This study aims to restore human consciousness related to the concept of Profit and Loss Sharing (PLS) on the order of justice and welfare distribution based on Surah Al-Mulk. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The data collected in this study are secondary data obtained from literature studies of the literature related to problems in the study. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The result of this research is that Al-Mulk surah is able to make people aware of always presenting Allah in all their activities, so that they can avoid the actions that He forbids. Therefore, this researcher uses surah al-Mulk as the basis for the application of the PLS concept.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori postkolonialisme Gayatri Spivak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini  mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data novel Arok Dedes  yang berkisah tentang kudeta di Tanah Jawa. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat, paragraf, yang terdapat dalam novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori poskolonial Ggayatri Spivak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi atau pustaka. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisia deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian adalah pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer.Kata kunci: Subaltern, poskolonial, pengaruh tahta, perlawananABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to describe the influence of the highest throne and the resistance of the subalterns on the novel Arok Dedes by Pramoedya Ananta Toer by using the postcolonialism theory of Gayatri Spivak. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The approach in this study using a qualitative approach because in this study used Arok Dedes story novel as data sources  which is about a coup in Java. This research data is words, sentences, paragraphs, contained in Arok Dedes novel by Pramoedya Anan ta Toer by using postcolonial Ggayatri Spivak theory. Data collection techniques in this study used the method of documentation or literature . The data analysis technique of this study used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study are the influence of the highest throne and the resistance of the subalterns on the novel Arok Dedes by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. Keywords: Subaltern, postcolonial, influence of throne, resistance

This study aims to describe the application of sharia principles in the implementation of fintech-based lending services. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research and literature. The data used is secondary data from various relevant and up to date literature. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that accounts payable is an agreement between two parties giving money or goods to a second party to be utilized. In terms of engagement in accordance with Islamic law or according to sharia, contracts through information technology media still have to fulfill harmony and terms of contract. The contract scheme implemented by service providers includes the Wakalah bil Ujrah contract and the Musyarakah contract. In the field of muamalah known as the principle of Islamic law, namely the principle of skill or change. The terms of Ijab Qobul must describe the agreement of the parties to enter into the online debt agreement. This study aims to determine how the optimization of income tax revenue carried out by KPP Pratama Karawang Utara, Karawang Regency. To answer this problem, researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach. The object of this research is North Karawang Pratama KPP Regency. The data of this study were obtained from secondary data and interviews conducted at North Karawang North KPP employees. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the optimization of income tax receipts at North Karawang North Tax Office is not optimal, because there are still obstacles in its implementation. This study aims to determine how the efforts of the head of madrasah to improve the existence of Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) 01 Kepahiang. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods, data collection through techniques, interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the efforts made by the head of madrasah were through improving madrasah management so that managing madrasahs went better. To carry out this effort involves all components in the madrasah so that the efforts of the head of the madrasah can be carried out properly. The head of madrasah receives positive support from teachers and the community so that they can develop the existence of the madrasah. The internal supporting factor for the condition of the madrasah is comfort to work so that activities can run well. Then externally the community supports the learning activities. The obstacle is the lack of optimal madrasah activity time, making it difficult to implement management to improve the existence of an effective and efficient madrasah. This researchcarried out using documentation techniques and interviews with parties involved in the management of the Village Fund. Descriptions are obtained throughanalysis of Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 by comparing the realization in the field.Village Fund Management from the planning, implementation, administration, reporting stagesand accountability in general can be said to be in accordance withPermendagri No. 113 of 2014 although there are several things in the planning,implementation and administration that are still not in accordance with the target time.

In the event that the prospective bride and groom will hold a marriage registered at the local Office of Religious Affairs If the age is less than 19 years, it will be rejected because the marriage conditions are not fulfilled. Because the marriage is considered urgent to be carried out, then parents or guardians can apply for a marriage dispensation at the Religious Court. Marriage dispensation is an application for ratification of a marriage that will take place by the prospective bride and groom or one of the prospective brides who are not old enough to marry. This research is the result of research on the consideration of judges in deciding the case of marital dispensation with the analysis of maslahah with the main problem of consideration of judges in deciding the case and the analysis of maslahah. This research is analitive descriptive qualitative research with normative approach, data source used by primary data source in the form of interviews, observations, and secondary data in the form of court determination. The technical analysis of data used is qualitative approach to primary data and secondary data. The purpose of this research is what the judge considered in the Purworejo Religious Court in granting the application for marital dispensation on the determination No. 266/Pdt.P/2020/PA/Pwr, and to find out the determination of judges in the Purworejo Religious Court regarding marital dispensation which is analyzed through maslahah. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the consideration of the judge in granting the request for marital dispensation is on the grounds that the marriage is urgent to be done, between the husband and wife there is no obstacle to marriage and the two families have approved each other. In the analysis maslahah consideration of judges included in the maslahah doruriyah because to maintain religion and descendants.

