Pelayanan publik merupakan elemen yang sangat penting dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Inovasi yang dibuat oleh Pemkot Surabaya bersama Dishub Kota Surabaya berkaitan dengan sistem parkir online yang disebut Park and Ride TIJ. Inovasi pelayanan ini diciptakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan peningkatan kepemilikan kendaraan di Kota Surabaya yang membuat kebutuhan parkir meningkat, tetapi tidak diikuti dengan penambahan lahan parkir. Parkir di badan jalan mengakibatkan pergerakan lalu lintas terhambat sehingga terjadi kemacetan terutama di pusat keramaian tengah kota seperti Jalan Wonokromo, Jalan Darmo, dan Jalan Setail. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan Inovasi Pelayanan Publik Park and Ride TIJ Oleh Dishub Kota Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus penelitian dengan teori milik Yogi Suwarno (2008:19) yaitu aspek-aspek penting yang menunjukkan suatu organisasi telah melakukan inovasi meliputi Pengetahuan Baru, Cara Baru, Objek Baru, Teknologi Baru, dan Penemuan Baru. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan ditarik kesimpulan berdasarkan data yang menjawab rumusan masalah. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah semua fasilitas yang ada di Park and Ride TIJ sudah sangat bagus dan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Hanya saja kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menggunakan fasilitas yang sudah disediakan oleh pemerintah. Setelah didirikan Park and ride pun masih ditemukan masalah yakni banyak masyarakat masih melakukan parkir liar terutama pengunjung Kebun Binatang Surabaya, serta sopir angkot yang “ngetem” di pinggir jalan sehingga menimbulkan kemacetan. Kemudian terkait dengan penerapan e-payment, karena banyak masyarakat masih menggunakan uang tunai untuk pembayaran parkir di Park nad Ride TIJ. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Publik, Inovasi Pelayanan, Park and Ride   Public service is a very important element in government administration. The innovation made by the Surabaya City Government and the Surabaya City Transportation Agency is related to an online parking system called the TIJ Park and Ride. This service innovation was created to solve the problem of increasing vehicle ownership in the city of Surabaya which makes parking needs increase, but not followed by additional parking lots. Parking on the road causes traffic movement to be hampered, resulting in congestion, especially in the downtown area such as Jalan Wonokromo, Jalan Darmo, and Jalan Setail. The purpose of this study was to describe the TIJ Park and Ride Public Service Innovation by the Surabaya City Transportation Agency. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The focus of research with Yogi Suwarno's (2008: 19) theory is important aspects that show an organization has made innovations including New Knowledge, New Methods, New Objects, New Technologies, and New Inventions. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and conclusions drawn based on data that answered the problem formulation. The result of this research is that all existing facilities at the TIJ Park and Ride are very good and meet the needs of the community. It's just a lack of public awareness to use the facilities provided by the government. After the establishment of Park and Ride, problems were still found, namely that many people were still parking illegal, especially visitors to the Surabaya Zoo, as well as public transportation drivers who "stuck" on the side of the road, causing congestion. This research was conducted to determine the efforts made by the Yogyakarta city government to realize a good mobility system to overcome the congestion that occurs, one of which is at the Janti intersection, Yogyakarta. In its implementation as a breakdown of congestion, it is necessary to know the extent to which the effectiveness and impact arising from the construction of the Janti fly over. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research that presents factual and systematic data. Data collection is done by observation and literature review in order to dig up information and process and draw conclusions as a qualitative research method. The urgency of the embodiment of smart cities in other cities in Indonesia is the imbalance of population growth with the development of industrialization. Technology-based smart mobility systems are designed to regulate the movement of public transportation and traffic management in a city. The application of information technology aims to have a smooth and convenient impact on traffic. The results of this study explain that the Janti fly over is the primary arterial road that connects the three Janti intersections. This development has an effect on traffic circulation, which is reducing the level of vehicle density and congestion. Not only the positive impact but the negative impact is also felt by residents who live around the fly over, especially since since 2017 the road closure has been put under the Janti fly over.The results of this study can certainly be an evaluation material for the government in reviewing the application of policies that have been made. Given the social and economic impacts that occur due to the construction and closure of the road under the Janti fly over.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta untuk mewujudkan system mobilitas yang baik guna mengatasi kemacetan yang terjadi salah satunya di persimpangan Janti, Yogyakarta. Dalam implementasinya sebagai pengurai kemacetan, perlu diketahui sejauh mana efektivitas dan dampak yang ditimbulkan dari pembangunan fly over Janti. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menyajikan data factual dan sistematis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan tinjauan literature guna menggali informasi dan mengolah lalu menarik kesimpulan sebagaimana metode penelitian kualitatif dilakukan. Urgensi perwujudan kota cerdas di kota-kota lainnya di Indonesia adalah tidak seimbangnya pertumbuhan konsentrasi penduduk dengan perkembangan industrialisasi. System smart mobility yang berbasis teknologi  dirancang untuk mengatur pergerakan transportasi public dan traffic management suatu kota. Penerapan teknologi informasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan dampak kelancaran dan kenyamanan dalam berlalu lintas. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa fly over Janti merupakan jalan arteri primer yang menjadi penghubung simpang tiga Janti. Pembangunan ini berpengaruh pada sirkulasi lalu lintas yaitu pengurangan tingkat kepadatan kendaraan dan kemacetan. Tak hanya dampak positif namun dampak negative juga dirasakan warga yang bermukim di sekitar fly over terlebih setelah sejak tahun 2017 mulai diberlakukan penutupan jalan di bawah fly over Janti. Hasil dari penelitian ini tentunya bisa menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi pemerintah dalam mengkaji penerapan kebijakan yang telah dibuat. Mengingat dampak sosial dan ekonomi yang terjadi akibat adanya pembangunan dan penutupan jalan di bawah fly over Janti tersebut.

