Pedagogy for a teacher is very important because by mastering the pedagogy of the learning process carried out will get maximum results and in accordance with the objectives of carrying out the learning. This study aims to determine what factors a teacher should have so that in a learning process the teacher is able to create a good learning, appropriate teaching strategies and styles, as well as maximum knowledge and experience. The method used in this research is to use the literature study method, namely the data is collected using the literature study method. The data will be compiled, analyzed, and concluded to get a conclusion. Education in sports should be given to children from an early age such as formal education in schools. In the educational process, it cannot be separated from the role of a teacher in the classroom. The teacher's role is an application of pedagogy. Pedagogy of sports is a discipline of sports science that has the potential to integrate sub-disciplines of sports science to be able to underlie all practices in the field of sports that have the aim and purpose of being able to educate. Teachers must be able to have broad theoretical knowledge, apply in the classroom in using appropriate methods, and be able to manage the class so that the learning process can run well and achieve maximum results. Because, if the teacher only masters theories without the ability to manage the classroom using appropriate learning methods, the expectation of the desired results will not be achieved. So between theoretical knowledge and application of methods must be balanced in the learning process. All methods, media, references, and so on will be meaningless if a teacher is not able to perform their duties properly.

The article examines the contradiction between the transformation of information technology into an integral part of contemporary educational activities and the threat of reducing the quality of the educational process and dehumanizing the individual, resulting from the implementation of digital educational technologies. The need for distance work and remote communication is particularly evident in the situation of the pandemic, which requires, on the one hand, restricting direct interpersonal contacts to prevent the spread of infection, and on the other hand – continuing labor activity to prevent an economic downturn. The disadvantages of the distance framework in the educational process concern a decrease in discipline among students, a deterioration in the quality of learning of educational material, economic inaccessibility for low-income families, insufficient coverage of territories with cellular communication, as well as housing conditions that do not allow organizing remote work and training. These shortcomings become a threat to increasing social stratification due to the impossibility of general access to even basic education. The essence of the protests against distance learning shows that the problems are seen not only in the lack of organization of the learning process but also in the very fact of abandoning the traditional learning model. One of the factors of such a threat is the absolutization of the role of information technology in the learning process, which leads to a deterioration in the level of education. To resolve this contradiction, the authors propose to consider the role of humanitarian knowledge as a meaningful aspect of the educational process.

The role of teachers in learning is central. It greatly influences the success and the quality of learning process. Yet, it remains lack of evidences in some areas such as diminishing the learners' learning automony. Lamguage learners are positioned lower than the teachers. In decentralized learning, teachers are facilitators. As the result of this point of views, the learners are less appreciated for their imperfect learning behaviours for some reasons regarding for their potentials. Thus, this article is to criticize and to elaborate the evidences of teacher-centred learning and teacher-controlled learning in postmodernism paradigm and the realities in Indonesian efl perspectives which emphasizes on the main actors in learning and the power of learning. Summary One cannot write about the relationship of young people and current sports stars in modern society without having previously studied the processes of mediation and globalisation of sport, and the transformation of traditional social values. The goal of the science and practice engaged in sports and education of young people is a constant quest for preserving universal ethical values and reconciling them with the modern-day social processes. This paper will present the result of a survey conducted with adolescents in five different Serbian cities in order to find the answer to the question if sportspersons were their favourite television role-models. According to the results of our survey, 45% of adolescents do not have a favourite TV personality and do not know for sure who that could be. Novak Đoković, who would be the choice of adults for a role model of the young, with 63.2% according to the survey conducted by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, scored 3.81% in our survey with adolescents who would chose Novak Đoković as their favourite TV personality. The necessity of raising media literacy of young people with the aim of clear identification of sports role models who are going to improve their quality of life still remains an open issue for further research on this course.

Modern youth and the student community today play a key role in the development of social and social life. Due to the peculiarities of the university space, the student community is in constant interaction and communication, both in the framework of the educational process and events of various formats, and in social and everyday conditions. In the context of interactions, this social group, which is most at risk of spreading negative ideologies that threaten not only the personal security of everyone, but also peaceful coexistence in the conditions of a multinational society in Russia. In the absence of educational measures as a prevention, an unfavorable environment arises in which it is very easy to influence the thinking of young people, their involvement in nationalist movements, extremist activities, etc. Hence the concept of «youth extremism» appears, which is manifested in the views and behavior of young people based on the manifestation of aggression and non-acceptance of dissenters. The search for new technologies of psychological support that allow to form cultural tolerance, value orientations and prevent the spread of extremist ideologies becomes relevant. The authors consider a set of measures that contribute to the generalization, dissemination, as well as the introduction into the student environment of the best practices of spiritual and moral education, the development of interethnic and interreligious dialogue, and the prevention of negative ideologies. To implement these tasks, it is necessary to form a pool of specialists in the prevention of extremism in the student environment, hold seminars and meetings for vice-rectors of universities on security and educational work, as well as educational seminars for managers of student organizations. This will make it possible to form leadership student associations that broadcast the values of cultural tolerance to the youth environment.

Progress in information technology that is so fast is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the world of information technology education can help and support the learning process. Especially now all the learning process activities can be done online. Progress in information technology must also be supported by quality human resources. In this case the teacher is very instrumental in the utilization of information technology in the world of education. Because the teacher is one of the education supervisors who will encourage the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia. But in reality the quality of teachers in Indonesia is inadequate. There are still many teachers who cannot use information technology in learning especially for teachers who are senior or old. As teacher supervisors, they must improve the quality of their performance in using technology. To improve the ability of teachers to use technology, ongoing training is needed to use technology. The role of the head of the school as a supervisor is also needed, namely the principal is obliged to supervise, control, and approach the teacher in terms of the use of technology in the learning process.
