Background of this research is Kertagosa Site as object of research is complex of ancient building relics of kingdom of Klungkung, consist of two main building that is Taman Gili and Kertagosa. Both buildings were established during the reign of King I Dewa Agung Djambe at the end of the XVII century which is part of the building of Puri Semarapura in Klungkung. Archaeological remains contained on the Kertagosa Site include two main buildings, ancient statues and gate. This study aims to maximize the management of the site and maximize the potential and supporting factors owned Kertagosa Site. This research uses structural functional theory and cultural resource management theory. The method used is the method of observation, literature study, and interview. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis.These potentials Kertagosa Sites include; Tangible and intangible. The tangible potential includes two main buildings; Ancient statues, and temple bentar. The intangible potential includes important values of Kertagosa Sites. External factors of the site is an attraction that is located around the site. Utilization of all these potentials can boost the attractiveness of Kertagosa Sites. Determining the right effort by applying the 5P guidelines (planning, organizing, directing, implementing and controlling) is a great step in maximizing site management. Improving the quality of human resources, adding facilities and infrastructure, promoting promotion, and site structuring efforts will enhance the attractiveness of Kertagosa Sites as a tourist attraction.

Arca is one of the relics of the classical period that has various forms and is the development of human thought in the field of art and culture. Thought can be seen in Pura Subak Ulun Suwi Sidewaas Bangli which until now still functioned with the statue which amounted to 14 pieces. Some of the problems in this study include the form, function and meaning of archaeological remains in Pura Subak Ulun Suwi Sidewaas Bangli. This study uses data collection methods consisting of several stages of observation, interviews, and literature study. The next stage is the stage of data analysis, this stage using qualitative analysis and iconography analysis. The theory used in this research is the functional theory and the theory of semiotics, which is expected to solve the problems in this research. Archeology in Pura Subak Ulun Suwi Sidewaas Bangli encompasses two statues of bhatari embodiment, four statues of bhatara, one lingga tribhaga, two lingga above lapel and stela and five fragments of the statue. These stalks are believed to be a means to invoke the welfare of the plants that are incomes for the people who depend on the plantations. The holy water obtained from the temple is not only used for self-use, but also used for the fertility of cattle and plants. The residue that is sanctioned by the community of temple penyungsung has meaning as a means of worship, the worship means in question is symbolic of the goddess god or his ancestor in an effort to get closer to his ancestors.

The purpose of this paper is to describe and understand how the thought of John Calvin who was a famous reformer figure from time to time. Calvin paid great attention to Christian education especially in the church. He arranged systematically the way, the content of the teaching, as well as the qualifications, self-image of the teachers both pastors and religious teachers who were all based on the Bible and to glorify God. The method used in this paper is a qualitative research method with a literature study study in which the researcher reviews, compares, formulates and analyzes Calvin's thoughts both in his life context, his thoughts through books, documents, journals and other relevant literature studies. From the findings it can be said that Calvin's educative theological thought is purely based on the Bible. For Calvin, the teaching of the Christian faith is determined by the Bible and interpretations that are right and right and can have a good influence on the church and society. Calvin is always thinking of the right way so that the quality of the faith of the congregation continues to develop well and can be implemented in a variety of social life. In the midst of challenges today the church is required not to be carried away by various kinds of ideas that do not emphasize the Bible as the basis of human life. As it was done, Calvin the priests, teachers of religion today are required with full responsibility to think deeply about ways to continue to nourish the true Christian faith based on the Scriptures so that the quality of their faith is well preserved and lives glorifying God.

AbstractThe problem of satisfaction and trust in marketing strategies is important to pay attention to the foster commitment that leads to customer loyalty which will then generate added value for the banking company itself. With customers' full trust and satisfaction from the customers themselves, of course, PT. Bank BNI Namlea Branch will be favored by customers. Through the background above, what is the problem formulation of this research is how is the effect of satisfaction on the commitment of the Bank BNI (Persero) TBK customers. Namlea branch. The location of this research is located at Bank BNI (Persero) Namlea branch which is located at JL. Ahmad Yani Namlea, Buru Regency, next to the left of the PD Cantik shop, and on the right is my father's restaurant. While the author's research time to get the data needed is 2 (two) months, from January to February. The population in this study were customers who used savings at the Bank BNI Namlea branch, Buru Regency. This population is heterogeneous which can be seen from the diversity of age, sex, and education. Data collection was carried out by field research methods (field research) with data collection techniques namely questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. The type of data in this research is qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results show that based on the results of the analysis of the distribution of respondents' answers, Bank Negara Indonesia must always improve the quality of the goods/services provided, where the Bank BNI Namlea branch must continue to strive to fulfill expectations and conformity to customer needs so that customer satisfaction is created. It is suggested that PT. Bank BNI Namlea branch is providing the best service through product quality, improved facilities such as parking lots and waiting rooms. Banks must be responsive in serving customers who will make transactions so that they don't feel bored while waiting/queuing to make transactions.Keywords: Satisfaction, Customer, Bank BNI Namlea

