The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of instructional media workshops, describe the competence of teachers in developing presentation media, and find out whether there is an effect of instructional media workshops on increasing teacher competence in developing learning media at SMP Negeri 18 Makassar. The approach used is descriptive qualitative research, while the type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative, referring to the correlation study (relationship). The data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the instructional media workshop shows very effective results based on the observations of the instructor and training participants. The pretest and posttest results showed that there were significant differences. This also answers the hypothesis H1 = There is an Effect of Learning Media Workshop on Increasing Teacher Competence in Developing Learning Media at SMP Negeri 18 Makassar. Keywords: Education and training, Teacher, Learning Media,Teacher Competence

This study aims to look at the ability of teachers to introduce ethnomatematics in early childhood in TK Kartika XIX-3 Cimahi City. This research is included in qualitative research. Early childhood research in TK Kartika XIX-3 Kota The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, by providing descriptive analysis of the focus of research that has been formulated, based on the facts of teacher learning actions in TK Kartika XIX-3 Cimahi. This research emphasizes the meaning of the act of teacher learning in introducing ethno-mathematics to early childhood. The purpose of this study was to determine how the teacher's ability to introduce ethnomatematics at TK Kartika XIX-3 in Cimahi City. While the benefits of research are to help develop the theory, knowledge and practice of the ability of teachers to build ethnomatematics literacy. This study produced several findings related to the application of the teacher's ability to introduce ethnomatics in early childhood. Based on the results of the study it was found that in general ethnomatics before learning are no different from learning that is normally given on a daily basis. Furthermore, after the action is carried out, an overview of ethnomatic literacy is obtained showing that there are findings related to ethnomatatics given to learning at TK Kartika XIX-3 in Cimahi City, including teachers having been able to present learning with ethnomatic literacy content, thus giving an impact on ethnomatic ability child. The results showed that the teacher was able to introduce and improve the ethnomatic literacy of children in the classes he was in.

Lexicology has a very important role in the study of spells, especially in the study of meaning (style). This paper focuses on: 1) the vocabulary used in the spell how to Cara Menanam Tembuni and translation; 2) mantra studies how to Cara Menanam Tembuni by examining meaning in language style. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research methods of text analysis. The data obtained are examined using descriptive analysis approach. From the results of a study on how to plant the placenta spells found: 1) the vocabulary used in the spell of how to grow the afterbirth is the Java Language Ngoko-Chromo among: meneng, jabang bayi, siro, beko, marang, bopo, biyung, sedulur, inggih; 2) spells by planting the placenta contained a tautolog-style parallelism assertion language (meneng-meneng, sugih-sugih, wani-wani, siro-siro, sedulur-sedulur, inggih inggih inggih; alliteration (meneng-meneng, wani-wani, sedulur-sedulur); and inversion (meneng-meneng jabang bayi siro).Keywords: Lexicology Literature, Mantra, Vocabulary, Meaning

This study aims to restore human consciousness related to the concept of Profit and Loss Sharing (PLS) on the order of justice and welfare distribution based on Surah Al-Mulk. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The data collected in this study are secondary data obtained from literature studies of the literature related to problems in the study. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The result of this research is that Al-Mulk surah is able to make people aware of always presenting Allah in all their activities, so that they can avoid the actions that He forbids. Therefore, this researcher uses surah al-Mulk as the basis for the application of the PLS concept.