This study aims to reveal the procedures for presenting Persembahan Bungo dance in a guest welcoming event in Bungo Regency, Jambi Province. This is a qualitative research resulting descriptive analysis data. The main instrument in this study was the researcher itself and was assisted by supporting instruments such as writing instruments and cameras. The data used were primary and secondary data. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted bycollecting the data, reducing the data, presenting the data, and making conclusion. The results show that Persembahan Bungo dance has parts and sequences in each presentation. They are preparation before performing, initial stage, during the performance, and the end of the performance.Persembahan Bungo dance has 9 movements: Sembah Penghormatan, gerak selamat datang, sembah paduko, lenggang, putri malu, berinai, limbai, zapin bungo, and mambuko pagar ayu. The rules for performing Persembahan Bungo dance are compiled by custom or according to the customary rules in Bungo Regency, are in accordance with the motto of Bungo Regency, and pay attention to the values in a reception. For example, in the rule of washing betel, the betel must be washed first by the queen. This symbolizes cleanliness, purity, and respect for the welcomed guests by people of Bungo regency.Keywords: presentation, bungo dance, guest welcome

<p><em>This research tries to answer the question on how the implementation of akad murabahah (murabahah agreement) in BMT NU Pekalongan? Is there any requirement which possibly violating the agreement? And how is the solution so that the agreement complies with syari’ah? This is a descriptive qualitative research. Both primary and secondary data were collected through documentation. Data were analyzed in three steps: reduction, display and verification. Result shows that: 1. There are two kinds of agreement of murabahah in BMT NU Pekalongan: with wakalah and without wakalah. The implementation of murabahah in BMT NUPekalongan is complicated in its contract. There are at least four kinds of agreements, namely: murabahah loan, rent agreement, ijarah contract, and loan. 2. In the murabahah agreement with wakalah, there is some requirement which is not complied with shari’ah namely fake transaction. 3. There are two alternative of agreement reconstruction so the requirements are complied with shari’ah. </em></p>

There has been a spreading phenomenon in which many of today's youth societies tend to go wild and out of control. Most of such functions tend to be surrounded by individuals who indulge themselves in sinful acts instead of doing a self-discovery process to gain the God's blessings. Having seen many youths tend to enjoy doing forbidden acts and restrain-free activities, therefore Majlis Gaul community proposed a new way of da'wah. The community employs a subtle and a heart warming way of conveying da'wah. It is no longer conventional preaching which is in the form of oral da'wah, but they employ transformative da'wah method. This transformative da'wah is implemented in social change activities, by using da'wah as a religious material and positioning the dai (preacher) as the conveyer of religious messages to the community. The current study is a qualitative research with descriptive qualitative approach. In this study, the data are presented in descriptive texts. The results of this study are: 1) In shaping the Islamic character, Majlis Gaul community held a "Brother Camp" as well as some "Kajian Inspirasi". 2) Majlis Gaul invited Muslim youths to join activities such as sports (archery and horse riding). 3) The transformative da'wah done by Majlis Gaul was carried out by means of dialogue, exchanging thoughts and feelings. 4) The effort of Majlis gaul to do transformative da'wah is carried out by preaching through social media. This is because preaching through social media has become an increasingly globalized and entrenched phenomenon.

The Village

This study aims to criticize village fund reporting by using qualitative approach. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of literature related to village fund as well as related research journals. Descriptive analysis method as an analyst tool. The results of the analysis showed that the reporting of village funds in accordance with the regulation of the minister of home affairs number 113 of 2014 concerning the reporting of village funds but not in accordance with the prevailing government accounting standards, other findings indicate a late reporting process, the existence of interfensions in the use and reporting of village funds, obstacles to infrastructure and human resources are lacking. The existence of village funds is very beneficial for the village government in development. Reporting must be consistent with higher regulations, the need for specific reporting for village funds, as well as increased community supervision and participation roles.
