This research aims to (1) describe the strawberry farmers ‘knowledge about climate change in the village Pancasari, (2) Describe the farmer adaptation to climate change relating to the cultivation of strawberries in the village Pancasari and (3) to analyze the correlation between farmers’ knowledge about climate change and adaptation to the cultivation of strawberries in Pancasari village. This study was designed as a descriptive study, with the ecological approach. The object of research is the effect of the level of farmers’ knowledge about climate change and adaptation to the cultivation of strawberries, while the subject of the strawberry farmers in the village Pancasari. Then the data is collected using observation method, the method of recording documents and interviews, then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis for the formulation of the problem first and second as well as quantitative descriptive formulation of the problem for the third. The results showed (1) Knowledge strawberry farmers about climate change in high categorized Pancasari village with a score of 3.81, (2) Adaptation of farmers to climate change related to the cultivation of strawberries in the village Pancasari categorized either with a score of 4.62 and (3) There is a positive relationship level of farmers’ knowledge about adaptation to climate change to the cultivation of strawberries in the village Pancasari with r = 0.97.

wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Buleleng dengan tujuan 1) mendeskripsikan potensi ekowisata yang dimiliki DTW wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Buleleng, 2) Menganalisis peranan masyarakat desa adat untuk pengembangan potensi ekowisata di pesisir Kabupaten Buleleng, 3) memetakan sebaran tingkat potensi ekowisata di kawasan pesisir Kabupaten Buleleng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survai didukung dengan metode observasi. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, 1) Potensi ekowisata yang berada di wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Buleleng secara umum dapat dikembangkan sebagai ekowisata. 2) Peranan Desa Adat dalam pengembangan ekowisata pesisir dalam kategori tinggi. DTW yang dikelola oleh desa adat memberikan tanggung jawab langsung untuk mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki. 3) Sebaran tingkat potensi ekowisata pada kawasan timur masih perlu ditingkatkan, sedangkan wilayah pesisir bagian dan bagian barat memiliki potensi tinggi. Nilai tertinggi pada pesisir bagian barat. Hal ini karena DTW biorock di Desa Pemuteran melibatkan wisatawan untuk turut menjaga lingkungan dan berpartisipasi dalam melestarikan terumbu karang sebagai daya tarik utama. Kata kunci: Pemetaan, Ekowisata, Wilayah Pesisir Abstract This research was conducted in the coastal areas of Buleleng with the purpose of 1) describe the potential of ecotourism owned DTW coastal areas of Buleleng, 2) to analyze the role of indigenous villagers for potential development of ecotourism in the coastal district of Buleleng, 3) to map the distribution of the level of potential eco-tourism in the coastal area district Buleleng. The method used in this study is a survey supported by the observation method. Sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Results showed that 1) The potential for ecotourism in the coastal areas of Buleleng in general can be developed as an ecotourism. 2) Role of the Village People in coastal ecotourism development in the high category. DTW managed by indigenous villages provide direct responsibility for developing potential. 3) Distribution rate ecotourism potential in the eastern region still needs to be improved, while the coastal areas and western parts have a high potential. The highest value on the western coast. This is because the DTW biorock in the village of Pemuteran involving tourists to participate in maintaining the environment and participate in the preservation of coral reefs as the main attraction. The study was conducted at Jalan Pondok Cabe 1 no 97, Pamulang Banten. The time allocation in the field was carried out from November to December 2016. The subject of the study was 1 child of B Kindergarten aged 6 years. Action research using Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. This design contains stages starting from planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collection uses assessment sheets, observations, field notes and documentation. Analysis of data using observations and tests of action with qualitative descriptive analysis based on the results of observation and reflection. The study was divided into three cycles, one cycle consisting of two weeks, the first cycle in the first week completing S at 36% then continued to increase in the second cycle of 72% and the third cycle reached 90%, from 11 memorization targets 10 memorization had been achieved.

This study aims to analyze the application of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in an effort to increase development in the Limau Manis Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. Data collection methods used in this research are literature study and field study. Furthermore, the results of the study were analyzed through a qualitative descriptive analysis method in which to obtain a picture in understanding and explaining the application of village fund allocations in an effort to increase development in Desa Limau Manis. The data used in this study are primary data with the subject of research is the Limau Manis Village Office of Tanjung Morawa District. The results showed that the application of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in an effort to increase development in Limau Manis Village, Tanjung Morawa Sub-District, Deli Serdang District had been running but the allocation was not right on target, this can be seen from the realization of the allocation of village funds that were used for social purposes had less value the remainder is for village government income and other benefits.

This study was aimed to describe (1) instruction in writing a descriptive paragraph using mind mapping model to the seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja and (2) the ability of the seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in writing a descriptive paragraph using mind mapping. This study used descriptive qualitative design. The subjects of this study were teachers and the seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja. The object was descriptive paragraph instruction using mind mapping. This study used an observation method and test to collect the data.  The data gathered were analyzed using qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The results showed that (1) the implementation of the instruction in writing a descriptive paragraph using mind mapping model by the teachers has closely followed the existing theory. (2) the ability of the seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in writing a descriptive paragraph using mind mapping fell into good category. The score obtained was 76.41. Although the score obtained has fallen into category good, it seems that the teachers’ performance needs to be improved by giving more intensive practices, both in writing mind mapping and in developing  it into a paragraph to produce a maximum result.

