This research aims to analyze the development of Islamic education in Iran through library research or library research as a research method. Data collection in this study uses the analysis of scientific journals that have been published to see how the development process of Islamic education in Iran and see the differences in Islamic education in Indonesia. This finding produced several differences in the development of Islamic education in Iran and Indonesia. The results of this study can provide an overview of the progress of education in Iran that can be collaborated with the education system and Islamic education curriculum in Indonesia. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the public in the preparation of education curricula in Indonesia in the future

History revealed that Islamic education in Indonesia has its characteristics and plays a vital role in advancing Islamic culture in Indonesia. This study used a library research method that relies on sources from books and articles in scientific journals. The results showed that after the proclamation, there are four types of Islamic education in Indonesia, i.e., Madrasah, Islamic boarding schools, Public Schools, and Islamic schools. The development of Islamic in Indonesia as a revival, renewal, and enlightenment. The Islamic education system that existed at that time had developed as an effort of implementing Islamic law, so it guarantees and opportunities to continue to exist and develop.

The development of education has revealed a lot of educational ideology which makes some education practitioners often change the curriculum and educational model. This reality, then, leads to the changes of Indonesian curriculum which consequently shows that Indonesian education ideology is inconsistent. Actually, without following the western education ideology, Muslim practitioners in Indonesia should be able to maintain and use their own education ideology, namely Islamic education ideology. Because of its universal and transcendental characteristic, Islamic education ideology can give the newest and up-to-date format for the era development. This paper describes the concept of each ideology and their meeting points. The research method used in this study is library research method, and the data was analyzed by using content analysis method. The reserch result shows that the meeting points of those ideologies are divided into four concepts. First, the objective of education is to optimize the human resource. Second, the concept of human being is that human is the most noble and creative creation. Third, the education curriculum should be applicable. Forth, it is better to use guidance and counseling method in guiding students in solving their problems.

The various verses of the Quran explain that zikr and Tafakkur  are always related. They should have become the spirit of the education system so that the graduates could possess a balanced zikr and Tafakkur . On the contrary, education is more focused on the development of knowledge. The dichotomy of knowledge affects education where ideally Islamic education includes zikr and Tafakkur  education. Therefore, the integration of zikr and Tafakkur  is something important, urgent, and beneficial for the improvement of the nation's morality. The purpose of this study is to ensure the importance of the concept of zikr and Tafakkur  in the perspective of the Qur'an by providing thought on the importance of the integration of zikr and Tafakkur  in Islamic education so that it could be the basis for the development of Islamic education. The approach used in this study was the qualitative approach by employing the library research method. The integration of zikr and Tafakkur  in Islamic educational institutions can be realized if the Qur’an is made as to the main base of knowledge source by researching, understanding, and deepening the science and technology based on Qur’an.

This study aims to discuss the thoughts of education Fazlur Rahman and its contribution to the development of Islamic education theory today. Data collection used documentation method. The collected data sources serve as documents. The documents are then read and understood to find the necessary data in accordance with the formulation of the problems that exist in this study. After the necessary data is considered sufficient, systematized for further analysis. Fazlur Rahman as one of the reformers in Islamic education contributes by offering a more emphasis on development strategies in areas that are part of the education system itself, as well as integrating the two sciences, in order to avoid disintegration in education, so that there is no gap between the sciences -science. The idea of Rahman in the renewal of Islamic education, which is about the purpose of education, education system, learners, educators, educational facilities, and Islamic education curriculum.

The purpose of this study is to find out how parents play in training the speech of deaf children. The research method used is qualitative with library research, namely a series of studies related to library data collection methods, or research objects whose research objects are excavated through various library information (books, encyclopedias, scientific journals, newspapers, magazines, and documents). The results showed that parents have tried to train their children by getting used to talking continuously during learning from home using props and motivating the child to learn. Parents and teachers work together and consult on how to practice speech. The development of sound and rhythm perception communication is a program that is carried out to train the ability of deaf children. But at the time of the covid-19 pandemic parents became special companions as well as teachers while at home to train their children to speak the language daily in addition to being helped through listening aids guided by their teachers.

