The article presents the results of scientific research conducted in 2016–2018, in order to determine the impact of sowing dates and standing density on the growth, development and productivity of sunflower hybrids. The field experiment was performed by the method of splitting plots in three replications in the experimental field of the Institute of Agriculture of the Steppe of NAAS in arid conditions of the Right Bank Steppe of Ukraine. The material for the study were sunflower hybrids of the middle-early maturity group – Forward, LG 56.32, LG 54.85, LG 5582 (Factor A); terms of sowing – the first when warming up the soil at a depth of seed wrapping to 5–6°C, the second when warming up the soil at a depth of seed wrapping to 7–8°C, the third when warming up the soil at a depth of seed wrapping to 9–10°C (Factor B); density of standing plants – 50, 60, 70 thousand per hectare (Factor C).Research found that the productivity of sunflower plants directly depends on the temperature of the soil (sowing dates), optimal water regime, density of standing plants, genetic and morphological characteristics of hybrids. It is also established that by regulating timing of sowing and selecting the optimal density of standing plants can affect the growth and development of sunflower plants, bypassing critical periods during cultivation. The optimal time for sowing sunflower for hybrids LG 55.82 and LG 54.85 is warming the soil at depth of seed wrapping up to 5–6°C, for hybrids Forward and LG 56.32 is warming the soil at a depth of seed wrapping up to 9–10°C. On average, according to the years of research, the highest seed yield of 3.85 t ha–1 was formed by the hybrid LG 55.82, which is higher than that of the hybrids Forward, LG 54.85 and LG 56.32 by 19.8%; 5.5% and 6.0%, respectively. It is established that the optimal density of sunflower is 60 thousand plants per hectare. Thus, sunflower productivity varied significantly under the influence of the morphobiological features of the hybrid – factor A (the proportion of impact was 47.5%), density of standing plants (factor C) – 5.4%, sowing time (factor B) – 3.4%.

The article presents a statistical model of the impact of agromeliorative factors, including methods and modes of irrigation on the productivity of beet root crops in the combination of drip irrigation and fine sprinkling (MAV). The experiments were carried out according to a three – factor scheme providing for the regulation of the phytoclimate (factor A): A1 - drip irrigation; A2-drip irrigation together with the management of the phytoclimate by MAV. Hydrothermal regulation of the phytoclimate was carried out using additional equipment with an interval of 1 hour during the entire vegetation period, provided that the air temperature was higher than the biologically optimal 26°C. the parameters of controlling the lowest humidity of HB (factor B) were taken: B1 – 70 %; B2 – 80 %. On the basis of the dispersion statistical analysis of the results of field studies, the following statistically significant shares of their participation in the formation of the crop were established: factor A – 23%, factor B – 29%, factor C – 44%. The revealed joint influence of factors A and C on the variability of the crop of root crops, the share of which was two percent, exceeds the value of the influence of other pair interactions.

The article covers the results of research on the management of elements of technology and the influence of factors on the productivity of sunflower. The field experiment was conducted in the experimental field of IAS NAAS Kirovohrad region. The level of sunflower productivity is determined by the conditions of water and nutrient regimes of soil. According to the results of research it was established that at the time of sowing reserves of available moisture in 0–100 cm of the soil layer were the largest during the first sowing period and amounted to 178.6 mm. Such moisture reserves create favorable conditions for moistening the seed layer of soil to obtain friendly and full seedlings when sowing in the first – second decade of April. The use of moisture by sowing sunflowers can be regulated by sowing dates to some extent. Shifting sowing dates to earlier ones makes it possible to change the conditions of growth and development of sunflower plants, namely, the plants are better provided with moisture, and it is possible to avoid critical temperature periods of plant development. The high reserves of productive moisture for plants in 0–100 cm soil layer, in crops of Forward, LG 56.32, LG 54.85, LG 55.82 hybrids were for plant density of 60 thousand per hectare, at the first sowing period – in the flowering phase they were 127 mm. The content of nutrients the soil changed both over the years and under the influence of different fertilizer backgrounds. Application of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium fertilizers in the dose of N40P40K40 and N40P40K40 + by-products of the predecessor allows to increase the content of nutrients available to plants in soil and to increase soil fertility. Due to economic indicators, the optimal time of sunflower sowing for hybrids LG 55.82 and LG 54.85 is warming soil at the depth of seed wrapping up to 5–6 °C, for hybrids Forward and LG 56.32 is warming soil at the depth of seed wrapping up to 9–10 °C, optimal density – 60 thousand/ha. In such conditions, the LG 55.82 hybrid formed the highest yield – 3.85 t/ha, LG 54.85 hybrid – 3.64 t/ha, Forward – 3.09 t/ha, LG 56.32 hybrid – 3.62 t/ha. Key words: sunflower, soil nutrient regime, water regime of soil, yield, profitability, net profit.