Garbage or refuse is part of the object that is seen is not used, not used, disliked, or should be discarded in such a way so as not to interfere with survival. In general garbage from human activities but which are not biologically and are generally solid. System 3R is one of the efficient ways to carry out waste management in Dili because this way people can cultivate their garbage properly. This study aims to (1) describe the public perception of the 3R system in the city of Dili, (2) Describe the attitude of society towards the 3R system in the city of Dili, (3) to analyze the relationship between perceptions and attitudes in waste management 3R. The study was designed as a descriptive study, with an ecological approach. Data were collected using observation method, method of mutilation of documents, and interviews, and then analyzed by using qualitative descriptive analysis untu first and second formulation of the problem as well as a quantitative descriptive to the third problem. The results showed (1) the public perception of the 3R system in Dili medium category with, (2) public attitudes to the 3R system in Dili enough category with, (3) there is a positive relationship between perception and the attitude of the public in waste management with the value. The suggestions put forward, namely (1) Society of Dili to always constantly updating knowledge related to the 3R system problems in the management of solid waste. (2) The government, especially local government and city sanitation department Dili to always provide training and dissemination to the public of Dili related to the 3R program in waste management in the city of Dili.

ABSTRACTThe problem raised in this study is how to use multimedia tools to increase student motivation in class VIII MTs Al Mu'in Tangerang City in the subject of Islamic cultural history. While the purpose of this study is to find out how to use multimedia devices, choose multimedia devices, and assess the effectiveness of using multimedia devices in the learning process, related to school efforts in increasing the learning motivation of students in the classroom. The method used in this research is to use the observation method, interview method, and documentation method. Meanwhile, to analyze the results of this study, qualitative descriptive analysis is used which consists of three activities, namely data collection as well as data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. It is known that the use of multimedia devices at Mts Al-Mu'in Tangerang City in increasing learning motivation is by means of teachers using and combining methods of lectures, discussions, and the use of multimedia devices in the form of projectors, videos, and visual media even though the use of multimedia devices at MTs Al -Mu'in at this point is not so significant because of the limitations of the multimedia device itself.

<span lang="EN-US">The success of teaching and learning activities can be known from the results of teacher performance in preparing character-based lesson plans and implementing them in the teaching and learning process in class. This school action research aims to see whether there is an increase in the ability of teachers in developing character-based lesson plans and their implementation in teaching and learning process. This research uses 2 cycles. The research procedure has four stages of activities</span><span lang="IN"> are</span><span lang="EN-US">, planning, action, observation and evaluation</span><span lang="IN">,</span><span lang="EN-US"> and reflecting. The study was conducted at SDN 07 Situjuah Gadang. The subject of the research is the class teacher and subject teacher, which totals 7 </span><span lang="IN">teachers.</span><span lang="EN-US"> Data processing using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques.</span><span lang="EN-US">Based on the results of data analysis that has been stated, that the data obtained from observing the ability of teachers to prepare character-based lesson plans in cycle I and cycle II there is an increase in the ability of teachers in preparing character-based lesson plans.</span>

The objectives of research include; first, to describe what local Islamic working ethos are as the basis for the resilience of songkok, whip and slap handicraft businesses in Serah Panceng Gresik Village. Second, to describe the resilience of the songkok, whip and slap handicraft business in the village of Serah Panceng Gresik. This study is a qualitative-descriptive study with the aim of understanding the phenomena experienced by the subject of research including behavior, perception, motivation, and action holistically by utilizing various scientific methods. Data collection methods include; Observation, In-depth Interview or Focus Group Discussion, Documentation. Data analysis techniques include: processing and preparing data for analysis, reading the entire data, analyzing in more detail by coding data, considering detailed instructions that can help the coding process, giving descriptions that will be presented in the report, interpreting and interpreting data. The results showed that in Serah Village local Islamic working ethos were preserved by the community, such as alms giving, reading dziba', reading tahlil, attending haul akbar, and reading sholawat together every Friday. Although in the tradition it does not involve songkok, whip, and slap directly, there is a good impact to support the resilience of songkok, but not whip, and slap production. Religious rituals by praying together asking Allah to facilitate and carry out business in production songkok, whip, and slap are an expression of gratitude for what God gave to the people of Serah Village.             The Village law has made the village the subject of development. Villages and villagers jointly initiate village development in order to create a better livelihood and village life. Village funds as village capacity in development have the potential to improve community welfare. This Research is a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach in order to analyze the planning and implementation process of village funds in improving community welfare from a sharia economic perspective. Data collection techniques used are interview, observation and documentation methods. The governments, community leaders and villagers became informants so that a broad perspective was obtained about village funds and their implications for walfare. The results showed that the planning and implementation of village funds was not yet participatory, the grassroots community had not been involved. Physical infrastructure became the priority of discussion during the planning process. In an effort to improve welfare in 2019 touching the aspects of health, education, and community residence. In 2020, village funds have a greater role in increasing community income in the form the cash assistance to the community in overcoming the covid 19 pandemic. In order to achieve a comprehensive development, in the process must apply sharia economic values. The value of integrity in the devekopment process in the form of justice, trust and fulfillment of reponsibilities as well as helping each other.

This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.