Street children in Kendari are as same as other children in the universe who have the right to get education and play around. This study aims to analyze the street children phenomenon within the framework child-friendly-city (KLA). Some of the street children in Kendari attend formal school and some of them take informal one, especially in one of street children communities in Kendari; called KOJAK, or most of them do not attend any educational institutions since they encounter financial problem. They make a living in the streets to help their parents’ economy condition.  Some of them are staying with their parents, but others have no place to live and stay on the road. They work as street musician to fulfill their needs. Recently, there is no special education for street children facilitated by the government. Under KLA framework, the children need to obtain education because it is their right to pursue their dreams in the future.  The city government has not facilitated education for street children, and the street children who attend school are initiatives from parents or non-governmental organizations.

Transit stations are generally well known as nodes of spaces where percentage of people walking are relatively high. The issue is do more planning is actually given to create walkability. Creating walking led transit stations involves planning of walking distance, providing facilities like pathways, toilets, seating and lighting. On the other hand, creating walking led transit station for women uncover a new epitome. Walking becomes one of the most important forms of mobility for women in developing countries nowadays. Encouraging women to use public transportation is not just about another effort to promote the use of public transportation but also another great endeavour to reduce numbers of traffic on the road. This also means, creating an effort to control accidents rate, reducing carbon emission, improving health and eventually, developing the quality of life. Hence, in this paper, we sought first to find out the factors that motivate women to walk at transit stations in Malaysia. A questionnaire survey with 562 female user of Light Railway Transit (LRT) was conducted at LRT stations along Kelana Jaya Line. Both built and non-built environment characteristics, particularly distance, safety and facilities were found as factors that are consistently associated with women walkability. With these findings, the paper highlights the criteria  which are needed to create and make betterment of transit stations not just for women but also for walkability in general.

The main purpose of the article is to present how the Greek- -Macedonian naming dispute influenced the problem of implementation the international identity of Macedonia. Despite the initial problems of the government in Skopje related to determining their international identity, Macedonians managed to define the principles regarding the identification of a new state on the international stage. As a small country with limited attributes to shape its international position, Macedonia has basically been determined to seek guarantees for its existence and security in stable and predictable European international structures such as NATO and the European Union. The main obstacle for Macedonians on the road to Euro-Atlantic structures was the veto of Greece, a member of these organizations, resulting from Athens’ refusal to accept the name the Republic of Macedonia. The Prespa Agreement of 2018 gave a new impetus to the realization of the international identity of North Macedonia.

Fast and effective public services are a supporter of public administration so that continuous innovation is needed to improve the quality of public services. The city of Surabaya as one of the cities with the title of smart city has tried to always make innovations in an effort to improve the quality of public services, one of which is through the Surabaya Single Window. Surabaya Single Window is an online-based licensing service created to create effective public services. This article attempts to describe how the licensing service innovation carried out by the City Government of Suraya through the Surabaya Single Window covers five important aspects. The method used is descriptive qualitative using secondary data. It was found that the City of Surabaya succeeded in creating public service innovations through the Surabaya Single Window. The Surabaya Single Window has a positive impact on licensing services in the City of Surabaya, although in its implementation there are still certain guarantees.

