The change in marketing to the digital era causes marketers to be able to adjust technological developments and consumer interests, especially among Millennial Generation and Z Generation. LazadaID is one of the e-commerce in Indonesia, one of the marketing strategies implemented by Lazada is to use social media with content marketing to create customer engagement. This research wanted to know the effect of marketing content on customer engagement. This research uses a quantitative research with descriptive research. In this study using the survey method as a data method. The research was conducted by means of a questionnaire, pretest to 30 respondents who are followers of the LazadaID Instagram account and then tested for validity and reliability. Furthermore, valid statements will be distributed again by means of a posttest test on 100 respondents. The theory used in this research is content marketing and customer engagement. The data validity technique used in this study was the validity and reliability test. The data processing technique used is the classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression test, T test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. With the T test results of 10,185> from 1,984, and the test results of 0.711> 0.05, which means that the effect of content marketing on customer engagement is strong. So in this study the results obtained show that content marketing has an effect on customer engagement on the LazadaID Instagram account.Perubahan pemasaran ke era  digital menyebabkan para pemasar harus dapat menyesuaikan perkembangan teknologi dan minat konsumen terutama pada kalangan generasi Millennial dan generasi Z. LazadaID merupakan salah satu e-commerce di Indonesia, salah satu strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan Lazada adalah menggunakan media sosial dengan content marketing untuk menciptakan customer engagement. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh content marketing terhadap customer engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner pretest kepada 30 responden yang merupakan followers akun Instagram LazadaID lalu diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Selanjutnya pernyataan yang valid akan disebarkan kembali dengan uji posttest pada 100 responden. Teori yang digunakan di penelitian ini adalah content marketing dan customer engagement. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, uji korelasi, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji T, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Dengan hasil uji T 10.185 > dari 1,984, dan hasil uji korelasi 0,711 > 0,05 yang artinya pengaruh content marketing terhadap customer engagement kuat. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa content marketing dari berpengaruh pada customer engagement dari akun Instagram LazadaID.

This study aims to provide an overview of multicultural approaches to the pedagogic competence of teachers PAI MTs Negeri pascasertifikasi as Palembang City. This research is a quantitative research used is explanatory survey method (explanatory survey method). The sample of 17 teachers of PAI consists of 9 teachers PAI M.Ts Negeri 1 and 8 teachers PAI M.Ts Negeri 2. Techniques of collecting data using tests, questionnaires, documentation. Validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, bivariate analysis, The results showed pedagogical competence of teachers PAI (52.2%), included in the category of being. including high categories of 5 people (29.4%), and low category amounted to 12 people (70.6%). Hypothesis test concluded There is a significant influence of motivation factors on the pedagogic competence of teachers PAI MTs Negeri as Palembang City. Chi Square statistical test results obtained p value = 0.768, while the value of Odds Ratio (OR) obtained by 1,000 with the level of confidence interval 0.903 - 14.153.

The purpose of this study is to know the price influence on the decision of Honda Vario Motor in PT. Tridjaya Motor Manado. By looking at this current competition sales are tight motorcycles. This type of research is quantitative research and method of collecting data using questionnaire method. And sampling method using purposive sampling. Data from the questionnaire method results are used to test the outcome of validity and reliability. Data validity test results are obtained by all valid question items. Data reliability test results are obtained by all reliable question items. Simple regression test results so that the coefficient is a positive value. The coefficient of determination of the determination test shows R Square to understand how large the free variables can influence the bound variables as well as to measure the magnitude X variable contributions to the variation (up downs) of the variable Y. And the result of determining coefficient of determination suggests that purchasing decisions are influenced by price. The purchase decision has a positive and significant effect on the price of Honda Vario which has been good to increase the consumer purchase decision of PT. Tridjaya Motor Manado.

ABSTRACT Tax revenue is important in increasing tax revenue in Yogyakarta. Tax rates for boarding houses with more than 10 (ten) rooms are set at 5% (five percent). Increase tax revenue which is supported by an understanding of the tax owned by the boarding house owner, so that he complies with taxation. This research is intended to study the level of understanding of taxes for taxpayer assistance. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the owner of a tax business in Yogyakarta's Umbulharjo District which holds 710 people. The sampling technique used is the Slovin technique, which is a boarding business owner in the Umbulharjo District of Yogyakarta City which holds 256 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the validity and reliability test, normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, t test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed there were significant and significant differences in the level of  tax understanding of tax liabilities. This is evidenced through the t test with the results of t count 15.920> t table 1.650 and the regression equation Y = 14.516 + 0.671X. From these results it means that the higher the cost of income tax, the higher the taxpayer approval. This is also supported by a significance value of 0,000, which means this significance value is less than 0.05.   Key Words: understanding boarding tax, tax obligations, boarding businesses in Umbulharjo District

