Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi komitmen pegawai dengan efektivitas organisasi. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan komitmen pegawai dengan efektivitas organisasi. Obyek pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Pendapatan Wilayah VII Pringsewu. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 orang pegawai.  Pengolahan data primer dengan pendekatan metode analisis kuantitatif dibantu alat statistik aplikasi program SPSS versi 21.0. untuk perhitungan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji korelasi dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Tingkat korelasi antara variabel komitmen pegawai (X) dengan variabel efektivitas organisasi (Y) pada UPTD Pendapatan Wilayah VII Pringsewu  adalah sebesar 0,694. Jika dikonsultasikan dengan tabel Interpretasi Koefesien Korelasi maka tingkat korelasi komitmen pegawai (X) dengan variabel efektivitas organisasi (Y) masuk dalam   kategori korelasi “tinggi”. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa komitmen pegawai berkorelasi dengan efektivitas organisasi.Kata Kunci : Komitmen Pegawai, Efektivitas OrganisasiAbstract. The purpose of this study was to determine employee commitment to organizational effectiveness. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a relationship between employee commitment and organizational effectiveness. The object of this research is the employee of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Regional Revenue VII Pringsewu. The sample used was 40 employees. Primary data processing with quantitative analysis approach assisted by statistical tools SPSS program application version 21.0. for the calculation of the validity test, reliability test, correlation test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the study as follows: The level of correlation between employee commitment (X) and organizational effectiveness variable (Y) at UPTD Revenue Region VII Pringsewu is 0.694. If consulted with the Correlation Coefficient Interpretation table, the correlation level of employee commitment (X) with organizational effectiveness variable (Y) is included in the "high" correlation category. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence on the granting of working capital loans to the income of small traders in PD. BPR NTB West Lombok Gunungsari Branch. This type of research is associative research which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data taken directly from the field, while secondary data is data obtained through intermediary media such as books, records, evidence and archives published or not. Data analysis in this study uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test , simple linear regression test, correlation test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the granting of working capital loans has a significant influence on the income level of small traders.

The purpose of this study is to test the Influence of Work Motivation, Competence, and Compensation Against Performance Employees Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Mentawai Islands District. This study is a census. The data used are primary data by taking sample of 79 (seventy nine) respondents. This research uses analytical tools such as validity, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study illustrate that all variables have an effect on employee performance except the compensation variable. The results can be described by the equation Y = 12.752 + 0.248X1 + 0.396X2 + 0.051 X3, where X1 = Work Motivation, X2 = Competence, and X3 = Compensation. This means that the constant of 12.752 states that factors other than the variables X1, X2, and X3 that affect employee performance of 12,752. Work Motivation coefficient of 0.248 states that if the variable X1 added one unit will add the effect of employee performance of 0.248 with the assumption that the competence and compensation variables are constant. The regression coefficient X2 of 0.396 is that if the variable X2 increases one unit will increase the employee performance by 0.396 with the assumption that the variable of work motivation and compensation is constant. Furthermore, with X3 regression coefficient of 0.051. This means that with other factors considered constant, the effect of compensation is less than that of work motivation and competence.

Good and poor person's performance can be influenced by many factors, among others is the granting of reward and punishment. Reward and punishment are two forms of methods to motivate, encourage and encourage employees to do good and improve their performance. This research aims to determine the influence between Reward and Punishment PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Samarinda branch both partially and simultaneously to the employee's performance. The population of this research is all employees of PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) branch of Samarinda. Data collection in this study using questionnaires. Data analysis tools used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test and T test. From this research concluded that effect of apartial reward of the employee’s performance amounted to 48.5%, of the results Tcount>Ttable (3,919>1,993), and a partial punishment influence on the employee’s performance of 60.9%, of the result Tcount>Ttable (3,748>1,993), and simultaneously there was an influence between reward and punishment to performance by 50.2%, from the result of Fcount>Ftable (38,529>3,123). The results showed that the partial and simultaneous reward and punishment have significant effect on the employee's performance.  PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) should provide appropriate reward and punishment to improve employee performance.

Abstract Influence of training and motivation on performance of employees at PT PAM Lyonnase Jaya (PALYJA). 2017. This research aims to find out how the influences between the training and motivation on performance of employees. Data collection using the questionnaire given to the respondents to obtain primary data and secondary data to obtain an libraries. While the method of data analysis using the test validity dan reliability, test the assumptionsof classical, test hypotheses, multiple linier regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination of the significance of the T-test, and a test of the significance of f. Result of the research indicate that training has a strong influence on performance of employees and motivation have influence of 66,8% on performance of employees and the remaining 33,2% are influenced by other factors.Keywords: Training, Motivation, Employee Performance.AbstrakPengaruh Pelatihan dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada head office PT PAM Lyonnase Jaya (PALYJA). 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh antara pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden untuk memperoleh data primer dan studi kepustakaan untuk memperolah data sekunder. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji signifikansi T dan uji signifikansi F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 66,8% terhadap kinerja karyawan dan sisanya 33,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect and relationship of variable Brand Image and Product Quality partially and simultaneously on the Interest in Buying Ando Shoes products of PT. Halim Jaya Sakti in Sidoarjo. The method used is to use quantitative data by distributing questionnaires as many as 95 respondents. This research data uses primary data. Sampling analysis tools used are validity test, reliability test, correlation test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression test, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination test using SPSS software version 21.0. Based on the results of this study indicate that the variable Brand Image is quite influential and related which shows a positive and significant direction to the Purchase Interest of Ando Shoes products at Pt. Halim Jaya Sakti in Sidoarjo. Proven in the t test, the Brand Image variable t value> t table is (96.777> 1.66140) and Product Quality variable t value> t table is (108.432> 1.66140) so the correlation test calculation is more significance value smaller than the 0.05 significant level that is equal to 0,000 <0.05.

