Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program peningkatan kualifikasi guru, khususnya yang dilaksanakan oleh Kementerian Agama terhadap guru madrasah, dan untuk me-nilai apakah program yang berjalan telah memberikan dampak yang diharapkan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif evaluatif menggunakan model evaluasi konteks, input, proses dan produk (context, input, process, product, CIPP), dan difokuskan pada evaluasi proses dan produk. Penelitian dilaksanakan di provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Responden pe-nelitian ini adalah guru madrasah yang menjadi peserta program kualifikasi angkatan pertama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik angket dan wawancara, sedang analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program peningkatan kuali-fikasi guru madrasah sebagian besar telah berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Namun, bila dilihat satu per satu, khusus pada proses pelaksanaannya masih ada beberapa hal yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Dampak yang dirasakan oleh guru dengan diterapkannya program ini terlihat pada peningkatan kompetensi mengajar, peningkatan karir, serta peningkatan kesejahteraan, tapi dampaknya pada kemungkinan penerapan materi perkuliahan yang diperoleh masih belum optimal. The study was conducted by using descriptive evaluative method. The research was conducted in South Sumatra province. The respondents were all madrasah teachers who became the first group participants in that program. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire and interview, data analysis techniques used are of quantitative analysis. The results showed that the program for improving teacher qualifications had been running largely as planned. However, when viewed one by one, specifically on the implementation process there are still many things that are not completely as planned. Moderate impact felt by the teachers can be seen at improving teaching compe-tencies, improving careers, as well as improving the welfare, but still less on the possibility of applying materials obtained from lecturing.Keywords: madrasah teachers, the program for improving teacher qualifications

This study aimed to imrpove: (1) learning interest and (2) learning achivement of ignition system by using jigsaw. The type of this study was a classroom action research. The research subject was the eleventh grade students of class XII D of SMK Muhammadiyah Pakem in academic year 2016/2017 consisted of 31 students. The research object was learning interest and learning achivement of ignition system. Data collection techniques used questionaire and test. The research instruments wete leson plan, questionaire,  test, and observation guideline. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis to know the pecentage of learning interest and learning achivement of ignition system. This study shows that (1) the use of jigsaw could improve learning interest of ignition system. The score of learning interest in cycle I was 40.093 in low category improved in cycle II became 51.742 in fair category and improved again in cycle III became 58.419 in high category. (2) The use of jigsaw could improve learning achivement of ignition system. The score of learning achivement of ignition system in pre cycle was 52.74, cycle I was 65.81, cycle II was 74.19, and cycle III was 79.35. The students who were completed in learning in cycle I was 5 students (16.13%), cycle II was 23 tudents (74.19%), dan cycle III was 29 studentes (93.55%).

In the year of 2012 SISFO PNS, already introduced at SMK Negeri 8 Pontianak, the problem that the writer found were: teachers only open the program at the time of student report will giving to students that made the program will be busy because too many users access it, there is some teacher did not complete the process of filling session but straight to the final score, the programmer is always slow maintenance. From that problem, the writer was aimed at evaluating the implementation of SISFO PNS. The model of evaluation used in this research was CIPP (context, input, process, product). This model was developed by Daniel L. Stufflebeam and friends. The technique of data collection is used observation, interview and documentation. The method of data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis. The results of this research were (1) the evaluation percentage toward context showed that the good result with average of 85.58% (2) the evaluation percentage toward input indicated that the good result with average 73.26% (3) the evaluation percentage toward the process showed that the good result with but it needs to improve with average 67.43% (4) the evaluation percentage toward the product showed that the good result with 79.79%.Keywords: CIPP, Program Evaluation, Students’ Score Analyzing

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program pembinaan prestasi cabang olahraga bola voli pantai di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Contexs, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu análisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan hasil evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi cabang olahraga bola voli pantai di Provinsi NTB masih kurang baik dan di DIY sudah berjalan dengan baik. Pada evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi di NTB, dari segi contexs sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi input masih kurang baik. Dari segi process masih sangat kurang. Dari segi product secara garis besar prestasi yang diraih sudah baik, dapat dilihat dari hasil dokumentasi prestasi-prestasi yang pernah diraih oleh atlet-atlet NTB. Sedangkan di DIY, evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi dari segi contexs sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi input sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi process sudah berjalan dengan sangat baik. Dari segi product secara garis besar prestasi yang diraih sudah baik, dapat dilihat dari hasil dokumentasi prestasi-prestasi yang pernah diraih atlet-atlet DIY.Kata Kunci: evaluasi program, pembinaan prestasi, dan bola voli pantai An Evaluation of Development Program of Beach Volleyball AbstractThis study was aimed to evaluate the implementation of sport development program of beach volleyball in the province of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) and Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) by using the CIPP evaluation model (Contexs, Input, Process, Product). This study was an evaluation. The data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research was descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results show that the overall results of the evaluation of the achievements of sports coaching program of beach volleyball in the province of NTB are still not good and in DIY are good. At the evaluation of the coaching program achievement in the province of NTB, in terms of contexs, it has been running well. In terms of the input, it is still not good. In terms of process, it is still very poor. In terms of product in general, the achievement has been good, it can be seen from the accomplishment documentation that has ever been achieved by athletes of NTB. In DIY, the evaluation of the coaching program achievements in terms of contexs has been running well. In terms of input, it has been running well. In terms of process it is already under way with very good. Financial performance can be measured by Return on Equity (ROE), because ROE is one of two base factors to determine company’s level of profit growth. A company can be identified success if the cash turnover is increasing along the certain financial period. If liquidity is increasing then the profit will increase because the changed value of current assets is getting increased by company’s current liabilities enchancement. The sample of research is 32( thirthy two companies ) Data collection method is using documentation method Data analysis thechnique used is descriptive quantitative analysis. Analysis model in this research is double linear regretion and using SPSS program. Data tested by classic assumption test, coefficient determination test, F test, and T test. The conclusion of this research both partial and simultaneous Cash Ratio ,Time Interest Earned, Debt to Equity Ratio are not influential to Return on Equity. The result of R coeffition determination is 7,3%. The objectives of this study were to describe (1) the use of jigsaw could improve learning activeness and (2) the use of jigsaw could improve learning achievement of steer system. This study was an action research. Data collection techniques used test and observation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive and quantitative analysis. This study shows that (1) the use of jigsaw could improve learning activeness. The learning activeness of cycle I was in low category, cycle II was in high category, and cycle III was in very high category. (2) The use of jigsaw could improve learning achievement of steer system. The improvement could be seen from the average score of pre cycle was 66.5, cycle I was 71.5, cycle II was 74.5, and cycle III was 89.5.

