This study aims to find out the students’ learning outcomes in the application of e-learning through the use of WhatsApp-assisted Edmodo in the concept of sound waves. In addition, students' responses to the treatments given were also observed for the sake of evaluation. This research used a quasi-experimental research design carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The subject of the research was class XI IPA 8 consisting of 20 students. Tests were administered to students to obtain data of the students’ learning outcomes. The data collected were then analyzed by using normality test and statistical t-test. Based on the research results, it is known that the t-value (5.53) is greater than the t-table (1.72), so H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. It means that there is a significant positive effect of using whatsApp-assisted edmodo on learning outcomes in the concept of sound waves. It can be seen from the difference of mean score between the pretest and posttest scores of the experimental class. Therefore, it can be concluded that the increase in students’ learning outcomes on the concept of sound waves is in the strong effect category.

This study aimed to determine the effect of PAKEM learning model on students’ learning outcomes on the Ecosystem theme at grade V SD Negeri 067246 Medan in the academic year 2020/2021. The population of this study were all students of grade V SDN 067246 Medan Tuntungan totaling 30 students.The method used in this research was descriptive method. The results of this study indicated that students’ learning outcome by using the PAKEM model was in very good category with an average of 81.03. Besides, the normality test obtained that the significance value of learning outcomes was Lcount <Ltable, namely 0.661 < 0.927. Based on these calculations, it was seen that the significance value of the learning outcomes was normally distributed. In the correlation test, the coefficient value was 0.652 meaning that rcount > rtable that was 0.361. Thus, there was a strong influence between PAKEM model on students’ learning outcomes with the theme of Ecosystem at grade V SDN 067246 Medan. The results of the t-test found that tcount > ttable or 4.550> 1.701 so that Ha was accepted. This showed that there was a significant positive effect of the influence of PAKEM learning model on students’ learning outcomes on the Ecosystem theme for grade V SDN 067246 Medan Tuntungan for the academic year 2020/2021.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang diberikan perlakuan model pembelajaran ARCS dengan model pembelajaran Active Learning. (2) Perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi, sedang dan rendah. (3) Interaksi antara model pembelajaran (ARCS dan Active Learning) dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 3. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMKN 2 Batam tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Sampel diperoleh kelas X Akutansi-2 sebagai kelas eksperimen-1 dan kelas X Akutansi-4 sebagai kelas eksperimen-2. Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah tes dan angket Uji prasyarat meliputi uji normalitas dengan metode Lilliefors dan uji Homogenitas dengan metode Bartlett. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis variansi dua jalan dengan sel tak sama. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) tidak terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika antara siswa yang diberikan perlakuan model pembelajaran ARCS dengan model pembelajaran Active Learning. (2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar metematika antara siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi dan rendah. (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan motivasi belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: ARCS, Active Learning, motivasi belajar, hasil belajar matematika Abstract. This study aims to determine: (1) The difference in learning outcomes of student who study mathematics using ARCS learning model with Active learning model. (2) The difference in mathematics learning outcomes in student who have hight, medium and low motivation. (3) Interaction between learning model (ARCS and Active Learning) with student learning motivation. This research is quasi-experimental study with factorial design 2 x 3. The population in this research is all of students class X SMKN 2 Batam with academic year 2016/2017. The Sample in this research from class X accountant-2 is used as sampling for 1st experiment and class X accountant-4 for 2nd experiment. Instrument of research are mathematics achievement test and questionnaire student motivation. The test requirement is normality test using Lilliefors method and homogeneity test using Bartlett method. Hypothesis testing in this study uses two-way analisis of variance with defferent cells. Conclusion in this study: (1) there is no difference between student math result between ARCS learning model with Active learning model. (2) there is difference between result of student math between learning high motivation with low motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of using video learning media on the biology learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Situjuah Limo Nagari District. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a Posttest-Only Control Design research design. The population of this study was the X grade students of the 2016/2017 academic year, totaling 7 classes. The research sample of 2 classes was taken by purposivever sampling. Class X.5 as the experimental class and class X.6 as the control class. The research instrument used was a test. Data were analyzed by the t test, wherein the normality test and homogeneity test first. The results of the study, based on the final test scores of students' biology learning outcomes, obtained an experimental class average of 78.58 with a standard deviation of 10.18 and a control class of 71.44 with a standard deviation of 9.05. Based on data analysis, it is obtained thitung = 2.64> t table = 1.67, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of video learning media on the learning outcomes of biology class students Keywords: learning videos, learning outcomes

This study was conducted to find out the effect of using frontloading strategy in teaching reading comprehension at the seventh grade students of SMPN 10 Bengkulu. This research was a quasi experimental research that is one short experiment which used post-test only. The population of this research were the seventh grade students of SMPN 10 Bengkulu there are 180 students. The sample of this research were 57 students from two classes; the experimental class and control class. The experimental class was treated by using frontloading strategy, while the control class was taught by conventional strategy. The two classes have similar ability in English based on the scores of mid-term examination. In experimental class there was a significant positive effect towards the students reading comprehension (it was found that the t-count 2.047 while t-table was 1.676). T-count was bigger than t-table (2.047<1.676).   Based on those results, it can be assumed frontloading strategy was effective in increasing students’ reading comprehension.

