Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program pembinaan prestasi cabang olahraga bola voli pantai di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Contexs, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu análisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan hasil evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi cabang olahraga bola voli pantai di Provinsi NTB masih kurang baik dan di DIY sudah berjalan dengan baik. Pada evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi di NTB, dari segi contexs sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi input masih kurang baik. Dari segi process masih sangat kurang. Dari segi product secara garis besar prestasi yang diraih sudah baik, dapat dilihat dari hasil dokumentasi prestasi-prestasi yang pernah diraih oleh atlet-atlet NTB. Sedangkan di DIY, evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi dari segi contexs sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi input sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi process sudah berjalan dengan sangat baik. Dari segi product secara garis besar prestasi yang diraih sudah baik, dapat dilihat dari hasil dokumentasi prestasi-prestasi yang pernah diraih atlet-atlet DIY.Kata Kunci: evaluasi program, pembinaan prestasi, dan bola voli pantai An Evaluation of Development Program of Beach Volleyball AbstractThis study was aimed to evaluate the implementation of sport development program of beach volleyball in the province of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) and Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) by using the CIPP evaluation model (Contexs, Input, Process, Product). This study was an evaluation. The data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research was descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results show that the overall results of the evaluation of the achievements of sports coaching program of beach volleyball in the province of NTB are still not good and in DIY are good. At the evaluation of the coaching program achievement in the province of NTB, in terms of contexs, it has been running well. In terms of the input, it is still not good. In terms of process, it is still very poor. In terms of product in general, the achievement has been good, it can be seen from the accomplishment documentation that has ever been achieved by athletes of NTB. In DIY, the evaluation of the coaching program achievements in terms of contexs has been running well. In terms of input, it has been running well. In terms of process it is already under way with very good. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi konteks, input, process dan Produk pelaksanaan program pembinaan olahraga renang di Tirta Serayu, TCS, Bumi Pala, Dezender, Spectrum di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Subjek penelitian ini adalah atlet yang pernah mengikuti kejuaraan renang tingkat Nasional di klub renang Tirta Serayu Banjarnegara, TCS Semarang, Bumi Pala Temanggung, Dezender Purbalingga dan Spectrum Semarang, pelatih dan orangtua atlet yang berjumlah 15 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu análisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan hasil evaluasi program pembinaan olahraga renang klub renang Tirta Serayu, TCS, Bumi Pala, Dezender, Spectrum di Provinsi Jawa Tengah sudah baik, meliputi: (1) evaluasi konteks dukungan dari orang tua atlet kepada atlet sudah baik, (2) evaluasi input, secara umum sumber daya manusia untuk mencapai tujuan program pembinaan olahraga renang meliputi pelatih, atlet, dan pendukung lainnya seperti sarana dan prasarana dan kualifikasi pelatihan telah memenuhi ketercapaian ideal. Meskipun untuk tingkat pendidikan pelatih serta sarana dan prasarana masih ada yang belum memadai, (3) evaluasi proses, secara umum telah berjalan dengan baik. Dalam pemilihan program setiap klub renang sebelumnya menganalisis program yang telah berjalan dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi di lapangan, pelatih telah mengikuti petunjuk teknis pelaksanaan program serta terdapat jadwal rutin dan target latihan serta dilaksanakan latih tanding, try out dengan klub atau atlet dari klub lain dan juga berperan aktif mengikuti kejuaraan, (4) evaluasi Produk, secara garis besar prestasi klub renang di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang dicapai para atletnya terbilang sangat baik, dibuktikan dengan prestasi yang telah diraih melalui tingkat daerah, provinsi, nasional bahkan ASEAN.   