In modern times, it is believed that by reducing the risk of military intervention, military security has lost its relevance, and economic security has become a priority of national interests. The principle of economic security is as follows: national interests are supported through an economic system that supports free exchange and ensures the upward mobility of the nation. The analysis of economic security is based on the concept of national interests. It is well known that the problem of national security and its components cannot be considered only from the standpoint of current interests; it is closely related to the possibilities of their implementation over a significant, long-term period. Each stage of realization of national interests of the country is characterized by its assessment of its geopolitical, geostrategic and geoeconomic conditions, security threats and the main carriers of these threats, the mechanism of realization of national interests (each of the stages has its own assessment of the main definitions and categories of security, the main vectors of geoeconomic policy). Economic security is the foundation and material basis of national security. A state is in a state of security if it protects its own national interests and is able to defend them through political, economic, socio-psychological, military and other actions. There is a close connection between economic security and the system of national and state interests, and it is through this category that the problems of economic potential and economic power of the state, geopolitical and geoeconomic positions of the country in the modern world are intertwined. At a time when regional forces are trying to expand markets, provide access to finance and the latest technology, economic security has become a necessary component of the ability of regional forces to expand their influence. The article is devoted to the study of economic security of Ukraine and its components using the model of quantitative assessment of economic security of Ukraine. Using the Fishburne method, a model is built that allows to obtain an integrated assessment of the level of economic security based on the synthesis of nine partial indicators.

The paper presents the results of the analysis of scientific publications in order to identify heliogeophysical interactions and their impact on the state of biospheric processes. It is demonstrated that small disturbances in the biological environment lead to global process-es with little predictable consequences that radically change politics, economics and public health. These processes pose a serious threat to national and economic security. The studies have shown that the Earth's ionosphere is a complex dynamic system, the state of which is de-termined not only by the parameters of the atmosphere itself, but also by variations in helium and geomagnetic factors. Investigation of interrelated processes in the lower and upper lay-ers of the atmosphere is one of the priority geophysical and meteorological tasks. Key words: solar activity, heliogeophysical interactions; the Earth's magnetic field; interplanetary field; annual variations; cosmic rays.

One way to expand social, cultural, and religious communication and interaction in Islamic societies is to preserve cultural heritage and expand the tourism industry. Considering the emphasis of religious sources on the necessity of objective and theoretical study in history and the role that this heritage plays in preserving the identity and civilization of Islamic societies, its preservation is obligatory. Therefore, one of the essential programs that should be considered in this regard is the development of laws derived from books and traditions to preserve cultural heritage. In this article, the author examines the meaning of cultural heritage, national security, the effects of preserving cultural heritage, and methods of preserving this heritage in Islamic societies, takfiri groups to destroy cultural heritage, and their study based on religious sources. One of the critical research findings is the obligation to preserve the past’s cultural heritage in light of military, cultural, and economic security. The development of the tourism industry is not possible without preserving cultural heritage.

. Ensuring economic security is the independence of the country and the condition for the life of society. That is why economic security is a top national priority. In modern Russia, there are both external and internal threats to the country's economic security. Internal threats pose a great danger; it is their presence that makes the state more vulnerable to external factors. Corruption in our country acts as a form of manifestation of internal threats. This powerful negative factor violates the safety of economic and national security. Corruption occurs in the industry where the criminal has various privileges and powers. At the same time, this crime causes greater economic harm to a citizen, society and the state than any other criminal offense.

The core of this paper is aiming at the economic security of the Russian minority in Latvia. The Russian minorities are representing the potentially vulnerable part in Baltics security because of the collapse of the USSR that led to the disputes between the Russian minority and “local” Baltics citizens. Thus, the economic conditions mean the crucial point for allaying the disputes and improving the security, therefore, the Russian minority in Latvia won’t tend to be integrated back to Russia. With this mind, the inquiry of the economic conditions of the Russian minority should depict if the economic security of the Latvian Russians jeopardizes the national security of Latvia. The paper is anchored on the concept of national security and economic security. The research is comparing and evaluating progress. Thus, the utilization of the comparative and process-tracing methods should endorse to explicate how the Latvian- Russians are doing in comparison with Latvians and evaluate progress during the time. Despite that the conditions of the Russian minority are constantly improving, we should not underestimate them since they have not reached the level of Latvians yet.