    This study explored the effect of problem-based learning and motivation toward learning outcomes of the subject of computer routing network. Computer routing network is part of the subject of computer network design in a computer network engineering class. The purpose of this study was to examine the difference in learning outcomes between students treated with the problems based learning model and treated with direct learning model by considering students’ learning motivation. This study was categorized as quasi-experimental designed with a factorial experimental design. The sampling technique used purpose-sampling. The data were analyzed using a two-way Anava method. The results of the study showed that (1) the learning outcomes of students in the subject of routing network with problem-based learning model was better than the student treated with direct instruction learning, (2) based on the learning outcomes in the subject of routing network, a group of students with high motivation was better, and (3) there is an interaction between the application of problem-based-learning model and motivation to the students learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the increase of student learning outcomes in the subject of Understanding the Basics of Electronics using Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. This research is a quasi-experimental using one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects were students of class X TITL2 SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman enrolled in the academic year 2015/2016 consisting of 40 students. Data were collected by using achievement test consisting of pretest and posttest. Learning outcomes data were analyzed by using the Gain Score formula. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes with a moderate category of students after using the PBL learning model.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa  pada materi pokok Suhu dan Kalor di kelas X SMA Negeri 15 Medan  Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 15 Medan yang terdiri dari 10 kelas dengan sampel penelitian diambil 2 kelas yang ditentukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar siswa dalam bentuk essay sebanyak 8 soal yang telah divalidasi. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan uji beda (uji t), setelah uji prasyarat dilakukan, yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa dari pertemuan I sampai dengan III. Kata Kunci : inkuiri terbimbing, hasil belajar, aktivitas   ABSTRACT This research aimed to determine the effect of guided inquiry learning model on physics learning outcomes of students in the subject matter heat and temperature for X class SMA Negeri 15 Medan in 2014/2015 academic year. The research was quasi-experimental with the entire population of tenth grade students of  SMA Negeri 15 Medan. The instrument used in this search is test of learning outcomes in the form of essay with 8 questions that have been declared valid. To test the hypothesis used different test (t test), after the prerequisite test is done, the test of normality and homogeneity tests. The results showed that the guided inquiry learning can improve student learning outcome and activity from the first meeting up to the third meeting. This study aims to determine the positive effect of the application of the think pair share model on student learning outcomes in history learning in class X SMAN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban.This paper in collecting data using quasi-experimental techniques and also with descriptive, where in addition to the figures obtained also from observations and strengthened by interviews. From the analysis obtained t count = 18.43 and t-table = 1.73 where 1.73 <18.43> 1.73 which means the hypothesis is accepted at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). Thus it can be concluded that, there is a positive effect of the model of cooperative learning in the type of think pair share on student learning outcomes in history learning at X SMAN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban. National Examination is one of the learning results assessment set by the Government, and is ruled at Minister of Education and Culture regulation Number 4 year 2018. The problem discussed in this study is the low percentage of students achieving Graduare Competence Standard/SKL 55 in the nationale examination tryout for mathematics. One of the alternatives to solve this problem is the Peer Tutoring learning method using Whatsapp Messenger application asisstance, in which the subject is grade 12 AP students of SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpandan academic year of 2018/2019. The research method implemented is the classroom action research. The peer tutoring learning method using Whatsapp Messenger application asisstance was carried out both inside and outside the classroom by providing a smaller member whatsapp group and a  classroom whatsapp group. Each small group consists of 6 people in which there were 1-2 peer tutors. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, there was an increase at the results of the tryout of mathematics national exam tryout for grade 12 AP students after peer tutoring learning method using whatsapp messenger application asisstance was applied, with the total increase up to 50%. This fact can be inferred from the difference of the test results percentage for the first tryout and the third tryout which is from 10% to 60%, while the average score is increased from 34.96 to 60.22 by 25.26 points.

Students are an active part that plays a role in the learning process. Cooperative learning trains students to be able to work together and responsibly independently. This research was quasi-experimental research with posttest-only control design. The sample of this research was the students of Diploma III Nursing STIKes Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto at the level I of academic year 2017/2018. The research data was obtained from the result of the final examination of the students in the basic biomedical course. The data were analyzed using independent sample t-test. The result of the independent sample t-test is 0.00 is less than 0.05. The conclusion of these results is that there are differences in basic biomedical learning outcomes in the control class and experimental class. Average learning outcomes control class 60,17 and experimental class 73,94. These results suggest that jigsaw type cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes in basic biomedical courses.