Abstract. In the study, the neural basis of emotional reactivity was investigated. Reactivity was operationalized as the impact of emotional pictures on the self-reported ongoing affective state. It was used to divide the subjects into high- and low-responders groups. Independent sources of brain activity were identified, localized with the DIPFIT method, and clustered across subjects to analyse the visual evoked potentials to affective pictures. Four of the identified clusters revealed effects of reactivity. The earliest two started about 120 ms from the stimulus onset and were located in the occipital lobe and the right temporoparietal junction. Another two with a latency of 200 ms were found in the orbitofrontal and the right dorsolateral cortices. Additionally, differences in pre-stimulus alpha level over the visual cortex were observed between the groups. The attentional modulation of perceptual processes is proposed as an early source of emotional reactivity, which forms an automatic mechanism of affective control. The role of top-down processes in affective appraisal and, finally, the experience of ongoing emotional states is also discussed.

The right to adequate housing is a constitutional imperative which is contained in section 26 of the Constitution. The state is tasked with the progressive realisation of this right. The allocation of housing has been plagued with challenges which impact negatively on the allocation process. This note analyses Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality v Various Occupiers, Eden Park Extension 51 which dealt with a situation where one of the main reasons provided by the Supreme Court of Appeal for refusing the eviction order was because the appellants subjected the unlawful occupiers to defective waiting lists and failed to engage with the community regarding the compilation of the lists and the criteria used to identify beneficiaries. This case brings to the fore the importance of a coherent (reasonable) waiting list in eviction proceedings. This note further analyses the impact of the waiting list system in eviction proceedings and makes recommendations regarding what would constitute a coherent (reasonable) waiting list for the purpose of section 26(2) of the Constitution.

The concept of tolerance is gaining its importance in the midst of an international society suffering from violence, wars and internal and international crises. It is practiced by extremist and extremist forces and movements acting in the name of religion to exclude the different Muslim and non-Muslim people according to the unethical practices and methodologies of Islamic law and reality. , Cultural, civilization .. that distinguish our world today. The society today is suffering from the ideas of the intellectual and aesthetic views of the different ideologically, ethnically, culturally and religiously in the world of the South. This is what the end-of-history thesis of Fukuyama and the clash of civilizations represented to Huntington. Therefore, it is necessary to confront these extremist and extremist ideas and behaviors. Peace, security and freedom in the international community of justice and equality, needs to be addressed intellectual, cultural, moral and political before they are legal, these treatments are based on dialogue and cooperation and trust and respect and mutual recognition and tolerance so we find the importance of tolerance to The international community is concerned about the need for mechanisms that confront terrorism and violence with an ideology based on respect for the right of diversity, diversity and pluralism. Accordingly, tolerance is a political, cultural and moral necessity based on international legal foundations represented by the United Nations. Through its conferences, declarations and international resolutions issued by it and its specialized agencies, culminating in the Universal Declaration of Tolerance and the International Day of International Peace, and the political foundations represented by democracy and global citizenship that respects all identities and seeks to respect the rights of other identities under the umbrella of international identity Nsanhuahdh respects everyone, a society with a humanitarian goal of a global civil and Ahdlaaaraf borders and the identity of certain Qomahdolh, cultural and educational foundations through plans and programs with educational encourage a spirit of tolerance and world peace. The study was divided into three topics: the first dealt with the concept of tolerance and world peace, and the second topic dealt with the impact of international law and citizenship.