Purpose: This study focuses on analyzing the commission given to online travel agent to the room occupancy at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. The purpose of this study are to analyze the contribution of the commission of online travel agent to the room occupancy and find out which OTA that contributed the most to the room occupancy at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. Research methods: The methods of data collection applied for this research are observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative analysis techniques analyzed using SPSS Program to find out the influence of the commission given to OTA and qualitative descriptive analysis to interpret data information through words. Results and discussions: The results showed that the commission for OTA contributed to the room occupancy and there was a positive and significant influence partially by giving commission to Agoda.com with Sig. value 0.029, Booking.com with Sig. value 0.020, CTRIP with Sig. value 0.018, and Expedia with Sig. value 0.014 to the room occupancy at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. Besides, simultaneously by giving commission to Agoda.com, Booking.com, CTRIP, and Expedia positively and significantly influences the room occupancy with Sig. value 0.00. Those OTA give contribution about 56.6 percent toward the room occupancy at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. The OTA that contributed the most in affecting the room occupancy is Expedia with the smallest significant value at 0.014. Expedia's room production directly contributes greatly to increasing room occupancy at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali because the percentage of commission fees to Expedia is effective as a motivation to provide high room production and also consistently increases every year. Implications: The suggestion given to management is the commission to each OTA needs to be evaluated more to maximize room occupancy as not to burden the hotel expenses.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance In PD.Pasar Makassar Raya. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The population in this study were 156 PD.Pasar Makassar Raya employees. Sampling using Slovin formula and obtained as many as 61 respondents. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for windows. The results showed that the variables of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance on PD. Pasar Makassar Raya. From the test results 1) the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance; 2) the work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance; 3) then the work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance.

This study aimed to increase the learning outcomes by applying problem based laerning in class 4th  SDN 13 IV Koto Aur Malintang. The subjects of this study amounted to 20 students. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The data collected in this study were observational data of lesson plan, student and teacher activities in learning and test results. Data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate an increase in learning outcomes. This was show from cycle I, II and III. The activities has increased compared to the pre-cycle. The results students activities meet the criteria for success of action, name ly the success of the learning process by students is said to be good, if every aspect of the observation sheet students all come up with information that has been carried out well and the average value of students is ≥ 70 and increases each cycle. Thus, the application of problem based learning can increase the learning outcomes in learning in grade IV of SDN 13 IV Koto Aur Malintang.Keywords: problem based learning, student learning outc

AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

Abstract Modeling and laboratory simulation can help overcome of cost obstacle, time, safety and other constraints in laboratory experiments. Many skills also had the opportunity to be fostered and promoted, especially in connection with the construction of thinking skills. However, the implementation of this program required an evaluation, in order to decided whether the program will be continuing or not, in addition its needed to found the focused of on overall quality of learning in order to make a recommendation in the decision making. This research was conducted by the mixed-method approached with triangulation design, in order to evaluate the effectiveness, problems or any obstacles of the implementation of the program. The population in this study was the third semester of pre-service chemistry students at UIN Syarif Kasim Sultan Riau, which was supported by lecturers, assistant laboratory and staf. The sample selection was done using random sampling techniques. Program evaluation in this study was conducted by the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The results showed that the program was running quite effective when viewed from the overall average grades. The evaluation about context, inputs, processes and products had the good and very good score, in which the evaluation score of context and input, get the better score than process and product evaluation. This study recommends to be a continuing improvement program of modeling and simulation laboratories, both as an exercise before the experiments or replace the real experiments. Keywords: modeling; simulation lab; chemistry experiment Abstrak Pemodelan dan simulasi laboratorium dapat membantu mengatasi kendala biaya, waktu, alasan keselamatan dan kendala lainnya dalam praktikum di laboratorium kimia. Beragam kemampuan lain juga berkesempatan untuk ditumbuh-kembangkan terutama dalam kaitannya dengan konstruksi berfikir. Meskipun demikian, implementasi pelaksanaan program ini memerlukan evaluasi, guna memutuskan apakah program ini layak dilanjutkan ataukah tidak, selain karena diperlukannya penemuan terhadap fokus peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran secara menyeluruh guna menghasilkan rekomendasi dalam menentukan keputusan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method desain triangulasi, guna mengevaluasi sebab-sebab efektifitas, kendala ataupun kegagalan pelaksanaan program. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester III jurusan Pendidikan Kimia UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, yang didukung oleh dosen, asisten laboratorium dan laboran dan pemilihan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Evaluasi program dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berjalan cukup efektif jika dilihat dari rata-rata keseluruhan nilai, mulai dari context, input, proses dan produk yang berada pada skor baik dan sangat baik, di mana skor evaluasi context dan input, lebih baik dibanding proses dan produk. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk terus meningkatkan penggunaan pemodelan dan simulasi laboratorium kimia, baik sebagai latihan sebelum praktikum maupun menggantikan praktikum yang sesungguhnya.
