Human Resources (HR) quality is one of the essential factors in improving a company's performance. Therefore we need human resources which have high competence because they can support the improvement of employee performance. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The data used in this research is cross-section data obtained from primary data sources. In this study, the population is all employees of PT. Hazara Cipta Pesona as many as 88 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling or census. The analysis used in this research is an inferential analysis using multiple linear regression. From this research, it is known that: (1) Work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Hazara Cipta Pesona. (2) Work environment variables have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT. Hazara Cipta Pesona; (3) Work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Hazara Cipta Pesona.

Effect of Financial Compensation, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. The principal issues in this study is whether the process of financial compensation, work environment, work motivation influence on the performance of employees at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This study aims to reveal the Financial Compensation Effect, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study is the employee at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh totaling 67 people. The sampling technique sampling study is saturated. The questionnaire was used as data collection techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, multicollinearity analysis, analysis heterokedastisistas, normality test and coefficient detereminasi. To test the hypothesis used t test, Test F. Based on the analysis of the influence of financial compensation, work environment and work motivation and employee performance, especially in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh, it would seem that there is a positive influence and significant correlation between financial compensation, work environment, work motivation on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is proved.

An employee commitment depends on the work environment's concern and work motivation that has a close relationship with satisfaction to achieve these goals. Thus, the physical and mental aspects involved in every human being's work. This study aimed to determine how much influence the work environment and motivation on employee job satisfaction. This study takes in PDAM Surya Sembada City of Surabaya - a regional drinking water company located in Mayjend Prof. Dr Moestopo No 2. It is a company known as a provider of clean water services in Surabaya, which formed in 1976. The data collected by interviews, questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The sampling technique is non-probability. The statistical analysis is a multiple regression using SPSS. Based on the descriptive analysis test results with the three-box method category, the employee work environment variables and work motivation of employees in PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya included in the medium category.

Competence is the basis for employees in carrying out work demands that are their responsibility. Employees must continue to improve their competencies so that they can adapt to changes related to their field of work. In this case, the organization must play a role in the development of its human resources, especially related to competencies so that future employee performance will be better. This study aims to determine the positive and significant influence of human resource competencies on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade Cooperatives (KOPERINDAG) of Bima City. This type of research is associative. Poulasi in this study were 50 employees with a sample of 30 employees who included ASN. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling (taking samples based on certain considerations). Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires using a Likert scale, the type of data used is quantitative data from primary data sources. Data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, simple linear regression, simple linear correlation and partial tests (T test). Based on the results of this study concludes that human resource competence does not have a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the t test value of 0.323 and sig of 0.749.Keywords: Human resource competence, employee performance

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational communication, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of big family of Indonesian Bethel Church Medan Plaza's employees both simultaneously and partially. The primary data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees of the big family of Indonesian Bethel Church Medan Plaza. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test by multiple linear regression method. The result concludes that job satisfaction, organizational communication, work environment, and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance. This research is expected to enrich the study of human resource management on the factors that influence performance in religious-based organizations that have not been widely studied in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competence and  Organizational Trust on Employee Performance BLUD UPTD Inpatient Health Center Unit of Kebumen District Through Work Motivation. Data collection is done by questionnaire using saturated sample method. Respondents in this study were Non Civil Servants BLUD Employees in 8 Inpatient Health Centers who had worked over 1 year totaling 74 people.  The variables in this study are Competence, Organizational Trust in Performance through Work Motivation. The sampling technique used is the Non Probability Sampling technique. So the selection of sample members taking into account the conditions that have been set.  The data used in this study are primary data and secondary  data. The results of this study indicate that the Competency variable has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on  Work Motivation. Competence has a positive and not significanteffect on Performance. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on Performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect  on Performance.

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Alexa Medika Medan. This research was conducted at PT. Alexa Medika Medan which lasts for 5 (five) months, starting from May 2019 to September 2019.This research uses nonprobability sampling method. The population in this study were employees at PT. AlexaMedika Medan as many as 83 people. Determination of the number of samples using Sugiyono's opinion, so that the total sample is all employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, amounting to 83 people. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire to collect data from human resources, communication, work motivation, and employee performance variables. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, double regression linear analysis, double correlation coefficient linear test, partial hypothesis test or T test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and coefficient determination. Descriptive analysis result for the quality of human resources and communication are good. The result of descriptive analysis for employee performance fall into the quite good category and work motivation is in not very good category. Based on partial analysis, the variable quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence on the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. From the coefficient of determination that employee performance is influenced by the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation by 58.5%. While the remaining 41.5% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not observed in this study.

