An employee commitment depends on the work environment's concern and work motivation that has a close relationship with satisfaction to achieve these goals. Thus, the physical and mental aspects involved in every human being's work. This study aimed to determine how much influence the work environment and motivation on employee job satisfaction. This study takes in PDAM Surya Sembada City of Surabaya - a regional drinking water company located in Mayjend Prof. Dr Moestopo No 2. It is a company known as a provider of clean water services in Surabaya, which formed in 1976. The data collected by interviews, questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The sampling technique is non-probability. The statistical analysis is a multiple regression using SPSS. Based on the descriptive analysis test results with the three-box method category, the employee work environment variables and work motivation of employees in PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya included in the medium category.

Effect of Financial Compensation, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. The principal issues in this study is whether the process of financial compensation, work environment, work motivation influence on the performance of employees at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This study aims to reveal the Financial Compensation Effect, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study is the employee at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh totaling 67 people. The sampling technique sampling study is saturated. The questionnaire was used as data collection techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, multicollinearity analysis, analysis heterokedastisistas, normality test and coefficient detereminasi. To test the hypothesis used t test, Test F. Based on the analysis of the influence of financial compensation, work environment and work motivation and employee performance, especially in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh, it would seem that there is a positive influence and significant correlation between financial compensation, work environment, work motivation on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is proved.

Lecturers are educators at universities who are specially appointed for the purpose of teaching. The main mission of higher education is to develop and establish knowledge through the experience of the three dharmas of higher education. This study aims to determine whether work motivation, work discipline, and work environment affect the performance of lecturers with job satisfaction as a moderating variable at the Faculty of Economics, Prima Indonesia University. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. This sampling technique data collection using simple random sampling a total sample of 105 from a total population of 143 permanent lecturers at the Faculty of Economics at the University..The results obtained in this study show 1) there is a significant effect between work motivation variables on lecturer performance, 2) there is a significant influence between work discipline variables on lecturer performance, 3) there is no significant effect between work environment variables and lecturer performance, 4) lecturer satisfaction variable is not a moderating variable that can weaken work environment, strengthen work discipline, and work motivation.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self efficacy, work motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Sukanda Djaya Denpasar Branch numbering 97 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where all members of the population are sampled. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that self efficacy, work motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction. This has the meaning that the higher level of employee confidence in the company, the higher the employee's motivation, and the better the working environment in PT. Employee’s work satisfaction is used to describe the employee’s feeling towards their work. This research was aimed to describe the employee’s work satisfaction and analyze the effect of some factors, such as work motivation, organization culture, leadership style, work facility and work environment toward the work satisfaction of the employees in Tambi Tea Plantation Factory, Tambi Plantation Unit, Wonosobo Regency. The method used for this research was survey. The sampling technique used was random sampling technique, which consisted of 57 respondents. The research started from January to February 2019. The data were then analyzed through descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The research result showed that the employees felt satisfied when working as tea leaf pickers for this work gave them challenges, they got the proper salary, conducive working place, they showed some respect to each other, and also got the job that fitted desire. Work motivation variable (X1), organization culture (X2), and work environment (X5) had significant effect toward the employee’s work satisfaction (Y). Whereas leadership style (X3) and work facility (X4) did not have significant effect toward the employee’s work satisfaction (Y).

To achieve a company goal, its important to looking for employee performance, work environment, and work motivation. Good or bad employee performance can be influenced by the work environment and  motivation, as  well  as  the  Burger  King  company  in  East  Surabaya. Burger  King Company is a company engaged in FnB. This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance of Burger King East Surabaya crew. The hypothesis in this study is that the work environment and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods and uses PLS as a test tool as well as data collection methods by  conducting surveys. Respondents in  this  study  were  50  respondents using  a  saturated sampling technique where all populations were sampled. The results of the study revealed that th e work environment partially had no significant effect and work motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance.  Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

