Various descriptions of the self-image of the elderly appear in various texts. This article discusses the image of the elderly in two Japanese films, entitled An (Sweet Bean) and Oke Rojin! (Golden Orchestra). By using Activity Theory, Successful Aging, and Loneliness, the research tries to analyze the image of the elderly that is constructed individually and in groups using the Content Analysis method. From the results of a thorough analysis of the components in the film, it can be concluded that the positive image of the elderly is constructed by looking for gaps of excellence from the shortcomings they have, and the positive image does not eliminate the depiction of the negative image. The elderly from both films try to make good use of old age, leaving the works in different ways, namely Tokue Yoshii with his red bean butter and the elderly orchestra with their first music and concerts.

With the science of survival article and lately the book “bridge to the future” Potter became famous releasing the neologism “bioethics” and then known as the founder of bioethics. However, 43 years before, Jahr had proposed a similar idea in the article “Bio-ethics: reviewing the ethical relations of humans towards animals and plants (translated from German)”. We propose to correct the idea that Jahr is merely a precursor—and not a founder—of bioethics, here speculating the bridge bioethics of Rensselaer Potter as close similarity with Jahr’s thoughts. Following the “content analysis” method, a table was built to compare the theoretical schemes of Potter and Jahr, correlating by qualitative meta-analysis, each paragraph of Jahr’s base text (1927) with Potter’s analogous (1970). The similarity of the texts reveals that, in theory, Potter benefited from Jahrist utopia, imposing it a reductionist lineage. Potter expresses, therefore, an ethnological capture of jahrism.

Arbitration as an alternative method of dispute resolution intrinsically is considered an exceptional institution. Being exceptional the arbitration institution requires to form it under the agreement of the will of the parties in the form of the arbitration agreement and thus until the parties have not agreed, Judgment is not imposed on them. Arbitration agreement is a contract in term of nature, and like all contacts must be respected the general rules of contract in it. The noteworthy point about this is that how is the observation of these conditions in arbitration agreement? In addition, this contract has the contents and conditions that the contracting parties agree to it and the basis of action of arbitrator or arbitrators is in the dispute settlement that it is interpreted as the specific conditions of the contract. The most important cases that often are noticed them in arbitration agreements and in the case of silence of the parties, the law governing the arbitration is replaced with their will in this regard, as follow: competence of arbitrator, language arbitration, the arbitration time, the arbitration costs, location of investigation and the number of arbitrators. The main question in this regard is this, how is the mutual consent of the parties of agreement in this regard. The answer to these two questions is the subject of this paper, which has been dealt with it through library studies and with the content analysis method.
