Logical thinking is a pivotal skill for children that must be developed as early as possible in order to prepare an ability to think realistic and systematic. Think logically somehow is difficult for age 3-4 years old shown by facts that some children only do activities based on teacher’s example. Loose part play was selected because it facilitates creative, logical, and systematic thinking in problem solving. Loose part play is one activity that uses concrete and real object to explore. Using qualitative approach, this study involves ten students from KB Lab school. The result was analyzed using qualitative descriptive method. The data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation. The result of the study showed that the 3-4 years old children showed an improvement after playing loose part because the activities suits their developmental stage and utilized objects in their surroundings.

Hospitals must conduct a medical record activities according to Permenkes NO.269 / MENKES / PER / III / 2008 about Medical Record, to achieve the purpose of medical record processing required 5 management elements are: man, money, material, machine, and method. The medical record processing that has been implemented at the Hospital TNI AU LANUD Roesmin Nurjadin that is coding, coding only done for BPJS patients whose conducted by the officer with education background of D3 nursing, it be impacted to the storage part is wrong save and cannot found patient medical record file because are not returned. The purpose of this research is to know the element of management in the processing of medical records at the Hospital TNI AU LANUD Roesmin Nurjadin. This research is done by Qualitative descriptive method, Qualitative approach, instrument of data collection of interview guidance, observation guidance, check list register, and stationery, number of informant 6 people with inductive way data analysis. The result of this research found that Mans elements only amounts to 2 people so that officers work concurrently and have never attended training, material element and machines elements of medical record processing not yet use SIMRS and tracer, while processing method elements follow existing habits and follow the policy of hospital that is POP organization. Globalization has resulted in a shift in human morals, marked by the many cases of moral deviations that are rife in various parts of Indonesia so that the application of spiritual attitudes has not been maximized. The attitude of dishonesty is shown by the number of students who cheat on the test, and the attitude of indiscipline is shown by the number of students who are late so that the application of social attitudes does not seem to be visible. The role of PAI teachers is considered quite important for the development of these two attitudes. At SMPN 1 Darussalam, PAI teachers have played a role in fostering spiritual and social attitudes. Big. This research was conducted with a field study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation. The results showed the role of PAI teachers in fostering spiritual attitudes by praying before and after lessons, praying in congregation, doing charity activities every Friday, and religious activities. The role of PAI teachers in fostering social attitudes is carried out through social service activities, visiting the Disabled Foundation and nursing homes, getting used to the 3S (smile, greeting, greeting), reporting to the teacher what items are found, punishing students who are late. Factors supporting the role of Islamic Education teachers in fostering spiritual and social attitudes are seen from adequate school facilities in the form of female/male prayer rooms, learning media such as LCD, the use of active methods. While the inhibiting factors include the lack of adequate facilities, especially LCDs, the lack of interest in teachers and knowledge, and the lack of interest in students to improve themselves.

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has limited the space for the community and health workers to provide health services. In this study, we want to see how the role of health workers can minimize health problems that occur in the field. GERMAS (Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat) which contains to implement the health service programs seeks to provide information through mobile broadcasts on services for preventing Covid-19 activities through vaccination and distributes anthelmintics to children, which is expected to be a forum for the health service to keep interacting with children and societies and also to give some meanings or messages to conveyed the community. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with case study methods and data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The theory used in this research is Coordinated Management of Meaning. For the results, Tanjung Selor Health Center Health Workers and the Tanjung Selor community set a pattern to create meaning in their communication. Health workers and communities create meaning and interpret meaning in their activities through the GERMAS Program.

This research is done because the number of students of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses semester II and IV academic year 2017 - 2018 have low nationalism.. This was seen from the results of tests that showed that there were still many students of the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of the 2017-2018 academic year who did not memorize the Pancasila and Indonesian Raya, and did not understand the meaning of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of the low sense of nationalism of students in the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of 2017 - 2018 academic year and to find out the role of lecturers of PPKn courses in increasing the nationalism feeling of students in the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of 2017 - 2018. This study uses a descriptive method of qualitative approach with data collection techniques using test techniques, observation and interviews. Subjects of this study are lecturers of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses and students of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in second and fourth semester of academic year 2017 - 2018. The results of this study indicate that the role of the PPKn lecturer can increase the sense of nationalism of students in the PPKn UNBAJA courses in the second and fourth semester of the 2017 - 2018 academic year, such as before the teaching and learning activities are conducted in class, the lecturer always instructed everyone to pray.