The object of this study is to determine the impact of the work environment and motivation on the performance of members of Oriflame Indonesia. In this study, using a proportional random sampling technique, namely by using a sample of 91 respondents. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the partial test results for work environment variables obtained t = 2.756 with a significance value of 0.007, then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. This shows that partially H1, which states that there is an influence of the work environment on performance, is accepted. Based on the partial test results for the motivation variable, it was obtained t = 3.405 with a significance value of 0.001 because the significant probability is much smaller than 0.05 then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. This shows that partially H2, which states that there is an effect of motivation on performance, is accepted. Based on the test results on the F test, it is obtained that the value of F count> F table or (21.255 > 2,720), this is also reinforced by ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0,000 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected, and H3 is accepted, this indicates that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between Work Environment and Motivation on the performance of Oriflame Member

The purpose of this study are: (1) to determine the influence of principal’s democratic leadership style towards work motivation teacher (2) to determine the influence of academic supervision towards work motivation teacher (3) to determine the influence of principal’s democratic leadership style and principal’s supervision academic towards work motivation of  private MTs’s teacher in sub-district Margoyoso Pati Regency.The population in this research are all teachers of private MTs in sub-district Margoyoso Pati Regency they are  186 peoples, with a sample of 110 peoples by using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection method were used a questionnaire. The analysis of the data was used  descriptive analysis, test requirements and test hypotheses include simple linear regression used SPSS for Window.The results of this research is  the average acquisition score of work motivation of  teacher 134,51  categorized  medium category, the average acquisition score of principal’s democratic leadership style 110,35 categorized  democratic enough category, and the average acquisition score of principal’s supervision academic 114,26 categorized  good enough category. The test results of the research data are obtained prerequisite normal distribution of data, homogeneous, linear, and not multikolinier. The hypothesis tests are found: (1) there is a positive influence principal’s democratic leadership style to work motivation of  teacher that is expressed by the equation Y = –2,783 + 1,244X1; the strength of correlation is 0,808 with a contribution about 0,653 or 65,3%, (2) there is a positive influence in principal’s supervision academic to work motivation of  teacher that is expressed by the equation Y = –2,292 + 1,197X2; the strength of correlation is 0,809 with a contribution about 0,654 or 65,4% and  (3) there is a positive influence on principal’s democratic leadership style and principal’s supervision academic together towards work motivation of  teacher expressed by the equation Y = –15,376 + 0,680X1 + 0,658X2; the strength of correlation is 0,846 with a contribution about 0,716 or 71,6%.

Human Resources (HR) quality is one of the essential factors in improving a company's performance. Therefore we need human resources which have high competence because they can support the improvement of employee performance. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The data used in this research is cross-section data obtained from primary data sources. In this study, the population is all employees of PT. Hazara Cipta Pesona as many as 88 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling or census. The analysis used in this research is an inferential analysis using multiple linear regression. From this research, it is known that: (1) Work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Hazara Cipta Pesona. (2) Work environment variables have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT. Hazara Cipta Pesona; (3) Work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Hazara Cipta Pesona.

This research goal is to identification and evaluation influence of work motivation and work environment to employee’s performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo. The object of this research is 37 employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. And the location of this research is at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. The analysis used is test validity, reliability testing, and test the hypothesis, with the help of the computer program SPSS version 17, using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on calculations of data and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 11.733 + 0.320 X1 +0.334 X2 + ε, by using the equation regression analytical method can conclude that (X1) take effect positively against employees performance. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33. By applying significance limited value in amount of 0,05, it means, hypothesis that claim if work motivation take effect against employees performance can be accepted. There is a positive and significant correlation between work environment variables (X2) against employees. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33 (smaller than 0,5). Simultaneously, work motivation take effect positively and significantly against employees performance with the F value in amount of 11,562 (bigger than 0.05), then obtained significance value 0.000. It can be concluded that the work motivation and work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo.

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia.The results obtained on the whole of the working environment (X1) and discipline (X2) are all very significant influence on employee performance (Y) in PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Keywords:Work Environment, Work Discipline and Employee Performance