[email protected] Making decisions in a business intelligence (BI) environment can become extremely challenging and sometimes even impossible if the data on which the decisions are based are of poor quality. It is only possible to utilise data effectively when it is accurate, up-to-date, complete and available when needed. The BI decision makers and users are in the best position to determine the quality of the data available to them. It is important to ask the right questions of them; therefore the issues of information quality in the BI environment were established through a literature study. Information-related problems may cause supplier relationships to deteriorate, reduce internal productivity and the business' confidence in IT. Ultimately it can have implications for an organisation's ability to perform and remain competitive. The purpose of this article is aimed at identifying the underlying factors that prevent information from being easily and effectively utilised and understanding how these factors can influence the decision-making process, particularly within a BI environment. An exploratory investigation was conducted at a large retail organisation in South Africa to collect empirical data from BI users through unstructured interviews. Some of the main findings indicate specific causes that impact the decisions of BI users, including accuracy, inconsistency, understandability and availability of information. Key performance measures that are directly impacted by the quality of data on decision-making include waste, availability, sales and supplier fulfilment. The time spent on investigating and resolving data quality issues has a major impact on productivity. This research was conducted based on the findings of archaeological remains in Subak Bubunan Sukawati rice field by the community in 2014 when cutting down the banyan tree. After doing data collection and description, it is followed by a more in-depth discussion, which aims to know the functions and meanings for the community. The data collection in this research is done using observation method, interview, and literature study through qualitative approach which then analyzed using functional theory and semiotics theory. The results show the function of the past and present archaeological remains in Subak Bubunan Sukawati based on the mythology, origin, and community activities are not completely the same, and some have changed the function. Meaning of Archaeological Remains in Subak Bubunan Sukawati is known based on the signs they have such as decoration (attributes), mythology, and community activities in utilizing the archaeological remains. Some of the meanings that are successfully examined are the meaning of fertility, the meaning of power, and the meaning of religion. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan atas temuan tinggalan arkeologi di kawasan sawah Subak Bubunan Sukawati oleh masyarakat pada tahun 2014 ketika menebang pohon beringin. Tinggalan arkeologi yang telah dilakukan pendataan maupun pendeskripsian ini dilanjutkan dengan pembahasan lebih mendalam, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi dan maknaannya bagi masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, serta studi kepustakaan melalui pendekatan kualitatif yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teori fungsional dan teori semiotika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fungsi masa lampau dan sekarang tinggalan arkeologi di Subak Bubunan Sukawati berdasarkan atas mitologi, asal usul, dan aktivitas masyarakat tidak seutuhnya sama, bahkan ada yang mengalami perubahan fungsi. Makna Tinggalan arkeologi di Subak Bubunan Sukawati diketahui berdasarkan tanda-tanda yang dimilikinya seperti hiasan (atribut), mitologi, dan aktivitas masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan tinggalan arkeologi tersebut. Beberapa makna yang berhasil ditelisik adalah makna kesuburan, makna kekuasaan, dan makna religi.

This study aims to describe whether the Problem Based Learning Model can be used for students' motivation problems in learning mathematics, what kind of motivation is successfully provided by the Problem Based Learning Model, and how the Problem Based Learning Model can make students have motivation in learning mathematics. The research method used is the Literature Research Method, by conducting a literature review through books in Indonesian. To maintain the quality of the material being studied, Indonesian language books are often used as references and written by experts (for example professors) which are proven based on tracking activities carried out in various journals, books, and from the Higher Education Database (pddikti). Data analysis techniques were carried out in 3 stages, namely: organize, synthesize, and identify. The results showed that the  Problem Based Learning Model can be used for students' motivation problems in learning mathematics, intrinsic motivation is the type of motivation provided by the Problem Based Learning Model and the Problem Based Learning Model can make students have motivation in learning Mathematics because it is directly associated with the real world, so students feel mathematics is very useful and motivation will emerge.

Education is one of the determining factors for the progress of the nation in the future. To create education that can support its progress, all components of the nation must be integrated and support education programs and policies. Jakarta Smart Card as a new breakthrough in the world of education in DKI Jakarta Province, comes as a support to invest in education. The purpose of writing this journal is to analyze the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's policy in the form of providing Education assistance through the Jakarta Smart Card, both in terms of understanding, the amount of costs obtained and other benefits that can be enjoyed by the recipient of these funds. This research is a descriptive qualitative research in the form of literature study where the data collected will be analyzed which is supported by comprehensive observations regarding the existence of KJP, its essence and substance in improving the quality of education in DKI Jakarta to date. This study concludes that the involvement of the government in financing education is the right step in an investment towards a developed nation, with a record of being well managed and on target.

