Abstract Subject and purpose of work: The study presents the effects of agricultural advisory services in the eastern part of Mazovia. The effect of advisory work was the number of services provided by advisers over a three-year-long period of their work. The state institution providing advisory services for farmers in this area is the Warsaw-based Mazovian Agricultural Advisory Centre (MAAC) with a Branch Office in Siedlce. The main objective of the conducted research was to assess the performance of agricultural advisers within six counties: Siedlce, Węgrów, Garwolin, Łosice, Sokołów and Mińsk, located in the eastern part of Mazovian (pol. Mazowieckie) Province. Materials and methods: The activity of the Siedlce Branch was analysed during the years 2012-2014. Particular attention was paid to the distribution and availability of services to farmers. This study was prepared on the basis of an analysis of available internal documents from MAAC and the literature on this field. Results: Based on the performed studies, it was found that agricultural advisory services play a very important role in the adaptation of farms to changing environmental conditions. Conclusions: Nowadays, in the era of globalisation and integration farmers face new challenges, which would be difficult to meet without an efficient agricultural advisory system.

The concluding chapter takes up what it sees to be some of the major unresolved issues of Partition politics. While it tries to trace the roots of the violence centred around land in several areas of Assam, especially in the Bodo-inhabited region, it shows how issues such as the controversy over the cut-off year for immigrants to acquire citizenship are carry-overs from Partition days. Other major issues that are discussed include the status of Hindu refugees/displaced persons in the state, the National Register of Citizens, and the larger question of language and Assamese identity. It shows how with the new wave of immigrants being assimilated into the Assamese nationality, its transformation is underway and how this transformation itself throws up new challenges and equations.

The association between HP infection and CAH development suggested by the Correa cascade is supported by several cohort studies. To diagnose and determine the severity of atrophy at the Center, patients underwent a serological analysis by ELISA method in the clinical and biochemical laboratory of the State Institution "RSNPMCT and MR". Analyzes were taken in 69 (58.5%) patients, including 35 (50.7%) with CAH, 34 (49.3%) with CNG. Analysis of the non-invasive indicator of the level of pepsinogens in patients with CAH determined that severe atrophy was detected in 20%, moderate atrophy - 42.9%, weak atrophy - 34.3%, and no atrophy was found in 2.9% of patients. The pepsinogen parameters in patients with CNG were also as follows: PG I was within 95.4 ± 7.2 μg / L, PG II 14.5 ± 1.3 and PGI / PGII 6.6 ± 0.2. Pepsinogen values were more pronounced in patients with CAH: with a pronounced degree of atrophy, PGI was 8.7 ± 0.1 μg / l and PGI / PGII was 1.1 ± 0.1; with moderate atrophy 16.6 ± 0.9 μg / l and 1.6 ± 0.1; with mild atrophy 27.2 ± 1.5 and 2.3 ± 0.2, respectively.

The article considers the issue of state security in the context of the objective attention of public administration. Based on the semantics of the concepts of "state" and "security", elaboration of a set of approaches to the interpretation of these definitions, analysis of options for different authors in favor of certain approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "state security" formed and motivated the author's vision of this term such a state of protection of various vector interests of the state and its simple cluster unit - the citizen - which ensures the effective functioning of all spheres, industries, institutional sectors (including their units), mechanisms in general and the implementation of the functions and powers of the state institution in particular for their further development in a changing environment, external and internal threats. The proposed in some way unification approach allows emphasizing the content of the concept, as a logically related set of relevant objects, in the context of the prevailing philosophical nature of the phenomenon of "security", leaving open the "scope" of the concept for further more detailed detailing of its characteristics in the segment. theoretical foundations of the science of public administration in the field of public security concerning its elemental components. This approach provides a focus on the most general object-subject features of the concept while avoiding minor characteristics. Keywords: state, society, public administration, national security, state security, threats.

This article presents a clinical case of peripartum cardiomyopathy in a 21-year-oldpatient with a gestational age of 32 weeks, accompanied by clinical manifestationsof heart failure and Lown-Ganong-Levine (LGL) syndrome. The patient underwentlaboratory and instrumental examinations, including echocardiography and Holtermonitoring. Thyrotoxic cardiomyopathy was ruled out in the process of differentialdiagnosis. The final diagnosis and management of the patient were determinedafter consultation with the State Institution "Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics andGynecology, named after Academician O.M. Lukyanova, of the National Academy ofMedical Sciences of Ukraine". Medical treatment significantly improved the patient'scondition and vaginal delivery went without complications. Manifestations of theperipartum cardiomyopathy gradually regressed and completely disappeared 6 monthsafter delivery. This case indicates the importance of timely diagnosis of peripartum cardiomyopathyfor a positive prognosis of patients.