The aims of this study is to measure the effects of structural assurance and perceived reputation to purchase intention through trust. The population of this research is consumers of Tokopedia in Faculty of Social and Political Science of Diponegoro University, while the sample is 100 consumers of Tokopedia with some certain prerequirements.The data was analyzed using two-step analysis with SPSS 17.0 for windows where previously tested the validity test, reliability test, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination, and test of significance (t-test and f-test). The result of this study is showing that structural assurance and perceived reputation has positive impact toward trust, the biggest impact is own by perceived reputation. Based on the result of two step analysis, trust is an intervening variable toward purchase intention in this study. Some recommendations are added based on those results. It is recommended that Tokopedia should improve the ability to solve hacking, provide guaranteed data information so that visitors' responses to structural assurance are safe, besides that it needs to focus on customer satisfaction, provide high service and increase credibility so consumers arise trust and increase purchase intention to Tokopedia. Tujuan dilakukanya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara structural assurance dan perceived reputation terhadap purchase intention melalui trust. Populasinya adalah seluruh konsumen Tokopedia di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik di Universitas Diponegoro, sedangkan sampelnya adalah 100 konsumen Tokopedia dengan kriteria tertentu. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis dua tahap menggunakan software SPSS for Windows, di mana sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda, dan uji signifikansi (uji t dan uji F). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa structural assurance dan perceived reputation berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap trust, dimana ketika bersama-sama perceived reputation memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap trust. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dua tahap trust merupakan variabel intervening terhadap purchase intention dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka disarankan supaya Tokopedia dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam memecahkan masalah hackers, menyediakan jaminan informasi data sehingga tanggapan pengunjung mengenai structural assurance aman, selain itu perlu memfokuskan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, memberikan pelayanan yang tinggi dan meningkatkan kredibilitas yang dimiliki sehingga konsumen timbul trust dan berminat untuk membeli di Tokopedia.

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of SOP, reward system, training and work environment on employee work productivity at PT. BPR Willis Jember. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from respondents' responses  to  the  questionnaire.  Samples  taken  as many  as  40  respondents  with sampling techniques using probability sampling, namely by purposive sampling method. The data obtained is then processed using the SPSS analysis tool, this analysis includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, and statistical test through t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study show that the factors of the application of SOP, reward systems, training and work environment simultaneously affect work productivity, whereas if partially the factors for the application of SOP and training have no significant effect on work productivity, but for reward system factors and work environments have a significant towards work productivity. This study aims to examine and analyze how much influence Organizational Culture, Motivation and Professionalism to the Performance of Internal Auditors. Population in this research is Internal Auditor and Internal Supervision Unit in the State Industry Companies financial and insurance services in Bandung City. The number of seals taken as many as 46 respondents. The research method used is descriptive and verification method. Data collection techniques are done through primary data with questionnaires. Sampling technique using Probability Sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling method. Statistical analysis used in this research are validity test, reliability test, multiple correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination. Simultaneously shows that the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture, motivation and professionalism to the performance of internal auditors of 70,7%, while the rest of 20,3% influenced by other factor not observed in this research. Thus, the higher the organizational culture, motivation and professionalism will further improve the performance of internal auditors.

Fintech changed the habits of public financial transactions. There are 2 types of fintech that are very popular for SMEs, namely Payment Gateway and Peer to Peer Lending (P2P). This study aims to analyze the effect of Payment Gateway and Peer to Peer Lending (P2P) on the increase in MSME income in the city of Palembang. The type of data used is primary data with data sources derived from questionnaires and interviews. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling, where the sample in this study is only for the types of MSMEs that are engaged in culinary and fashion in Pakembang. The analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, coefficient of determination test (R2) and partial test (t test). ABSTRAK Kebutuhan listrik masyarakat yang semakin hari kian meningkat menyebabkan perusahaan terkait seperti PLN harus mampu memberikan pelayanan dengan kualitas yang baik bagi pelangganya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  dan menganalisis  kualitas pelayanan listrik pintar (prabayar) di PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Woha. Peneitian ini berjenis deskriptif dengan  jenis data kuantitatif dari sumber data primer. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner skala likert. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioer dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji t test one sample. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan listrik pintar (prabayar) di PT. PLN Persero  ULP. Woha lebih dari 70% dari yang diharapkan (baik). The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, and one sample t test.
