The purpose of the research is to highlight the role of inclusive education in higher art educational institutions of Ukraine. The realization of this goal implies attention to the issue of introducing music education for people with special needs, ways of improving the educational process and its facilitation. The methodology of the research is connected with the use of methods of analysis and synthesis, thanks to which the actual problematic aspects that are available in this field are highlighted. The task of the study is to highlight the specifics of working with students in the class by specialty (using the example of mastering the art of playing the classical guitar). Thanks to the practice of working with students who have visual problems, the author of the article singles out the innovative algorithm for learning the music text and further work with the works. It is proposed to actively involve various programs related to typing notation text, recording audio files, processing them and modifying them. The scientific novelty consists in synthesizing practical conclusions obtained by the author in the course of teaching activities. A number of problem aspects and algorithms for their solution are singled out. The importance of learning a musical material with a teacher is emphasized, especially when it comes to persons with special abilities - visual impairments. Existing software, for example Finale, Sibelius and other music editors provide the ability to change the typed music text, its slowdown, and solfeging. Although this innovation is not capable of becoming a complete substitute for a nocturnal text, typed in Braille, it becomes a good alternative. In modern art education there are a number of problematic moments. First of all, despite the fact that the issue of introducing inclusive education in the Ukrainian space has been actualized, the practical implementation of this task involves a number of difficulties. Development and musical education in the guitar class by specialty involves the introduction of computer equipment and technically computer equipment during classes, which will simplify the process of learning and the subsequent reproduction of a musical text.

The aim of the article is to identify the characteristics and creative potential of customization in modern design activities, through which the needs for individualization of clothing at the request of consumers are widely realized. The methodological basis of the study is an integrated approach. The method of analysis and synthesis allowed the consideration of customized production as the interaction of producer and consumer, which determines the demand and competitiveness of the design product, its artistic and aesthetic value. Methods of visual-analytical and functional analysis of customized design objects provided an opportunity to establish the potential and prospects of mass customization, to justify it in terms of individualization of things as a specific consumer choice, as well as the principle of designing design objects in the learning process. It is established that, according to most scientists, customization is, first of all, individualization of the producer's relationship with the consumer. Prerequisites for its active use in the fashion industry, in particular, in design activities, are long overdue. It was found that by satisfying individual customer requests, using flexible production systems, etc., mass customization allows companies in the fashion industry to get rid of excess stocks of finished products that become obsolete too quickly, and makes it possible to make products more attractive. It is shown that the concept of "smart (savings) consumption", for which the principles of customization are extremely promising, can be successfully implemented in the process of providing educational services. The article highlights the theoretical aspects of the essence of customization as a "mass individualization" of design products. The existing principles of clothing customization are analyzed. Possibilities and types of customization in the activity of modern designers against the background of real market conditions are characterized. The potential of customizing in design in general and in the educational process of training fashion designers in particular is shown. The obtained results provide an opportunity to systematize the types, principles and techniques of customization as an experience of practical implementation of the concepts of "smart consumption", individualization and personification in clothing design.

The emerging range of personal mobile devices, due to their advanced technical characteristics, has made it possible to widely use them at enterprises, offices or educational institutions almost in any place. This has led to the introduction of a new concept of BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), when a personal device (phone, tablet) is used for work or study. One of the serious problems encountered by teachers on the way of implementing BYOD into the educational process is the insufficient level of information competence and the lack of educational manuals for such classes. The aim of the research is to investigate the relevance of implementing BYOD approach in teaching Computer Engineering students and to consider the possibilities of using mobile devices for didactic purposes directly in the classroom and in distance learning. Within BYOD, the use of learning support mobile systems in the learning process gives its participants access to training materials, services and models adapted for the use in a mobile environment. The teachers effectively manage the learning process, in particular, focus the students’ attention on the sources of information that give the most correct and complete answers within the relevant disciplines. The research presents learning outcomes of two groups: control, with the traditional method of teaching and the equipment provided by the educational institution, and experimental, when students use their own mobile devices (tablets and smartphones) in the educational process, which gives a possibility to learn in any place convenient for a student and remotely send progress reports. The results showed that the students of the experimental group outperformed their groupmates from the control group in academic progress. The implementation of BYOD elements has led to the increase in students’ motivation and interest in their own learning. The main positive aspects of using BYOD technology in the learning process have been identified, such as convenience and flexibility, reducing the expenses of educational institutions, simplifying work with the network services, interactivity of learning, and applying multimedia format in the presentation of educational material during lectures, laboratory and practical classes, effectiveness of work with information and the presentation of results.

The article deals with the practical implementation of competence approach in the educational process of medical educational institutions. The course of hygiene is of particular importance for the formation of medical and preventive competences of physicians of all specialties, as it affects a significant number of issues relating to the conservation and strengthening of public and personal health. The aim of this work is to analyze the research activities of medical students from the standpoint of forming of their health saving competence. Survey of 677 medical students of Moscow on various aspects of their lifestyle was conducted with the use of Google online survey forms. Work on the principle «equal to equal», when students conduct such research among their colleagues, is psychologically more comfortable for young people. Independent carrying out by students of a full cycle of scientific research is one of the ways to form the competences necessary for a future doctor. The consistency of the results obtained in a student research papers with those of other authors gives grounds for revising the number of training programs of higher medical education in order to fill them with practical content, contributing to the formation of medical and preventive competences of physicians of all specialties.

The purpose of this article is to review and compare ideas about the changes taking place in the process of Russian higher education modernization. The methods used are theoretical and empirical (an analysis and synthesis of literature, interviewing, observation and analysis of the educational process at a University). As a result of the research it is shown that the modernization is complicated by such factors as insufficient financing, poor infrastructure, psychological inability of the professorial staff to comply with the demands of a modernizing society, bureaucracy, and lack of university-business cooperation. The development of Russian corporate education may bring about considerable changes in the sphere of professional training and retraining. It may trigger off a change in the role of traditional institutes of professional development. Classical universities are no longer the only suppliers of the labour force. In the contemporary labour market, they compete with corporate educational institutions. It is concluded that traditional educational institutions and corporate educational institutions will be able to collaborate effectively in postindustrial Russia. Traditional universities should record, systematize and transmit universal cultural norms and values. They should preserve cultural heritage preventing it from disappearing. The improvement of university-business cooperation promotes government-business partnership, which is well illustrated by the Skolkovo Innovation Center.

The entire education system of Ukraine in the realities of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 found itself in a situation of the challenge for the immediate implementation of distance learning in educational institutions of all levels. Despite the presence of a relatively large number of scientific studies on the features of distance education, they were not enough for its practical implementation. A blended form of learning requires a combination of asynchronous and synchronous modes of distance learning, finding optimal tools and ways to interact with students, adapting traditional methods of studying disciplines to new conditions, overcoming inequality of participants in the educational process in technical support, mastering digital technologies. Analysis of the experience of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics at H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University showed that the conditions for the introduction of blended learning in institutions of higher pedagogical education are: advanced training and appropriate retraining of teaching staff; building a model of blended learning as a starting point for distance learning; development of educational and methodical support of educational disciplines taking into account the requirements of blended learning; implementation of all elements of the educational process in blended learning; providing participants of the educational process with organizational, methodological, technical and psychological support.
