Abstrak Bahasa IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh film animasi Upin Ipin dalam menguatkan karakter gotong royong siswa kelas V. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan metode Survei. Alat pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah angket dan foto dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi sederhana, dan koefisien determinasi. Setelah melalukan perhitungan diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) ialah 0,005 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh film animasi Upin Ipin dalam menguatkan karakter gotong royong siswa kelas V MI Miftahul Falah hanya 0,5%. Hasil uji t-hitung t-tabel (0,487 2,021). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa film animasi Upin Ipin tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dalam menguatkan karakter gotong royong siswa kelas V MI miftahul Falah. Abstract in EnglishThis study aims to determine all the major influences of the animated film Upin Ipin in strengthening the character of mutual cooperation among class V students. The quantitative research approach used was the survey method. Collecting data using questionnaires and photo documentation. The data analysis used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, simple regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination. After calculating the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.005, which means that the effect of the animated film Upin Ipin in strengthening the character of mutual cooperation among class V students of MI Miftahul Falah is only 0.5%. The result of t-count t-table (0.487 2.021). It can be shown that the animated film Upin Ipin does not have a significant effect in strengthening the character of mutual cooperation among class V MI miftahul Falah students.

Volunteer tourism is a vital formation of altruistic and sustainable tourism. This research is aimed to empirically find the relative importance of the motivation factors and the motivation realization factors for young tourists participating in the global volunteer tourism programs. The differences in the study variables across continents, gender, and frequency of participation were also scrutinized. A quantitative research approach that utilized the survey method was employed. The outcomes showed that personal development was the most vital motivator for global volunteer tourism. On the other hand, the young tourists felt that they most realized the factor of a new experience through their recent international volunteer tourism experience. The motivation factors and the motivation realization factors were consistent across the continents. Furthermore, the mean differences in the motivations, the motivations’ realization, satisfaction, and the behavioral intentions were revealed to be non-significant for the genders and the frequency of volunteer participation. By grasping the young volunteer tourists’ motivations and the experience evaluations, the volunteer programs can be advanced in consonance with their necessities and demands, which enhance the volunteer tourism experience.

The Malaysian construction industry is responsible for producing a huge amount of structural reinforcement bar wastes which has a major impact on the environment, the society and economy. Thus, the minimization of reinforcement bar waste has become a persuasive issue in the construction industry. This paper investigates the causes of the rebar waste generation from different construction projects in Selangor, Malaysia as to determine later what are the construction waste minimization (CWM) tools and techniques currently available for the construction industry. A quantitative research approach was adopted using a survey method utilizing questionnaires. Descriptive analysis was employed to process the data for this study. Thus, this paper, explores the potential application of BIM to design out rebar waste. An in-depth literature review was conducted to provide a foundation for the study to evaluate if the use of BIM will assist as a possible platform for the reinforcement of waste minimization.

The change in marketing to the digital era causes marketers to be able to adjust technological developments and consumer interests, especially among Millennial Generation and Z Generation. LazadaID is one of the e-commerce in Indonesia, one of the marketing strategies implemented by Lazada is to use social media with content marketing to create customer engagement. This research wanted to know the effect of marketing content on customer engagement. This research uses a quantitative research with descriptive research. In this study using the survey method as a data method. The research was conducted by means of a questionnaire, pretest to 30 respondents who are followers of the LazadaID Instagram account and then tested for validity and reliability. Furthermore, valid statements will be distributed again by means of a posttest test on 100 respondents. The theory used in this research is content marketing and customer engagement. The data validity technique used in this study was the validity and reliability test. The data processing technique used is the classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression test, T test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. With the T test results of 10,185> from 1,984, and the test results of 0.711> 0.05, which means that the effect of content marketing on customer engagement is strong. So in this study the results obtained show that content marketing has an effect on customer engagement on the LazadaID Instagram account.Perubahan pemasaran ke era  digital menyebabkan para pemasar harus dapat menyesuaikan perkembangan teknologi dan minat konsumen terutama pada kalangan generasi Millennial dan generasi Z. LazadaID merupakan salah satu e-commerce di Indonesia, salah satu strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan Lazada adalah menggunakan media sosial dengan content marketing untuk menciptakan customer engagement. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh content marketing terhadap customer engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner pretest kepada 30 responden yang merupakan followers akun Instagram LazadaID lalu diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Selanjutnya pernyataan yang valid akan disebarkan kembali dengan uji posttest pada 100 responden. Teori yang digunakan di penelitian ini adalah content marketing dan customer engagement. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, uji korelasi, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji T, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Dengan hasil uji T 10.185 > dari 1,984, dan hasil uji korelasi 0,711 > 0,05 yang artinya pengaruh content marketing terhadap customer engagement kuat. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa content marketing dari berpengaruh pada customer engagement dari akun Instagram LazadaID.

