The article considers the level of physical development and functional state of cadets of the higher military educational institution, who are the team members of the National Army Academy named after Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi (Lviv) in the section of military pentathlon. The conducting research is significant for many reasons, like predicting and assessing the functional state of the cardiovascular system of servicemen, selecting to the sports section of military pentathlon, as well as rationally building routines of training, competitions and monitoring their functional status. Research aim is to study and determine the functional and morphological indicators that characterize the functional state and help to analyze the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Research methods: theoretical and methodological analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature; medical and biological methods (anthropometry, physiometry); methods of mathematical statistics. The research was conducted on the basis of the National Army Academy named after Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi in Lviv. The research was attended by cadets-athletes in military pentathlon – 18 members of the National Army Academy's team of different sports qualifications (5 Candidates Master of Sports, 8 First-Class Sportsmen and 5 Second-Class Sportsmen). Results. Servicemen-pentathletes have a high level of physical development and excellent performance. In the future, we plan to take a more comprehensive approach to determine the functional state of athletes in military pentathlon, as well as to study the changes in the body caused by various physical activities and the relationship of research indicators with exercise and competition efficiency. Conclusions. The analysis of specialized scientific and methodological literature has asserted that in the practice of military all-around sports to achieve a high result it is necessary an optimal condition of the cardiovascular and nervous systems, a high development level of speed, strength, endurance, aerobic and anaerobic capacity of athletes. At the same time, the issue of assessing the level of functional training of servicemen in this sport has not been studied enough. Military pentathletes have a high level of physical development, excellent heart function, the normotonic type, as well as above-average values of total physical performance (PWC170) and aerobic capacity, namely maximum oxygen consumption

The article provides the results of determining the level of physical development of the 1th-2nd course students of design specialties of the College of Construction, Architecture and Design. The physical development of students was determined by indicators of harmony of the bodybuilding (Kettle index 2), functional state of the cardiovascular system (Ruffier index), and respiratory system (Stange test). Length and weight of the body, heart rate, breathing delay time were measured. As a result of the researches, the “average” level of the physical development is determined in the 1th-2nd course girls and “sufficient” - in boys. Thus, mass-growth indicators of students according to the calculation of Kettle 2 index, both boys and girls correspond to the assessment of 5 points, which indicates a harmonious physique of students; indicators of the functioning of the cardiovascular system (Ruffier Index) of 1st year boys and the 2nd year students make 2 points, which corresponds to the ”below average” level, and the results of the 1st year girls equal to the assessment of 3 points, “average” level; indicators of the functional state of the respiratory system (Stange test) of boys of the 1th-2nd  course correspond to the assessment of 4 points (“above the average” level), and girls of both courses - 3 points (“average” level). In the age and gender aspects, physical development indicators, in general, don’t significantly differ with the general tendency to increase results with age and the dominance of boys over such in girls. The exception is the Ruffier index, where there is an opposite trend - the results decrease with age in girls and they are higher than in boys. Thus, the results of the research indicate the feasibility of introducing the 1th-2nd course students of professional pre-high education of special physical exercises into the process of physical education to improve the functional state of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.

Surveyed 522 players in Moscow. It is estimated the influence of regular football football on sicatics of football players 12-14-year-old. An assessment of the body size of football players was carried out with regard to their chronological age using the average physical development of adolescent-athletes. It is found that the systematic training in football is longer than 1 year to increase among adolescent-football players of quantities that have a strong physique, as a result of a decline among them, having an average type of physique. Registration of the examined index Pirka-Bedusi, which makes it possible to evaluate the proportionality of the physique, showed that most of the football players of adolescence with experience of systematic sports for more than a year have proportional to the physique. The degree of development of the breathing opportunities of the chest of adolescent-football players at a regularly high level of power preparation is higher than their untranslated peers. The results obtained will assume that regular football activities provide in adolescents to increase physical ability to prolonged cyclic loads due to an increase in endurance.

The article reveals the influence of physical exercises on the development of morpho-functional indicators of student youth. It was found that in students who regularly exercise, physical development indicators are within normal limits. In addition, exercise improves the psychological state of those who engage, increases motivation for physical education, improves well-being. The modern focus on the creative assimilation of physical culture by the future specialist requires an orderly system of effectiveness on his intellectual, emotional, volitional and practical activities. This allows us to talk about physical education as an important way of forming a personality, citizen and future specialist, purposeful pedagogical process of involving student youth in the values of national physical culture. The purpose of physical education in higher education - the formation of physical culture of personality, creation conditions for general and professional training of students and increase on this basis of intellectual, creative and cultural wealth of the state. Achieving this goal involves the formation of the necessary motivational core of physical education and self-education, systematic physical culture and sports activities and development of physical abilities. It is known that movements are the final expression of almost all processes occurring in the body. Unmet need for muscle activity has negative consequences for the functional state of the body and physical performance. Systematic physical exercises for a long period of time naturally lead to specific changes in the physical development of students. At the same time, the data of physical development studies become especially important when they are associated with indicators of the functional state of the organism, its efficiency and preparedness.

