<p class="Abstrak">Aplikasi <em>CyReborn</em> merupakan sistem untuk memudahkan autentifikasi data peserta pengenalan kehidupan kampus mahasiswa baru atau PKKMB berbasis <em>framework</em>, namun mengalami kendala pada saat pengoperasinya, yaitu sulitnya menguraikan kepadatan antrian pada proses autentifikasi peserta terutama pada saat absensi pagi, absensi istirahat, dan absensi pulang. Tujuan penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah optimalisasi aplikasi <em>CyReborn</em> dengan <em>HttpURLConnection API</em> agar dapat menjalankan <em>QRCode</em> melalui aplikasi android pada bagian <em>frontend</em>, sedangkan pada bagian <em>backend</em> menggunakan <em>web framework</em> untuk pengelolaan data autentifikasinya. Sedangkan fokus dari penelitian ini adalah membandingkan kecepatan autentifikasi data peserta PKKMB, antara sebelum optimalisasi dengan yang sesudah dilakukan optimalisasi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan empat API yang biasa digunakan pada aplikasi berbasis web PHP framework dan android, yaitu <em>HttpURLConnection API, Retrofit API, OkHttp API dan Asynchronous Http Client API</em>. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan <em>Rapid Application Development (RAD)</em>, terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu <em>requirement planning, design system,</em> dan <em>implementation.</em> Sedangkan data yang digunakan untuk pengujian sebanyak 117 peserta, dari jumlah populasi keseluruhan peserta sebanyak 248 peserta. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah kecepatan authentifikasi data peserta PKKMB aplikasi <em>CyReborn</em> dengan <em>HttpURLConnection API</em>, hasil terendah saat pengujian awal sebesar 30 detik dan tertinggi sebesar 90 detik, sedangkan hasil pengujian dengan <em>HttpURLConnection API</em> terendah sebesar 5 detik dan tertinggi 30 detik. Artinya hasil optimalisasi aplikasi CyReborn dengan <em>HttpURLConnection API,</em> meningkat sebesar 15 detik untuk hasil akhir terendah dan sebesar 82 detik untuk hasil akhir tertinggi, atau persentase terendah sebesar 40% dan persentase tertinggi 92%.</p><p class="Abstrak"> </p><p class="Abstrak"><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p class="Abstrak"><em>CyReborn application is a system to facilitate the authentication of participant's introduction of campus life for new students or PKKMB based on the framework, but has problems when operating, which is the difficulty of deciphering the queue density in the participant's authentication process especially during morning attendance, rest absenteeism, and home absence. The research objective of this research is to optimize the CyReborn application with the HttpURLConnection API so that it can run QRCode through the android application on the frontend, while the backend uses a web framework for managing its authentication data. While the focus of this study is to compare the speed of PKKMB participant data authentication, between before optimization and after optimization. Testing is done by using four APIs that are commonly used on PHP framework and android web-based applications, namely the HttpURLConnection API, Retrofit API, OkHttp API and Asynchronous Http Client API. The software development method uses Rapid Application Development (RAD), consisting of three stages, namely requirements planning, system design, and implementation. While the data used for testing were 117 participants, out of a total population of 248 participants. The results obtained from this study are the speed of authentication of PKKMB CyReborn application participants with the HttpURLConnection API, the lowest results at initial testing were 30 seconds and the highest was 90 seconds, while the test results with the lowest HttpURLConnection API were 5 seconds and the highest was 30 seconds. This means that the optimization results of the CyReborn application with the HttpURLConnection API, increase by 15 seconds for the lowest final result and by 82 seconds for the highest final result, or the lowest percentage by 40% and the highest percentage by 92%.</em></p>

Abstract - PT. S.A.M.B (Sarana Abadi Makmur Bersama) is a distributor and logistics company engaged in Modern Trade (MT) for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi). In addition to distribution, SAMB also provides services for companies seeking logistics and transportation services for modern trade within the designated area. The inventory design system is one of the most important factors in meeting the needs of consumers in a timely and demanding manner. There are still many companies that use desktop applications especially on PT. Sarana Abadi Makmur Bersama. Employees often complain about the performance of the used desktop app. Not all desktop applications can run on all operating systems, while web applications can run in all operating systems as long as there is a browser and an internet connection, it makes it more practical. With web-based asset inventory data item can be used relatively fast, relatively accurate, and relatively more accurate data. . Masih banyak perusahaan-perusahaan yang menggunakan aplikasi desktop terutama pada PT. Sarana Abadi Makmur Bersama. Para karyawan sering mengeluhkan kinerja dari aplikasi desktop yang dipakai. Tidak semua aplikasi desktop dapat berjalan di semua Sistem Operasi, sedangkan aplikasi web dapat berjalan disemua Sistem Operasi selama ada browser dan koneksi internet, itu membuatnya lebih praktis. Dengan berbasis web, data inventori asset barang dapat digunakan relatif cepat, relatif tepat, dan relatif data lebih akurat. . At the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Alue Bilie Unit, the teller cash system experiences difficulties and errors in the teller's cash collection and receipt system and there is an error in the procedure for collecting evidence of cash management (in the form of cash), based on the purpose of the problem referred to the writer conducting research on the Details Website-Based Cash Teller at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Alue Bilie. The design of the system used by the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, a software development process model classified as incremental (multilevel) techniques. RAD emphasizes short, short, and fast development cycles, and data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are web-based fangame using the programming languages PHP, HTML, CSS, JQuery, and MySQL as DBMS. The registration of new students is one of the routine activities which are carried out by all universities every year and data processing system assistance is needed to make easier the work of universities in processing data for the new students’ registration. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based new students’ registration information system which is expected to make easier for the new students registratlion committee in managing the data and also make easier for new students to register and get information. The development method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The RAD method has several stages, namely Requirements Planning, RAD Design Workshop, and Implementation. The development of this information system starts from collecting data using observation and interview methods, making system design, development, and testing. The trial was carried out using black box testing which focused on functional testing. The results of the blackbox test show that there is no error in the new student registration information system.

