This study describes the influence of communication, training, and motivation on employee performance in the Bengkulu Province National Narcotics Agency. The method of data collection in research subjects was determined using purposive sampling, namely all employees of the National Narcotics Agency of Bengkulu Province 64 people who were respondents in. The qualitative method of data analysis is done by processing SPSS 17 software data with F test statistics and t test statistics and drawing conclusions and verifying data. The results of this study indicate that communication, training and motivation have a simultaneously significant influence on the performance of the Bengkulu Province National Narcotics Agency. At the Bengkulu Provincial Narcotics Agency, communication as a medium for delivering information is very important to support the task of the National Narcotics Agency as a vocal point to make efforts to prevent, eradicate the use and illicit circulation of drugs. In addition, the training provided by the Bengkulu Province National Narcotics Agency greatly supports improved performance so that employees can work more optimally. Furthermore, the motivation given by superiors to employees of the Bengkulu Provincial Narcotics Agency also had a positive impact on employee performance.

Deviant behavior of sodomy is not only did by man but also did by adolescents. Sodomies in young age would serving their punishment at the Children Correctional Institution (LPKA), which was previously called children correctional institution. This research was conducted to determine what factors are behind the sodomy behavior in adolescents. The research was conducted in January-March 2020, located in LPKA Pekanbaru, Penitentiary street No.04, Muara Fajar, Rumbai sub district, Pekanbaru City, Riau. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained qualitatively and will present in a descriptive way. The research subjects were two children assisted by inmates with sodomy cases. Subject characteristics consist of: 1) age about 15 years old, 2) last education on Primary School and 3) sodomy cases. Data collection were done by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis used triangulation, which analyzed the results of interviews between subjects, LPKA officers and the subject's family. The results of this research found that the factors causing adolescents to do sodomy are: 1. Lack of parental supervision, 2. Previous perpetrators were victims of sodomy committed by adults and felt vengeful so that they took it out on younger children, 3. Cause of porn videos of homo sexual that watched by the perpetrators.

<p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Keberadaan komunitas literasi terus mengalami perkembangan. Secara kritis, komunitas literasi hadir untuk memajukan aktivitas literasi. Pada perkembangannya, kehadiran komunitas literasi bukan hanya berada di kota besar. Komunitas literasi semakin eksis di berbagai kota di Indonesia, salah satunya berada di Kabupaten Sumenep. Eksistensi dari komunitas literasi di Sumenep memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, karena memiliki tujuan yang positif.  Namun, setiap masyarakat Sumenep memiliki cara pandang yang berbeda dalam menilai kehadiran komunitas literasi. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna komunitas literasi bagi masyarakat kota Sumenep dalam pembangunan SDM. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi <em>constitutive</em>. Fenomenologi costitutive mengkonfigurasikan kesadaran individu berdaasrkan pengalamannya dalam ralitas sosial. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengambilan subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik <em>purposive</em>. Dengan begitu, subjek penelitian adalah masyaraka yang berada di kecamatan Kota Sumenep. Alasannya adalah kecamatan Kota Sumenep menjadi pusat dari berbagai aktivitas komunitas literasi di Sumenep. Perspektif teori dari Herbert Blummer mengenai interaksionisme simbolik menjadi alat analisa dalam fenomena ini. Dengan menggunakan teori Blummer diperoleh 3 makna komunitas literasi bagi masyarakat Kota Sumenep. Pertama, komunitas literasi bermakna sebagai tempat untuk melahirkan penulis. Kedua, bermakna membentuk kaum intelektual. Ketiga, memiliki makna sebagai tempat mempebaiki minat baca. Ketiga pemaknaan tersebut, terjadi melalui proses interaksi, melakukan penafsiran, dan membentuk objek sosial.</p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p><em>The existence of the literacy community continues to develop. Critically, the literacy community exists to advance literacy activities. The presence of the literacy community is not only in big cities. literacy community increasingly exist in various cities in Indonesia, one wich in Sumenep regency. Excistence of  the literacy community in Sumenep has a significant influence, because it has a positive purpose. However, each Sumenep society has a different perspective in assesing the presence of the literacy community. Therefore, this study aims to determine the meaning of the literacy community for the peoplo of Sumenep in developing human resources. This research uses a qualitative method with a constitutive phenomenologyl. Constitutive phenomenolgy configures individual consciousness based on his experience in social reality. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Taking research subjects using a purposive technique. The research subjects are people who are in the Sumenep City subdistrict. The reason is that sub-dictrict of Sumenep City is the center of various literacy community activities in Sumenep. Herbert Blummer theoretical perspective on symbolic interactionisme becomes an analytical tool in this phenomenon. By using Blummers theory 3 meaning of literacy community are abtained for the society of Sumenep City. First, the literacy community is meaningful as a place to give birth to writers. Second, it means forming inttelectuals. Third, it has meaning as a place to improve reading interest. Three meanings occur through the process of interaction, interpreting, and forming social objetcs. </em></p><p><em><br /></em></p>

