Film is a mass media that presents a story in audio-visual form. This research aims to see how are the representation of feminism in the Disney Live-Action Mulan film. The method used is descriptive qualitative research methods with semiotic as data analysis techniques. Data are collected using the methods of documentation, observation, and literature study. The signs of the film were analyzed using Roland Barthes' semiotic model two-stage of signification, which are the denotation, connotation, and myth stages. This film shows the discrimination that happened in women due to patriarchal ideology. The results of this study indicate that the Disney Live-Action Mulan film dominantly represents the flow of liberal feminism, existentialism feminism, and radical-libertarian feminism through its main character, Hua Mulan. Hua Mulan's feminist behavior can be seen from her that are opposing discrimination and standards as a woman, performing male roles, able to be a leader, takes risks and being responsible, independent, able to gets recognition, and proving that she is able to give honor to her family. This film has a meaning that a woman can give honor to her family by being herself, and can have the right to be treated equally and also the right to determine and be responsible for her way of life.Film merupakan salah satu jenis media massa yang menampilkan cerita dengan bentuk audio visual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana representasi feminisme pada film Disney Live-Action Mulan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis data semiotika. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode dokumentasi, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Tanda-tanda dari film dianalisis dengan menggunakan model semiotika signifikasi dua tahap Roland Barthes yaitu tahap denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Film ini memperlihatkan diskriminasi yang terjadi pada perempuan yang disebabkan ideologi patriarki. Film Disney Live-Action Mulan secara dominan merepresentasikan aliran feminisme liberal, feminisme eksistensialisme, dan feminisme radikal-libertarian lewat tokoh utamanya yaitu Hua Mulan. Perilaku feminisme Hua Mulan terlihat dari perilakunya yang melawan diskriminasi serta standar sebagai perempuan, mampu melakukan peran laki-laki, menjadi pemimpin, berani mengambil resiko dan bertanggung jawab, independen, mendapat pengakuan dan membuktikkan bahwa ia mampu memberi kehormatan untuk keluarganya. Film ini dapat memiliki makna bahwa seorang perempuan dapat memberikan kehormatan pada keluarganya dengan menjadi dirinya sendiri, dan dapat memiliki hak untuk diperlalukan secara setara dan hak untuk menentukan dan bertanggung jawab atas jalan hidupnya sendiri.

Background of this research is Kertagosa Site as object of research is complex of ancient building relics of kingdom of Klungkung, consist of two main building that is Taman Gili and Kertagosa. Both buildings were established during the reign of King I Dewa Agung Djambe at the end of the XVII century which is part of the building of Puri Semarapura in Klungkung. Archaeological remains contained on the Kertagosa Site include two main buildings, ancient statues and gate. This study aims to maximize the management of the site and maximize the potential and supporting factors owned Kertagosa Site. This research uses structural functional theory and cultural resource management theory. The method used is the method of observation, literature study, and interview. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis.These potentials Kertagosa Sites include; Tangible and intangible. The tangible potential includes two main buildings; Ancient statues, and temple bentar. The intangible potential includes important values of Kertagosa Sites. External factors of the site is an attraction that is located around the site. Utilization of all these potentials can boost the attractiveness of Kertagosa Sites. Determining the right effort by applying the 5P guidelines (planning, organizing, directing, implementing and controlling) is a great step in maximizing site management. Improving the quality of human resources, adding facilities and infrastructure, promoting promotion, and site structuring efforts will enhance the attractiveness of Kertagosa Sites as a tourist attraction.

