This study aims to determine and analyze the Effects of Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on the Performance of Employees of the Makassar City Investment and Integrated Service Office. Data analysis using multiple regression equations and the classic assumption test, one of the methods used to determine the number of samples is using the Slovin formula, the sample used was 50 employees. The research data was obtained from questionnaires, literature studies, and direct interviews with relevant parties according to the research objectives. From the results of multiple regression testing, data showing the variable Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence have a positive effect by looking at the F test value of 65.950, thus F arithmetic F table ( 0.05), For the t value of the intellectuality variable of 0.179 and the significance value of 0.112 0.05 so that the variable Intellectual Intelligence has a positive and insignificant effect, while the Spiritual Intelligence variable of 0,000 0.05 so the more positive and significant effect on employee performance is the Spiritual Intelligence variable

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of work commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Mopoli Raya. This study uses a sample of 83 respondents who are permanent employees of PT. Mopoli Raya. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression equations, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that work commitment has a positive effect on performance and if work commitment increases by one unit it will increase performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance and if job satisfaction increases by one unit it will increase performance. Work commitment has no significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mopoli Raya, it can be stated that the variables work commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance. Thus, work commitment and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees of PT. Mopoli Raya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian adalah 208 karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan retail di Lampung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan alat analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan spiritual memiliki pengaruh paling besar dibandingkan kepribadian dan kecerdasan emosional. Saran penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri karyawan, senantiasa berfikir dengan baik untuk merespons setiap situasi, memiliki tenggang rasa agar dapat memahami emosi teman kerja dengan lebih baik, serta memperhatikan kemampuan karyawan mengatur rencana kerja sendiri untuk memaksimalkan pekerjaan serta selesai tepat waktu. Kata kunci: Kepribadian, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Spiritual Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to explore the effect of personality, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. The study sample was 208 employees who worked at retail companies in Lampung. Data collection conducted using a questionnaire, and the data analysis tool uses SPSS. The results showed that personality, spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence had a positive effect on employee performance. Spiritual intelligence has the most influence compared to personality and emotional intelligence. The suggestion of this research is to increase employee confidence, be able to think well in response to every situation, have a sense of tolerance to better understand coworkers 'emotions, and pay attention to employees' ability to manage their work plans so that maximize their work and completed on time. The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of emotional quotient on work performance, and the effect of spiritual quotient on work performance at BPMPPT of Jambi City. Using 68 employees as respondent, the data were collected by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis show that overall emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence employee BPMPPT Jambi city is at a high level of quotient. While employee performance BPMPPT Jambi city is at a level of performance was enough. The statistical analysis shows that partially and simultantly emotional quotient and spiritual quotient has significant and positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study discusses the empowerment of productive zakat aimed at fostering the welfare of mustahik. This research is a programme on the implementation of the Zakat Amil Agency in the distribution of zakat. This research uses qualitative method in order for it be relevant to the results achieved. The sources of the data in this study are relevant literature both in the form of books, journals and articles used to compile theories about problems that are the objects of the research. Based on our findings, the mustahik receive zakat from the Zakat Amil Agency with the scheme of productive zakat. In relation to the data compilation in this study, the techniques used include the activities and the development of the Zakat Amil Agency in daily activities to manage zakat and mustahik’s productive zakat in organizing the programmes. Data analysis was conducted by structuring data in the form of compiling, classifying and testing data during the research. Data analysis was carried out to describe the processes and results of examinations from transcripts and notes and other materials. In relation to the qualitative approach, the data analysis is conducted in three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and reduction of conclusions.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Work Motivation and Discipline partially and or jointly on Employee Performance in Ksatrya Vocational High School. The research data was taken from a survey conducted on all employees at the Kstrya Vocational School. From a population of 46 employees using the Solvin formula a sample of 41 respondents was taken. The research method used is linear regression with 2 independent variables processed using SPSS. The results of the study stated that the coefficient of determination 0.550, which means the percentage contribution of the influence of independent variables (motivation and work discipline) to the dependent variable (employee performance) of 55.0% The remaining 45.0% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model . The results showed that partially, Work Motivation and Discipline variables significantly positive effect on Employee Performance. And together (simultaneously), there is a significant influence of Work Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance at SMK Ksatrya Jakarta.

This research begins with the discovery of problems in employee performance. The problem in this study is the low performance of employees, which is indicated by low human intelligence and competence. This study aims to analyze how the influence of human intelligence on employee performance is mediated by competence. With a sample of 90 people, using path analysis data analysis techniques (Path Analysis), the results show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on competence by 32.95%. Also, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by competence of 15.88%. Then, intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on competence by 22.49%, while intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by competence by 12.77%. Furthermore, spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on competence by 7.31%, and spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by competence by 2.62%. Then competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 73.44%.

This research is a quantitative research that aims at knowing the effect of micro teaching and guidance from trainee teacher towards apprentice student’s teaching ability of Economics Departement of STKIP PGRI Tulungagung. Quesionare is used in data collecting method. The result of data analysis using multiple regression shows (1) There is significant positive effect between micro teaching and the apprentice student’s teaching ability, (2) There is significant positive effect between guidance of trainee teacher and the apprentice students’ teaching ability. (3) There is positive effect of micro teaching and guidance from trainee teacher towards the apprentice students’ teaching ability. The volue of effect is 44,2% , meanwhile 55,8% is influenced by other factors.

The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression equations show the following regression equation: Y = 5.622 + 0.488 (X1) + 0.329 (X2). Data collection techniques are based on the source, including primary data through observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires, and include documentation. Secondary data, among others, by searching for literature in the form of previous research journals, and textbooks that are related to the variables to be studied. The data analysis technique used the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. As for the data analysis technique method using Multiple Linear Regression, Correlation Analysis, Analysis of Determination (R2), hypothesis testing using the F test, T test and variable test which have the most influence. The results showed that the Training (X1) and Development (X2) variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the Employee Performance (Y) of the Production Department of PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak Kutai Kartanegara.“The results of multiple linear regression tests simultaneously found that the Training and Development variables had a significant effect on the Employee Performance of the Production Department“at PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak”Kutai Kartanegara.”The results of”the multiple linear regression test partially found that training and development had a significant influence on the performance of the production department“employees at PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak Kutai Kartanegara”. The results of the most influential variable test, it is known that the training variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the Employee Performance of the Production Department at PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak Kutai Kartanegara.
