The purpose of this research is to analysis effect of Financial Knowledge, Financial Efficacy and Childhood Consumer Experience toward Financial Satisfaction on students of Tarumanagara University. Samples of this research where selected by non probability method with purposive technique sampling. The sample of this research using 150 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS method with Smart PLS 3.3.3 application. The results of this study indicate that Financial Knowledge did not have a  significant effect of Financial Satisfaction. Meanwhile, Financial Efficacy and Childhood Consumer Experience have a significant effect of Financial Satisfaction.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan, efikasi keuangan, dan pengalaman anak terhadap kepuasan keuangan pada Mahasiswa/i Universitas Tarumanagara. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode nonprobability dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dari penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEMPLS dengan aplikasi Smart PLS 3.3.3. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah Pengetahuan Keuangan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Keuangan. Sedangkan Efikasi Keuangan dan Pengalaman Anak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Keuangan.

The purpose of this research is to find and analyze the handling of complaints against customer loyalty at PT. SRBs in the Province of Lampung. This research is a quantitative study with a questionnaire data collection tool that is distributed to customers of PT. SRBs in the Province of Lampung. The sample used in this study was 100 customers, with a purposive sampling data collection technique. Analysis of the data used in this study is a simple linear regression data analysis. The results found that the handling of complaints can affect customer loyalty of PT. SRBs in the Province of Lampung. The magnitude of the effect of handling complaints on loyalty is 49.3%. Therefore to maintain customer loyalty PT. BPRS in Lampung Province can make various options such as improving service quality, increasing satisfaction, perceived value, E-Servqual and using mobile banking.Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menganalisa penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BPRS sePropinsi Lampung. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan alat pengumpulan data angket yang disebarkan kepada nasabah PT. BPRS sePropinsi Lampung. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang nasabah, dengan teknik pengumpulan data purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penanganan keluhan dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah PT. BPRS sePropinsi Lampung. Besarnya pengaruh penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas adalah 49.3%. Oleh sebab itu untuk mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah PT. BPRS sePropinsi Lampung dapat melakukan berbagai opsi seperti peningkatan kualitas layanan, meningkatkan kepuasan, persepsi nilai, E-Servqual dan penggunaan mobile banking.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial literacy, financial attitude and locus of control on financial satisfaction. The sample was collected using a non-probability method through purposive sampling. The 146 participants were stock investors. Data were analyzed using the SEM- PLS method with the Smart PLS 3.2.8 application. Financial literacy had a significant effect on financial satisfaction, which shows that people who have knowledge of finance will achieve a level of satisfaction in planning and managing personal finances. Financial attitude had a significant effect on financial satisfaction, indicating that financial attitude will influence people’s behavior in making decisions. Locus of control had a significant effect on financial satisfaction, which shows that people who have good control will have satisfaction in planning, managing and making personal financial decisions. Hypertension is persistent blood pressure where its systolic pressureabove 140 mmhg and the diastolic is 90 mmhg. Several risk factors cause highpressure blood is getting older and the history of high pressure in family. Familyis the main support system for old person in restraining their health. One problemof managing hypertension is family pursuance in conducting hypertension diet forold person. Therefore, this study is aimed to analyze correlation between familyknowledge on hypertension diet toward pursuance of giving hypertension diet forold person.Design of this study is descriptive analytic study by using cross sectionalapproach. Population of this study is family with hypertension old person in Rt 09Rw 02 Pojok, Kediri. The number of population is 21 respondents; sampling technique used here is Purposive sampling that it is obtained 20 respondentssample. Data collection used questionnaire. Data, then, is processed with editing,coding, scoring, tabulating and analyzed using Spearman Rank.From the result of study, it shows that rs calculation (0,54) ;rstable (0,45) H0 is rejected and Hi is accepted. It means there is correlation betweenfamily knowledge with hypertension diet with pursuance to give hypertension dietto the elder. Family pursuance in giving hypertension diet is 65%.; Keywords: Knowledge, Hypertension Diet.

This research was conducted to describe and explain the errors in writing foreign terms on billboards in Semarang city. The problem in this research was the form of error in writing foreign terms on billboards in Semarang city and its improvement. The research method that is used was descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study were curl boards or billboards in Semarangcity. The data included all of product document billboards whether the product or service advertisements in Semarang City. The data collection technique that is used was purposive sampling. The research instrument used by the researcher to retrieve data was the researcher herself.  In data retrieval, the researcher used a data card. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by examining the use of terms or foreign elements on billboards in the Semarang city that contained writing errors. After the data is collected, the researcher analyzed, classified, and evaluated / evaluated documents in the form of billboards. Based on research results from 11 billboards there were 19 foreign terms used. Thus, it could be concluded that the public considers the use of foreign terms more interesting and was expected to increase selling power. However, the used of foreign terms was not adjusted to the rules of language.

This study aims to describe the suitability of planning and learning process conducted by the teacher to the rules Permendikbud No. 22 Year 2016 and describes the suitability of doubtgiven weight to the learning plan that has been held. The evaluation study of the study include the planning and implementation process of the craft and entrepreneurial learning in SMAN 1 Singaraja, especially in class XII Mathematics. Sources of data in this study were teachers craft and entrepreneurship as well as students were selected using purposive sampling. The data collection technique used is the technique of interview, observation partisipatif,study documents, and questionnaires. Based on data analysis, obtained results of the study are: 1) variable learning plan for each teacher can be said to correspond to Permendikbud No. 22, 2016; 2) learning model in the implementation of applied learning by each teacher is different but still within the context of the same approach; 3) based on the student's perspective based questionnaires,implementation of learning each teacher reaches criteria.