The purpose of this study was to: 1) Knowing and analyzing on the Implementation of the Right Dissenters in the Making Notary Deed. 2) To determine and analyze about the obstacle Notaries in Implementing Dissenters rights. The method used in this research is the empirical jurisdiction. Adopting legislation, learning materials primary and secondary law. The technique of collecting data using interviews and literature study and data analysis techniques qualitative analysis using descriptive analysis decomposition.After doing research Juridical Review of Implementation of the Right Dissenters In the Manufacture Notary Deed to a conclusion that is Implementation of the Dissenters rights in the Making Notary Deed is basically the right to withdraw from testifying upfront Court in Civil and Criminal problem. Implementation of the right of refusal notaries in practice, if it turns out the notary as a witness or a suspect, defendant, or in the examination by the Board of Trustees Notary divulge and provide information/statements should shall be kept confidential, while legislation is not ordered, then the complaint filed by parties who feel aggrieved can sue the notary.As well as Obstacles Notaries in options or Use Dissenters rights in the Making Deed is faced by a notary public in using the right of refusal which are the Assembly, Regional Supervisor (MPD) approved the request of the police in the inspection of a notary public, a notary unable to escape to does not provide information because the police already have the recommendation of the Supervisory Council of Regions (MPD). Another constraint is that if the investigating authorities in this case the police use forceful measures with the reason for the interest of the investigation, the notary can not usually be avoided by reason of use right of refusal because the police could have used the excuse that the notary was not cooperative in providing information regarding the deed he made , so that the police do a forced effort.Keywords: Dissenters Rights, Notary and Deed.

This study focuses on (1) the dual roles of Hindu women in Bandar Lampung, (2) the forms of the dual roles of Hindu women in Bandar Lampung, (3) the implications of the dual roles of Hindu women in Bandar Lampung for themselves, their families, and society. The theories used in this study include the first theory of Abraham Harold Maslow's motivation which emphasizes the hierarchy of needs and motivations, the second theory of Liberal Feminism in dismantling the concept of patriarchy, and the third, the theory of Hegemony to dissect the problems regarding the implications of Hindu women for themselves, their families, and implications for society in Bandar Lampung. This study uses a phenomenological approach with a critical emancipatory knowledge paradigm. The method used is observation, interviews and literature study with data analysis techniques with qualitative interpretation to explain the sociological phenomena observed in the field in accordance with the meaning given by the research subjects. The results of this study indicate that (1) The reasons why Hindu women have a dual role are due to economic reasons, social reasons, cultural reasons, reasons for patriarchal domination, and religious reasons.

Indonesia is one of many countries in the world so called resource-rich country. Natural resources abundance needs to be managed in the right way in order to avoid dutch diseases and resources curses. These two phenomena generally happened in the country, which has abundant natural resources. Learned from Norwegian experiences, Indonesian Government need to focus its policy to prevent rent seeking activities. The literature study presented in this paper is aimed to provide important insight for government entities in focusing their policies and programs to avoid resources curse. From the internal audit perspective, this study is expected to improve internal audit’s role in assurance and consulting.

Monitoring of warehouse inventory data processing is an important thing for companies. PT Talaga mulya indah is still manual using paper media, causing problems that have an effect on existing information, namely: problems with data processing of incoming and outgoing goods. And the difference between data on the amount of stock of goods available with physical data, often occurs inputting data more than once for the same item, searching for available data, and making reports so that it impedes companies in monitoring inventory of existing stock of goods. Which aims to create a system that can provide updated information to facilitate the warehouse admin in making inventory reports, and reduce errors in input by means of integrated control. In this study, the authors used the data collection method used in this analysis using the method of observation, interviews, and literature review (literature study). For analysis using the PIECES analysis method. Furthermore, the system design used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are expected to produce the right data in the process of monitoring inventory data processing, also can provide the right information and make it easier to control the overall availability of goods.