THE EVALUATION OF POOL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AT TIRTA SERAYU CLUB, BUMI PALA, DEZENDER, AND SPECTRUM IN CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCEAbstract This study was aimed to evaluate the context, input, process and Produk for the implementation of swimming sports coaching program at Tirta Serayu, TCS, Bumi Pala, Dezender, Spectrum in Central Java Province. The subjects were the athletes who attended the national championships level at the swimming pool club of Tirta Serayu Banjarnegara, TCS Semarang, Bumi Pala Temanggung, Dezender Purbalingga and Spectrum Semarang, the coaches and the athletes’ parents totaled of 15 persons. Data collection techniques were using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques were using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that generally the evaluation of the implementation of swimming sports development program at Tirta Serayu, TCS, Bumi Pala, Dezender, Spectrum in Central Java Province was good which consisted of (1) In the evaluation context it was good for the parents support for the athlete. (2) For the input evaluation, generally it met the ideal achievement for the human resources to achieve sports coaching program objectives included swimming coaches, athletes, and other supporting facilities and infrastructure such as training qualification, although the level of the coaches education and facilities were not adequate. (3) In the evaluation process, the implementation of swimming club training program in Central Java province generally had been going well. In the program election, each swimming club analyzing the running program based on the field and coaches who had followed the instructions and regular schedule, target practice and the practice match implementation, try out the clubs or athletes from other clubs and also actively follow the championship. (4) On the Produk evaluation, generally the performance of swimming clubs in the province of Central Java achieved by the athletes were fairly good, this was evidenced by some of the achievements that have been achieved through local, provincial, national and even ASEAN. In the year of 2012 SISFO PNS, already introduced at SMK Negeri 8 Pontianak, the problem that the writer found were: teachers only open the program at the time of student report will giving to students that made the program will be busy because too many users access it, there is some teacher did not complete the process of filling session but straight to the final score, the programmer is always slow maintenance. From that problem, the writer was aimed at evaluating the implementation of SISFO PNS. The model of evaluation used in this research was CIPP (context, input, process, product). This model was developed by Daniel L. Stufflebeam and friends. The technique of data collection is used observation, interview and documentation. The method of data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis. The results of this research were (1) the evaluation percentage toward context showed that the good result with average of 85.58% (2) the evaluation percentage toward input indicated that the good result with average 73.26% (3) the evaluation percentage toward the process showed that the good result with but it needs to improve with average 67.43% (4) the evaluation percentage toward the product showed that the good result with 79.79%.Keywords: CIPP, Program Evaluation, Students’ Score Analyzing

This study aimed to describe the context, input, process, product industry work practices program at SMK Negeri 1 Lintau. This research is CIPP evaluation model. The methodology used is the method of combination (Mixed Methods) design verification sequence (Sequential Explanatory). The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Lintau. The informants are the principal, chairman prakerin, tutor, mentor and student industry. The technique of collecting data through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Based on data analysis found that the level of achievement prakerin program from the aspects of respondents Teacher Advisor to the variable context prakerin program at SMK Negeri 1 Lintau amounted to 83.77% in both categories. Input variables prakerin program at SMK Negeri 1 Lintau for 82,23% in both categories. Variable process prakerin program at SMK Negeri 1 Lintau amounted to 79.40% with enough.Variabel product category prakerin program at SMK Negeri 1 Lintau amounted to 80.75%.

