One of the thematic villages in Tembalang sub-district is Mangunharjo Village with the name Durenan Indah Thematic Village which was built based on existing activities in the RW 06 area namely UKM "Batik Blekok" and Batik group activity "Blibis Mas" as a result of the assistance of UKM "Batik Blekok. "In RW 06. The purpose of the establishment of Durenan Indah Thematic Village in RW 06 Manguharjo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is to increase knowledge or education about Nusantara culture, especially Semarang City Local Art and Culture, preserving national and local culture which characterizes the city of Semarang in general. and is a hallmark of the superior product of Mangunharjo Village, community empowerment aims to reduce poverty and unemployment, beautify slum areas, uphold local wisdom in increasing potential and solving environmental problems, making the area a tourism area. The problems faced by SMEs Batik Blekok and UKM Batik Blibis include in the field of financial management, in this case is due to limited knowledge about the preparation and preparation of financial reports correctly. The solution offered is to provide training and assistance in making simple bookkeeping for MSMEs and preparing financial reports. The community service program was carried out on Thursday, November 19, 2020. The implementation of service activities at the Batik Outlet of Durenan Indah Thematic Village, Mangunharjo Village, Tembalang District. This activity is carried out for 1 (one) day from ten to one o'clock in the afternoon (for three hours).

The assistance in the management of Village-Owned Enterprises aims to provide input on constraints faced by the village government to achieve the management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) that have not been optimal. In accordance with law No. 6 of 2014, that villages are given the authority to carry out the administration of government in accordance with the interests of the village community. Village authority has been granted based on village propositions which cover government affairs provided by the district / city that have been submitted to the village. Villages have an obligation to provide governance that aims to prosper their society. In order to achieve this, the Village Original Income (PADes) was also supported to strengthen the village economy, through strengthening BUMDes that sided with the institution in optimizing Village Original Income. Inaccessibility of Village Original Income (PADes) occurs due to the lack of role of BUMDes. It also has an impact on society in strengthening the economy of the community. This is what happened in Penyengat Olak Village, jambi sub-district outside the city of Muaro Jambi district, which caused it to be unable to be independent in various aspects. Therefore, the existence of socialization in community service is expected to provide a better impact and solutions in solving the problems that occur and aim to explore the potential of the village in the context of sustainable community empowerment.

ABSTRAK                                                               Terbatasnya kemampuan kebanyakan pelaku UKM  dalam mengatur keuangan usahanya, menyebabkan terbengkalainya keuangan usaha mereka, hal inilah kemudian menyebabkan banyak pelaku UKM yang gagal untuk bisa tetap eksis dan berkembang. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan para peserta sebelum kegiatan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PPKM), mereka tidak pernah melakukan pencatatan keuangan usaha mereka. Mereka hanya mencatat jumlah hutang pelanggan saja, tidak mencatat jumlah uang masuk maupun uang keluar, dan mereka tidak memisahkan uang pribadi dengan uang usaha. Inilah yang menjadi pemicu kegagalan kebanyakan para pelaku UKM sering terlibat masalah modal usaha, karena modal usaha sering digunakan juga untuk keperluan pribadi. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada para peserta pentingnya membuat laoran keuangan atau pencatatan keuangan usaha. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sudah berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut semua tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Kata kunci: manajemen keuangan; usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM); covid-19. ABSTRACTThe limited ability of most SMEs to manage their business finances, has led to the neglect of their business finances, and this has led to many SMEs who have failed to continue to exist and develop. Based on the results of our interviews with the participants before the activities of the community service program (PPKM), they never did financial records of their friends. They only record the amount of customer debt, do not record the amount of money in and out, and they do not separate personal money from business money. This is what triggers the failure of most SMEs are often involved in business capital problems. Because venture capital is often used also for personal needs. Community Service aims to provide knowledge to the participants the importance of making financial reports or recording financial business. The implementation of community service activities has been going well and smoothly. One of The Community Service as an embodiment of the practice of Tri Dharma in College is the implementation of a Community Service Program (KKN). Thematic KKN held in Tanjung District, West Bangka Regency aims to achieve a local resource-based economy with high competitiveness, the realization of accountable local governance, and the creation of a quality and advanced society such as the mission which launched by the Government. The implementation method is carried out through survey, socialization and the community assistance. Students are divided into 3 (three) thematic groups, namely: (1) Tanjung Tourism and Creative Industries; (2) Tanjung Village Management; (3) Tanjung Education. The results include (1) The Training and development of creative industries, The Monument for culinary centers; The Revitalization of tourism objects, such making the signpost name for culinary kiosks; (2) The Application of Village Management Information System (SIMDes), Training of financial reports; (3) The Socialization of the education and eradicating illiteracy, The Socialization of adolescent health, The Revitalization of village libraries. The sustainability of cooperation with various cross-sectoral agencies is expected to be an effort to continue the community service towards the Great West Bangka in 2021.

