This study aims to determine whether there is an influence on the granting of working capital loans to the income of small traders in PD. BPR NTB West Lombok Gunungsari Branch. This type of research is associative research which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data taken directly from the field, while secondary data is data obtained through intermediary media such as books, records, evidence and archives published or not. Data analysis in this study uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test , simple linear regression test, correlation test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the granting of working capital loans has a significant influence on the income level of small traders.

<em>This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision on the selection of broiler for household consumption in Surakarta. This study is a case study conducted in one of the densest urban village of Tegalharjo, Jebres, Surakarta. This research was conducted in November - December 2015. The basic method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with survey technique to household / household in Tegalharjo Village, Jebres, Surakarta. Sampling technique is done by Purposive Sampling method with 86 respondents. Primary data was obtained from interview with questionnaire tool. Secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Surakarta, Jebres and Tegalharjo. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression test. The result of research shows that the instrument is valid because r count&gt; r table and reliable because of Alpha Cronbach result for each sub variable in the range 0,761 - 0,873, research data is normal distribution with significance value of each variable&gt; 0,05, result of multiple linear regression test show each variable has significant effect on broiler consumption except family wealth factor variable (X2), with value of Adjusted R2 equal to 0,731. Conclusion from this research was that the economic and social factors as a whole affect the level of consumption of broiler in the household in Surakarta.</em>

This research was conducted to find out how the process of implementation of safety and health program in the production director detail part manufacturing division   PT Dirgantara Indonesia, this research also can be known about work productivity at PT Dirgantara Indonesia.  This research was conducted on 117  respondents who are employees of the production director detail part manufacturing division PT Dirgantara Indonesia. This study used primary data by using questionnaires and interviews also using secondary data obtained from books and journals. The classical principle test used for this research is normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test. The result is employee productivity in productivity direktorat production detail part manufacturing division PT Dirgantara Indonesia of 27.1% made by the implementation of health and safety programs as much as 72.9%. The result of hypothesis test shows that there is significant influence between the implementation of work safety program to the work productivity of the employees of the production directorate part manufacturing PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

This study aims to know and analyze the influence of Promotion and Position Mutation on Job Performance Employees in the District Court Sigli. Where the independent variables of Promotion, Job Mutation and Job Performance (Y) as dependen. The Population variable in this research is all employees of the District Court Sigli 45 employees . The entire population in the study were sampled in the study of 45 employees. Data collected in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data, both qualitative data and quantitative data and through questionnaires filled by respondents. Then the data obtained were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis . This analysis includes Normality Test, Multicolinearity Test, Heterokedasticity Test of Classic Assumption, Hypothesis Testing through F Test and T Test, and Determination Coefficient Analysis (R²). Based on the result of research, we get regression equation: Y = 1,171 + 0,358 X1 + 0,388 X2. The result of the above analysis can be concluded based on t test known that Positive Promotion Variables positively and significantly influence on employee performance at Sigli District Court. This is seen from the significant value (0,000) smaller than 0.05 and the value of thitung4.032> ttabel 1.682. Position Mutation variables positively and significantly influence on Employee Performance at Sigli District Court. This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) smaller than 0.05 and the value of tcount4.584> ttable1,682. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), indicating that the Adjusted R2 or the determinant of 0.715 means that 71.5% of Employee Performance factors can be explained by Position Promotion (X1) and Position Mutation (X2), while the remaining 28.5% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study. Motivation to study is the change of energy in an individual that can be signed with the emergence of feelings and reaction to reach goals. While self-discipline is a circumstance which form through a process that shows the values of self-confession, obedience, regularity, and orderliness to the applicable regulation, and to support good learning outcome should have motivation to study and also a good self-discipline. This study aim to find out the relation between motivation to study and self-discipline with the learning outcome in electrical motor installation subject. The population of this study is the whole electrical installation expertise program’s student in SMK Kapin. While the used sample is all the student who already got electrical motor installation subject as many as 60 students. The used method in this research is expost facto which used quantitative approach. The primary data is the motivation to study and self-discipline data, while the secondary data is the learning outcome data. The data analysis technique that used is hypothesis test and F-test that previously done prerequisite analysis test using normality test and linearity test. The calculation result shows that the hypothesis test with 5% of significant level obtained rcount = 0,6 and rtable = 0,254, because rcount > rtable , then the Fcount =16,03 and Ftable = 3,15 which mean Fcount > Ftable so it can be concluded that there is a significant relation between the motivation to study and self- discipline with the learning outcome of electrical motor installation practice in electrical installation expertise SMK Kapin Jakarta. ABTRAK Motivasi belajar aSdalah perubahan energi dalam diri seseorang yang ditandai dengan timbulnya perasaan dan reaksi untuk mencapai tujuan. Sedangkan disiplin diri adalah suatu kondisi yang terbentuk melalui proses yang menunjukan nilai-nilai pengakuan diri sendiri, ketaatan , kepatuhan, keteraturan, dan ketertiban kepada peraturan yang berlaku, dan untuk mendukung hasil belajar yang baik harus memiliki motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri yang baik juga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri dengan hasil belajar praktikum siswa dalam mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa program keahlian teknik instalasi tenaga listrik SMK Kapin, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa yang sudah mendapatkan mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik sebanyak 60 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah expost facto menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian primer adalah data motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri, sedangkan data sekunder adalah data hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis dan uji-F yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikan 5% di peroleh nilai rhitung = 0,6 dan nilai rtabel = 0,254, karena nilai rhitung > rtabel , kemudian nilai Fhitung sebesar 16,03 dan nilai Ftabel = 3,15 yang berarti Fhitung > Ftabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri dengan hasil belajar praktikum instalasi motor listrik Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik SMK Kapin Jakarta .

