AbstractResearch on call names or greetings based on family members who died in the Kenyah Lepoq Jalan language is important as a form of documentation and cultural preservation. This study aims to describe the form and function of call names or greetings based on family members who died. Data collection techniques were obtained from informants through interviews with record and note techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis, namely the analysis of linguistic and sociolinguistic data. The data analysis model used is an interactive model analysis consisting of three components of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research and discussion, the forms of call name or greeting based on the death of family members in Kenyah Lepoq Jalan are classified into three, namely  call names that are neutral (female and male), nicknames for female gender, and  call names for gender Male. The function of the use of these greetings, namely: (a) as the identity of the Kenyah Lepoq Jalan community, (b) to find out the status of the speech partner, (c) gender marker of the speech partner, (d) as a social interaction, and (e) as a control social.Keywords: call name, family who died, Kenyah Lepoq Jalan language AbstrakPenelitian mengenai nama panggilan atau sapaan berdasarkan anggota keluarga yang meninggal dalam bahasa Kenyah Lepoq Jalan ini penting dilakukan sebagai bentuk pendokumentasian dan pelestarian budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi nama panggilan atau sapaan berdasarkan anggota keluarga yang meninggal. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari informan melalui wawancara dengan teknik rekam dan catat. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, yaitu dengan analisis data linguistik dan sosiolinguistik. Adapun model analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu analisis model interaktif yang terdiri atas tiga komponen analisis, yaitu reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, diperoleh bentuknama panggilan atau sapaan berdasarkan kematian anggota keluarga dalam bahasa Kenyah Lepoq Jalan diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga, yaitu nama panggilan yang bersifat netral (perempuan dan laki-laki), nama panggilan untuk jenis kelamin perempuan, dan nama panggilan untuk jenis kelamin laki-laki. Adapun fungsi dari pemakaian sapaan tersebut, yaitu: (a) sebagai identitas dari masyarakat Kenyah Lepoq Jalan, (b) untuk mengetahui status mitra tutur, (c) penanda jenis kelamin mitra tutur, (d) sebagai interaksi sosial, dan (e) sebagai kontrol sosial.Kata kunci: nama panggilan, keluarga yang meninggal, bahasa Kenyah Lepoq Jalan

The aim of this research are (1) to determine the effect of knowledgeon the performance of rural family planning officer of Semarang District (PPKBD) (2) to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of Semarang District PPKBD (3) to deter mine the influence of knowledge on Family Resilience in Semarang District (4) to determine the effect of work motivation towards Family Resilience in Semarang District (5) to determine the effect of PPKBD's performance on Family Resilience in Semarang Regency. The population used in this study were all members of the Semarang District PPKBD. Based on the sample calculation, the resultsobtained were 148 members of PPKBD as respondents. Data Analysis Techniques used are Descriptive Analysis, Inferential Analysis, and Path Analysis Model Testing. Based on the results of the testing revealed that all hypothesis were accepted

The research on the farming vocabulary of the Paser ethnic is important as a form of preservation and inventory of the vocabulary. This study aims to describe the dictions and meaning of the farming vocabulary of the Paser ethnic in the Long Ikis District. This study uses lexical semantic studies to analyze the research data. The data were collected from informants through note-taking techniques and interviews with voice recorder tools. Analysis of research data using descriptive analysis techniques includes the analysis of linguistic (semantic) data. The data analysis technique in this study used the descriptive analysis, namely by analyzing linguistic (semantic) data. The data analysis model used is an interactive model analysis consisting of three components of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research and discussion, there were 35 farming vocabularies of the Paser ethnic which consisted of five classifications, namely (a) pre-farming process totaling 9 vocabulary, (b) tools to open the fields consist of 4 vocabularies, (c) the process of planting and caring consists of 4 vocabularies, (d) the process of harvesting and post-harvestingconsist of 9 vocabularies, and (e) tools for harvesting and post-harvestingconsist of 9 vocabularies. The analysis of the concept of semantic meaning is also associated with the cultural meaning of the local community because it can clarify the meaning of the farming vocabularies.

This article aims to reveal and explain the status, role and function of Niniak Mamak in Ulu Ambek Performing arts in Sungai Pucuang Anam Kanagarian Tandikek. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques are conducted by observation/observation, literature study, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are conducted with data reduction measures, data presentation and taking conclusions (verification). The results of the research found was that the status of Niniak Mamak was as owner, controller, manager, supervisor, and policy makers from the performances and artistic culture of Ulu Ambek. While the function of Niniak Mamak is as a policy maker and as a planner and as a controller of the show Ulu Ambek.