The cultural and artistic field was no exception, and several studies contributed to the aim of the interaction between human beings and artistic-cultural heritage. In this scenario, systems able to analyze the current situation and recommend the right services play a crucial role. In particular, in the Recommender Systems field, Context-Awareness helps to improve the recommendations provided. This research examines the development of traditional culinary culture,  Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ with the aim of preserving the local culinary heritage located in Bantul. Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ  is a special traditional business place that sells traditional Yogyakarta food in the Bantul area which still uses traditional methods. This business has been around for a long time since 1997. Lack of the right strategy is the cause when local and foreign visitors do not know much information about the culinary business of Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ. Based on this, this study aims to identify and analyze the marketing process carried out by Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ, to determine the potential of traditional culinary culture and to explore strategy formulations in Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ. The research method in this study is a qualitative research method, by conducting direct and in-depth interviews with key persons, observation, and literature study. The qualitative method used is descriptive qualitative which will describe how the right strategy is based on the results of the analysis. The interview data were analyzed by several stages, namely the SWOT stage in the internal and external environment, the weight and ranking calculation stage, the IFE-EFE and IE matrix analysis stage, and the conclusion stage. In the research analysis, the IFE and EFE matrix values were obtained, where the IFE value was 2.774 and the EFE value was 2.842. This condition shows that Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ  is in the V quadrant position, which means Hold and Maintain, in this position the right strategy is market penetration and product development, and in the SWOT quadrant in quadrant II Cobination supports the Diversification strategy, this is requires making alternative strategies that can be used to increase existing strengths so that they can overcome threats.Keywords: culinary culture, SWOT, IE.AbstrakPenelitian ini meneliti tentang  budaya kuliner tradisional yaitu Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ dengan tujuan untuk menjaga warisan budaya kuliner lokal yang terletak di Bantul. Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ merupakan tempat usaha tradisional khusus yang menjualkan makanan tradisional khas Yogyakarta di daerah bantul yang masih menggunakan cara-cara tradisional. Usaha ini sudah lama berdiri sejak 1997. Kurangnya strategi yang tepat menjadi penyebab ketika pengunjung lokal maupun mancanegara tidak mengetahui banyak informasi mengenai usaha kuliner Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa proses pemasaran yang dilakukan Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ, untuk mengetahui potensi budaya kuliner tradisional dan mengeksplorasi formulasi strategi di Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ. Metode  penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dimana dengan melakukan wawancara kepada key person secara langsung dan mendalam, observasi, dan  studi pustaka. Metode kualitatif  yang  digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif yang akan mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi yang tepat berdasarkan hasil analisis. Data  wawancara dianalisis dengan beberapa tahap-tahapan yaitu tahap SWOT pada lingkungan internal dan eksternal, tahap perhitungan bobot dan peringkat, dan tahap analisis matriks IFE-EFE dan IE, serta tahap kesimpulan. Pada analisis penelitian diperoleh nilai matriks IFE dan EFE, dimana nilai IFE sebesar 2,774 dan nilai EFE sebesar 2,842. The purpose of this article is to explore the opportunity and challenge of implementing community counseling from Indonesian and American perspective. This article used a literature study approach. The literature study was conducted by reviewing books, journals, and research results publications from 2000 to 2017 and previous publications related to community counseling. Data analysis techniques in this study are quantitative data analysis techniques and qualitative data analysis techniques. This article concluded that the possible opportunity that can be applied to meet the challenge faced in achieving the optimization of the implementation of community counseling in Indonesia and America. Community counseling in the Indonesian perspective has the opportunity to be applied in formal and non-formal setting, but the challenge needs to be the provision of professional human resource and system support. Community counseling in the American perspective has the opportunity for rapid development in non-formal setting, but the challenge lies in the complexity of cultural issue and group identity. Keywords: community counseling, opportunity, challenge

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) The implementation of the Deed of Establishment of Cooperative manufacture in Rembang. 2) The role of the Notary as the maker of the Deed of Establishment of Cooperative Enterprises. 3) Barriers and solutions in the Deed of Establishment of Cooperative Development in Rembang.The approach method in this research is juridical empirical, data sources used are primary and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study, performed data analysis by descriptive analytic.Results of the research results can be concluded: 1) Implementation of Creation Deed of Establishment of Cooperative in Rembang which starts with the preparation stage of formation, preparation stage meetings of formation, stage meetings of formation, stage request for approval rights of legal entities cooperatives, and the stage of issuance of the deed pendiiran and 2) As the role of Notary Deed of establishment of cooperative enterprises in Rembang is as maker deed of cooperative efforts. Notaries have the right authority / legal standing in a deed of incorporation of cooperatives. 3). Obstacles and solutions in the Deed of Establishment of Cooperative Development in Rembang of the cooperative is a member of the cooperative awareness level is still low, less managerial capacity, and limited capital resources. Barriers of Notary Public Notary is still much limited knowledge of Notary Deed Official Cooperation (PPAK) and the low interest of the Notary Deed Cooperative (NPAK) in Rembang district were registered for the Legal Entity Administration System Cooperative (SISMINBHKOP). The Arab Spring

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.
