Public services, especially licensing services in Kalideres Subdistrict, West Jakarta, are expected to contribute to community service, which in turn will be able to guarantee every community to obtain optimal service and not burden the community, especially for the lower middle class. Therefore, to optimize community service, many factors are needed, including policies and commitments themselves, because the implementation of policies and commitment of good leaders is believed to increase the success of a service. This research was conducted to analyze how much influence the implementation of policies and / or commitment of leaders both partially and jointly on the success of licensing services in Kalideres District, West Jakarta. This study uses an exploratory survey method that focuses on observation and the use of questionnaires to explore data from existing samples. It is expected that from this research, the implementation of policies and commitment of existing leaders can be measured and in the future it can be even better. The policy for imposing 0% (zero-percent) Land and Building Title Acquisition Fee in DKI Jakarta Province under Governor Regulation Number 126 of 2017 has been implemented for a period of 4 (four) years. In practice there have been found various advantages and weaknesses in the course of policy implementation. This study aims to describe the result of the evaluation on the implementation of the policy imposing zero-percent of Tax Object Acquisition Value (BPHTB). This study used qualitative descriptive method which suggests the explanation and understanding of the phenomenon in the grant of tax incentive. The outcome from the study reveals that the benefit from the policy is the ease of tax burden for the lower middle class communities to own house in DKI Jakarta and to encourage the acceleration of the land certification. The policy implementation also however implies that many taxpayers avoid the tax by using loophole in the Governor Regulation to enjoy this tax facility.

The environment greatly influences the establishment of human character and large urban suburbs are areas inhabited majority by the lower middle class. The main goal in community service is to provide character education through free tutoring for Mathematics and English  for primary school in course center Pencil Generation in Zone V Simalingkar B Sub-District Medan Tuntungan North Sumatera. The method used in process of the character education is the Whole Brain Teaching (WBT) method which is integrated during the teaching and learning process in the course center. The steps taken by the team in order to carry out this activity are as follows: (1). preparation for service activities, (2). provide guidance about characters, (3). forming learning groups based on class, (4). guide children to learn with the Whole Brain Teaching method, (5). sometimes play games related to Mathematics and English. The result of this service is  academic improvement in Mathematics and English. Beside the academic improvement, there is also an increase in character that is manners, perseverance, discipline, tolerance, and caring.

The problem companies are becoming increasingly complex and competitive business be increased very sharply, as a result of changes in the business environment in the era of globalization. Companies must be able to adapt to the environment in order to survive in the midst of these conditions. For that management is required to manage the organization in a better and more professional in controlling the activities of the company. Business "shock market" Cikarang, Jababeka, Bekasi as a collection of merchants who sell various products to lower middle class should immediately anticipate and prepare for making new business strategies to survive and thrive in the future. The study has the purpose of analyzing the external and internal business environment, identifying, evaluating business strategies and finding alternative strategies for the future that can be implemented " shock market.” External business environment will be analyzed with descriptive qualitative method involving shared business environment (economic, political, ecological and technological), Porter's competitive forces, the forces of the trigger and the key success factors.The results showed that the manager should earnestly follow external analysis results such as politics, economics and ecology as well as industrial environments (competition among members of the industry, the threat of new entrants, threat of substitute products, buyer powerful and strong supplier) Keywords : market shock, the external business environment , the strength of competition Porter

The success of regional development by the government run by these areas, where the implementation is greatly influenced by the ability of the apparatus in performing their duties. The role of the government apparatus is mostly used as a means of renewal and empowerment of the community. Therefore, the basic functions and control performed by the government apparatus is the formulation and implementation of policies that function as a motivator and facilitator for the achievement of fair and equitable development goals in all fields. The purpose of this study is to assess the level of awareness, perception, and willingness that Indonesian Muslims towards waqf and Micro Waqf Banks (MWB). By distributing questionnaires to 104 Muslims, the results show that many Muslims still have a relatively low level of awareness about waqf and MWB. This may be due to the lack of socialization, especially regarding cash waqf and the establishment of MWB. Further findings indicate that the majority of Muslims in Indonesia agree on the establishment of MWB and also agree that MWB can be a solution to suppress the loan shark business so as to improve the welfare of the community, especially the lower middle class. Finally, Indonesian Muslims are willing to contribute to MWB especially if they know how to donate and how MWB operates. A higher level of willingness to contribute to MWB provides a great opportunity for MWB to develop its operations in the future. This research contributes to assisting MWB and Indonesian Waqf Board in developing appropriate socialization strategies to build and develop the potential of waqf in Indonesia.

Community service activities suggestions for providing information on mutual fund investments that can be a place for housewives in middle-class communities in the Galuh Mas Arisan community in Karawang can be an alternative to allocating surplus funds available for more useful investments by storing them. in mutual funds and getting back or yields that increase income and financial well-being in the family. Delivered by presentations and explaining mutual fund definition, forms of mutual funds, types - mutual funds, and places to buy mutual funds. Incommunity serviceactivities carried out almost all participants who had heard the word mutual funds did not understand and understand the meaning of mutual funds, but there is a mother who had made mutual fund purchase transactions. The conclusions of this activity are participants who at first did not consider mutual funds after this activity get more knowledge about mutual funds and added insight into investments that could be carried out in the future. ABSTRACTThis Study examined of students� achievement of economic at senior higt school in Darma, during instruction with low achievement. So that teacher has to do remedial to help students� achievement of economic.The purpose of this study is to know that : 1) The influence of learning motivation and the students� discipline toward the students� achievement at senior higt school in Darma. 2)� The influence of learning motivation toward the students� achievement at senior higt school in Darma. 3) The influence of learning discipline toward the students� achievement at senior higt school in Darma.This study is descriptive correlation, with survey method gave for 112 respondent.�The result of this research showed that learning motivation and the students� discipline influential positively as much as (71.5%) and significant toward the students� achievement. Learning motivation influential positively as much as (18.3%) and significant toward the students� achievement. Whit, the students� discipline influential positively as much as (71.9%) and significant toward the students� achievement.The result of this study showed that : Students must study hard in order to get a high score. The teacher should explain that each subject is very important for the future, as well as economic subjects is very beneficial for students. Students must learn every day better every exam or no exam. Students must do the work / homework given by the teacher well.Keyword: Learning Motivation, Students� Discipline Students� Achievement.

The problems faced by the children of Banjarmasin Al-Ashr Orphanage are almost the same as those faced by other orphanages in the city of Banjarmasin, namely, lack funds and personnel or volunteers who help and guide orphanage children to develop their skills and creativity as a provision in carrying out life after the completion of the orphanage. The purpose of this community service program is to make the children of the Al-Ashr Orphanage have a strong and more independent motivation by providing them with the knowledge and skills they will use to prepare themselves for the future. While the target of this activity is to make the children of the Al-Ashr Orphanage have design skills in making invitations, brochures, and banners as well as online businesses. The method used is training and guidance, where training is carried out with presentations and practices.