Conducted Research on employees at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi Medan to find out the relationship between work stress with work-life balance. All employees who work at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi Gatot Subroto Medan was made the subject of this research, totaling 120 people. The Sampling for this research based on the determination of a certain sample size with an error level of 5% with a population of 120 people, then used a sample of 89 people. The technique used for data analysis is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test. The test result on Pearson Product Moment Correlation prove that there is a strong and significant negaive relationship between work stress and Work-life balance with coefficient of -0.737 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05), and the value of R square (R²) = 0.543

Research is conducted at the health center in Indragiri Hulu Regency Province of Riau. To test and analyze the influence of Competence and Support infrastructure on the satisfaction of patients hospitalized patients. To test and analyze the effect of compensation on the satisfaction of patients hospitalized patients. To test and analyze the influence of Means of infrastructure on patients' satisfaction at the Indragiri Hulu Regency health center. With a population of 3,618 patients hospitalized inpatient and sample 98. The data used are primary data and secondary, collecting the data with the deployment of questionnaires and engineering documentation. Analysis of the data used in the study is that the analysis of descriptive and analytical quantitative. The data analysis technique is the Instrument Test, Validity Test, Reliability Test. Classical Assumption Test; Normality Test; Linearity Test; Multicollinearity Test; Heteroscedasticity Test. And Analysis Regression Linear Regression with program SPSS 21. The study results showed that the competence and facilities infrastructures are simultaneously influenced significantly to the satisfaction of patients hospitalized inpatient. Competence is partially influenced significantly to the satisfaction of patients hospitalized inpatient. Facility Infrastructure is partially influenced significantly to patient satisfaction in health centers in the  Indragiri Hulu Regency. The coefficient of determination(R2) contribution of variable competence and facilities infrastructure is simultaneous to the variable satisfaction of patient care hospitalization by 23.3%, and the remaining 76.7% is influenced by variables other was not examined in the study of this.

