This article aims to analyze the value of telerance and deradicalization through local wisdom by contemplating the biography and contribution of Abon Aziz Samalanga. Using a biographical approach, the autor raises the values of tolerance of Abon Aziz through traditional education methods which become his commitments, political attitudes and multicultural values. The findings of this article are systematic and deeply explorative in traditional education in dayah, the role model of daily life taught by involving santri is the capital of tolerance and de-radicalization which is very important to be re-lived by students and the community so as not to be involved in intolerant and radical actions. By contemplating the life of Abon Aziz Samalanga, santri and society do not only have the potential to become tolerant beings but can also be agents of deradicalization.

Abstract In the times when the economic performance and sustainable management are representing two of the most challenging characteristics of the business environment, there are some methods and techniques that passed the test of time. The great majority of companies are using in the present the KAIZEN™ Business System, a system of management which has been expanding in all over the world, by having and implying the power of continuous improvement and standardization. Having as “role-model” the well-known Toyota Production System, KAIZEN™ Business System has become the fundamental way of managing a business, which led to the creation of personalized management systems for companies. In Romania, it was also developed the Kaizen by Harmony concept, as an approach of KAIZEN™ Business System, its results being highly appreciated at the international level. In the daily challenging task of changing the paradigms and mentalities, several companies succeeded in understanding the importance of KAIZEN™ Business System and have been applying the Kaizen by Harmony concept ever since. Their results are impressive, few companies reaching to the international benchmark level in their fields of activity and becoming leaders of the Romanian or European markets. Therefore, the Kaizen Award in Romania has become the proper way of acknowledging their results and efforts to strive for excellence in the endless cycle of the continuous improvement. The aim of this paper is to describe the competitive advantage offered by KAIZEN™ Business System and Kaizen by Harmony, in strong correlation with the practical approach of the case-studies representing the amazing stories of the Kaizen Award in Romania winners until the present moment. The use of these best practices will underline once again some important business characteristics that must exist in every company, for it to become and remain competitive.

One of the most important and influential educational components is the teacher. Because the teacher is a central figure in improving the quality of education in students. Teachers in carrying out their duties are required to carry out various conditions, duties and responsibilities as instructors, educators and trainers. With a variety of demands that are so big and heavy, teachers in reality sometimes pay little attention to and implement these demands, so that they will influence and reduce the quality of education, especially students. The concept of teacher exemplary in terms of Islamic education is very important and is a very influential method in the process of formation and development of students. And this has been applied by the Apostle to his friends. As an educator, the teacher who becomes a character, role model and identification for students and their environment the teacher must implement the quality of his personality which includes authority, responsibility, independence, discipline, code of ethics, compassion, and mingling with society in daily life both in school environment and outside the school environment. Thus, the example of the teacher implemented in daily life will lead to the achievement of the goal of Islamic education to the fullest. From the explanation above, this is where the importance of this theme is about the example of the teacher in the perspective of scientific education to be studied by the author in the study of literature as a consideration or reference for educators, especially teachers.

Fraud poses an enormous threat to all kinds of organizations worldwide, with its risks continue to increase in number and complexity. In Indonesia itself, rampant fraud and corruption still inflict our business climate and impede our national development ruthlessly. As the battle against fraud is evolving, the role of leadership is widely recognized as the crucial element in fraud management framework. Nonetheless, as much as many people’s trust towards leaders’ integrity seems to atrophy, whether leadership is still able to make a difference remains a big question mark. With its capacity crippled by a vicious cycle of fraud, the scope of leadership may be severely limited even if it were possible. For this reason, it is important to realize that the capacity of leadership needs to be restored in order to become role model in building anti-fraud culture and system. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to explore accounts of leadership, identify the impact of leadership on anti-fraud culture and system, describe the way fraud works in undermining the capacity of leadership, and finally to elaborate the solutions to restore the capacity of leadership as role model to build anti-fraud culture and system in an organization. To achieve these goals, the author delves into various literature, journals, books, reports, applicable laws and general principles of law, as well as conducts an empirical research through a survey. The survey was conducted with 358 respondents, of which the 142 are Indonesian citizen working in public sector, and 216 in private sector. Focusing on Indonesia, this research paper will reveal the current public perception towards leadership, unfold the real condition of leadership, discover an existing vicious cycle of fraud that entraps leaders, and proffer strategy to solve this problematic leadership issue.

