ABSTRAK Teknologi Informasi mempunyai peranan sangat penting dalam upaya peningkatan daya saing perguruan tinggi saat ini. Salah satu bentuk teknologi informasi yang sering digunakan adalah internet beserta aplikasinya. Upaya peningkatan daya saing perguruan tinggi melalui internet adalah dengan cara membangun website universitas yang bisa disebut sebagai web portal sebagai ujung tombak dalam merealisasikan cita cita sebagai universitas nomer satu di dunia, didukung dengan Search Engine Optimization (SEO) sebagai cara untuk memudahkan website universitas untuk dicari melalui mesin pencari seperti google, serta adanya webometric sebagai aplikasi berbasis web yang berguna untuk pemeringkatan website universitas seluruh dunia.Website universitas tentunya harus terdaftar pada perangkat teknologi informasi yang telah disebutkan, sehingga kita bisa memantau dan menindak lanjuti hasil dari pemeringkatan webometric. Oleh karena itu seluruh sumberdaya yang berada dilingkungan universitas hendaknya diberdayakan sesuai dengan tri dharma perguruan tingg, baik staft, pimpinan, dosen maupun mahasiswa turut berperan dalam upaya meningkatkan peringkat website universitas pada webometric. Demikianlah langkah strategis yang bisa diambil dalam upaya peningkatan daya saing universitas secara global Kata kunci : teknologi informasi, website, SEO, webomatric ABSTRACT Nowadays, the information technology has a very large and important usefulness in the competitive escalation effort in universities. One of the very vast information technology used is the internet together with its applications. One of the universities competitive escalation effort troughs the internet applications is by universities website making called to be a portal web as a top point in realizing a number one university in the world, supported by the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) as the way to facilitating university website search i.e. Google, and webometric as a web application for universities web ranks in all over the world. The university website, definitely, should be listed in the information technology sets mentioned so the webometric’s ranks can be monitored and followed up. For aiming that goal, all the university’s sources and all the manpower i.e. the staff, lecturers, deans and also students, should be carried out. Internet adalah salah satu bagian dari teknologi informasi dan komunikasi  mempunyai efek dan pengaruh yang sangat besar. Website salah satu teknologi internet tidak hanya sebagai media informasi tetapi menjadi proses pendukung bisnis perusahaan, akan tetapi penjualan melalui website belum cukup efektif jika tidak didukung dengan strategi promosi yang baik. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) adalah salah satu teknik promosi dengan cara memanfaatkan pengoptimalan mesin pencari agar website yang sudah kita buat berada diperingkat teratas atau halaman pertama (first page) sebuah halaman mesin pencari. Peneltian ini dilakukan pada sebuah website yang awalnya belum dilakukan teknik-teknik dari SEO, kemudian dengan menerapkan metode SEO on Page seperti optimasi keyword pada title tag, content, meta keyword,meta description, dan  share ke sosial media, pada tahap ini juga dilakukan beberapa pengujian sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan penerapan teknik-teknik SEO. Hasil dari penerapan teknik-teknik SEO mampu meningkatkan SERP (Search Engine Results Page) website di mesin pencari dan berhasil terindek oleh google berada di page kedua pada bulan kedua dan berhasil terindex di page  pertama dalam pencarian google denga waktu kurang dari 3 bulan. Kata kunci : Website, SEO, Seo on Page, SERP AbstractThe advancement of information technology is growing rapidly in various fields of life. The purpose of this research is how to optimize a web design that can increase the number of visitors. The number of Internet users in the world continues to grow in line with advances in information technology. Products and services marketing media do not just use the printed and electronic media. Moreover, the cost of using the Internet as a medium of marketing is relatively inexpensive when compared to the use of television as a marketing medium. The penetration of the internet as a marketing medium lasted for 24 hours in different parts of the world. But to make an internet site into a site that is visited by many internet users, the site is not only good from the outside view only. Web sites that serve as a medium for marketing must be built with the correct rules, so that the Web site be optimal marketing media. One of the good rules in building the internet site as a marketing medium is how the content of such web sites indexed well in search engines like google. Search engine optimization in the index will be focused on the search engine Google for 83% of internet users across the world using Google as a search engine. Search engine optimization commonly known as SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is an important rule that the internet site is easier to find a user with the desired keywords.

