The aim of the study is to analyse the educational offer of Pomeranian voivodeship agritourism farms which joined the National Network of Educational Farms. The analysis covers the years 2011–2020. The survey involved 25 licensed entities (100%). Their wide offers include educational programmes aiming to teach about farmer’s life and work, the process of food production and acquisition, and the cultural heritage of the Polish rural areas and to promote the right attitudes towards nature and landscape protection. Educational activities are usually organised in the form of one-day group and workshop activities addressed to school children and adolescents. Thanks to that, the school education process is more varied and enriched with school curricula directed at hands-on activities, workshops in different school subjects, alternative venues of education and knowledge about rural culture. Farmers usually play the role of guides or sometimes they hire teachers to do the job. More and more often, people with disabilities and students of Third Age Universities use their services. The farms’ offers are very flexible and their scope and prices are adjusted to the demands, age and number of participants. The educational programmes differ depending on the season of the year.

In the submitted study the problem of the formation of financial literacy of students at informatics lessons and relevant training of future informatics teachers is considered. Financial literacy is understood as a set of basic knowledge in the field of finance, banking, insurance, as well as budgeting for personal finances that allow a person to choose the right financial product or service, soberly assess and take risks that may arise during the use of these products, correctly accumulate savings and identify doubtful (fraudulent) investment schemes. The authors conclude that successful development of meaningful lines of the course of financial literacy requires integration of a few school subjects, such as mathematics, history, informatics, social science and literature. The role of modern informatics teacher in the formation of financial literacy of students is great. Therefore, in the training of a future informatics teacher, it should be paid the attention to issues related to the study of elements of financial literacy in informatics lessons. In order to solve the problem, the authors propose to use the special course “Basics of work in 1С:Enterprise”, which is implemented at Penza State University. The article contains a program of the course and the methodological recommendations for its implementation.

In almost all societies around the world, traditional medicine applications are being resorted to for diagnosis and treatment of various diseases. As modern medical methods encounter difficulty in reaching the public and being expensive, traditional medicine methods are preferred to modern medical methods andti can be used more frequently in rural areas. Traditional methods can also be used for a variety of reasons although its scientific validity is discussed. There is a constant conflict between modern medicine and traditional medicine and they often coexist in spite of the fact that modern medicine usually does not approve traditional medicine. The nurse enhances the quality of care by taking into account the cultural characteristics of the individual and broadens the perspective of the nursing. It is the right approach for nurses to avoid conflict with the individual they care for in cultural practices, act together and guide them to develop a healthier lifestyle.Keywords: Traditional medicine, modern medicine, nurse

The subject of the article is the presentation of the role of physical education teacher in selected books published in Poland after 1989 year. Physical education teacher is played an important role in contemporary pedagogy. His tasks include not only the development of physical fitness of his students, but also the harmonious development of their personality, specially the moral and social sphere, in accordance with the principle of holistic pedagogy. The teacher should care for the right image of himself. He have to introduce the students into the world of the values of physical culture and be the guide to the values of sporting activity. The research used the bibliographic, analytical, descriptive and axiological methods and the technique of content analysis guided by the content and interpretation potential of the axiological dominant of books. The interpretation of axiological contents has shown the role of physical education teacher in the education process.

The purpose of this article is to explore the role of local government in South Africa during the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly concerning access to COVID-19 vaccines. This is done by first looking at the local government institution as a concept while highlighting its centrality in managing disasters and pandemics. The article then draws on literature to show the challenges and complexities faced by the local government as an institution and how these challenges combine to significantly affect the capacity of local government’s performance in rural areas generally and during the COVID-19 pandemic specifically. The discussion is then narrowed to the role of local government in the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines with specific reference to rural areas in South Africa. The discussion adopts a human rights perspective by considering equitable distribution, access to information, the right to health care services, and the right to emergency medical treatment. Other relevant constitutional rights such as equality, human dignity, and life are also discussed or mentioned. The article concludes with recommendations on how the role of local government in facilitating access to COVID-19 vaccines for rural communities can be enhanced, including adopting an intersectional human rights-based approach in the rollout of such vaccines. The novelty of this study lies in the fact that COVID-19 is a new disease. Its vaccines have been recently and quickly developed; hence issues of access, human rights, and the role of local government are critical, particularly in rural settings.

