individual moral values ​​are related to how to treat oneself, while social moral values ​​are related to how to treat others well. Abstrak Penelitian ini menjelaskan peran yang sewajarnya dan patut untuk dilakanakan oleh orang tua dalam proses pendidikan anak-anak mereka di masa pandemic covid-19. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif jenis library research, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa peran orang tua di masa pandemi saat ini menjadi lebih urgen dalam rangka menumbuhkembangkan karakter anak ke arah yang lebih baik. Terdapat tiga poin utama yang perlu diinternalisasikan kepada anak, yaitu pendidikan agama, pendidikan sosial dan pendidikan akhlak. Pendidikan agama terkait dengan masalah keyakinan kepada Tuhan dan segala aspek yang berhubungan dengan-Nya. Pendidikan sosial berkaitan dengan penanaman nilai-nilai interaksi sosial, baik yang bersumber dari budaya dan agama dan sebagainya yang bernilai positif. Sementara pendidikan akhlak berkaitan dengan pembiasan nilai-nilai moral, baik individual maupun sosial. Nilai moral individual berkaitan dengan bagaimana memperlakukan diri, sementara nilai moral sosial berkaitan dengan bagaimana memperlakukan orang lain dengan baik. Islam encourages the followers to be moderate, belances, not extreme, and not inclusive. TheTawasuthis part of the moderation of religion that must be embededto the students so that students have a moderate attitude in thier life of the nation and state. In the middle of the advancement of the Indonesian nation, religious moderation is needed by all human being and its must be taught to students so that they can become peaceful, compassionate and tolerance people in the future. The involvement of religious teachers in providing understanding of the tawasuth for the students are needed in order that its can be habatuation in their life. The content of Islamic religious education is emphasized on the understanding of compassion, mutual love, mutual respect, and help each other in kindness. Because with this understanding, the students can implement it in their daily life. This paper explains the role of religious teacher in embeding religious moderation. This paper uses the library research method with a descriptive analysis approach.

The digital era faced today is not easy, both for parents as well as for children of the digital generation. This sophisticated and very fast advancement of technology and information requires a change in the perspective of parents in carrying out their parenting duties and vocation so that they can remain adaptive in undergoing the changes that exist in this digital era while still being able to adhere to the principles of Christian education. The research method used is the library research method by analyzing textbooks and previous research journals, so that the formulation of parenting roles in the perspective of Christian education in the digital era is generated. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan cara melakukan analisis buku teks dan jurnal penelitian sebelumnya, sehingga dihasilkan rumusan bagaimana peran parenting orangtua dalam perspektif pendidikan Kristen di era digital. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Peran orangtua yang berhasil di era digital ini paling tidak dua hal penting yang harus ditonjolkan dan menjadi andalan orangtua dalam menjalankan peran parentingnya berdasarkan perspektif pendidikan Kristen, yaitu: menjadi model teladan yang mencerminkan prinsip-prinsip kehidupan berdasarkan Alkitab dan yang kedua adalah membangun hubungan relasi yang baik dan kuat dengan anak-anak. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman yang terus berubah dengan sangat cepat, maka sebagai orang tua juga harus makin keras, makin cerdas, makin mawas, dan makin tuntas menghadapi persoalan tantangan era digital yang memengaruhi anak-anak yang ada dalam era digital ini dengan memperhatikan beberapa hal praktis yang disarankan oleh para ahli teknologi dan informasi.

Christian Religious Education teachers play a significant role in determining the spiritual increase of students. However, there are still many who do not realize and respond to the current state of disruption. They are less focused on students and prioritize cognitive only so that efforts to fulfill the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus are less significant results or developments in this era of disruption. To further discuss the actualization of the mission and discipleship of Christian Religious Education teachers in the era of disruption, the author uses the library research method in this discussion. The role of Christian religious education teachers in Mission and Discipleship must be the main goal through education that prioritizes and cares for the generation of the era of disruption. By equipping the understanding of God's Great Commission in mission education for Christian Religious Education teachers, they can be encouraged to improve teaching and learning methods. The purpose of this discussion is that the actualization of the mission and discipleship of Christian Religious Education teachers in an era of disruption can bring growth and development for the progress of God's church to be filled with true disciples of Christ.AbstrakGuru Pendidikan Agama Kristen memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam menentukan meningkatnya kerohanian peserta didik, tetapi masih banyak yang belum menyadari dan meresponi keadaan era disrupsi saat ini.Mereka kurang berfokus kepada peserta didik dan cenderung mengutamakan kognitif saja, sehingga upaya pemenuhan Amanat Agung Tuhan Yesus kurang diperoleh hasil atau perkembangan yang signifikan dalam era disrupsi ini. Guna membahas lebih dalam mengenai aktualisasi misi dan pemuridan guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam era disrupsi, pembahasan ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka. Peranan Guru pendidikan agama Kristen dalam Misi dan Pemuridan harus menjadi tujuan utama melalui pendidikan yang mengutamakan pertumbuhan rohani dan peduli kepada generasi era disrupsi. Dengan membekali pemahaman Amanat Agung Tuhan dalam pendidikan misi bagi guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen, mereka dapat didorong pada peningkatan kualitas pengajaran maupun secara metode pembelajaran. Tujuan pembahasan ini, diharapkan aktualisasi misi dan pemuridan guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam era disrupsi dapat membawa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bagi kemajuan gereja Tuhan dipenuhi dengan murid-murid Kristus yang sejati.
