This study  aims to determine the relationship of increasing the parameters of knowledge, attitude, and action through individual therapy and group activity therapy in improving the preparedness of patients facing earthquake disaster at mental hospital. This reserch methode use Experimental design with true experiments model design (pre test-post test control group design). The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with sample size of 30 patients drawn from 9 intermediate inpatient rooms. Patients were divided into three group; 10 controls, 10 individual, and 10  group activity therapy. Data were collected through interviews and obsevation. The results showed that there was no increase of post-test in the control group on the parameters of knowledge, attitude, and action. The highest increase was found in the action parameter of 10.7 ( increase 60%) for individual therapy 7.3 (increased 52.52%) for group actifity therapy.. Therapy of individual modalities and therapy group activities are indicates existence in improving the knowledge, attitudes, and actions of patients in the face of the earthquakes.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan melalui metode terapi individu dan terapi aktivitas kelompok (TAK) dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan ODGJ menghadapi bencana gempa bumi di BLUD RSJ Aceh. Metode penelitian experiments design dengan rancangan model  true experiments (pre test-post tes control group design). Sampel berjumlah 30 ODGJ dari 9 ruang rawat inap intermediate, dibagi dalam tiga kelompok; kelompok kontrol 10 ODGJ, terapi individu 10 ODGJ dan TAK 10 ODGJ menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak ada peningkatan nilai post-test pada kelompok kontrol terhadap  parameter pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan. Terapi individu, peningkatan tertinggi dijumpai pada parameter tindakan yaitu 10,7 (meningkat 60%). TAK peningkatan nilai tertinggi pada parameter tindakan yaitu 7,3 (meningkat 52,52%). Halusinasi merupakan gejala positif yang paling sering dialami oleh pasien dengan gangguan jiwa. Terapi aktivitas kelompok stimulasi persepsi merupakan bagian dari terapi modalitas yang diberikan pada pasien skizofrenia yang mengalami halusinasi dengan tujuan tercapainya kemandirian pasien. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif yaitu melihat gambaran tingkat kemandirian pasien dalam mengontrol halusinasi setelah mengikuti kegiatan terapi aktivitas kelompok stimulasi persepsi. Sebanyak 42 orang menjadi responsden dengan menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, yang dalam pelaksanaannya peneliti dibantu oleh numerator. Analisis data dengan persentase dan dideskripsikan dalam tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa tingkat kemandirian pasien dalam mengontrol halusinasi setelah mengikuti kegiatan terapi aktivitas kelompok stimulasi persepsi adalah supportive28,6%, partially 61,9%, dan wholly9,5%. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar tingkat kemandirian pasien adalah partiallysehingga perlu dikembangkan strategi-strategi dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan tindakan keperawatan sehingga dapat menumbuhkan kemandirian pasien.Kata kunci: Halusinasi, tingkat kemandirian, terapi aktivitas kelompok, stimulasi persepsi AbstractHallucinations are positive symptoms most commontly experienced bypatients with psychiatric disorders. Perceptual stimulation therapy group activities are part of the therapeutic modalities that are given to patients with schizophrenia who experienced hallucinations in order to achieve independence of patient. This is a descriptive study which saw the picture of the level of independence of the patients in the control hallucinations after following stimulation group activity. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling, in which 42 people were interviewed. The process of data collection using the method of observation, which in practice researchers assisted by the numerator. Analysis of the data with the percentage and frequency distribution are described in the table. The result showed that the level of independence of patient hallucinations in controlling halluciantions after following stimulation group activity therapy activity perception is supportive 28.6%, partially 61,9%, and wholly 9,5%. Based on the findings that majority of patients a level of independence that is partially, developed strategies necessary in an effort to increase the performance of nurses in the implementation of nursing actions that can foster patient independence.Key words:Level of independence, hallucination, therapeutic group activity stimulation perception

