To provide internet network, one of public Telecommunication provider in Indonesia conduct several project related to fiber optic cable installation such as the STO Modernization Feeder project. In every project implementation, the company is concerned with quality in order to remain competitive with competitors. Deliverable which meets the project quality will produce the product in accordance with the requirements. STO Garut Feeder Modernization Project was experiencing delays which is caused by the non-conformity project deliverable to project specification during monitoring & controlling phase. At project planning, the quality metric was not designed, which can be used as a guideline for vendor in carrying out the project task and to assist the process of quality control. Quality metric design is carried out using internal control methods that can identify possible errors in each project activity and critical success criteria that define a successful activity that will be performed. Result shows that only 67.1% statement (critical success criteria) form critical activity is implemented. This result can answer why the project delay because the activity on critical path is mostly re-worked due to non-conformity issues

The article explores individual approaches used to measure and evaluate the quality of financial state-ments: standardized assessment, accrual-based models (accrual quality), Beneise models (M-Score), in-dexes - the internal control method and the degree of accounting conservatism. The reason for the great dependence on the use of indirect measures (proxies for the quality of financial statements or stock prices) is that some of the qualities of financial statements are unobservable.

Sustainable housing is a popular topic with regard to the SDG, sustainable communities and Sustainable cities. Although different researches have come up with regard to different CSC of specific contexts there are very limited studies on CSC on Sustainable low-income housing. This research aims to compare the CSC on Sustainable low-income Housing in designing stage in Sri Lankan Context. 18 CSC were derived from comprehensive literature review and re-examined through the 27 professionals and ranked from community on three locations. Relative Importance Index- RII, Min Max Normalization and Gap analyses were employed in the ranking process of Critical Success Criteria. The highest importance has been ranked with Efficiency use of water and energy, Users Satisfaction and Quality of Housing while least importance is ranked with Maintainability, Public Consultation and community participation and cater for Disables and by Literature, Experts and Community respectively. Anyway, Public Consultation and Community Participation, newly derived CSC which is highly ranked among community is to be concentrated among the professionals for the attention and applications in practices. The findings of the research would support to the designers, architectures, planners specialized in this field to ensure the successful delivery of sustainable housing.

Generally, the utilization of traditional scheduling methods represents a complex and cumbersome task for most project managers. Using the existing tools often requires long preparation, and the quality of the graphical output of the planning job is suboptimal. The lack of accuracy in the representation of the execution process diminishes the reliability of the schedule. This article proposes a new planning approach that that can simulate the real conditions of projects. The concepts of graphical scheduling models are analyzed to position the new chronographic approach among other graphical scheduling techniques. The theoretical concept, the mathematical model, and the graphical approach for this new planning method are summarized. Among other features, the proposed chronographic method allows the internal division of activities and relationships as a function of quantities, and new realistic types of floats are proposed. The output may be represented on numerous levels of hierarchical detail or as a combination of these levels. The result is modeling that produces improved visual clarity, increased flexibility, and more adaptability to changes for construction projects.Key words: planning, scheduling, modeling, time-scaled, chronographic method, Gantt, critical path method, precedence.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between the Quality of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology and Internal Control System Against Timeliness of Village Government Financial Reporting at Gunungkidul Regency. This research is causative research. The population is the village government in Gunungkidul Regency, especially in Gedangsari subdistrict. Criteria of respondents in the study were to village and village apparatus. We use questionnaire to collect data. We use multiple regression with SPSS program version 16.0 to analyze data. We find that quality of human resources and internal control system have a positive influence on the timeliness of village government financial reporting. On the other hand, utilization of information technology does not influence the timeliness of village government financial reporting. These imply that the quality of human resources and internal control system can speed up the preparation of village government financial reporting.

The article analyzes the problems of the manifestation of risks of shadow and criminal activity in the life support system of citizens of the Russian Federation, the dissemination of which requires the development of effective measures to prevent and eliminate them. The most important issue is the formation of an effective economic security system with an emphasis on the new quality of life support for citizens of the Russian Federation in an adequate combination with the high growth rate of NTP in the Russian economy. The new technological structure emerging from the new achievements of scientific and technological progress involves the harmonization of the pace of scientific and technological development, combined with an adequate improvement in the quality of life support for citizens performing such achievements. Owing to this fact formation of new quality of the housing and communal services (HCS) as bases of life support of citizens becomes a prerequisite of increase in performance and intellectualization of human work. With this in mind, early recognition, prevention and elimination of risks of shadow and criminal activities in the housing and communal services system (housing and communal services) is considered as a significant mechanism to increase the effectiveness of the system of comfortable life support for citizens of the Russian Federation. The existing lag in the development of a high-quality and comfortable system for providing citizens of Russia on the basis of housing and communal services, the subject of which is the provision of quality and comfortable services, influenced by numerous risks of shadow and criminal influence, becomes a condition for intensifying economic development and increasing labor productivity on this basis. The need to develop and use modern scientific and technical achievements, especially in the field of digitalization, is emphasized in order to increase the efficiency of the economic security system of housing and communal services organizations based on innovative control mechanisms - internal control, audit, compliance control, taking into account financial investigations in order to prevent and eliminate the risks of shadow and criminal activities in the housing and communal services system.

Several methods of Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) extraction have been applied to extract bacterial DNA. The amount and the quality of the DNA obtained for each one of those methods are variable. The study aimed to evaluate bacterial DNA extraction using conventional boiling method followed by alcohol precipitation. DNA extraction from Gram negative bacilli was extracted and precipitated using boiling method with further precipitation by ethanol. The extraction procedure performed using the boiling method resulted in high DNA yields for both E. coli and K. pneumoniae bacteria in (199.7 and 285.7μg/ml, respectively) which was close to control method (229.3 and 440.3μg/ml). It was concluded that after alcohol precipitation boiling procedure was easy, cost-effective, and applicable for high-yield quality of DNA in Gram-negative bacteria.

An improved control strategy for three-phase grid-connected inverters with space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) is proposed. When the grid current contains harmonics, the d-and q-axes grid currents is interacted in the traditional control method, and the waveform quality of the grid current is poor. As the reference output voltage cannot directly reflect the change of the reference grid current with the traditional control strategy, the dynamic response of the grid-connected inverter is slow. In order to solve the aforementioned problems, the d-and q-axes grid currents in the decoupled components of the grid current controller are substituted by the d-and q-axes reference grid currents, respectively. The operating principles of the traditional and proposed control methods are illustrated. Experimental results show that the grid-connected inverter with the improved control strategy has high waveform quality of the grid current and fast dynamic response.