Waqf is a very noble deed. Each waqf property must be managed and developed in accordance with the philosophical values of wisdom, which is to be good for social life and charity that always flows to the waqf. Such a goal, will not be achieved if the management of waqf is contrary to Islamic law and legislation, such as the management that occurred in Meureubo District caused a lot of problems. Therefore, this study formulates the management of waqf land, obstacles, and strategies for developing waqf land in Meureubo Sub-district, West Aceh District. This research is qualitative descriptive with a case study method or approach, carried out at KUA and Meureubo District communities. Data collection technique’s through interviews is observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and data verification to formulate the concept of findings based on waqf management theory. The result of the research shows that: (1) Management of waqf land management in Meureubo is not implemented well, because the manager is in the form of an individual. This form does not give birth to two management indicators that are: planning and organizing. (2) Obstacles in the management of waqf land are lack of community understanding about waqf, lack of awareness of wakif and nazir waqf, weak government institutional role, low-quality human resources, and lack of supervision. (3) The strategies are a) synergy between agencies or institutions, b) socialization of the representatives, c) improvement of the quality of the waqf ruling.

The purpose of this study was to: 1) Knowing and analyzing on the Implementation of the Right Dissenters in the Making Notary Deed. 2) To determine and analyze about the obstacle Notaries in Implementing Dissenters rights. The method used in this research is the empirical jurisdiction. Adopting legislation, learning materials primary and secondary law. The technique of collecting data using interviews and literature study and data analysis techniques qualitative analysis using descriptive analysis decomposition.After doing research Juridical Review of Implementation of the Right Dissenters In the Manufacture Notary Deed to a conclusion that is Implementation of the Dissenters rights in the Making Notary Deed is basically the right to withdraw from testifying upfront Court in Civil and Criminal problem. Implementation of the right of refusal notaries in practice, if it turns out the notary as a witness or a suspect, defendant, or in the examination by the Board of Trustees Notary divulge and provide information/statements should shall be kept confidential, while legislation is not ordered, then the complaint filed by parties who feel aggrieved can sue the notary.As well as Obstacles Notaries in options or Use Dissenters rights in the Making Deed is faced by a notary public in using the right of refusal which are the Assembly, Regional Supervisor (MPD) approved the request of the police in the inspection of a notary public, a notary unable to escape to does not provide information because the police already have the recommendation of the Supervisory Council of Regions (MPD). Another constraint is that if the investigating authorities in this case the police use forceful measures with the reason for the interest of the investigation, the notary can not usually be avoided by reason of use right of refusal because the police could have used the excuse that the notary was not cooperative in providing information regarding the deed he made , so that the police do a forced effort.Keywords: Dissenters Rights, Notary and Deed.

Film is a mass media that presents a story in audio-visual form. This research aims to see how are the representation of feminism in the Disney Live-Action Mulan film. The method used is descriptive qualitative research methods with semiotic as data analysis techniques. Data are collected using the methods of documentation, observation, and literature study. The signs of the film were analyzed using Roland Barthes' semiotic model two-stage of signification, which are the denotation, connotation, and myth stages. This film shows the discrimination that happened in women due to patriarchal ideology. The results of this study indicate that the Disney Live-Action Mulan film dominantly represents the flow of liberal feminism, existentialism feminism, and radical-libertarian feminism through its main character, Hua Mulan. Hua Mulan's feminist behavior can be seen from her that are opposing discrimination and standards as a woman, performing male roles, able to be a leader, takes risks and being responsible, independent, able to gets recognition, and proving that she is able to give honor to her family. This film has a meaning that a woman can give honor to her family by being herself, and can have the right to be treated equally and also the right to determine and be responsible for her way of life.Film merupakan salah satu jenis media massa yang menampilkan cerita dengan bentuk audio visual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana representasi feminisme pada film Disney Live-Action Mulan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis data semiotika. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode dokumentasi, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Tanda-tanda dari film dianalisis dengan menggunakan model semiotika signifikasi dua tahap Roland Barthes yaitu tahap denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Film ini memperlihatkan diskriminasi yang terjadi pada perempuan yang disebabkan ideologi patriarki. Film Disney Live-Action Mulan secara dominan merepresentasikan aliran feminisme liberal, feminisme eksistensialisme, dan feminisme radikal-libertarian lewat tokoh utamanya yaitu Hua Mulan. Perilaku feminisme Hua Mulan terlihat dari perilakunya yang melawan diskriminasi serta standar sebagai perempuan, mampu melakukan peran laki-laki, menjadi pemimpin, berani mengambil resiko dan bertanggung jawab, independen, mendapat pengakuan dan membuktikkan bahwa ia mampu memberi kehormatan untuk keluarganya. Film ini dapat memiliki makna bahwa seorang perempuan dapat memberikan kehormatan pada keluarganya dengan menjadi dirinya sendiri, dan dapat memiliki hak untuk diperlalukan secara setara dan hak untuk menentukan dan bertanggung jawab atas jalan hidupnya sendiri.