This study aims to look at the description of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in flood survivors. PCL-C was used as an instrument to measure post traumatic stress disorder. This study used the PCL-C scale from Weathers and was developed by Solichah. Data analysis was performed used descriptive analysis techniques with the help of SPSS version 22. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that subjects who experienced symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) who were in the high category were 24.6%, 61.5% moderate, and low 13,8%. The implication of this study stated that individuals who have symptoms of PTSD after experiencing natural disaster need professional treatment to reduce their symptoms. Intervention is needed to make the individuals can overcome their obstacles and function better

In this study the authors analyzed the form and function of expressions of heart in Japanese kimochi, kibun and kigen. The purpose of this study is to discrete the form and function of kimochi, kibun and kigen in the sentence contained in Banana Yoshimoto's kitchin novel through the study of form and function. In this study the author uses descriptive analysis method according to Sudaryanto's theory. According to the method of descriptive analysis is research carried out solely based on facts or phenomena that are empirically used by speakers so that it can be presented as is. For data analysis, the writer uses the method, namely the basic technique for Direct Elements (BUL). To analyze the data, the author uses the theory of Kyosuke Kandaichi and his friends. Based on the theory, it can be known the function of kimochi noun, kibun and kigen is to express the element of feeling that has the characteristics of each.

The problem in this study relates to the level of compatibility of operating expenditures, capital expenditures as well as direct and indirect expenditure in the Budget Realization Report (LRA) Garut district fiscal year 2013-2017. The aim of this study was to determine the level of compatibility of operating expenditures, capital expenditures, as well as direct and indirect expenditure on Budget Realization Report (BRR) Garut regency Fiscal Year 2013-2017. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study is the observation, documentation, interviews and triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this study is an analysis model of Miles and Huberman which consists of three stages: 1) Reduction of data, 2) data, and 3) conclusion / verification. The result is the expenditures to Garut regency 2013-2017 fiscal year quite well.

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The purpose of this study is to increase the activeness and learning outcomes of students through the Wide Game learning model in economic activity material. This research method using descriptive method. The subjects in this study were 31 students of class VIID SMP Negeri 13 Tegal. The research instrument used a questionnaire and data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the activeness and learning outcomes of students through the Wide Game learning model in economic activity material. This is evidenced by the data in the first cycle with an average value of 70.97 and those who completed 58.04% increased the average value of 81.23 and those who completed were 87.10% in the second cycle. This increase is also accompanied by changes in behavior, students are more active, and respect others in doing tasks.

Abstract: This study aimed to develop the exercise model of jump shoot for members ofbasketball extracurricular of SMA Negeri 1 Kauman, Tulungagung regency. This isexpected that the members are able to understand and master jump shoot technique welland increase their skill. Data analysis techniques used in this research is qualitativeanalysis techniques (in the form of a sentence) and quantitative (in the form of apercentage). Qualitative data was used to analyze the data collected from the advice andreview experts basketball game, a game of basketball coaching, media expert. While theanalysis of quantitative data in the form of a percentage descriptive analysis techniquesto present the results of the review expert basketball game, basketball game coachingexperts, media experts, test a small group and large group trial.Keywords: Developing, exercise model, jump shoot.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model latihan jump shootuntuk peserta ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMA Negeri 1 Kauman KabupatenTulungagung. Dengan adanya pengembangan model latihan ini diharapkan pesertadapat memahami dan menguasai teknik jump shoot dengan baik dan benar serta dapatmeningkatkan keterampilan para peserta ekstrakurikuler. Teknik analisis data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis kualitatif (berupa kalimat) dankuantitatif (berupa persentase). Data kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis hasilpengumpulan data dari saran dan tinjauan para ahli permainan bolabasket, ahlikepelatihan permainan bolabasket, ahli media. Sedangkan analisis data kuantitatifberupa teknik analisis deskriptif persentase untuk menyajikan hasil tinjauan ahlipermainan bolabasket, ahli kepelatihan permainan bolabasket, ahli media, uji cobakelompok kecil dan uji coba kelompok besar.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, model latihan, jump shoot.