This research was conducted at Vania Bogor Hospital which is located at Jalan Siliwangi No.42, Sukasari, Bogor Timur, Kota Bogor, West Java 16142. The purpose of this study was to find out the Suitability of Calculation, Deposit and Reporting at Vania Bogor Hospital in 2015-2016 by Regulation The Director of Tax as stated in PER 32 / PJ / 2015 and PER 16 / PJ / 2016 and Knowing the Suitability of Recordings conducted by Vania Bogor Hospital with generally accepted Accounting Standards.              This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This method is used with the aim to answer and provide an overview of the analysis of calculation, recording, depositing and reporting PPh Article 21. The analysis method used by the writer is descriptive qualitative writing, which is an attempt to collect and compile a data, then analyze the data . Descriptive analysis is the data collected is in the form of numbers.              The results of the research show that the calculation, recording, depositing and reporting conducted by Vania Bogor Hospital is in accordance with the generally accepted tax regulations and accounting standards. However, there are some SPT for Correction Periods in Reporting that were carried out by Vania Bogor Hospital which was caused by being wrong in calculating the number of employees. For Vania Bogor Hospital employees who are responsible for Article 21 PPh, it is advisable to do the right calculation between the number of employees who are still working and the number of employees who are no longer working at Vania Bogor Hospital.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence and found the clarity of the phenomenon and conclusions about the influence of education and training (training) and motivation for career development at the School of Police Staff and Leaders in Lembang, Bandung. The study was conducted by using a quantitative method with descriptive analysis and verification methods, namely; collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses, and make conclusions and suggestions. Based on the results of the analysis of the results, we concluded as follows: The implementation of education and training (training) are on a scale of good, it means that education and training (training) is in conformity with the program. Implementation of career development is on a scale of good, it means that the career development has been implemented properly. Effect of education and training (training) have a significant influence on career development. The aim of this study was to determine the process of learning speaking skills in this program and its efforts in developing speaking skills. In this study, the authors used descriptive qualitative research methods, with historical, methodological, and opinion approaches. The results showed that speaking skills in the Ma’had Aliy As'adiyah Sengkang-South Sulawesi Program were related to the use of curriculum, learning methods, instructional media, and teaching materials. Meanwhile, the program's efforts in developing speaking skills consist of three parts, namely 1. efforts in practicing Arabic language directly, 2. Efforts to carry out various activities in the use of Arabic, 3. Efforts in the form of solution, namely efforts that will be carried out next by Ma’had Aliy As'adiyah Sengkang, South Sulawesi to improve the previous efforts that have not been effective and successful.

Learning the Qur'an with the Qiro'ati method is the system and how to read it smoothly, quickly, precisely, correctly, and in tartil without having to be spelled. Then the implementation model is to use props for classical implementation which contains material that is in the pages of the volume book Qiro'ati. The instructor must conduct Qiro'ati education and training so as to obtain an official diploma that can be used to teach the Qiro’ati method. Then the purpose of this research is to find out what methods are used, how the learning process is, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research was conducted at the Al-Qur'anah Education Park PAUDIT Al Hasanah Pagar Dewa Bengkulu City on March 5 to April 5, 2019. AbstractThe research aimed to express, describe and analyze the development of The Development of Tanduak Traditional Dance to Tanduak Creation Dance at Puti Junjung Studio, Sijunjung District, Sijunjung Regency. The type of this research was qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. The object of this research was Tanduak Dance from Latang Village, Lubuak Tarok District, Sijunjung Regency. The types of data in this study were primary and secondary data. The main instrument was the researcher herself. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collected were analyzed by interpretation techniques so that the truth could be obtained. The results showed that tanduak traditional dance had developed into tanduak dance that had been created.  This could be seen through the processing of motion, clothing, music, configuration, time and place of performances and aspects of dancers packed in a new form in Sijunjung. Then, a guidance and training were delivered by Puti Junjung Studio. In addition, it could be a place for young people in order to maintain the cultual heritage and the identity of the village.Keywords: Development,  Tanduak Traditional Dance, Tanduak Dance

<p>This research was conducted to find out the students’ vocabulary of second semester students of Business English and Management. The research was descriptive qualitative research. 65 students of second semester. Test, questionnaire, and observation sheet were used as the instrument of data collecting. The finding of this research was the students’ vocabulary ability was low that can be seen from the result of the test that the students’ mean score in vocabulary test is 50.8. Then, the results of questionnaire are 78.46 % students like learning vocabulary, 53.84 % students think that vocabulary ability is very important. It means that students have realized that vocabulary ability is essential. Although 53.84 % students think that vocabulary ability is very important, 0 % students think that their vocabulary ability is high and 52.30 % think that their vocabulary ability is medium. In addition, results of the observation while the students doing the test were the researcher found that some students still get confused of the test.<br />Key words: vocabulary ability, descriptive analysis, vocabulary test, questionnaire, observation.</p>

There are 2 purposes of conducting this study, (1) finding the errors commonly made in writing recount text by eighth grades students at SMPN 2 Seririt; and (2) finding the sources of the errors committed in writing recount text by eighth grades students at SMPN 2 Seririt. As a descriptive qualitative research, there were two main instruments used in this study, they were  the researcher and the sample of writing. After gaining the data, then descriptive analysis was conducted. From 30 students’ writing which were analyzed based on surface strategy taxonomy proposed by Dulay et al. (1982), it is found that there are 169 errors committed by the subject including 130 (77%) omission errors, 14 (8.28%) misordering errors, 13 (7.7%) misformation errors, and 12 (7.1%) addition errors. Omission error becomes the most frequent errors committed by the students. There are three types of errors sources found in this study, those are intralingual transfer (90.96%), interlingual transfer (7.22%), and context of learning (1.8%).