Basically, the search engine is used to search for any information on the Internet. The purpose of any website or webpage is to appear on top of the search engine when any user searches for relevant information in the content on their website. There are several factors that affect website ratings and make it down in the search crawler's crop list and some websites do not even come in the top search engine list despite the best content. The art of improving website visibility is known as search engine optimization. Most of times, main focus is set on making the website as user-friendly as possible, stable, fast and secure. The purpose of this article is to consider issues related to the peculiarities of the use of search engine optimization in the implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy in the digital environment. Research methodology. The research methodology is system-structural and comparative analyzes (to study the application of search engine optimization in the process of improving the efficiency of the company on the Internet); monograph (the study of various software solutions in the field of digital marketing); eco- nomic analysis (when assessing the effectiveness of the use of SEO in the process of attracting the target audience and its impact on the growth of conversions). The scientific novelty – features of using search engine optimization as an effective tool of digital marketing in modern conditions are revealed. The expediency of using SEO to increase the level of competitiveness of the company on the Internet is proved. A set of Internet marketing measures to strengthen the company’s communications with the target audience in the digital environment is revealed, as well as the role in this structure of search engine optimization is outlined. The expediency of building a semantic core as a basic element of search engine optimization of a company’s web resource and creating preconditions for long-term provision of high positions of the site in search services is proved. The subject of the research is the approach to the possibility of using search engine optimization methods in modern conditions to ensure a highly competitive position of the company and its web resources in the digital space in the long period. Conclusions. The digitalization of business leads to the intensification of the use of various digital marketing tools, among which search engine optimization occupies an important place. SEO-optimization of the company’s website involves the implementation of a set of measures aimed at increasing the place of the re- source in search results. Innovative approaches make it possible to integrate an up-to-date keyword list into important elements of a company’s web resource and to constantly update libraries in order to ensure high search engine rankings. One of the internet service used by the people of Indonesia is a blog that can be accessed via http://blogspot.com or http://wordpress.com and others. Everyone can use this medium for the purpose of publication of information in the form of text, images, sounds, or video without having to master web programming languages. One of the obstacles a person who has a blog is a way of increasing number of visitors to his blog. In order for many visitors the blog owner needs to understand about SEO (Search Engine Optimization).To allow users to blog in increasing the number of visitors and ranking his blog, they invented a system that utilizes parallel processing techniques and create a new method, named TSC (Together in a Single Connection) to increase the number of visitors, number of pages viewed and ranking.Increase blog traffic system based on parallel processing can improve the effectiveness in increasing traffic to a blog. With this system the blog owner is expected to be easier to rise to visit his blog.

Management of academic activities at Mahendradata University is still using manually ways, which means that it has not used an integrated information system yet, for the example the process of registering new students, arranging lecture schedules, filling in student KRS, managing lecture attendance, and managing student grades. Nowadays cultural changes have been marked by the increasingly rapid use of the internet. The internet as an information resources for its existence has now become a necessity. The benefits of the internet are quite large, especially in the world of business, entertainment and education. This system is designed to assist academic processes at the University of Mahendradata. The academic processes that have been analyzed and applied in this developed system are the process of preparing schedules, plotting teaching lecturers, printing KRS, printing lecture attendance, presenting inputs, filling in grades, and printing KHS. And the University can immediately develop a new system in order to work optimally. System design that has been used in developing this system uses the SDLC method, the waterfall method. The implementation of the system uses the PHP programming language Codegniter and MySQL database. The results of this study are in the form of an academic system design at the University of Mahendradata. This developed system is aim to assist the academic processes at the University of Mahendradata

The purpose of Community Service Activities (PKM) is to carry out one of the three obligations of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. In addition, it is expected that by serving the community, the existence of higher education institutions can contribute to the development and application of knowledge to the community. The method of activity used is to visit the Forum Muslimah Depok, Al-Awwal Mosque, addressed on Jalan Mawar Raya, Depok Jaya and look for problems that are in place so as to provide the right solution in motivating members who has business or UMKM in Depok, West Java, especially for Jama’ah Masjid Al Awwal Masjid Depok Jaya and gave training there on 01-03 October 2019. This training aims to develop the ability to increase marketing through online media with SEO methods and techniques (Search Engine Optimization) for Muslimah Forum members, Al-Awwal Mosque, Depok Jaya. The results of community service activities (PKM) obtained indicate that prior to the implementation of PKM, Depok Muslimah Forum members did not yet know the terms related to product marketing via online media, but after the implementation of activities known members of the Depok Muslimah Forum could understand the basics of content creation with simple SEO rules. Backdoor or commonly also known as web shell is one of the malicious software that hackers use to maintain access systems that they have entered. Relatively few programs like Anti Web-Shell, PHP Backdoor Scanner circulating on the Internet, and can be obtained free of charge to deal with the issues above. But most of these programs have no actual database of signature behavior to deal with PHP backdoor / Shell nowadays. Then comes the contemporary Anti Web-Shell program that can deal with today's backdoor shell. This study uses an experimental method concerning previous similar studies and is implemented directly into the world of cyber security professional industries. By enriching the Regex dictionary signature and String Array Matching the actualized Anti Web-Shell program can detect more backdoor than similar programs that have existed in the past. The results of this study are in the form of a web application software in PHP extension. The application can minimize 100% of false positives and is twice as fast in scanning files because it is more specific in heuristic analysis scan.
