This study aims to determine how the Strategy for Increasing Employee Productivity at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Takalar Sugar Factory). This research is descriptive qualitative, by trying to describe the results of the research as it is. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews. The data obtained is then processed in the form of words or text which is then poured in a descriptive form. The results of the study explained that there are three strategies used at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Takalar Sugar Factory) in an effort to increase employee productivity, namely: by providing training, every year there is an assessment of employee performance and improving effective communication. with the training it is able to produce a positive impact, but its application is still less than perfection because the application of the strategies used has not been done regularly and is well structured. But the leadership is expected to increase training and establish more active communication to the head of the department and employees so that the company is more improved and developed.

Abstract:. The problem that often arise in the study is the lack of understanding of the hidden curriculum so the teacher does not know the positive impact of the hidden curriculum activity itself, despite the fact that the hidden curriculum activities are often carried out in the learning process. This study was aimed to describe the hidden curriculum implementation strategy on educational subjects of Al-Islam in SD Muhammadiyah I Yogyakarta Wirobrajan academic year 2017/2018. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative and the  data collection technique used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the hidden curriculum on the educational subjects of Al-Islam had positive habit to students during the learning process by using expository  and inquiry strategy for the achievement of school goals along with the vision and mission of the school established to form Islamic generation, knowledgeable, noble, and cultured.Keywords: Hidden Curriculum, Al-Islam Education Abstrak: Permasalahan yang sering muncul di dalam pembelajaran adalah kurangnya pemahaman guru mengenai hidden curriculum sehingga guru tidak mengetahui dampak positif dari kegiatan hidden curriculum itu sendiri, meskipun pada kenyataannya kegiatan hidden curriculum sering dilaksanakan tanpa disengaja di dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pelaksanaan hidden curriculum pada mata pelajaran pendidikan Al-Islam di SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan I Yogyakarta tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan hidden curriculum pada mata pelajaran pendidikan Al-Islam sudah baik memberikan pembiasaan yang positif kepada siswa pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung dengan menggunakan srategi ekspositori dan inquiry demi tercapainya tujuan sekolah serta visi misi sekolah yang sudah ditetapkan yaitu terbentuknya  generasi islami, berilmu, berakhlak mulia, dan berbudaya.Kata Kunci: Hidden Curriculum, Pendidikan Al-Islam

The aims of this research is to determine the wage level about wage system and the effect of the wage system towards the performance of seasonal employees in PTPN X (Sugar Factory of Camming Bone). The research applied descriptive qualitative type. The population of this study involves all the seasonal workers of the grinding section which consist of 65 employees as the samples. The results of this study indicate that the wage system reaches 79.2% or it is in good category andthe employees performance reaches 83% or is in very good category. Later, based on the results of the hypothesis test, itindicates that there is a significant influence between the wage system and the performance of seasonal employees in PTPN X (Sugar Factory of Camming Bone). Keywords: wage system, employee performance

Purpose of this study is to analyze and understand simultaneously the influence of organizational culture, management style and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Don't call it Timur Shakti. The original data of the questionnaire and secondary data in the data were used as probability samples. As a sampling procedure. This study is a quantitative study of seventy-line employees of PT Bintang Timur Sakti. The analytical method used in this study is to use SPSS 24 to perform multiple linear regression. Organizational culture, management style and work discipline all have a positive impact on employee productivity. Corporate culture of PT. Bintang Timur Sakti is a variable that has a significant effect on employee productivity at PT Bintang Timur Sakti.

The YouTube page is the most favorite page for millennials. Although the main purpose of the content in the videos is to entertain, but unconsciously it is also able to influence the audience both cognitive, affective, and behavioral. Therefore, it is necessary to identify whether in the video content there are religious characters that can have a positive impact on the audience. This research aims to identify the character of religious values in videos by millennial YouTuber. Data collection method used is the documentation method, data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative content analysis techniques. The results showed that from the entire video uploaded on Ria Ricis Official, Atta Halilintar, and Rans Entertainment YouTube, there were 131 video contents those were used as analysis material. Based on the video analyzed, religious values are obtained which include the values of faith, Islam, ihsan, science, and charity.

<p><em>The work environment is one of the factors that can affect employee performance. A harmonious relationship between employees and superiors, colleagues, and subordinates can have a positive impact on these employees. This also affects the performance which tends to be good. This study aims to measure how the work environment affects employee performance. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques through literature studies where the data used is secondary data which is the result of research from previous researchers. The references used in this study are 10 scientific papers which will be reviewed again to provide an overview of the effect of the workplace on employee performance. Based on a literature study that has been conducted, it shows that the work environment, both physical and non-physical, has a partial and also simultaneous influence on employee performance.</em></p>

This study describes the influence of communication, training, and motivation on employee performance in the Bengkulu Province National Narcotics Agency. The method of data collection in research subjects was determined using purposive sampling, namely all employees of the National Narcotics Agency of Bengkulu Province 64 people who were respondents in. The qualitative method of data analysis is done by processing SPSS 17 software data with F test statistics and t test statistics and drawing conclusions and verifying data. The results of this study indicate that communication, training and motivation have a simultaneously significant influence on the performance of the Bengkulu Province National Narcotics Agency. At the Bengkulu Provincial Narcotics Agency, communication as a medium for delivering information is very important to support the task of the National Narcotics Agency as a vocal point to make efforts to prevent, eradicate the use and illicit circulation of drugs. In addition, the training provided by the Bengkulu Province National Narcotics Agency greatly supports improved performance so that employees can work more optimally. Furthermore, the motivation given by superiors to employees of the Bengkulu Provincial Narcotics Agency also had a positive impact on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of YouTube as a learning medium in society. Themethod used in this research process is descriptive qualitative method. While data collection techniques,the authors explore the data according to the discussion by looking at various journals, articles andinformation from relevant YouTube users in the problems observed. The results of this study indicate thatthe level of use of YouTube in the community can be said to be high, because apart from being a learningmedium, they open YouTube to be used as a medium of entertainment. People who use YouTube as alearning medium are people who have their own interests or when in an emergency they want to find outthe solution to the problems they face, for example opening a video tutorial on dealing with cellphones,washing machines, televisions, refrigerators or other damaged household items. By watching the video,finally the community can put it into practice. In addition, there are also many other ways such as how tocare for ornamental plants, from planting to growing big. All can be practiced via Youtube media. Peoplefeel they can add to their knowledge without having to spend a lot of money, meaning they consider itmore efficient because one click directly displays audio and visuals that can be imitated or applied. Mostpeople feel that YouTube has a positive impact on those in need.

This study aims to describe the leadership of the village head in increasing the work motivation of village officials. This research was inspired by the improvement of the performance of village officials in Pergam Village, Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency. The research method used was descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with observation and documentation interviews. The problems that affect namely; A leader has a great influence in increasing employee motivation through his leadership, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. After reviewing the researchers found that the leadership of the village chief plays a role in increasing the work motivation of village officials. The efforts made by the Headman in increasing the apparatus' work motivation by doing; Headman's leadership in improving welfare, Headman's leadership in creating a harmonious work atmosphere, Headman's leadership in rewarding achievements, Headman's leadership in providing justice, Headman's leadership in respecting and involving the apparatus, Headman's leadership in completing work facilities, Headman's leadership in developing the potential of the apparatus , Village chief in creating strict and fair punishment.