Introduction. Changes in a number of cytokines are shown not only during inflammation: during physical exertion or stress; moderate hypoxia Material and methods. We evaluated the rates of interleukins 6 and 8 and white blood among cadets of a military educational institution during adaptation, dividing into 2 stages: initial, 2 and 3 months of observation, as well as the pre-seasonal - rise-decrease in the incidence of respiratory diseases (4-6 months). By the response of white blood, the state of non-specific adaptive reactions of the body was assessed. Results. When IL-6 level was within normal limits, it increased 1.5 times after 2 months (not significantly), which was probably due to a stress response. During this period, adequate adaptive processes proceeded, confirmed by indices of the absolute content and percentage of lymphocytes characterizing non-specific adaptive responses of the body. The average IL-8 was within normal limits. However, in 9.1% of individuals, it initially exceeded or was at the level of the upper limit of normal; in the pre-season period it increased by 29.1% ((p = 0.042): an increase of 63.6%, of which 42.5% - to the level of the upper limit of the norm or above it. In 30.0%, the leukocytes were above the norm, which proved the infection of the team members. At the peak and with a decrease in the incidence of interleukin, IL-6 increased within normal limits, IL-8 decreased. IL-8 exceeded the norm in patients and individuals after clinical recovery. A group of persons was determined in whom it spent 4-6 months of observation within the upper limit of the norm or exceeded it. Among them were people who did not apply for illness. The second group of individuals with no signs of disease, but with high IL-8 values, was isolated in the pre-season period. Conclusion. An increase within the normal range of IL-6 is not enough to cause acute systemic inflammatory effects. Determination of individual indices of IL-8 allows using as a prognostic criterion for exacerbation of the epidemiological situation for respiratory diseases.

Aim. The purpose of the article is to develop a method of comprehensive diagnostics for assessing the functional status of weightlifters. Materials and methods. The study involved 14 highly skilled weightlifters at 2 pre-competitive stages of training. The parameters of cardiovascular (heart rate, blood pressure, Gench test), central nervous (differentiation of large and small muscular efforts, statokinetic stability of the body, the speed of sensorimotor reactions), neuromuscular (muscular response threshold) systems were determined. Power capabilities of athletes were investigated. On the 3rd minute of recovery after load blood sampling for lactate analysis was carried out. Results. The results obtained show that at 1 precompetitive stage of training when special exercises are primarily used athletes demonstrate the initial symptoms of fatigue (cardiovascular system and a number of indicators of the central and neuromuscular systems) along with the high level of development of power qualities and high anaerobic capacity. When re-testing athletes during their preparation for the most important competitions provided by a versatile training program, the functional status of the body systems was considered to be high. Conclusion. A comprehensive study allows assessing the fitness of weightlifters from a systemic perspective. The use of the developed method allowed to prove new approaches to training of highly skilled weightlifters.

The article aims at revealing the functional state of girls aged between six-seven and 10-11 years with a generally high level of key motor skills due to the intensive use of digital technologies. Experimental studies comprised practically healthy girls aged between six-seven (n>1,200 and n=60) and 10-11 years (n>1,000 and n=74). To assess the information load of children, the authors of the article determined the total screen time and the digitalization of their living conditions. The level of digitalization was studied based on a modified Informatization Index (Imod). The heart rate and blood pressure were recorded. Based on these measurements, the authors calculated average pressure, the vegetative index of Kerdo, double product, the Myznikov index and changes in the functional index. They measured chest circumference, the length and weight of the body to calculate the body mass index. The battery of motor fitness tests included a 30-meter sprint, front bend, three sets of a 10-meter shuttle run, sit-ups, a long jump, a 6-minute run, PWC170. Physical activity was studied using the adapted questionnaire “Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ)” and the timing of motor actions. During the intensive use of digital technologies, girls aged between six-seven and 10-11 years with a high level of motor abilities could be characterized by the most favorable functional state of their body in comparison with the same children with insufficient motor fitness. They had the hypertonicity of the parasympathetic division of the vegetative nervous system, the predominance of the autonomous regulation of the heart rate over central regulation, the expanded adaptive capabilities of the organism, harmonious physical development and high physical activity. The study results give reason to believe that an increase in the level of motor fitness of preschoolers and primary school children can have a significant effect on improving the functional state of their bodies due to the intensive use of digital technologies.

The article examines the means of physical education. The author analyzed the programs of physical education, where specific objectives and content of physical education of children of preschool age were determined. The research proves that the physical education of children in institutions of preschool education cannot be spontaneous or disorganized. Successful completion of the objectives of physical education depends on the following combination of different physical means: physical activities, hygienic factors and healing forces of nature. It is introduced by the author that healing forces of nature (air, the Sun, water) are widely-used to strengthen the health and body of a child.Strengthening of the health and body in everyday life is facilitated by rationally selected clothes, shoes, bedding; optimal temperature; regular aeration; use of cool water for washing hands, face, mouth and throat rinsing. The importance of hygienic factors that increase the effectiveness of the impact of exercise on the human body is outlined. All parts and systems of the body develop better when the premises where they exercise meet the standards of hygiene and proper nutrition is organized. The fact of failure to meet the requirements of cleanliness of the premises, area, sports equipment, toys, clothing and footwear can cause various diseases in children and reduce the positive impact of exercise. Moreover, the use of physical means of physical education in the lifestyle of children will not only promote their physical development but also intensify mental work in the learning process. The findings confirm that successful physical education of children depends on the quality of the use of physical education in the pedagogical process of preschool education. Keywords: physical education; physical development; means of physical education; healing forces of nature; hygienic forces of nature; physical exercises; objectives of physical education; preschool children.
