The aim of this research is to identify the relevance of cultural diversity and its role in achieving the objectives of change management in the Greater Salt Municipality, and the research sample consisted of (27) respondents from administrators and workers in the following sections: The Cultural Department, the Public Relations Department, the Human Resources Department, and the General Bureau Department in the Greater Salt Municipality. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach was followed. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which is that there is a good degree of agreement among the members of the study sample to measure the compatibility of the cultural diversity of the workers in the Greater Salt Municipality. The research also concluded that there is a good degree of agreement and a good degree of agreement between the study sample members of the role of the following sections: The Cultural Department. And the Public Relations Department, the Human Resources Department, and the General Office Department, in the Greater Salt Municipality in the success of Change Management. The research also found that there is a statistically significant relationship between the harmonization of cultural diversity and its role in achieving the objectives of change management in the Greater Salt Municipality and that there is a statistically significant relationship between each of (harmonizing ethnic diversity, harmonizing sexual diversity, and harmonizing age diversity) and achieving goals Managing Change in the Greater Salt Municipality.

Effective public relations can create and build up the image of an individual or an organisation or a nation. At the time of adverse publicity or when the organisation is under crisis an effective Public Relations can remove the "misunderstanding" and can create mutual understanding between the organisation and the public. Public relations, in the internal environment area, are directed to both the entire organization and to its individual departments and units. Internal communication and good internal communication channels are of paramount importance. From an internal perspective, organizations must be able to communicate effectively with its human resources in order to streamline organizational development. Finally, public relations must also be an important part of internal communication to promote planned change and development within the organization.

This study aims to determine the index of stakeholders satisfaction to the public service at the Public Relations of UIN Sunan Kalijaga and to determine the factors that affect stakeholders index satisfaction to public services. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive approach. The research location were ini UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, especially the public relations department. Data collection techniques used include questionnaires to a number of respondents, documentation and literature studies and interview. The results showed that in terms of the dimensions of Peoples Satisfaction Index (PSI) of service provided is considered good. It shows that in this dimension people are satisfied with the services provided by government officials. The factors that influence is a factor of human resources and infrastructure. Suggestions in this research is in order fulfilling service satisfaction remained servicing stakeholders it should be maximized although constrained by several supporting facilities and infrastructure. Service quality improvement through the human resources (HR) are well established and quality must be maintained and even enhanced by efforts to collaborate with other agencies or institutions that can provide training in the form of excellent service. Leaders have to think to reward employees achievers in order to be motivated in delivering services to its stakeholders. This study aimed at shed light on the topic of training and its importance in relation to human resources, to identify the methods of success and failure of training programs, to highlight the role of training in improving the performance of human resources and to know the principles on which training is based. The study assumed that there is no significant relationship between training and productivity of workers at a level of statistical significance (α<0.05) , and that there is no significant relationship between training and quality of work at the level of statistical significance (α<0.05) , and that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significant significance (α<0.05) in employees in the public and private sectors about The effect of training in raising the efficiency of workers. The population of this research consisted of a number of employees in the public and private sectors, and the study sample consisted of a random sample of 50 employees in the public and private sectors. The questionnaire tool was used in the current study, and the statistical method of spss was used using arithmetic averages, standard deviations and variance, The descriptive and analytical approach was used in this study for its suitability to study the phenomenon, and the study concluded that there is no statistically significant relationship at a significance level (0.05) in the responses of the study sample individuals about no significant relationship between training and productivity of workers, and that result confirms the correlation coefficient (Thus the study rejects the first hypothesis that there is no significant relationship between training and productivity of workers, and accepts the alternative hypothesis that there is no significant relationship between training and productivity of workers, and it became clear that there is a statistically significant relationship at a level of significance (0.05) in The responses of the study sample individuals about no statistically significant differences at the level of significant (α<0.05) in the views of employees in the public and private sectors. Especially about the effect of training in raising the efficiency of workers, as the correlation coefficient amounted to (-0.071). The study recommended that employees in the public and private sectors must be given some skills necessary to develop their administrative competencies. Stability must be increased for workers at work, which leads to raising the morale of the trainees. Employees in the public and private sectors are positive towards work and those working with them. Employees in the public and private sectors must be kept abreast of developments in the fields of knowledge related to their work.