This research is motivated by developments in the era of globalization resulting in an increasingly sharp increase in competition between companies, so that companies are required to highlight all their assets, especially human resources. Human resources are required to continuously be able to develop themselves proactively. Because to achieve the company's corporate goals, it is necessary to have a major asset in the form of employees with good performance. To achieve good performance, the company needs to pay attention to the conditions of a conducive work environment, high work discipline, and good communication. The research aims to analyze and to explain the simultaneous and partial influence of variables of Work Environment Condition, Work Discipline and Communication on Employee Performance of KSPPS BMT Surya Madinah and BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative. The data that was used as primary data from the distribution of questionnaires with 50 respondents, divided into 2 namely was 36 respondents at KSPPS BMT Surya Madinah and 14 respondents at BMT Pahlawan Tungagung. The data analysis that was used was the validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2), and hypothesis testing (t-test and f test). The results of this research indicate that: (1) the work environment condition has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of KSPPS BMT Surya Madinah and BMT Pahlawan Tungagung. (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of KSPPS BMT Surya Madinah and BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung employees. (3) communication has a positive and significant effects to the performance of KSPPS BMT Surya Madinah and BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung employees. (4) the work environment condition, work discipline, and communication together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of KSPPS BMT Surya Madinah and BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi komitmen pegawai dengan efektivitas organisasi. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan komitmen pegawai dengan efektivitas organisasi. Obyek pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Pendapatan Wilayah VII Pringsewu. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 orang pegawai.  Pengolahan data primer dengan pendekatan metode analisis kuantitatif dibantu alat statistik aplikasi program SPSS versi 21.0. untuk perhitungan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji korelasi dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Tingkat korelasi antara variabel komitmen pegawai (X) dengan variabel efektivitas organisasi (Y) pada UPTD Pendapatan Wilayah VII Pringsewu  adalah sebesar 0,694. Jika dikonsultasikan dengan tabel Interpretasi Koefesien Korelasi maka tingkat korelasi komitmen pegawai (X) dengan variabel efektivitas organisasi (Y) masuk dalam   kategori korelasi “tinggi”. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa komitmen pegawai berkorelasi dengan efektivitas organisasi.Kata Kunci : Komitmen Pegawai, Efektivitas OrganisasiAbstract. The purpose of this study was to determine employee commitment to organizational effectiveness. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a relationship between employee commitment and organizational effectiveness. The object of this research is the employee of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Regional Revenue VII Pringsewu. The sample used was 40 employees. Primary data processing with quantitative analysis approach assisted by statistical tools SPSS program application version 21.0. for the calculation of the validity test, reliability test, correlation test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the study as follows: The level of correlation between employee commitment (X) and organizational effectiveness variable (Y) at UPTD Revenue Region VII Pringsewu is 0.694. If consulted with the Correlation Coefficient Interpretation table, the correlation level of employee commitment (X) with organizational effectiveness variable (Y) is included in the "high" correlation category. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara juga menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku dan jurnal. Uji prinsip klasik yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji linieritas. Hasilnya adalah produktivitas karyawan dalam produktivitas direktorat produksi secara detail bagian manufaktur PT Dirgantara Indonesia sebesar 27,1% dilakukan dengan program kesehatan dan keselamatan sebanyak 72,9%. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelaksanaan program keselamatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi direktorat bagian bagian manufaktur PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction of System e-Xamp Editor users in SMKN 3 Pariaman. The evaluation was conducted based on the perception of the end user by using End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. EUCS Model has 6 factors i.e. content, accuracy, format, ease of use timeliness and flexibility, these 6 factors used as independent variable to evaluate e-Xamp editor user satisfaction in SMKN 3 Pariaman. This research using questionnaire as a primary data as well as scientific journals, reference books as secondary data. This research uses validity test, reliability test, normality test and linear regression analysis as methods of data analysis. The results showed that 6 factors of EUCS model affects 61% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction. Content affects 6,15% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction, timeliness affects 15,76% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction, ease of use affects 15,36% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction, format affects 5,52% of e-Xamp editor user sastisfaction, accuracy affects 2,5% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction and flexibility affects 6,4% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction. Kata kunci: User Satisfaction, e-Xamp editor, End-User ComputingSatisfaction (EUCS)