ABSTRAKPengelolaan keuangan pada suatu lembaga diperlukan keahlian maupun keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh pengelolanya sehingga dapat menghasilkan suatu laporan keuangan yang transaparan, akuntabel dan memiliki kredibilitas yang baik, pengelolaan keuangan dapat dilaksanakan dengan cara manual maupun menggunakan perangkat bantuan guna efisiensi pada jumlah laporan dan waktu dalam proses pengerjaanya, Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau biasa disebut dengan BUMDES desa Cepaka telah memiliki beberapa unit usaha dimana dalam pelaporannya masih menggunakan model pelaporan manual dan sederhana, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan keuangan sehingga laporan keuangan yang dibuat dapat diminamilisir kesalahannya, hasil yang dicapai pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pihak BUMDES menyetujui bahwa diperlukannya analisa terkait pemberian kredit, dan juga menambah lagi dilakukannya analisa rekam jejak nasabah melalui informasi dari koperasi-koperasi di Desa Cepaka. Sedangkan dalam hal pengawasan. untuk saat ini masih bisa dilakukan pengawasan hanya berdasarkan data laporan rekening koran Tabungan setiap bulannya dan karena cash flow yang masih kecil ,menyebabkan jarang terjadinya transaksi pada Bank. Kata kunci: pelaporan keuangan; pengelolaan keuangan; pendampingan. ABSTRACTFinancial management at an institution requires expertise and skills possessed by the manager so that it can produce a financial report that is transparent, accountable and has good credibility, financial management can be carried out manually or using assistance tools for efficiency in the number of reports and time in the process. , Village-Owned Enterprises or commonly referred to as BUMDES Desa Cepaka already has several business units where the reporting still uses a manual and simple reporting model, this community service activity aims to provide assistance in financial management so that the financial reports that are made can be minimized for errors, the results obtained are The achievement in this community service program is that the BUMDES party agrees that an analysis is needed regarding lending, and also adds to the analysis of customer track records through information from cooperatives in Cepaka Village. While in terms of supervision. For now, monitoring can still be carried out based on data from the Savings Account statement every month and because the cash flow is still small, it causes transactions to rarely occur at the Bank. Keywords: financial reporting; financial management; mentoring.

The problems faced by the children of Banjarmasin Al-Ashr Orphanage are almost the same as those faced by other orphanages in the city of Banjarmasin, namely, lack funds and personnel or volunteers who help and guide orphanage children to develop their skills and creativity as a provision in carrying out life after the completion of the orphanage. The purpose of this community service program is to make the children of the Al-Ashr Orphanage have a strong and more independent motivation by providing them with the knowledge and skills they will use to prepare themselves for the future. While the target of this activity is to make the children of the Al-Ashr Orphanage have design skills in making invitations, brochures, and banners as well as online businesses. The method used is training and guidance, where training is carried out with presentations and practices.