Aim — The establishment of mechanisms for T1D development at early and late preclinical stages of disease formation in children and adolescents. Material and methods. At the State Institution «V.P. Komisarenko Institute of Endocrinology and Metabolism of NAMS of Ukraine» mentioned the Program «Immunity in the preclinical period of T1D development» was initiated, on the basis of which the Register of marker-positive children with predictable development of type 1 diabetes was created, which includes 612 children aged from 7 to 15 years with burdened heredity, in which the titer of diabetes-associated autobodies (DAA), cytokines, levels of basal and postprandial glycemia and secretion of C-peptide at preclinical and clinical stages of T1D development in children and adolescents based on the performed clinical and immunological study. Results. The new data have been obtained at the State Institution «V.P. Komisarenko Institute of Endocrinology and Metabolism of NAMS of Ukraine», which allowed to substantially supplement the existing ideas about the type 1 diabetes (T1D) pathogenesis. As a result of the performed study, a group of marker-positive children with burdened heredity and a predicted risk of developing the disease was formed. It was found that an increased titer of DAA was observed in 162 (35.45%) of 457 children with burdened heredity with no less than two times determination of DAA presence in them, mainly GADA and IA‑2A, the clinical debut was manifested in 86 (53.08%) of them from 6 months to 16 years (27.4±4.3 months). The formula of combined occurrence and values of simultaneously increased DAA titers to islet autoantigens, namely IA‑2A + GADA, was determined, which is a predictor of both the duration of preclinical stage of T1D development and the debut rate. Impaired cytokine production (increase of the level of proinflammatory cytokines IL‑1α, IL‑6 and TNFα, IL‑8 and IL‑16 while reducing the concentration of IL‑4 in the PB) as key factors of the T1D pathogenesis, which determine the rate of T1D debut, and the aggressiveness of its course were also established. It was found that the early preclinical period of T1D development in DAA+ children was characterized by the presence of dysglycemia in the form of increased glycemia in 2 hour after the glucose tolerance test and a slight decrease in secretion of stimulated C-peptide; in addition, dysglycemia in the form of impaired fasting glycemia was added in DAA+children in the late preclinical period, and a decrease in both basal and stimulated secretion of the C-peptide was determined, indicating that the potential of pancreatic beta cells was depleted.

The establishment of the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia so called Dewan Perwakilan Daerah (DPD-RI) at least has two objectives. The first is to enhance justice for the people in the region. Secondly, to expanding and increasing the participation of local communities in national life. The process to form this state institution is done by amending the 3rd amendment of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic Indonesia. However, in doing that  amendment there was an internal conflict within the body of DPD-RI involving the old and the new leaders of this institution last year. The length of leadership tenure which was initially made 5 years was amended to became 2.5 years. The different length of leadership tenure was then canceled by the Supreme Court and it was decided to be the same as other institution such as The People’s Consultative Assembly and The House of Representative in that the leadership tenure should be in accordance with the electoral cycle of 5 years. However, although the regulation of DPD-RI has been canceled, the Supreme Court keeps sending its representative to guide the oath of position of the new DPD-RI leadership. The only regulation that has been introduced by the state was regulation toward conflict between state institutions and this conflict can merely be resolved by the Constitutional Court. Therefore, there is an urgent need for the state to seek solution to solve this problem to prevent the same thing happened to other state institution in the future.

Peacekeeping has become a far more complex and multifaceted phenomenon due to the emerging non-traditional security threats and the changing nature of intrastate conflicts. This paper focuses on the evolving trends in peacekeeping operations and illuminates the transition from 'traditional‘ to a 'robust‘ and 'hybrid‘ peacekeeping model. In doing so, the paper presents the hybrid United Nations and African Union (UN-AU) peacekeeping model as a pilot project in Darfur. It further highlights the extent to which the model proved to be effective and inclusive, and secured financial and troop-contributing obligations jointly by the UN and AU. Furthermore, understanding the dialectics of 'traditional‘ and 'hybrid‘ peacekeeping operations has been analyzed through positive peace. Overall, the article highlights the essential contours of United Nations–African Union Mission in Darfur (UNAMID) transition from AMIS and inquires its contribution towards peacebuilding and developing the state institution, thus ensuring sustainable peace and stability.