This study aimed to find out how the implementation of the Public Relations Officers in disseminating information about the Spirit 99 Days Work Program from the city Mayor of Malang, and to find out what obstacles occured in the implemention. This study used a qualitative method and the determination of respondents used a snowball sampling. The data collection techniques were through interviews, observation, documentation and the data analysis techniques included reduction, presentation, and verification. From the results of the study showed that the implementation of the public relations performance department in disseminating information, seen from the organization was effective and efficient. In the preparation of the public relations department did two approaches, namely based on the quantity and quality of its human resources, but in a communication policy Public Relations Section has not yet applied the basic tasks of government public relations. Directing the Public Relations Section was through formal and informal forms. While the supervision was through the IMM (Intelligence Media Management) software system which can monitor, collect online, printed and TV media content. From the assessment, the public relations department got some big problems with the existence of Spirit 99Work Days programs that have not been implemented. The inhibiting factors were inadequate funding and human resources and also the ineffective communication.

The aim of this study were (1) to find out how the public relations activities of Palu City Council in running the function as mediator aspirations of the community, and (2) to find out what are the inhibitors and supporter of public relations activities in its function as mediator aspirations of the people. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, that describe, explain and define about the object under study is based on interviews and observations obtained in a study of public relations officials and officials of Palu City Council. The results of this study indicate that the activity of the Public Relations Council of Palu in its function as a mediator by way of mediating the public officials of Parliament linked to the existing problems and the other functions of public relations City Council Palu also conducts publicity activities The factors supporting and inhibiting Public Relations Activities Palu City Council as a mediator aspirations of the people which is understanding public relations officer with their function and of course a good cooperation between members of the public relations is very helpful in fulfilled public relations function. While the limiting factor is the lack of human resources (HR) and facilities that support the activities of PR in publish and disseminate information.

Student management problems, personnel and public relations problems and their problem solving in elementary schools (Research Study at SD INTIS School Yogyakarta). The purpose of this research is to find out the concepts, roles and problems that occur in student management, personnel and community relations at school basic. In addition the authors provide solutions or problem solving for problems that occur. The method the researcher used was a descriptive qualitative research method with data sources through interviews with relevant school leaders. The results showed that the problems that occur in student management include: 1) Some students are inconsistent in following an extracurricular activity and tend to ask to move to another extracurricular, 2) the committee is less loyal to their duties, 3) the problem of uniforming student administration, 4) the number of agendas that are lacking supported by sufficient funds, 5) the existence of extracurriculars that are less effective and devoid of interest. In personnel management, the following problems were found: 1) there are those who have resigned annually, 2) the lack of training and development of human resources for educators and education staff. Whereas in public relations management problems are found: 1) Lack of staff or or limited human resources in the field of Public Relations, 2) In carrying out their duties and functions, Public Relations Employees lack expertise (competence), 3) Overlapping of work with one another, 4) Not having an adequate budget, 5) Sometimes the funds that have been budgeted turn out to be incompatible with reality on the ground. So that inevitably the public relations staff sometimes pack all the needs in accordance with what is budgeted.

Madrasah as an educational unit that provides the basics to follow education in the next level it is necessary to realize its excellent urgent owned madrasah.Salah an effort to madrasah with the implementation of Madrasah-based management, one of them public relations management. Public Relations is the development and maintenance of efficient cooperation to deliver a two-way information channel between the Madrasah and the community outside Madrasah. Public Relations management in conveying the advantages that exist in the madrasah aims specifically to answer the problems: (1) Management of public relations in improving the quality of madrasah, (2) Supporting factors and inhibitors faced in public relations management. (1) PR management in improving the quality of madrasah (2) Supporting factors of public relations management: a) Human resources (HR) teachers who have motivation and high performance and the average young age, b) Madrasahs in under the Foundation c) High achievement of madrasah, d) High public interest in bringing their children to Madrasah e) stakeholders supporting madrasah activities such as cooperation with Erlangga textbook publishers, LKS Sansekerta Jakarta, Bank Syariah Mualamat, Bank Syariah Mandiri, Dannis Surabaya home in procurement of Madrasah uniforms as well as Ummi Foundation Surabaya in Qiraati Al Qur'an, f) strategic madrasah location. The inhibiting factor in public relations management is the absence of sub-section or head of affairs (kaur) which specifically handles public relations so that public relations programs have not run optimally and the participation level of parents in the public relations program is not fully maximized.