This study is aimed at describing kiai’s leadership behaviours and identifying educational system organized by Pesantren Shuffah Hizbullah Al-Fatah in Cileungsi Bogor. This is a qualitative study with three techniques of data collection that are observation, interview, and document study. The results of the study show that revivalist kiai can be generally defined as a model of pesantren leadership which is not only to foster students’ personality, but also to form the cadres of new Islamic generation who have commitment to uphold Islamic values in daily life. The leadership conception of revivalist kiai is in line with the role model implemented by Rasulullah SAW during his leadership in Madinah. The existence of Pesantren Shuffah Hizbullah Al-Fatah is transformation of pesantren model which has been developed for centuries on Java Island. Educational model in Shuffah Hizbullah Al-Fatah is combination of formal, nonformal, and informal educational models that is community-based with mosque as the central. This pesantren has a special characteristic which is successful in involving various components of muslim communities to become the students.

Постановка задачи. В статье обсуждается проблема создания инновационной системы обучения школьников с учетом требований к модернизации образовательной системы в КНР. Проблема может быть решена благодаря развитию автономности школьника. Цель исследования - провести компаративный анализ методико-теоретических приемов развития автономности субъектов образовательного процесса на материале системы обучения «Шэнбэнь» и традиционной системы обучения. Предмет исследования - национально-педагогическая система обучения школьников «Шэнбэнь». Результаты. Гуманистическая парадигма образования сегодня ориентирована на индивидуально-личностные особенности с различными способностями и познавательными потребностями школьников. В сфере школьного образования Китая большой процент школьников имеет высокие оценки по результатам сдачи итоговых экзаменов. Однако в повседневной жизни они редко используют свои знания, не проявляют инициативы, у детей отсутствует творческий потенциал. В традиционной системе обучения «Шибэнь» главная роль в образовательном процессе принадлежит учителю. Результатом исследования является теоретико-методологическая разработка методики «Шэнбэнь», которая предполагает постоянное развитие и совершенствование в зависимости от современного контекста. Выводы. Разработанная авторская методика «Шэнбэнь» перестраивает учебно-воспитательный процесс, ориентирует его на ребенка, который выступает как важный ресурс на фоне конфуцианской культуры и с учетом всех преимуществ традиционного обучения. Problem statement. The article discusses the problem of creating an innovative system of teaching schoolchildren, taking into account the requirements for the modernization of the educational system in China. The problem can be solved by developing the student's autonomy. The purpose of the research is to conduct a comparative analysis of methodological and theoretical methods for developing the autonomy of subjects of the educational process based on the material of the Shenben training system and the traditional training system. Subject of research - national-pedagogical system of training of pupils Shenben. Results. The humanistic paradigm of education today is focused on individual and personal characteristics with different abilities and cognitive needs of schoolchildren. In China's school system, a large percentage of students have high scores on their final exams. However, in everyday life, they rarely use their knowledge, do not show initiative, and children lack creative potential. In the traditional Shiben system, the main role in the educational process belongs to the teacher. The result of the research is the theoretical and methodological development of the "Shenben" method, which involves constant development and improvement depending on the current context. Conclusion. The developed author's method "Shenben" rebuilds the educational process, orients it to the child, who acts as an important resource against the background of Confucian culture and taking into account all the advantages of traditional education.

In the search for opportunities to solve the variety of global problems faced by humanity, the discovery of education as the main possible key to their solution was attained at the beginning of the new century. But, not just education as an opportunity for attaining a high intellectual level, for a certain period of time, by every person, but an education of a continuous (lifelong) nature. This has led to a clear shift in the "learn to live" paradigm to "lifelong learning", which has created a premise for rapid and serious reforms, especially in the higher education system. A wide range of innovative ideas have been launched. New educational technologies have been developed. A new review and reading of traditional training methods and approaches has been challenged in order to achieve greater efficiency in their implementation. One of these ideas was related to the introduction of distance learning in response to a clearly identified need to meet the ever-increasing need to obtain education from different groups of people who, for one reason or another, are unable to get involved in the forms of traditional education. All this drew attention to a deeper study and clarification of the essence and specifics of distance learning as an innovation in meeting the objective needs of modern higher education. The emphasis on innovation in the education process is based on its ability to bring about qualitative changes to systems and ways to increase their effectiveness. It is also considered as a necessary basis for the transition from an old to a qualitatively new state of education based on a revision of the existing normative positions. It is also defined as a phenomenon that does not arise on its own, but is the result of long-standing scientific searches.