Human resources have a major role in every activity of the company. The company's goal will be achieved by creating a good employee’s performance. One of the factors that affect the employee's performance is self-efficacy (a person's beliefs about the ability and chances to successfully achieve a certain task). Employees of the company should have high self-efficacy so it can improve the company performance because self-efficacy will encourage someone more eager to achieve optimal results in their performance. The good or poor employee performance can be determined by performance appraisal of employees based on the standard that has been set. The purpose of this research is to know employees self-efficacy, the employee's performance at PT Sandy Globlino (SND), and to determine the effect of self-efficacy to employees performance at PT Sandy Globlindo (SND). This research use probability sampling technique, with 101 samples and spreading questionnaire using a Likert scale with interval data (1-5) to get data. Methods of data analysis used in this research include the classic assumption test, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and coefficient determination. The results of this research is self-efficacy of employees at PT Sandy Globlindo (SND) has self-efficacy with levels of good or high, the performance of employees at PT Sandy Globlindo (SND) have levels of good or high, and the results show that there is a positive and strong relationship between self-efficacy to employees performance in PT Sandy Globlindo (SND) with a correlation value of 0.746. Other than that obtained results that Y = 31.328 + 0,746X which means that if self-efficacy increased one unit then the performance of employees will increase by 0.746 units. This research also obtained results that self-efficacy able to explain the performance of SND’s employees by 55.7% and 44.3% explained by other factors not examined in this study.

The objective of this research is to test the effect of compensation toward employee performance with self esteem as intervening variable. This study is a descriptive research which aims to clarify the relationship or influence that exist between the variables studied. The type of data used a primary data that is collected from questionnaires. Respondents of this study is the employees of plantation company in Bengkulu Province as many 196 people were taken with the judgemental (purposive sampling) technique. The methods of data analysis used are descriptive analysis by using the mean, frequency distribution table and regression analysis. The based on result of analysis, obtained result that: 1). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the employee's self esteem. This means that the higher the employee's compensation, the employee self esteem will also be higher; 2). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's compensation the employee's performance will also be better; 3). Self esteem has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the self esteem of an employee the employee performance is also better; And 4). Compensation affects employee performance with self esteem as intervening variable, but direct influence is greater than indirect influence. This means that self esteem serves only as a partial mediation variable only.Keywords: compensation, performance, self esteem.

Teknik  pengambilan  sampel  menggunakan  metode  <em>accidentals  sampling</em>,  yaitu   pengambilan  sampel  secara acak semua jumlah populasi mendapat kesempatan yang sama. Sampel diambil sebanyak 100 orang. Data yang digunakan data primer dengan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat simpulkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Disiplin kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Lingkungan kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. ABSTRAKDevelopment of technology and information to make PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya engaged in cleaning services have wanted to improve its ability to organize the existing resources, especially human resources into the frame the better, because the resource management that will either save cost, improve performance accelerate the achievement of goals at once will create good relations and employee loyalty towards the organization of the company. The work environment within the company will be able to change the attitudes and behavior of human resources in order to increase labor productivity and to compete and face the challenges of the future. Besides the motivational factor is required with employee expectations can carry out work environment that has been applied in a company with a commitment as a duty and responsibility so that progress can be felt by both sides. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the simultaneous effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. 2) partial effect Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance. The subjects were employees of PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya as many as 40 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Conclusion: (1) There is significant influence between Working Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously the Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. Environment Variables Work and Work Motivation together contributed 57.9% of the Employee Performance. (2) There is significant influence partially on the Work Environment Employee Performance. Work Environment Variables give partial effect to the Employee Performance by 32.49%. There is a significant relationship between working motivation partially on Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. The motivation variable influence to variable 16.65% Employee Performance. Kata Kunci : Work Environment, Employee Motivation, Employee Performance