AbstractThis research aimed to examine empirically the effect of morale intensity, professional commitment, and fraud seriousness rate on the intention of whistleblowing of Regional Revenue Agency of East Java Province, city of Surabaya. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, there were 112 employees as sample. However, only 103 employees who returmed the questionnaires, Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 16. The research result concluded morale intensity, professional commitment, and fraud seriousness rate had positive effect on the intention of whistleblowing. This fact could be seen from the morale intensity which used as behavior control in having intention of whistleblowing. In addition, professional commitment or high dedication on its profession based on the ethics standard could be used in order to avoid the fraud. In other words, the higher the fraud seriousness rate, the more intensity of whistleblowing would occur. Keywords: Fraud seriousness rate; Moral intensity; Professional commitment, Whistleblowing.  Abstrak Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh intensitas moral, komitmen profesional, dan tingkat keseriusan kecurangan terhadap niat untuk whistleblowing. Kajian dilakukan pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Jawa Timur Kota Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling menghasilkan 112 sampel, namun hanya 103 sampel kuesioner yang lengkap dan layak diujikan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan IBM SPSS versi 16 menunjukkan bahwa intensitas moral, komitmen profesional, dan tingkat keseriusan kecurangan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat untuk whistleblowing. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa intensitas moral dapat menjadi kontrol perilaku dalam mengambil keputusan untuk whistleblowing. Selain itu, komitmen profesional atau rasa dedikasi yang tinggi terhadap profesinya seiring dengan standar etika dapat mengambil sikap untuk menghindari adanya kecurangan yang terjadi dan seriusnya tindakan kecurangan yang sangat berpotensi merugikan lembaga akan meningkatkan niat untuk melakukan whistleblowing. menunjukkan bahwa besar dan seriusnya tindakan kecurangan yang sangat berpotensi merugikan lembaga dan bahkan pada negara, maka tentunya hal ini yang semakin mendorong setiap karyawan untuk melakukan tindakan whistleblowing karena baginya, perusahaan akan terkena dampak berupa kerugian yang bersifat besar dan seriusKatakunci: Intensitas moral; Keseriusan kecurangan; Komitmen profesional; Whistleblowing.

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of quartet card games and memorization methods for students' mastery of vocabularies. In this study, using quasi quantitative experiments. The sample of this study was purposive sampling taken from class VII A and B as many as 40 students with a population of 150 people. Then the data collection technique used by researchers is the evaluation test relating to the mastery of the consensus existing on the quartet card. The T-test is a formula that researchers use in obtaining research results. Obtained that the experimental class in this case class VII A, amounting to 19 students after treatment, then given a test obtained an average value of 5.8, while the control class, in this case, Class VII B students were 21 students after memorizing the vocabularies method. The same as the consensus in the quartet card and then given a test obtained an average value of 3,6, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because t arithmetic 4,23 is more significant than t table 1,68959.

This research conducted to determine the effect of service tax officials, penalties for late-payments and reporting on the taxpayer compliance non-star hotels. This research was conducted at Dinas Pendapatan Kota Batam. Mechanical determination of sample using a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 116 taxpayers. The type of data used is primary data. Methods of data collection are done by questionnaire. Data using multiple regression analysis with SPSS V.20.0. These results indicate that the service tax officials, penalties for late-payments and reporting have a positive and significant effect on the taxpayer compliance non-star hotels. The limitations in the study are the lack of understanding of respondents to the statements in the questionnaire and caring attitude and seriousness in answering statements. The study also suggested that Dinas Pendapatan Kota Batam provides socialization with both the taxpayer so they better understand the tax penalties and cause sanctions fines on taxpayers.

Company should consider some factors affects repurchase intention, to increase company’s income. Goal of this research is to knowing the effect of perceived value, experience and customer satisfaction as a cause factor to the repurchase intention. This research applied in automotive product, with brand Toyota Avanza in Denpasar City, Bali – Indonesia. Sample used are 124 respondents, with non-probability method, especially purposive sampling. Data collection did by giving questionnaire through offline and online. Analytic techniques used are Partial Least Square and Sobel Test to testing the mediating effect. Based on this analysis, found that perceived value, experience, and customer satisfaction significantly and positively affects repurchase intention directly, beside that perceived value and experience indirectly affects repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as a mediator. This results shows, better perceived value has by the costumers, better customers’ experiences, better customer satisfaction could increase the intention to repurchase in the future for the same product. This research implies, Toyota-Astra Motor company should adding luxury value to Toyota Avanza, redesigning interior and exterior had by Toyota Avanza, and add some features that can increasing the customers’ intention to repurchasing Toyota Avanza in Denpasar City at the future.

This study aims to determine the level of endurance ability of the heart and breathing of students. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research is 104 students of sport and health education at Pasir Pengaraian University, then selected by purposive sampling as a sample of 21 sons, semester II students of 2016. The data collection technique is by running a 1200 meter running test. Data were analyzed using the formula P = F / n X 100%. The results of this study indicate that, of the 21 samples known as many as 13 people (61.90%) are in the good category. Conclusion, the ability of heart endurance and breathing students of sports and health education is in the good category. Keywords: Ability of Heart Endurance, Respiration.