AbstractThe learning model of Islamic Education (PAI) in tertiary institutions has recently been highlighted by many observers of education. This situation is reasonable considering that from year to year, racism acts mainly occur in universities. A nation of caliber in Indonesia with large heterogeneity is indeed very possible for friction between students, considering all the possibilities, this paper tries to analyze the PAI learning model based on multiculturalism in tertiary institutions. This research uses the library research method by analyzing the results of the study of books and scientific journals. This research produces a multicultural PAI based learning model through which students can absorb and practice multicultural PAI based learning in tertiary institutions so that it has implications for attitudes of respect, acceptance and appreciation of differences between students. Keyword: Learning Model, PAI, Multicultural, Higher Education AbstrakModel pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di perguruan tinggi akhir-akhir ini disoroti banyak pemerhati pendidikan. Bangsa sekaliber Indonesia dengan heterogenitas besar memang sangat memungkinkan terjadinya gesekan antar mahasiswa, memperhatikan segala kemungkinan tersebut tulisan ini mencoba menganalisis model pembelajaran PAI berlandaskan multikultural di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research dengan menganalisis hasil kajian buku dan jurnal ilmiah. In Islamic education, the granting of punishment and reward is permitted based on the Quran and Sunnah by maintaining aspects of tarbiyah. This study aims to discuss how effective the application of reward and punishment systems in motivating someone's performance in general, be it students, employees. And as a religious individual, especially for those who are Muslim, how does the effect of implementing this reward and punishment system increase faith and good deeds or avoid evil. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include library research, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, and data verification. The results showed that the forms of rewards given included rewarding someone who excelled in an action, were able to improve the person's performance motivation in the future and could motivate others to do the same good.On the other hand, punishment is also important to apply including giving advice and guidance, showing a sour face, giving a hard rebuke, and giving additional tasks, such as memorizing the surah or short verses from the Quran or hadith, is also able to prevent someone from doing negative things and try not to repeat negative things in the future.

Islamic education is expected to be able to shape students who are required to be able to apply religious spiritual values and ethical, but what has not yet achieved what is targeted. As a solution there needs to be an update in the concept of education. The writing of this paper uses library research methods, namely finding and analyzing various information related to the discussion through books, journals and texts related to the discussion. It was found that the thought of al-Zarnuji's education was relevant to the modern era, namely: 1) Educational objectives, relevant from the existence of conformity with national education goals in the 2003 National Education System Law on educational goals, which between the two emphasized morals. 2) Educators, can be seen from the teacher's personal competence, which is a strong personality ability, noble, wise, and authoritative as well as an example for students. 3) students, it is relevant to be seen from the conformity with Law on National Education number 23 of 2003 Chapter V article 12 that students have an obligation to maintain the norms of education. 4) curriculum, can be seen from the basic foundation of Islamic Education curriculum including the basis of religion, and there is also a psychological basis. 5) Education Method, it can be seen that in the present era the memorization method and the discussion method are still used while still based on needs.

Implementation of building contract agreement for building "North Sumatra Provincial Tax and Retribution Management Agency at PT. Betesda Makmur "Agreement on building contract for PT. Betesda Mandiri is more than where the party giving the job contract is apart from the private sector besides the emergence of this agreement is simpler that can be by selecting contractors with negotiations and by selecting contractors with limited tenders. The research method used is Normative Juridical, and data collection techniques used are the library research. Implementation of building contract agreement for building "Management of Regional Tax and Retribution in the province of North Sumatra at PT. Betesda Mandiri "Building contract agreement at PT. Betesda Mandiri arises more from the party providing jobs from the private sector. In addition to the process for the emergence of this agreement, it is simpler, that is by selecting contractors, negotiating with a limited selection tender. During the development process there were no obstacles that occurred during the construction, all in accordance with what was planned during the agreement. If there is a party that carries out a default, sanctions may be imposed in accordance with those stated in the agreement.