This study aims to analyze the effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Third Party Funds (TPF), Asset Growth on Financing Provided (PYD).  The update in this study is the Asset Growth variable which is thought to have a close relationship with PYD. This study is a quantitative research with SPSS statistical test.The sample of this study are the Islamic banks in Indonesia, which were taken based on the number of provinces in Indonesia which is 33 (thirty three) provinces throughout 2018-2020. The source of data used in this study is from the secondary data taken from the website www.ojk.go.id. The data analysis used in this study is from conducting the classical assumptions test then followed by multiple regression which are the determination test  and T test. While the results of the t test showed that TPF had a positive and significant effect on PYD, while FDR had no effect on PYD. The same as Asset Growth no effect on PYD. Also NPF had a negative and significant effect on PYD. The coefficient of determination test results show the Adjusted R Square value of 0.173, this indicates that only 17.3% of the PYD financing variables are influenced by NPF, PYD, and FDR while the remaining 82.7% is influenced by other factors Keywords: NPF; TPF; FDR; PYD; Asset Growth; ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian  untuk menguji pengaruh Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Pertumbuhan Aset terhadap Pembiayaan Yang Diberikan (PYD). Perbaharuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel Pertumbuhan Aset yang diduga memiliki kaitan yang erat terhadap PYD. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan uji statistik SPSS. Sampel penelitian  yaitu bank syariah yang ada di Indonesia diambil berdasarkan jumlah provinsi sebanyak 33 (tiga puluh tiga) provinsi periode 2018 - 2020. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs www.ojk.go.id. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik kemudian dilanjutkan dengan regresi berganda yaitu uji determinasi dan Uji t.  Sedangkan hasil uji t menunjukkan DPK berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PYD, FDR tidak berpengaruh terhadap PYD, Pertumbuhan asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap PYD dan NPF berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap PYD. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai Adjusted R Square 0,173,  hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hanya 17,3% variabel pembiayaan PYD  dipengaruhi oleh NPF, DPK, dan FDR sedangkan sisanya 82,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Abstrak Bahasa IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh film animasi Upin Ipin dalam menguatkan karakter gotong royong siswa kelas V. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan metode Survei. Alat pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah angket dan foto dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi sederhana, dan koefisien determinasi. Setelah melalukan perhitungan diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) ialah 0,005 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh film animasi Upin Ipin dalam menguatkan karakter gotong royong siswa kelas V MI Miftahul Falah hanya 0,5%. Hasil uji t-hitung t-tabel (0,487 2,021). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa film animasi Upin Ipin tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dalam menguatkan karakter gotong royong siswa kelas V MI miftahul Falah. Abstract in EnglishThis study aims to determine all the major influences of the animated film Upin Ipin in strengthening the character of mutual cooperation among class V students. The quantitative research approach used was the survey method. Collecting data using questionnaires and photo documentation. The data analysis used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, simple regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination. After calculating the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.005, which means that the effect of the animated film Upin Ipin in strengthening the character of mutual cooperation among class V students of MI Miftahul Falah is only 0.5%. The result of t-count t-table (0.487 2.021). It can be shown that the animated film Upin Ipin does not have a significant effect in strengthening the character of mutual cooperation among class V MI miftahul Falah students.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of operational management and service to customer satisfaction in the port of the archipelago Kendari. To collect the data, this study used a questionnaire method / inquiry tangible items of questions. This questionnaire distributed to companies who become customers Kendari port of the archipelago. The population in this study is the customer service users Nusantara Port Kendari. Testing the quality of the data using validity and reliability test and classical assumption. While the analysis model used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, test the coefficient of determination. The results showed that: 1. In the individual variable operational management and service a significant effect on customer satisfaction in the port of the archipelago Kendari. T test results gained tcount accepted at significance level of 5%; 2. Taken together operational management and service variables significantly influence customer satisfaction in the port of the archipelago Kendari. F assay results received grades of F = 97.224 accepted at significance level of 5%; 3. The operational management of the dominant influence on customer satisfaction, compared to the variable service. T-test results for the variable gain tcount operational management (11.055) higher than the variable tcount services (9.913) at the 5% significance level.

