The main problem of SME Catering family business in Makassar City is low competitiveness which has an impact on financial performance. This study investigates the causes of low competitiveness through the role of the manager's innovative behavior and emotional intelligence. Sampling uses purposive sampling by setting the owner and manager as respondents. Data was transformed from the score to scale data through SolAnd 1.9 software application and data analysis using WarpPLS 3.0. This study found that Catering's financial performance is good because ownership is increasing. The more catering ownerships are the better innovation of managers and better financial performance. Although innovative managers are good, the emotional intelligence of managers is still low, financial performance is also low. The catering business is vulnerable to the risk of raw materials. Therefore, managers who are able to innovate and have personal qualities to work are needed indeed the competitiveness of this business increases.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of subjective norms as a mediation between the relationship opportunity to donate and agreeableness personality on intention to donate. This research includes a quantitative approach with a survey method distributed to 400 participants of BPJAMSOSTEK East Java Province using a Likert scale. Data analysis using SEM using WarpPLS 6.0 software. The results of this study state that subjective norms can be a link between the opportunity to donate and in accordance with the intention to donate. This can increase the intention to donate for BPJAMSOSTEK participants. The increased intention to donate owned by participants will increase participants who donate.

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial intelligence through the role of social media on the performance of SMEs in increasing sales. The type of research used is explanatory research with Accidental Sampling technique. The number of samples determined was 80 respondents. Data analysis in this study using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that entrepreneurial intelligence consisting of elements of financial intelligence, emotional intelligence, social intelligence and spiritual intelligence had an effect on the performance of SMEs through the role of social media, social media had an effect on performance and sales and performance had an effect on sales.

Verbal aggressiveness is a behavior that has a purpose to hurt other people’s feeling by saying harsh words, insulting, mocking, and threatening someone. Factor that underlie the emergence of verbal aggressiveness in street children, one of them is emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is ability to control oneself, have endurance when faced with a problem,self motivated, able to set the meed, ability to empathize and build relationships with others. The research mainly happen to understand relation between emotional intelligence and verbal aggressiveness in street children. This research method using quantitative approach. Subjects are picked by Incidental sampling techniques and involving 40 street children. Emotional intelligence scale is picked as collecting tool and also verbal aggressiveness scale. Data analysis uses Shpearman’s Rho technique. The result on Shpearman’s Rho correlation technique shows correlation (r) = -0,721 at a significant level (p) = 0,000 (p<0,05). The conclusion is there is a negative and significant correlation of the relationship between emotional intelligence with verbal aggressiveness in street children. So, if someone has low emotional intelligence, then verbal aggressiveness will be high.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated samples because the entire population is used as a sample, and the number of samples used is 33 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques and multiple tests. The results of data analysis showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. Employee organizational commitment can be improved by maintaining employee job satisfaction and increasing emotional intelligence in employees.   Keywords: organizational commitment, emotional intelligence, job satisfaction

This empirical study examines the relationship between the measured perception of the supervisor's emotional intelligence and the employee workplace performance, as it is impacted by the mediating effect of the supervisor's feedback environment. Data were collected from selected faculties of higher education institutions within Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) by means of a cross-sectional quantitative survey using a random probability sampling technique. Statistical techniques used for the purpose of data analysis include, descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The data analysis confirmed all of the research hypotheses excluding the impact of a supervisor's use of emotions on the feedback environment. However, the data from the feedback environment indicates a significant mediating impact upon the relationship between supervisor's emotional intelligence and the subordinate's work performance. This study establishes the role of the supervisor's emotional intelligence in defining the feedback environment as they deal with faculty members' quality of work.

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on employee commitment, and the effect of job satisfaction on employee commitment. Using a quantitative research approach using a questionnaire to measure the responses of all employees of Hotel De 'Butik Malang, totaling 63 people. The research instrument was arranged using a 5 interval Likert scale. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using Multiple Linear Regression and t-test. The results of the study explain that compensation will affect employee commitment to the organization, besides that job satisfaction is also a factor that affects employee commitment at Hotel De'Boutique Malang. Future research can develop a research model by examining the mediating role of job satisfaction on the effect of compensation on employee commitment.

The aim of the research was to decide the role of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence in the well-being of adults. The population of this study consisted of 90, adults from Christian, Hindu, Muslim religion and urban Kerala were selected as the sample by purposive random sampling method. The tools used for the reearch was Spiritual Intelligence self-Report Inventory (2009), Mangal Emotional Intelligence Inventory(2001), Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scales (1989) and Kuppuswamy’s socioeconomic status scale -revision for 2015. For the data analysis correlation, regression and ANOVA were used. SPSS was used for data analysis. The result of this study points out that there is a positive relationship with spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and well-being of an adult. A linear regression established that spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence could statistically significantly predict well- being. The result is pointing out that there is statistically no significant difference in spiritual intelligence between the different religions and socio- economic status, also no significant difference in emotional intelligence and well- being in different socio- economic status but statistically significant difference in emotional intelligence and well- being between the different religions.

<span lang="EN-US">Previous studies suggested that university students who are not able to accept themselves tend to develop negative tendency to compare themselves with each other. This study aimed to investigate the role of unconditional self-acceptance (USA) in explaining the association between mattering and social comparison among Malaysian undergraduate students. </span><span lang="EN-US">Three hundred and seventy </span><span lang="EN-US">undergraduate students were recruited and asked to complete an online version of Unconditional Self-Acceptance questionnaire, Iowa-Netherlands Comparison Orientation Measure and University Mattering Scale. Data analysis was conducted by employing Bootstrap Method with 95% confidence interval and 5000 sampling. The result showed that USA partially mediated the relationship between mattering and social comparison. Mattering and USA were identified as robust protective factors of social comparison among university students.</span>

This research is conducted at Foreign Banks in Indonesia Data analysis techniques used is SEM. The results showed that changes in capital structure caused changes in financial performance. Problems between company managers and lenders and problems between company managers and company owners. The problem between company managers and creditors lies in the company's inability to return borrowed funds due to the misconduct or decisions of company managers. The role of the capital structure of financial institutions is similar to other non-financial companies where some of the opinions were based on the theory of Perfect World. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perubahan struktur modal menyebabkan perubahan kinerja keuangan. Persoalan antara pengelola perusahaan dengan pemberi pinjaman dan persoalan antara pengelola perusahaan dengan pemilik perusahaan. Persoalan antara pengelola perusahaan dengan pemberi pinjaman terletak pada ketidakmampuan perusahaan mengembalikan dana yang dipinjam karena kesalahan tindakan atau keputusan pengelola perusahaan. Peran struktur modal institusi keuangan mirip dengan perusahaan non keuangan lainnya, dimana sebagian pendapat tersebut didasari oleh teori perfect world. An operational audit of accounts receivable is needed because it plays a role in assessing the effectiveness of accounts receivable so that it runs according to established procedures and policies. This study aims to determine the role of operational audits on the functions of accounts receivable and to determine the function of accounts receivable in overcoming the accounts receivable turnover. The research was conducted at PT. Sanserita Jaya which is a company engaged in the distribution of raw materials and printing machinery. The method used in this research is descriptive research method. The focus in this research is the procedure for the function of the accounts receivable section. The results of the study explained that based on data analysis in 2017-2019, showed that the procedure of accounts receivable was quite effective but there were still many weaknesses found, based on these weaknesses the researchers submitted several recommendations for improvements so that the company could fix existing weaknesses and increase the effectiveness of managing its accounts receivable.