This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation, work discipline andculture organizationalon improving employee performance at the Indomaret store in South Surabaya. This research is a quantitative researcher. With a population of 62 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test,assumption classictest and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study influence the work motivation, work discipline andculture organizationalon the performance of indomaret shop employees in south Surabaya. Shows that there is arelationship positive and significantof F test 253.257> 3.15 simultaneously. Partially work motivation -0,501 <t1,670 has no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline 0,795 <t table 1,670 has no significant effect on employee performance and organizational culture 19,861> t table 1,670 has a significant influence on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of employees. The population is the sum total of the object of research. The population in this study is all employees who exist in PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Due to the small number of employees in the company, this study did not use sampling. So the sample in this study is the total number of employees at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Data collection techniques in this study is a list of questions (questioner), study documentation and interviews (interview). While the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t-test, and F test and determinant coefficient. The result of this research shows that there are positive and significant influence of organizational culture on performance, and there are positive influence and significant organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance.

This research aims to explain how competence and work motivation affect employee performance in an insurance company. This research use 35 employees at PT. Asuransi Umum Bumi Putera Muda Unit Syariah Surabaya as a sample. Data collection use observations, interviews and (primary) questionnaires. This research uses data analysis of validity, reliability, classic assumption, and hypothesis tests. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression with SPSS. This research shows that competence and work motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, competence has positive and significant on employee performance. The result shows that the competencies possessed by the employee have an impact on employee performance. As well as role work motivation has positive and not significant on employee performance. The results of data testing show that the work motivation provided by the company has no impact on employee performance. The company must facilitate employees to increase competence and work motivation since employee performance correlates with firm performance.

The research objective was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable between Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable between Organizational Commitments and Employee Performance.The population of the study was all employees totaling 40 people. Data collection using a questionnaire with Likert Scale. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method.The results showed that Transformational Leadership has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction but does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction does not have a significant effect as an intervening variable between Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a significant influence as an intervening variable between Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance.Keywords : Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, job satisfaction, motivation, on employee performance. The sample selection technique used in this study is a non-probabilty sampling method, namely purposive sampling. The population of this research is the Jakarta branch of Top Yummy employees. The research sample was taken from 100 respondents who had worked at least 6 months at the Top Yummy Jakarta branch. Data analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The results are: (a) leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Jakarta branch of Top Yummy, (b) job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on the employee performance of the Jakarta branch of Top Yummy. (c) Motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Jakarta branch of Top Yummy

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean B Makassar yang terdiri dari pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap kerja dan pengalaman kerja pegawai Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean B Makassar dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 112 orang. Metode dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan uji F variabel bebas (pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap kerja dan pengalaman kerja) secara bersama-sama memilki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (kinerja pegawai). Melalui pengujian koefisien korelasi (R) diperoleh bahwa tingkat korelasi atau hubungan antara kompetensi (pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap kerja danpPengalaman kerja) terhadap kinerja pegawai merupakan hubungan yang tinggi yaitu 86.5% dan sikap kerja merupakan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean B Makassar. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Employee Performance Against Competencies at the Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) Type of B Customs Madya Makassar that consists of knowledge, skills, attitude and experience of work employees at the Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) Type of B Customs Madya Makassar with number of samples as much as 112 people. Method of data collection in this study is a questionnaire, interviews and documentation. Methods of data analysis using the method of descriptive and quantitative methods with multiple linear regression. Based on a test of the free variable F (knowledge, skills, attitudes and work experience) together have a positive and significant influence against a variable is bound (the performance of the employee). Through testing (R) correlation coefficient obtained that level of correlation or relationship between Competencies (knowledge, skills, attitudes and work experience) against the performance of the employees is a high relationship i.e., 86.5% and work attitude is the most dominant factor influencing the performance of Employees at the Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) Type of B Customs Madya Makassar.

Abstract The  problem  of this research is : How is the language development of children age 12 to 24 months in Semarang ?. The purpose of this study is to describe widely and deeply about language development the children age 12 to 24 in Semarang. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Miles Hubermen’s model. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation data. The results showed that the development of language of children aged 12 to 24 months in Semarang in expressive is: can produce sound almost perfect in several words; Some of the letters of the words missing from the pronunciation; The missing letters are usually consonants; Haven't been able to pronounce the letter s and r; In General, most people are able to understand the speech of the children is an adult who is close to the child; There is a word that can be spelled perfectly by the child. The words are by and large is the words that are simple and close to the children's daily lives. As for the generally receptive: children can follow and obey what is spoken by adults; The children seem to understand when the adults were talking about them; and children  can understand  to the words that they  heard more than that they can speak.   Keywords: Language, children, expressive, receptive, word.

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.</span></em>