This study aims to describe student interest and learning outcomes in participating in learning during the new normal covid-19 in class V Elementary School Nagari Sei. Rotan, East Pariaman District, Pariaman City. The type of research is uses descriptive quantitative research with the survey method, the variables used is the single variables interest and student learning outcomes in participating in learning during the new normal covid-19 in class V Elementary School Nagari Sei. Rotan, East Pariaman District, Pariaman City. The data obtained were analyzed using Microsoft Eel and SPSS Windows 16, the analysis used was percentage descriptive analysis.�The results showed that the interest and learning outcomes of students in participating in learning during the new normal covid-19 in class V Elementary School Nagari Sei. Rotan, East Pariaman District, Pariaman City was classified as good, namely 64.91% interest with very high categorization while for learning outcomes the value quite good, namely an average of 79.26% with a KKM value of 70. Interests are influenced by several indicators of interest such as feeling happy reaching the highest value, namely 21.12%, motivation 18.88%, expectations 18.61%, worth 18, 61%, feeling attracted 18.36%, needs 11.69%, lastly attention with a value of 11.32%. In this case the indicators that most influence interest and learning outcomes in following learning during the new normal covid-19 in class V Elementary School students Nagari Sei.Rotan, East Pariaman District, Pariaman City, namely feeling happy.�

This reasearch is conducted on MMSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) that are participated in the MMSME Syari’ah Mentoring Program by Academicians and Practitioners (PUSPA) organized by Bank Indonesia in Bandung. MMSME who participated in PUSPA program 2016 is MMSME that included in necessity entrepreneur where MMSME operated just to fullfil the life necessities. The purpose of this reasearch was to investigate the influence of the business mentoring on the MMSME performance in PUSPA program 2016. Researcher used quantitative research method. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and descriptive-causal analysis. The result showed that business mentoring affect the performance of MMSME that participated in PUSPA Program 2016. Based on the calculation, coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen the influence of business mentoring variable (X) on the performance (Y) is 74%. While the remaining 26% is influenced by other factors such as entrepreneurship competence and human resources.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of variable communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure for program implementation RPJMD West Kutai 2011-2015, either partially or simultaneously. Type of this research is quantitative research. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. In this study using survey methods explanation (explanatory survey method) is a survey that explains the variables under study and further analyze the influence between variables accompanied by hypothesis testing. This research was conducted by collecting qualitative data, which will then be presented in the form of numbers (quantified) to be tested in accordance with the design verification of data analysis. The results showed the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.421. There is significant influence between independent variables namely communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure for program implementation RPJMD West Kutai 2011-2015.Keyword: Implementation RPJMD, Communication, Resources

This study investigates the factors influencing the intention to invest in Sukuk towards infrastructural development in Nigeria. The study used a quantitative research approach and obtained data through survey method and online questionnaires. Data were obtained in Abuja, the capital of Nigeria, from 163 investors and potential investors in Sukuk. The result revealed that attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and religiosity have a positive significant relationship with intention to invest in Sukuk. In addition, the finding of the study revealed that the amount of information has a negative significant relationship with intention to invest in Sukuk. Therefore, the result of this study may help Sukuk issuers in identifying the factors that influence the intention to invest in Sukuk among the potential investors. This study contributes to the Islamic financial institutions by confirming the factors that may influence the intention of Nigerian to invest in Sukuk for infrastructural development.

Assessment and measurement of performance in academic libraries are well established. However, in developing countries such as Brazil, this has not been fully explored. This study aims to contribute to the knowledge by investigating practices of measuring library performance in Brazilian public academic libraries and analyzing their relationship with managerial processes. It employs a survey method with a descriptive-explanatory objective and follows a quantitative research approach. Data was gathered from 149 libraries. Results indicate that performance measurement system at academic libraries in Brazil lack systematic methods. However, libraries with implemented performance management systems have better management practices, reflecting in their library management maturity.

This research was aimed to determine the effect of quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism against the lecturer’s caring. The quantitative research approach using a survey method and technique of path analysis. The population was the lecturer of Bina Nusantara University and 166 lecturers were taken as samples and selected using stratified random sampling.  The result of data analysis showed that quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism have a direct positive effect on the lecturer’s caring. Quality management and organizational culture, have a direct positive effect on the professionalism and quality management, has a direct positive effect on the organizational culture. Therefore, to improve lecturer’s caring of Bina Nusantara University, the quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism should be improved.   Keywords: Quality management, organizational culture, professionalism, and lecturer’s                      caring.