The Tahfidz Online program is the flagship program of the Indonesia Berkah Foundation. This study aims to describe and evaluate the implementation of the Indonesia Berkah Foundation's Tahfidz Online program. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and document analysis. The CIPP (context, input, process, product) evaluation model developed by Daniel Leroy Stufflebeam et al. was used as an evaluation reference. This study finds out that: In terms of the input component, it shows that musyrifah, curriculum, and infrastructure have met the criteria. However, there are notes on the input of students not meeting the criteria of intention because God also does not understand the knowledge of recitation and Arabic. In terms of the media process components and materials, they do not meet the criteria of interest and are arranged in a sequence that makes it easy for students, while the method and time have met the criteria. This study aims to evaluate the Implementation of Minapolitan Area Development Program with CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process, Product in Bitung City) This research was conducted from May until July 2016 in Bitung City The data collection method used is primary and secondary data. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis which is used to clearly describe the condition of development of Minapolitan area in Bitung City Evaluation model used is CIPP Evaluation Model (Context, Input, Process, Product, Result) The result of the research is Context Evaluation (1) Based on the evaluation of the implementation context of the development program of Minapolitan area in Bitung City is very suitable if the City of Bitung stipulated by the decree of the minister of marine and fishery Number KEP.32 / MEN / 2010 because Bitung City meets the requirements of a region determined as gai area minapolitan one of which is a strategic location and natural resources available. (2) Based on input evaluais seen from several aspects, among others: (a) infrastructure aspect, (b) institutional aspect and regulation, (c) funding aspect, (3) Based on process evaluation, where the blue ocean port becomes the motto of the mover and the harbor continues to be developed to match the fishing port in the Philippines. (4) Based on product evaluation, the implementation of minapolitan program in Bitung City increases the volume and value of capture fisheries production in Bitung City.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program peningkatan kualifikasi guru, khususnya yang dilaksanakan oleh Kementerian Agama terhadap guru madrasah, dan untuk me-nilai apakah program yang berjalan telah memberikan dampak yang diharapkan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif evaluatif menggunakan model evaluasi konteks, input, proses dan produk (context, input, process, product, CIPP), dan difokuskan pada evaluasi proses dan produk. Penelitian dilaksanakan di provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Responden pe-nelitian ini adalah guru madrasah yang menjadi peserta program kualifikasi angkatan pertama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik angket dan wawancara, sedang analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program peningkatan kuali-fikasi guru madrasah sebagian besar telah berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Namun, bila dilihat satu per satu, khusus pada proses pelaksanaannya masih ada beberapa hal yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Dampak yang dirasakan oleh guru dengan diterapkannya program ini terlihat pada peningkatan kompetensi mengajar, peningkatan karir, serta peningkatan kesejahteraan, tapi dampaknya pada kemungkinan penerapan materi perkuliahan yang diperoleh masih belum optimal. Kata kunci: guru madrasah, program peningkatan kualifikasi guru ______________________________________________________________EVALUATION OF MADRASAH TEACHERS’ QUALIFICATIONS IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IN SOUTH SUMATRAAbstract This study aimed to evaluate the program of improving teacher qualifications, especially those implemented by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the madrasah teachers, and to assess whether the program has given the expected impact. The study was conducted by using descriptive evaluative method. The research was conducted in South Sumatra province. The respondents were all madrasah teachers who became the first group participants in that program. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire and interview, data analysis techniques used are of quantitative analysis. The results showed that the program for improving teacher qualifications had been running largely as planned. However, when viewed one by one, specifically on the implementation process there are still many things that are not completely as planned. Moderate impact felt by the teachers can be seen at improving teaching compe-tencies, improving careers, as well as improving the welfare, but still less on the possibility of applying materials obtained from lecturing.Keywords: madrasah teachers, the program for improving teacher qualifications

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) relevansi pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek konteks; (2) kesesuaian pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek input; (3) efektifitas pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek proses; dan (4) pencapaian hasil pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek produk. Jenis penilitian ini adalah evaluasi program dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Hasil penelitian: (1) pencapaian relevansi program termasuk dalam kategori “sangat relevan” dengan persentase pencapaian 85%; (2) kesesuaian input SMK sasaran program, peserta program dan penyelenggara program termasuk dalam kategori “sesuai” dengan persentase pencapaian 76,38%; (3) keefektifan proses sosialisasi, seleksi dan pembekalan, proses pelaksanaan program serta proses monitoring dan pelaporan termasuk dalam kategori “efektif” dengan persentase pencapaian 74,52%; (4) pencapaian produk teaching dan non teaching termasuk dalam kategori “sangat tercapai” dengan persentase pencapaian 84,35%. AN EVALUATION OF THE TALENT SCOUTING PROGRAM FOR SMK TEACHERS IN 2013 DIREKTORAT P2TK DIKMEN KEMDIKBUDAbstractThis study aims to know: (1) the relevance of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teachers in 2013 in terms of the aspect of context, (2) the appropriateness of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of input, (3) the effectiveness of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of process, and (4) the attainment of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of product. This research is an evaluation of the program using CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The results of this study: (1) the relevance of the program achievement is included in the category of “very relevant” with the achievement percentage of 85%, (2) the input appropriateness of vocational program targets, program participants and program providers are included in the category of “appropriate” with the percentage achieved is 76.38%, (3) the effectiveness of the process of socialization, selection and provisioning, implementation process, monitoring and reporting process are included in the category of “effective” with the achievement percentage of 74.52%, (4) teaching and non-teaching product attainment are included in the category of ”very attainable” with the achievement percentage of 84.35%.

