This study aims to determine the index of stakeholders satisfaction to the public service at the Public Relations of UIN Sunan Kalijaga and to determine the factors that affect stakeholders index satisfaction to public services. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive approach. The research location were ini UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, especially the public relations department. Data collection techniques used include questionnaires to a number of respondents, documentation and literature studies and interview. The results showed that in terms of the dimensions of Peoples Satisfaction Index (PSI) of service provided is considered good. It shows that in this dimension people are satisfied with the services provided by government officials. The factors that influence is a factor of human resources and infrastructure. Suggestions in this research is in order fulfilling service satisfaction remained servicing stakeholders it should be maximized although constrained by several supporting facilities and infrastructure. Service quality improvement through the human resources (HR) are well established and quality must be maintained and even enhanced by efforts to collaborate with other agencies or institutions that can provide training in the form of excellent service. Leaders have to think to reward employees achievers in order to be motivated in delivering services to its stakeholders. News about environmental issues have led many companies and fast food restaurants like KFC started the Public Relations campaign movement with the theme #NOSTRAWMOVEMENT which was done simultaneously in all of their outlets in Indonesia. KFC Raden Inten becomes case in study. This study aims to determine the influence of the Public Relations campaign #NOSTRAWMOVEMENT will influence consumer participation in KFC Raden Inten. This research uses stimulus- respons (S-R) theory and participation concept which can be interpreted as taking part or taking a role in activities or activities. The author uses this theory because I want to know how much consumer participation is influenced by Public Relations campaign #NOSTRAWMOVEMENT of KFC. Participation is divided into two categories, direct participation and indirect participation. In this study, researchers used quantitative research with a descriptive and explanatory approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were documentation and questionnaire filling as part of the survey. Researchers used a survei method using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, normality test, t test, F test and R2 test. Based on the data processing carried out, this study obtained the result that the relationship between the Public Relations campaign variables and consumer participation had a positive and significant influence.   Keywords: Public Relations Campaign, Consumer Participation, Consumer Attitude

This study aims to determine Public Services through the E-filling System at the Cilegon Primary Tax Service Office and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. To deepen the data analysis interviews, observation, and documentation were carried out. The theoretical basis used is public service. The results showed that the public service through the e-filling system was running well-reviewed with the theory of public service. But there are several supporting and inhibiting factors found. Supporting factors 1) employee upgrading, 2) socialization. The inhibiting factors are 1) lack of human resources, 2) e-filling applications are down or error

The article is devoted to the study of organizational culture in public service. The essence of the concept of organizational culture is considered. It has been determined that organizational culture is an interdisciplinary phenomenon which concern several fields. Therefore, there is no single approach to understanding of this concept. It is indicated that organizational culture is a distinguishing feature of every organization and is a decisive factor in the success / the failure of the whole group. In the article, the author conducted a sociological survey among public servants. The purpose of the survey was to find out what major changes have occurred in the organizational culture of public service in recent years. Based on empirical data, it has been found that changes in organizational culture are very slow. Respondents noted that the majority of elements of organizational culture remained constant, such as: the culture of appearance; the individual independence and the responsibility; the interaction of members of the organization with each other; the physical and psychological comfort; the motivation to work. It is proved that a favorable socio-psychological climate in public authorities is very important. So, the high performance indicators of the authorities, the low staff turnover, the high level of labor discipline, and the absence of tension and conflicts in the group depend on it. The important elements of organizational culture, such as the motivation to work, the culture of appearance, the communication links both within the organization (between public servants) and outside (public relations) are analyzed. It is indicated that the leader plays a key role in communication. He must directly participate in the formation of a favorable moral and psychological climate in the group. It has been established that the process of changing organizational culture is quite complicated, requires time and effort, and high level of professionalism of leader. Changes very often cause discontent of the group, they are often perceived painfully. A strong organizational culture generates a positive image of the public service, which in is turn an important factor in raising confidence in public authorities. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to studied organizational culture, to monitor its formation, to improve and to regulate its changes.

Public relations practice is a profitable interpretation of an organization's new and continuous relationship with stakeholders, including customers, by managing all communication relationships with the organization that creates the reputation and protects its reputation [5]. The researcher has employed mixed research methods. Mixed approaches are far more compressive than attacking a problem one point of view and allow a different type of data to be accessed from disciplinary boundaries. Employing a purposive sampling method, a total of 7 PR officers of the Tigray region education Bureau and the Public relations Manager of the respective Bureau have been selected. An interview and questionnaires have been employed to gather data. After the researcher has collected the relevant data using the mixed research methods it has been analyzed. The data which was gathered using a quantitative research method has been analyzed and interpreted in a table and report in percentage with sufficient explanation for each table result and percentages using SPSS data analyzing software. Besides, the gathered data using a qualitative research design was analyzed in the reporting method with elaboration.