The case of lost or missing children when people go traveling or in the hustle often occurs due to lack of parental supervision. These problems can be solved using Global Position System (GPS)-based navigation technology Location Based Service (LBS). This research aimed to determine the position of members of the community (such as family) who were lost or missing by using mobile devices. Rapid Application Development (RAD) was used for system development, which comprised the step of requirement or planning, system design, development, and cutover. The result of this research is a GPS-based application that is able to display the position of members of the community, the route to the location, and the media discussion (comments). The conclusions show that the application provides an easy and useful function in finding the location of the community member, displays the route to the location, and allows the interaction in the form of communication.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) Pakis Sabilulungan is a business entity that houses small, micro and medium-sized businesses located in Mekarsari Village, Pasirjambu, Bandung, Indonesia. At present, BUM Desa Pakis has begun to pioneer several businesses including the production of snacks, coffee, crafts, and clothing. But there are obstacles where marketing is still limited to one sub-district and income tends to stagnate. Therefore, we need an internet-based technology that is able to help marketing more broadly and more easily than the current situation. The proposed technology in BUM Desa Pakis is a web-based e-marketplace, where all business owners can sell goods on the same platform. In its development, the prototyping method was used. This is because BUM Desa needs a description of the application that will be used before further development. The results of the e-Marketplace development on BUM Desa show that the marketing process can be carried out faster, payments can be made through bank transfers and delivery can be done through expeditions. This is significantly able to expand product marketing from Mekarsari Village

In this era of digitalization, there are many companies that have problems in delivering information. This makes the data management process slow, as well as providing information when needed, which hinders the process of selling or releasing goods. There are still many large companies in Indonesia that have not applied technology to be one of the reasons for the author to create a web-based inventory design application to facilitate the delivery of the required information, especially in information regarding reports of goods in and out, final stock reports and all problems related to stock. By designing the system towards a better direction, it is hoped that it can help and facilitate the ongoing system processes in managing data, including processing, compiling, and storing data which ultimately produces accurate data that can be used for company needs. The results of the analysis are described using the UML modeling language and applying the Rapid Application Development model. Implementation is in the form of the final result achieved, namely the formation of a web-based information system that can make it easier for users to process data.

Inventory management must be considered in the company. Because mismanagement will result in losses in the company. UD. Berkah Jaya is a business engaged in the food and beverage trading business. Inventory management at the shop is still done manually by recording it in a ledger. This causes several problems such as unsuitable stock of goods, checking and searching for goods that take a long time, often expired stock. To solve this problem, a computerized system is needed. This study designed a web-based inventory information system (SITORY) using the FAST method. The use of the FAST method is due to rapid application development and is carried out sequentially according to the stages. This inventory system makes it easier for employees to manage inventory, to make it more efficient and accurate in reporting.

The study aims to investigate the problems and drawbacks associated with the present scheduling process for courses of video-conferencing, conducted at Administration of Educational Media at KAU (King Abdul-Aziz University). In KAU, male and female campuses are almost entirely segregated. The number of male staff and the diversity of their academic specialties is higher than those of their female counter parts. Hence, some subjects are taught to female students by male faculty, while utilizing videoconferencing technology. This research investigates the main challenges, faced by the Administration of Educational Media at King Abdul-Aziz University in scheduling video conferencing courses for classrooms reservation requests. It provides a complete list of tools and features to enhance, support, and automate the scheduling process for classrooms and supervisors, following Rapid Application development (RAD) methodology. The system has been implemented as a web-based automated scheduling system to undertake the capability of technology and to create an influential scheduling system. This system might also help in the migration of traditional paper-based work to a better technological environment, satisfied employees, and faster feedbacks.

Institute for Research and Community Service, or called LPPM is a forum for researchers to conduct studies with internal and national scales. LPPM UMN is one of the institutions that provide the container for UMN researchers. However, in the LPPM UMN itself still does not have a webbased system that can be accessed anywhere. This website will be able to share knowledge amongst lecturers by downloading study results that have been done before. After collecting all the requirements, an application is designed using the Rapid Application Development for a limited time spent. The application is built by designing a website and applying MySQL database and PHP programming language with CodeIgniter framework 2.2.2. This website is divided into 3 parts; admins, reviewers, and researcher. Admins are able to see the whole proposal which is sent and appoint a reviewer for one of the proposals. Reviewers have some facilities to review research proposals that have been uploaded. Researchers are able to upload a research proposal. Index Terms - LPPM, Knowledge Management, Research, Website.