This study discusses quality of service study in social media instagram of Ninja Xpress against improving the corporate image. The purpose of this research is to know the magnitude of the influence quality of service against improving corporate image on delivery service of Ninja Xpress. The model used in this study is a model of the formation of images. The method used is quantitative. This research using survey method by using a questionnaire. The population in this research is a followes of Ninja Xpress’s Instagram, for the sample Yamane formula using which then obtained as many as 99 of respondents. Sample withdrawal techniques used in this research is purposive sampling technique. The research results showed that test results correlation variable X (quality of service) against the variable Y (the corporate image) of 0,821. Based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination of the obtained results the presence of the influence of variables X against Y variables of 67,4% it means the results of the influences is significant between variables X against Y variables. T test results in apat t calculate > t table i.e. t calculate 14,184 > 1,661 table t, then it can be inferred H0 is rejected and the Ha are received. The conclusion from research that Instagram of Ninja Xpress account must always be active in interacting with their customers and making the latest innovations in Instagram content uploads.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence relationship quality that consists of trust, satisfaction, perception, communication, and social cohesion on customer loyalty Savings Sikoci at Bank Nagari Branch Solok. Type of research is quantitative research. The sample size used was 100 customers Sikoci Savings in Bank Nagari Branch Solok. Data analysis technique used is in the form of research instrument test the validity and reliability test, descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. Research conducted generating trust, satisfaction, perception, communication, and social cohesion significant effect on customer loyalty Savings Sikoci at Bank Nagari Branch Solok because t value trust (2,006), satisfaction (2.254), perception (2,308), communications (2,056), and social cohesion (2.030) > t table 1.984. The amount of influence relationship quality variable that consists of trust, satisfaction, perception, communication, and social cohesion describes customer loyalty Savings Sikoci at Bank Nagari Branch Solok was 51.1% and 48.9% explained by other variables such as quality of service, and marketing mix, etc

The purpose of this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 72 students of class XI and XII majoring TKJ SMK Nusantara Indah Sintang. The sampling technique in this study using saturated sampling with the number of respondents as many as 72 students. Data analysis used validity and reliability testing, descriptive analysis test, contribution test, and classical assumption test, correlation test, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the entrepreneurial character had an effect on the life skills of the students of SMK Nusantara Indah Sintang, with the results of the t test, it was obtained that the t-count value was 1.981 which was greater (>) t-table 1.660 and the result of the Sig. 0.002 <0.05. The closeness of the relationship between the X and Y variables is 0.600. Based on the results of data analysis, it means that the level of closeness of the relationship between the variables of business character and life skills is moderate or sufficient. The coefficient of determination is 0.360, that 36% of the life skills of the students of SMK Nusantara Indah Sintang are influenced by entrepreneurial characters and the remaining 64% is influenced by other variables

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Price, Online Customer Review and Facilities on Occupancy Rate at PT. Karya Cipta Pesona (Aryaduta Medan). The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method, the unit of analysis in this study is PT. Karya Cipta Pesona (Aryaduta Medan) and its observation unit are guests from PT. Karya Cipta Pesona (Aryaduta Medan). The population in this study were guests from PT. Karya Cipta Pesona (Aryaduta Medan) as many as 61,565 respondents. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and amounts to 100 respondents. The research method used is by data collection techniques through library research and field research conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis, regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F test, and test the coefficient of determination (R2). From the analysis obtained a regression analysis Room Occupancy = 0.004 +0.2286 Price + 0.744 Online Customer Review + 0.271 Facilities + e. The results of the t test show that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on Room Occupancy at PT. Karya Cipta Pesona (Aryaduta Medan) where tcount 3.872 > ttable 1.984, Online Customer Review variable has a positive and significant effect on Room Occupancy at PT. Karya Cipta Pesona (Aryaduta Medan) where tcount 6.910 > ttable 1.984 and Facilities variables have a positive and significant effect on Room Occupancy at PT. Karya Cipta Pesona (Aryaduta Medan) where tcount is 3.753 > ttable 1.984. The results of the F test show that Fcount 61.749  > Ftable 2.70 that means the independent variables Price, Online Customer Review and Facilities simultaneously influence the dependent variable Occupancy. The determination coefficient test results (R2) indicate that 65.90% of Occupancy variables are influenced by Price, Online Customer Review and Facilities variables, while the remaining 34.10% is explained by the influence of other factors or variables outside the model such as Service Quality and Satisfaction.