Community Empowerment in the Tourism Sector in Efforts Acceleration of Economic Recovery in Dambalo Village As an effort to grow the economy which is currently slumped as a result of the covid 19 pandemic. He people of Dambalo Village have various livelihoods from self-employed fishermen, farmers and some are civil servants and construction workers, all of which aim to help the family economy. and almost 60% are creative and micro business actors. Here fore, we are interested in providing creative ideas in the tourism sector, where in this village there is a pretty good tourist attraction to be developed, namely the Botudidingga tourism object, as for the tourism objects in this village that have existed since a few years ago which are located on the coast which has its own uniqueness, because to go to this place the tourists seem to go on a trip to the mountains, the vast expanse of sea surrounded by mangroves and has a courtyard to the middle of the sea makes Botudidingga tourism object the maldeves of North Gorontalo. To further beautify and attract tourists, the thematic village community service students create interesting photo spots with materials taken in the village of Dambalo itself

MSMEs are an economic driving sector that can contribute greatly to the Indonesian economy. One of the weaknesses of MSMEs is that they still lack knowledge and understanding of financial management, especially when coupled with the Covid-19 epidemic, MSMEs are experiencing various problems, so there needs to be strengthening of MSMEs through various skills so that MSMEs can survive during pandemics and post-pandemics. One of the business groups that is quite affected by Covid-19, is MSMEs engaged in the culinary or food sector, which are indicated to still have weaknesses in the financial aspect. Our MSME partners in community service are handayani catering assisted groups. The PKM team makes efforts to assist the assisted catering groups through mentoring, empowerment and capacity building activities in financial management, starting with providing financial records and bookkeeping as well as various ways to mitigate financial risk. The result of this activity was that the participants began to prepare financial reports and began to implement financial management, especially cash flow, which was previously less of a concern. Participants were greatly helped by the preparation of financial reports as an indicator of business sustainability and health.

Petuk Katimpun is one of the supplier villages for vegetable needs in the Palangka Raya city and its surroundings. At the abundant harvest, the prices of vegetables dropped sharply and were even worthless. Vegetables are left to rot in the tree, because there are costs to be taken to pick the vegetables. This is certainly very painful for the farmer. The farmers continue to lose money. One solution is to increase the value added of vegetables through processing technology. The technology of processing vegetable chips with vacuum frying is able to maintain the distinctive aroma and color of vegetables, crisper texture, lower vitamin damage and lower oil absorption. The purpose of this community service program is to transfer vacuum frying technology to increase the value added of the vegetables so that the level of the loss of farmers can be reduced. The approach were taken by  counseling, training and coaching and mentoring. The counseling was carried out by direct communication and interactive discussion, while training of using vacuum frying tools with various vegetable raw materials was carried out under the guidance of the service team. The coaching and group assistance were carried out in the acquisition of SPP-IRT as well as ways to access markets both directly and indirectly. The results of the community service program showed that 70% of partners were able to operate vacuum frying equipment. The capabilities of labeling and packaging were 100 % . They also had an ability to access markets indirectly through online media. The direct market could not be accessed due to  the SPP-IRT certificate has not been obtained. Key words : community empowerment, vegetables chip, vacuum frying

The general theme of the 2020 Community Service Program is “Community Empowerment”. Meanwhile, the special theme is "Entrepreneurship". The implementation time starts from August 3 to September 3, 2020, in Onekore Village, Ende Tengah District, Ende Regency. On the program. With this special theme, the main activity carried out is supporting entrepreneurship in Onekore Village. The purpose of implementing this activity is that students are expected to gain learning experience through direct involvement in the community in finding, formulating, solving, and overcoming problems in the field. In this KKN activity, the problems found were the lack of utilization of existing garden products, namely bananas. So far, it is consumed by boiling or eating it without further processing. Olso besides, we also found woven products from weaving that were difficult to market. Students socialize and practice entrepreneurship as an effort to solve problems faced by weaving craftsmen. Efforts made to help the household economy include making flower pots and making wallets made from woven fabrics. Supporting activities during the Community Service Program are assisting with the administration of the Village, community service, building a gate for the Indonesian Independence Day, making sample gardens, socializing COVID-19 and, health service for the elderly.