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan problem solving antara anak yang distimulasi menggunakan media busy book dengan anak yang distimulasi dengan metode konvensional kelompok A Taman Kanak-kanak Gugus VII Kecamatan Buleleng tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan non-equivalen post test only control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak kelompok A Taman Kanak-kanak Gugus VII Kecamatan Buleleng tahun pelajaran 2018/2019, yang berjumlah 157 anak. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah eksperimen pada kelompok A1 TK Santa Maria yang berjumlah 20 anak dan kontrol pada kelompok A1 di TK Lab Undiksha yang berjumlah 17 anak. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t dengan taraf signifikan 5% dan dk = 2,03 dengan demikian thitung>ttabel (15,882>2,03) maka H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan problem solving antara anak yang distimulasi menggunakan media busy book dengan anak yang distimulasi dengan metode konvensional kelompok A Gugus VII Kecamatan Buleleng tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Dengan demikian media busy book berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan problem solving anak kelompok A Taman Kanak-kanak Gugus VII Kecamatan Buleleng tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Kata-kata kunci : Kemampuan Problem Solving, Busy Book, Media Pembelajaran, Anak Usia DiniAbstractThe purpose of the study is to determine the significant differences in problem solving abilities between the children who were stimulated by busy book learning media and the children who were stimulated by conventional method in group A Taman Kanak-kanak Gugus VII Buleleng Sub-district in academic year 2018/2019. This study used a quasi-experimental with non-equivalent design with post-test only control group design. The population of this study was all children in group A Taman Kanak-kanak Gugus VII Buleleng Sub-district in academic year 2018/2019 which consisted of 157 children. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling technique. There are 20 children in experiment group in group A1 at TK Santa Maria and 17 children in control in group A1 at TK Lab Undiksha. The hypothesis testing used t-test with a significant level of 5% and dk = 2.03, thus tcount> ttable (15,882> 2.03) then H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected so the results showed that there were the significant differences in problem solving between the children who were stimulated by busy book learning media with the children who were stimulated by conventional method in group A Gugus VII Buleleng Sub-district in academic year 2018/2019. This study aims to analyze the improvement and profile of students' conceptual understanding through a local wisdom-based inquiry model. This research used mixed method with a sequential explanatory design. The population in this study were all class 5 students from six elementary schools in Mayong Jepara. The selection of sample of this study used simple random sampling technique. The study has two sample of class 5 of SD Negeri 2 and SD Negeri 3 Mayong Lor with 27 student and 30 student as the sample, respectively. The first stage is a quantitative method in the form of a true-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test control group design type. Data collection was used test, to know the understanding of the student on heat transfer concept. Then completed using documentation and interview for qualitative stage. Then for data analysis was used n-gain test and description according to Miles and Hubermans models. Based on the conceptual understanding score shows the average score obtained by the experimental class student was increased from 51.48 to 77.41 and the control class obtained an average increase from 52.33 to 66.00. The results of the average difference test of students’ conceptual understanding show that the sig. (2-tailed) value generated is 0.001 < 0.05, it indicates H0 is rejected, which means that there is a difference in conceptual understanding between the inquiry class and the local wisdom-based inquiry class. The profile of concept understanding on each indicator of class 5 students on the theme of heat and its transfer through the inquiry model as a whole is included in the good category with a percentage of 79.32 and the results of the interviews showed that students are easier to understand the material conveyed through direct observation to the roof tile manufacturing company.

The demands of professional teachers to design technology-assisted learning that can facilitate all students to develop their potential. the fact that the quality of students' adaptive reasoning in solving math problems is still low which has an impact on other mathematical competencies. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the improvement of adaptive reasoning abilities between students who have implemented Search Solving Create and Share learning assisted with Microsoft Mathematics and conventional learning. The method used is quasi-experimental with the non-equivalent pre-test and post-test control group design. Through the Simple Random Sampling technique, two classes were selected, namely class X1 and X2 one of the SMA in Bandung Indonesia. Test instrument: story questions about adaptive reasoning abilities. Analysis using independent T-test data. Result: There is a difference in the improvement in adaptive reasoning abilities between students who using search-solve-create- share learning assisted by Microsoft mathematics compared to conventional learning. Students' difficulties in solving story problems with adaptive reasoning abilities can be minimized by getting used to solving non-routine story problems. Learning search-solve-create-share assisted by Microsoft mathematics accustoms students to convey assumptions, provide reasons for answers, draw conclusions from statements, and students can find patterns of various mathematical problems through multi-interactive media.

Breast milk contains more than a hundred kind of nutrient that needed for baby’s growth and development. But now theres so many mother that didn’t give breast milk because they didn’t produce enough. One of the method that can increase the poduction of breast milk is with giving the breast feeding mother katu’s leaf. This research head for analyze influence of consumption the leaf of Sauropus Androgynus (L) Merr (Katu) that related with raising prolactin hormones of the breast feeding mother and babies development in Wonokromo Surabaya district. This research is Quasi Experiment research with using the post test-only control group design. The population that being the target for this research is all of the breast feeding mother that consume katu’s leaf as many as 18 and 6 people as control. The research unit as many as 24 respondent obtained with using simple random sampling technique. Free variable is extract of katu’s leaf and dependent variabel is prolactin hormones and baby’s development. Collect the data with using check list, and examination of blood samples with pra screening of development questionnaire Result of One Way Anova test between consume katu’s leaf extract with the level of prolactin hormones obtained a significant difference (p = 0,000). The conclusion of this research is the treatment 2 and 3 have the significant result. To increase the production of breast milk and baby’s development maximally the breast feeding mother be expected to consume the katu’s leaf 2 until 3 times a day.