Abstract: The evaluation of CIPP model is a very complete and comprehensive evaluation model in evaluating a program. This study aims to evaluate online learning for writing subject in the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Department, IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro during the covid-19 pandemic using CIPP evaluation model. This qualitative study is descriptive evaluative research. There are primary and secondary data. Technique in collecting data are interview, questionnaire, and documentation. This study utilizes an online learning evaluation instrument for writing subject using 21 questions and implementing very inappropriate criteria (≤ 25 %), not suitable criteria (≥ 26%), appropriate criteria (≥ 51%), and very suitable criteria (≥ 76%). The data is analyzed using content analysis method. The results of study show that the evaluation of online learning on writing subject during the covid-19 pandemic using CIPP evaluation model on the context aspect obtains 90%. In the input aspect, the percentage is 82%. In the process aspect, the percentage is 88%. In the product aspect, the percentage is 92%. The percentage is obtained from the average number of all indicators in each aspect. It can be concluded that online learning of writing subject during the covid-19 pandemic from all aspects (context, input, process, product) is very appropriate. Keywords: CIPP evaluation model, online learning, writing subject, covid-19 pandemic Abstrak: Evaluasi model CIPP merupakan model evaluasi yang sangat lengkap dan komprehensif dalam mengevaluasi suatu program. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi pada perkuliahan daring mata kuliah keterampilan menulis di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia, IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro selama masa pandemi covid-19 dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif evaluatif. Data pada penelitian ini bersifat primer dan sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen evalusi perkuliahan daring keterampilan menulis dengan menggunakan 21 soal dan menerapkan kriteria sangat tidak sesuai (≤ 25%), tidak sesuai (≥ 26%), sesuai (≥ 51%), dan sangat sesuai (≥ 76%). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi perkuliahan daring keterampilan menulis selama masa pandemi covid-19 dengan model evaluasi CIPP pada aspek context didapatkan persentase sebesar 90%. Pada aspek input didapatkan persentase sebesar 82%. Pada aspek process didapatkan persentase sebesar 88%. Pada aspek product didapatkan persentase sebesar 92%. Persentase ini diambil dari rata-rata jumlah semua indikator pada masing-masing aspek. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perkulian daring keterampilan menulis selama masa pandemi covid-19 dari semua aspek (context, input, process, product) sudah sangat sesuai. Kata Kunci: evaluasi model CIPP, perkulihan daring, keterampilan menulis, pandemi covid-19

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, morality, and the role of village officials on community compliance in paying rural and urban land and building taxes with tax sanctions as a moderating variable. The population in this study is individual taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. The sample in this study is an individual taxpayer who owns land and buildings domiciled in Bantul Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, with criteria (1) taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, and (2) taxpayers who own land and buildings. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents who met the criteria. Respondents in the study numbered 127 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. This study found that community compliance to pay PBB P2 was influenced by the motivation and role of village officials. Meanwhile, morality has no effect on community compliance to pay PBB P2. The study also obtained the results of the taxation sanski variable moderating the influence of motivation on taxpayer compliance, and moderating the effect of the role of village officials on tax compliance. However, tax sanctions do not moderate the effect of morality on taxpayer compliance to pay PBB P2.
