Abstract: Training of preschool teachers in Sichuan Province brings advantages in increasing government support for the pre-school education industry. The society attaches an important role to the pre-school education industry as well as the rapid development of preschool education in Sichuan Province. However, problem exists in large flows of preschool teachers and imbalanced gender ratios. By viewing from the new situation, the comprehensive liberalization of the second-child policy and the development of educational informatization as well as the implementation of the One Belt and One Road strategy (OBOR) have created great opportunities in training of preschool teachers. At the same time, the increase in external impact of high-quality graduates in the east also poses a great threat to the development of preschool teachers in Sichuan Province. Through the strategic combination of SWOT analysis, the paper explores effective countermeasure ways to improve the quality of training of preschool teachers in Sichuan Province and the construction of an excellent team of preschool teachers in Sichuan Province.

For children aged 0-6, learning is the most intense period. A preschooler is the person most interested in taking care of her child's mother. Preschool education helps children think and express themselves. Studies (Melisa Korkmaz) have shown that children who receive pre-school education have higher school attendance rates and school success in their future academic life than children who do not receive pre-school education. In this context, the importance of the teacher in the pre-school period is undeniable. No matter how good the physical conditions of the school are, no matter how carefully the program is prepared, it is the teacher who is with the children all day and implements the program (Erişen, 2004).  In Turkish society, the care and responsibilities of the child are accepted as the mother's duty. As a result, the number of female teachers in pre-school education institutions is higher than the number of male teachers. Depending on this idea, the number of female teachers in pre-school education institutions is higher than male teachers.     According to TUIK 2014 data, the rate of male preschool teachers in Turkey is 5.34%. Fagan (1996) brings more appropriate solutions to the conflicts between children and copes with aggressive behaviors in the classroom management of male preschool teachers. In addition, today, reasons such as divorce, death and working conditions cause the mother to assume the role of a single parent. This situation reduces the possibility of a child growing up in such an environment to establish a close relationship with a male figure. (Cameron, 2001: 430). It is necessary to disseminate the view that men can take an active role in child care and education, to support male teachers who work or will work in pre-school education institutions, and to raise public awareness about the requirements of men in this field (McBribe & Rane, 1997; 14, Lamb, 2001: 30-31). ). In line with all this information, the problem of this research was determined as "parent perceptions of pre-school teachers regarding gender".

Purpose: China has a long history of private school education. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, nongovernmental education (private school education) once disappeared from Chinese society until its revival following the 3rd Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. With its development of more than four decades, nongovernmental education has become an important part of China’s educational system and is vigorously promoting the modernization progress of Chinese education. Design/Approach/Methods: Being different from the overseas private school education, which is mostly funded by donations, China’s nongovernmental education sector has operated on the basis of private capital investments and contributions, with the organizers (contributors) typically expecting economic returns. Marked by the introduction of regulations and policies for nongovernmental education around the year of 2016, China’s nongovernmental education sector officially entered a new era of registration, support, and regulation by category. Findings: The macroscopic policies of China’s nongovernmental education in new era present the following new characters: (I) Emphasizing education provision as a public interest and comprehensively strengthening private school leadership; (II) managing negative lists and broadening the means by which social forces participate in operating schools; (III) implementing preferential policies for private schools through categories based on the principle of being fair but different; (IV) supporting the development of private schools with the goal of improving education quality; (V) standardizing private schools’ operating practices in order to promote healthy and orderly development. Originality/Value: The implementing of the new policies on nongovernmental education shall have significant impact on the development and reform of China’s nongovernmental education in the future: (1) The rapid development of nonprofit private schools due to government support; (2) for-profit private schools may face polarization in a fiercely competitive market environment; (3) heavy burden of categorizing and transferring existing stock of schools due to various historical and realistic constraints.

With the rapid development of online courses, digital learning has become a global trend. In this context, this study analyzed the high intake population of online courses for online affective cognition, and explored what the user’s attraction factors for online courses are. The key factors that affect consumers’ usage of online courses and the weights of impact relations are presented, aiming to provide guidance for future improvement of online courses. This study was conducted through the evaluation grid method of Miryoku engineering. In order to make the charm factors more accurate and representative, this study summarized the charm elements using the Kawakita Jiro (KJ) method, and then quantified the factors in the form of a questionnaire. Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire and quantification theory type I, the correlation between the charm feeling and the online course as well as the weight of each item (original evaluation item) and category (specific evaluation item) were calculated. Through the research and discussion on the charm factors of online teaching, the results analyzed and integrated in this paper could give more substantive suggestions and help to the education industry.