Background: Fatigue in pregnant women can lead to cesarean delivery, also triggering problems during pregnancy, childbirth, and the puerperium. Therefore, there is a need for non-pharmacological interventions to reduce the level of fatigueObjective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) and aromatherapy to complaints of fatigue in pregnant womenMethods: This is a quasi-experiment with pretest and post-test with control group design. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, consisted of 52 respondents who were divided into two groups. The statistical using a paired t-test and independent t-testResults: After the administration of PMR and aromatherapy interventions, the fatigue score decreased significantly from 5.15 to 3.15; p<0.001. In the control group, the fatigue score was reduced from 5.04 to 4.00; p<0.0001. There was a significant difference in fatigue scores in the intervention and control groups (3.15 ± 1.592 vs. 4.00 ± 0.980; p<0.05).Conclusion: Combination progressive muscle relaxation exercises and aromatherapy are effective in reducing fatigue scores in pregnant women

The most frequent type of schizophrenia is paranoid schizophrenia, whereas in patients with schizophrenia have common criteria and experiencing hallucinations or delusions (Suseno, 2001). Incidence of paranoid schizophrenia in RSJKO Soeprapto Bengkulu in 2008 was (58.84%) and in 2009 was (68.44%) (Medical Record, RSJKO Soeprapto, 2010). Paranoid schizophrenic with hallucinations and panic can act led to the occurrence of suicide or homicide. (Suseno, 2001). Nursing actions appropriate to address a group hallucination is a therapeutic group activities (TAK) (Siahaan HB, 1999). The purpose of research is known influence of group activity therapy (TAK) stimulation perception to hallucinations in RSJKO Soeprapto Bengkulu in 2010.Design research is an experiment: pre and post test. The population was all patients with paranoid schizophrenia who were treated at RSJKO hallucinations Soeprapto Bengkulu, on July 1 to August 31 in 2010, totaling 38 people. Purposive sampling technique with sampling. Analyses were performed by univariate and bivariate frequency distribution with one sample.T test, with α = 5%.The results were: ther’s a relationship bof group activity therapy (TAK) stimulation perception: recognition hallucinations (p = 0.00), controlling hallucinations (p = 0.00), preparation of the schedule of events (p = 0.01), the way drinking either drug (p = 0.00).It is hoped that nurses in RSJKO more intensified activities group activity therapy (TAK) regularly, at least once a week for paranoid schizophrenia patients with hallucinations. In order to speed up eliminating hallucinations and shorten the lengthofthepatient.

Desain penelitian menggunakan preexperiment design dengan pendekatan pre test-post test design. Menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 5 responden. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed ranks test. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama sebulan pada bulan Juli 2009 di Ruang Seruni. Dari hasil analisa data dan interpretasi data dapat disimpulkan, harga diri pada pasien menarik diri sebelum diberikan TAK peningkatan harga diri mean untuk pre test = 11,8000 dan setelah dilakukan TAK peningkatan harga diri mengalami penurunan tanda gejala harga diri rendah mean untuk post test = 4,2000. Dan didapatkan perhitungan menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed ranks test adalah z = -5a dan p = 0,00 (p < 0,05). Sehingga Ho ditolak, artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara sebelum dan setelah dilakukan terapi aktivitas kelompok peningkatan harga pada pasien menarik diri di RS Jiwa DR Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang.Kata kunci: TAK peningkatan harga diri, peningkatan harga diri, menarik diriABSTRACTOne of modality therapy is group activity therapy addressed for client with the same problem. Research design applied is research design of pre method pre-experiment design with approach of pre test-post test design. Sample taken is purposive sampling counted five responders. Data collecting method applied is observation sheet by using wilcoxon signed ranks test. Research executed during one month in July 2009 in chamber Seruni. From result analysis data interpretation and data can be concluded, self regard at patient withdraw before given do not the make-up of self regard of mean for the pre of test = 11,8000 and after conducted do not the make-up of natural self regard of degradation of low self regard symptom sign of mean for the post of test = 4,2000. And got by calculation use test of wilcoxon ranks signed test is z = - 5a and p = 0,00 ( p < 0,05). So that Ho refused, mean there is influence which isn’t it between before and after conducted by group activity therapy is make-up of price at patient withdraw in DR Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Mental Hospital.

The purpose of this study is to improve science processing skills of students of SMPN 8 Banda Aceh in the concept of pollution and environmental degradation by using project-based learning. An experimental method with pretest-posttest control group design was used in this study. The population was all students of class VII SMPN 8 Banda Aceh which consisted of 5 classes with total number was 130 students. The samples were selected by using simple random sampling technique. There were 44 students from VII-1 acted as control group and class VII-2 acted as experimental group. The data were gathered by using pre-test and post-test. The research instruments used were essay questions to measure science processing skills, student’s work sheet, and work assessment’s rubrics based on science processing skills. The data then analyzed by calculating the post-test and pre-test gain and t-test to compare between the experimental class and control class. They were analyzed by using independent sample t-test. The results showed that there were improvement in the average of science processing skills of students in project-based learning’s class for about 51.86 (high) and conventional learning class for about 38.02 (medium). T-test results obtained as follows: tvalue was 2.680 and ttable was 2.021, so tvalue>ttable. The conclusion was the implementation of project-based learning in the concept of pollution and environmental degradation improved the science processing skills of student of SMPN 8 Banda Aceh.