Abstract: congestion on the office and trade areas especially on Jalan Ahmad Yani is not very good. Average velocity of traffic in the morning or afternoon is only about 2 km / h, indicating the level of service on the road in the worst condition. Before getting the solution of the problem, it needs to be identified and planning things that have the potential to avoid such congestion. This study describes the existing conditions, descriptions and analysis of survey data carried out until later will be planned Building Parking Places to overcome this. The building is intended as an effort that serves the users of vehicles in a region section of Medan. It is expected that this Parking Building Building with the surrounding building can support each other. In general, this development plan only serves a particular vehicle, as a chain of facilities provided from vehicle manufacturers. The purpose of the public service is parked as much as possible, this Parking Service Building does not restrict the service only to the area where it is located, the service and placement for parking can come from outside the area in question, that is with related activities around it.Keywords: Parking Field, Vehicle Circulation, Congestion Abstrak: Kemacetan lalu lintas pada kawasan perkantoran dan perdagangan terutama di Jalan Ahmad Yani sudah sangat tidak baik. Rata-rata kecepatan arus kenderaan pada pagi atau siang hari hanya sekitar 2 km/jam, menunjukan tingkat pelayanan di jalan tersebut pada kondisi terburuk. Sebelum mendapatkan solusi dari masalah tersebut, perlu diidentifikasi dan perencanaan hal yang berpotensi untuk menghindari kemacetatan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggambarkan kondisi yang ada, deskripsi dan analisa data survei yang dilakukan sampai nantinya akan direncanakan Gedung Pelataran Parkir untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Gedung dimaksudkan sebagai usaha yang melayani pemakai kendaraan dalam suatu wilayah dibagian kota Medan. Diharapkan Gedung Pelataran Parkir ini dengan yang  gedung sekitarnya dapat saling menunjang. Pada umumnya rencana pembangunan ini hanya melayani kendaraan tertentu, sebagai mata rantai dari fasilitas yang diberikan dari produsen kendaraan. Tujuan pelayanan masyarakat yang berparkir semaksimal, Gedung Pelataran Parkir ini tidak membatasi pelayanan hanya pada wilayah dimana ia berada, pelayanan dan penempatan untuk parkir dapat datang dari luar wilayah yang dimaksud, yaitu dengan aktivitas-aktivitas yang berhubungan disekitarnya.Kata Kunci: Pelataran Parkir, Sirkulasi Kenderaan, Kemacetan

ABSTRACT  Related to the implementation of the Regional Regulation (Perda) about the increase in parking rates at the edge of the road prone to congestion in the city of Bogor ratified and entered into force on July 2, 2012, The first location that imposed this tariff is the Way Suryakencana and Jalan Siliwangi Bogor and the second location is the application of The Government through the Department trials Traffic Transportation (DLLAJ) Bogor City gets a reaction from the people around Jalan Suryakencana. Enactment of the increase in parking rates at Jalan Bogor Suryakencana expected to reduce illegal parking of vehicles in the area, which has been causing congestion. With parking rates that have been enacted many road users who park their vehicles in multiple and indiscriminate. The method used in this study is empirical juridical approach. The study, based on an inventory of positive law, the discovery of the principles of law and legal discovery inconcretto, which include observation of empirical operationalization of law in society. The conclusion from this study is the basis of the application of the levy Parking Services Bank Public Road, especially in the city of Bogor is Law No. 28 of 2009 on Regional Taxes and Levies and Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2012. Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2012 on Increase Rates Parking is not yet fully effective this is due to high payments also has not been matched with adequate services, the responsibility for the damage and loss still be a burden for the owner of the vehicle so that the functions and responsibilities of the government that deal with parking problems is questionable. Impact parking tariff policy to demand that any increase in the parking rate of 10 percent would result in a decrease in the use of parking of 0.7 -0.8 percent, increase use of public transport and cycling amounted to 3.71 percent of 0.9 percent. “Why do we have to pay the price of poverty? We didn’t create poverty, adults did.” This might be the sentiment of every child who is forced to work at an age when he or she deserves to go to school unlike the fellow kids who are born in a family that can afford to give them a decent childhood. Child Labor is the single most damaging impediment on the road to achieving the goal of development and the purpose of this paper is to show the obstacles that this social evil poses in the path to development. The study used Exploratory, rather unstructured research design and instruments such as case studies and life histories. The study indicates that the government of India has taken some strict measures to eradicate this evil such as the passing of the Right to Education Bill, illegalization of employment of children under the age of 14 years, schemes like “Sarva Siksha Abhiyan” (Education for all campaign), free afternoon meal and so on. But on the ground level their implementation is shoddy due to (as bureaucrats would put it) practical problems. The problem is of course, in the system but it has more to do with the mindsets of the people too. There are people who speak against child labor in India and back at their own house or office, many of them will have at least one child working for them. Negative emotional reactions are the major source of severe accidents on the road. In this paper, an IoT based wearable device is proposed that will estimate the four negative emotions (stress, anger, terror, sad) in the driver and hence would be helpful to prevent roadway disasters. An intelligent stress monitoring control system at the cloud to analyze the sensor signals and to make the decision based upon the variation received in the signals is proposed. This system can also be effective for the government bus drivers. An auditory output response is from buzzer and a warning message is displayed on the screen inside the vehicle. The continuously monitored real time sensor data in the form of graphs is displayed on the PC screen considered as a central server. When any of the sensor value exceeds predefined threshold value, the driver is considered to be in subconscious state and the break system will be implemented to stop the DC motor.