This purpose of this article is to explore impediments to effective whistleblowing as a strategy for promoting anti-corruption practices within the South African public sector. Corruption, which violates the public service code of conduct; deters foreign investment, increases the cost of public service delivery, undermines the fight against poverty and unnecessarily burdens the criminal justice system. The article addresses the question on whether legislation on whistleblowing is adequate to encourage whistleblowing in the public sector. A review of literature determines that the effective implementation of whistleblowing legislation is largely dependent on addressing the challenges identified in the article. The quantitative research method was employed in the study to ascertain the views of employees in the public sector on whistleblowing. Empirical findings confirm the hypothesis that the protection of whistleblowers through legislation is inadequate to encourage whistleblowing. The article provides a conceptual framework for the effective achievement of the intended outcomes of whistleblowing in the public sector.

In today’s globally competitive and modern environments, organisational future plans often fail due to the lack of succession planning. Literature has shown that in most public services, very little is done to transfer employee skills before they leave the organisation, which largely is attributed to the lack of proper corporate succession planning. This study examined the association between corporate succession planning practices, internal succession barriers and intentions to leave within a public service in South Africa. The study was inspired by the absence of documented evidence of corporate succession planning initiatives, the barriers to succession planning and turnover intentions of employees in the public sector in the South African context. The study is located within a quantitative research paradigm in which a three-section structured questionnaire was administered to a sample of 243 public service employees. Two factors; namely, replacement planning and employee development/grooming were extracted using exploratory factor analysis. The Pearson correlation coefficient showed that corporate succession planning practices and internal succession barriers are negatively related to intentions to leave in the public service. Regression analysis showed that replacement planning and employee grooming are predictors of intention to quit. The results of the study are significant in that they facilitate the development as well as the effective implementation of succession planning initiatives that enable public services to improve human resource practices and counter any existing barriers to internal succession.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Public Service Quality on Community Satisfaction in the Marawi Family Office, Tiroang District, Pinrang Regency. The population in conducting this study were people with male and female gender, amounting to 1,342 family cards from three environments, the sampling technique used was the Slovin formula with the results of 93 people, taken based on cluster techniques. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data selection, data clarification, data tabulation, data standardization using the SPSS 21 application. Based on the research taken from the results of the questionnaire data processing, the recapitulation of the Public Service Quality variable with a percentage of 64 % is included in the "Good" category, while the recapitulation of the Community Satisfaction variable is with a percentage of 63%.

This study aims to unearth the interactive role of OC on the relationship between PJ of the PA and PSM in public universities in Pakistan. The study not only discusses that PJ is imperative for the overall PSM, but also discusses how to retain a motivated workforce via OC. Qualitative as well as quantitative research methodology has been adopted in this study. Questionnaire was designed to get the view of employees working in the public universities. The results obtained from 980 employees show that the discharge of PJ is highly correlated with employee perception of OC and that the level of OC is highly correlated with PSM. The results further show that OC has a mediating effect on the relationship between PJ and PSM. The implications of our findings are discussed.

One of the main practical recommendations from the copious public service motivation literature is that human resources (HR) professionals should use public service motivation (PSM) to assist in selecting candidates for public service jobs. To test if PSM is indeed attractive to HR professionals in selecting applicants to work in the public sector, 238 HR managers recruited from the International Public Management Association for Human Resources rated three cover letters and then rated themselves about PSM and the Big 5 personality traits. The cover letters were randomized on most likely combinations of PSM and Big 5, revealed in earlier research. Our results are that real HR professionals did not rate cover letters more highly when they displayed aspects of PSM.

Corruption exists within and between government organizations as the form of bribing, swindling, favoritism and many other forms which destroys the public morale. It spreads its greedy clutches all over the country; Government officials are engaged in corruption for greed for power, selfishness, wealth and money. This paper is an attempt to identify the forms of corruption in civil service and how ethical code of behavior to reduce the level of malfunctions. Social survey method has been followed for this study where the factor has been explained to know the perception of general people. The study finds that lack of accountability and transparency, dishonesty, nepotism and favoritism are also responsible for corruption and made suggestions to combat corruption in Bangladesh based on the perception of civil servants and the general people.Keywords: corruption, public service, ethics, people’s perception