The principal is a leader in educational institutions that regulates and manages educational activities in schools. Therefore, school principals play an important role in improving the quality of education, especially improving teacher performance to be more enthusiastic and professional in teaching and developing themselves who are in charge of delivering lessons to students. This study aims to identify the role of principal supervision as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching at SMA Negeri 10 OKU.This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 OKU. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from September 2020 to November 2020. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include: (1) Interview or Interview; (2) Observation; (3) Documentation. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the principal had a role in the supervision carried out as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. It is known: (1) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher in planning lesson plans which are made reported and approved by the principal and according to the curriculum; (2) The role of principal supervision is proven by the teacher in carrying out the learning process in accordance with the learning device guidelines and using teaching aids; (3) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher evaluating the learning outcomes and reporting to the principal; (4) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher following up on the learning outcomes in accordance with the direction of the principal; (5) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher providing guidance to students.

This study aims to determine the strategies of teachers, especially teachers in anticipating violence against students.One of the phenomena that has caught the attention of the world of education today is violence that occurs in the school environment. Violence between students will certainly affect the learning conditions in the classroom. Students who experience physical and verbal abuse will certainly feel psychologically disturbed. Disturbed psychological conditions will also trigger disruption of the enthusiasm and interest of students in learning.The role of the teacher is very necessary to reduce even if it can eliminate the condition. Based on these problems, this study aims to: (1) determine the role of PPKn teachers in anticipating violence against students; (2). Knowing the obstacles of PPKn teachers in anticipating violence against students; (3). know what efforts are made by the PPKn teacher in anticipating violence against students. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews and documentation conducted in the environment of SMK 17 Serang City. The research results obtained in the field show that the PPKn teacher's strategy in anticipating violence in children is to provide understanding related to norms about diversity, fostering character to care for each other, carrying out positive activities in the school environment such as extracurricular or social activities. others in the classroom environment and broadly in the school, and invites parents to control the activities of children in their environment.the strategy carried out by the teachers is done as an effort to prevent and deal with violence against students.

Researchers assume that with the publication of the speech is expected to be useful especially for teachers and employees in Manduro Elementary in language development through language transmission. The purpose of this research is to describe the syntactic structure of Manduro public utterance in Manduro Village, Kabuh Subdistrict, Jombang Regency, covering syntactic functions and categories. Qualitative descriptive method used in this research. With the subject of research is the device of Manduro Village. Samples were taken by purposive sampling with the aim of taking the device of each hamlet contained in Manduro Village. The researcher is the main instrument assisted by the Swadesh Morris questionnaire. Triangulation is used as a test of data validity. The researchers used inductive analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study are syntactic functions consisting of subjects, predicates, objects, descriptions and appendices that categorized nouns, verbs, and adjectives and adverbs. Based on the results of the research, the syntactic structure of public utterance of Manduro has a universality with the syntactic structure of Indonesian and Javanese, only the structures used are not structural. This is because the sentence is a nonformal speech. The results of this study are expected to be used as a supporter of early childhood language development in Manduro Elementary School through the role of teachers in language learning by using examples and communication with students outside the lesson with the manduro language. Thus language learning occurs in a natural context so that the language of the community is not increasingly experiencing shifts and extinctions as well as in the teaching of syntax and as a ruler of language rules in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the role of information technology-based management education in vocational schools. The implementation of technology was conducted in several schools, covering managerial aspects as well as academic aspects. This research utilizes a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data obtained through literature review and analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results show that technology-based management education is essential to provide information to support and facilitate the management and academic processes daily. It is important that schools invest in technology-based school systems to increase the effectiveness and efficiency in school management generally.

Background: The development of technology has encouraged a more developed civilization. However, one of the impacts is causing low students’ interest in literature. In this case, optimizing digital media is one way of developing literary works. Based on this problem, the researchers set the question: What is the role of the podcast "Sandiwara Sastra" as an alternative to developing Indonesian literary works?. Purpose: This study aims to increase students' interest in literature and make the delivery of literary works flexible. Method: This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The qualitative method uses an online survey that focuses on respondents' opinions with 44 college students. The sample criteria used are college students aged 19-25 years and have listened to podcasts. Then, the researcher used the interview method using ten interviewees to strengthen the results of the online survey analysis. Results: The role of the "Sandiwara Sastra" podcast can influence students' interpretations to study literature more flexibly and increase their interest in literature. Recommendation: This study is expected to increase college students' understanding and interest in literature through digital podcast media. Limitation: The limited variety of respondents who only cover college students, so generalization needs to be improved

The purpose of this study was to determine youth participation in the Karang Taruna Desa program in terms of program management aspects and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors of youth participation in the Karang Taruna village program. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection techniques carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data used is data triangulation, namely source triangulation. The data analysis technique is qualitative descriptive with the following stages: data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. The results obtained in this study (1) youth participation in the Karang Taruna village program viewed aspects of program management using four stages of participation, namely participation in planning; participation in implementation and participation in utilization; (2) factors that hamper youth participation in the Youth Organization program are limited time from individuals and lack of confidence to channel their potential. While the supporting factors are that individuals have high social awareness or spirit to build community through the Youth Organization program.