The research makes it possible to recognize the judgments of the users who are enrolled in the zero to always family modality and, in turn, establish the relationship they give to the program in the training of their children. The use of qualitative research for this proposal contributes or it establishes the relationship of describing and giving points of view to problems of the social educational and experiential context, the primary objective was to determine the degree of use by users of the program from zero to always family modality, in the municipality of Pamplona. It can be said that the application of this research contributes in part to diagnosing from a personal point of view the impact generated by the program in the training of minors, evidencing in it the theoretical, political and real positions in order to make them aware of the importance of training of children. The instruments used for families in certain rural areas who are the objects of study were semi-structured interviews; validated by experts from the area, they managed to produce key information for the analysis and triangulation. Thanks to the analysis units and the categories established in the interview, it was possible to focus and provide solutions to the objectives set, demonstrating the perception that the beneficiaries of the program of zero They always have in relation to the operation in rural areas of Pamplona. With the information obtained it is clear to establish the conformity of the operation of the program in terms of the role of care for families, the training of minors and the integration of society is thus how the show is getting on the right tide.

The share of urban Africans is projected to increase 50 percent between 2010 and 2030; making Africa urbanization rate the world's highest. Either such a rate can trigger economic growth, social transformation, and poverty reduction; or alternatively, it can generate more inequality, urban poverty, and the proliferation of slums. The right choice will be shaped by the effectiveness of urban development actors, the efficacy of their industrial and urban policies, the efficiency of implementation tools designed to achieve integrated urban Africa. The reality has been a decline in the public-sector efforts to tackle the problems of industrialization and urban development deficit. However, hope is rising as some transformational entrepreneurs are creating jobs in urban and rural areas to tackle Africa's urban development deficit. This chapter explores the role of Dangote Group as an example of the rising transformative enterprise that is changing African development landscape.

Rural areas in Pakistan are confronted with multiple problems including the provision of quality education to rural children. The key component of quality education is the level of pedagogy in rural schools. Effective pedagogy contributes significantly towards students' learning. The current study was conducted to assess the role of pedagogy as a major determinant in schools' performance in four rural sectors of Islamabad. The universe of this study included all public schools located in four rural sectors of Islamabad. There are a total of 275 public schools in rural Islamabad. A sample of 83 schools, both primary and secondary schools, was selected out of the total schools by using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. A self-developed questionnaire entailing the objectives of the study was used to collect data. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis were used to analyze data. Pedagogy was assessed through three major components. These are communication skills (CS), lesson planning (LP), and command of content (CoC). These components were quantified accordingly. Results showed that pedagogy had a positive and highly significant effect on school performance at both primary and secondary levels. Provision of quality education is the right of rural children like those in urban settings where access to and quality of education are much better. Efforts should be made to improve and diversify pedagogical practices in rural schools and bring these at par with urban schools.

in Toisapu Sub Vilage, micro business is dominated by women engaged in the informal sector who are members of a women's business group that has a local commodity processing business (Nutmeg Juice). The development and empowerment of Women's Microfinance Institutions (LKMP) is the right step in supporting the rural economy, because it is able to provide flexible services, especially in financing businesses that are not feasible to be funded by non-bankable financial institutions. This study aims to analyze the role of Hunilai LKMP and analyze internal and external factors to create a strategy to maintain the existence of microfinance institutions. Using the SWOT analysis method. The results of the study showed that the role of the Hunilai LKMP was able to change the wheels of the economy on a micro scale, provide easy access to capital in the form of funds, tools, training and be able to foster the confidence of LKMP Hunilai members in increasing their role in families and communities. The development strategy needed is to create a legal umbrella for LKMPs and other supporting policies in optimizing the role of LKMPs to alleviate poverty in rural areas, increase human resource capacity and strengthen cooperation with other stakeholders.

Abstract: This study mainly in respect of the RTE Act. 2009 implementing phase and the actual accountabilities as local self government (Bali-I & Bali-II panchayat) to actualize the execution of RTE. It is indicate of intensive study on a particular case and it is not a critical approach but an exploratory study. This study had been done following the descriptive survey method. The present researcher has been collected primary, secondary data through the questionnaires, interview sheets, various reports and other relevant sources. Main purposes of present study is to focus the role of local self government as the monitoring agencies to execute RTE, so that common people as both urban and rural areas will be able to know actual what types as educational privileges they can consume from state authority. Major findings of this study are that  headmasters have given positive feedback about the local government for cooperating and Local self government plays a particularly important role as the main partner of the Right to Education and it is preferred by most students and teachers.
