This research was conducted at the Cooperative Café Timor Company (CCT) in Ermera District. This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. In this study using a tool in the form of observations, interviews and questionnaires to 31 respondents with data from this study using the population (census). In this study using the Likert scale method and this research is quantitative data. Data analysis techniques are, Test Validity, Reliability Test and normality test with alpha cronbach. Classical Assumption Test, Multicolonity Test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing, t test, f test. Data collected was tested for validity and reliability with coefficient alpha (cronbach alpha). The results of this study as a whole show that Work Discipline partially has no effect on work motivation and employee performance. Because there is a system that is not good, and also the HR system obtained by the company is still ineffective.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and leadership on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a type of quantitative explanatory research by taking data directly from respondents totaling 24 employees with a census sampling technique using a questionnaire. This means that all respondents in the unit of analysis are used as research samples. From the results of the study by measuring variables using a Likert Scale with Multiple Regression Analysis Techniques after passing the instrument test (validity and reliability test), the classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25.0, showed that partially or simultaneously, variables of organizational culture, motivation, and leadership a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Communication and Information of East Kotawaringin Regency. From this study, it can also be suggested that through increasing understanding of organizational culture, work motivation and good leadership will have a real impact on improving employee performance and will determine the success of achieving organizational goals going forward.

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the dominant variables influencing employee performance at the BPJS Work Office in the Gorontalo Branch Office. This study uses data collection techniques through questionnaires and literature studies with data analysis techniques for quality testing (validity and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heterokeddasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (partial test and test simultaneously). Based on the results of regression testing, the results show that the dominant variable that influences employee performance at BPJS Employment in the Branch Office of Gorontalo is the work environment, the reason being that it has the largest beta value when compared to competency and education variables.

This research was conducted in PDAM Tomohon City which has the purpose of this study to: 1) knowing the effect of motivation on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees; 2) knowing the influence of work discipline on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees; 3) knowing the motivation and work discipline on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees. Where employees are required to have knowledge and skills must also have experience of motivation and discipline as well as performance, but basically PDAM Tomohon City employees ignore motivation and discipline as well as existing performance. This type of research is a type of associative and quantitative descriptive research. The sample used was 60 employees. Data collection techniques used in this study used questionnaire and library methods. To examine the influence of motivation and discipline on performance by using multiple linear regression test analysis techniques. The tools used in testing data instruments are validity and reliability tests; classic assumption test (normality test, multicellularity test, and heteroscedasticity test). The results of this study show that motivation variables and work discipline simultaneously influence the performance of PDAM Tomohon city employees, while partially motivation has a significant effect on performance, and discipline does not affect the employee performance of PDAM Tomohon City.

<p>The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Working Guidance and Motivation on Performance of Central Bureau of Statistics of Geger, Madiun Regency Partially, and which variable is the most dominant influence on employee performance. Respondents in this study amounted to 83 people. Data collection techniques used were observations, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of partial data analysis found that there is a positive and significant influence between job training and work motivation variables on the performance of officers at BPS Partners in the Economic Census 2016 Geger District, Madiun District. Thus it is evident that there is a positive and significant effect of job training and work motivation on performance at the Economic Census 2016 Geger District. So it can be concluded that job training and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the "Effect of Work Spirit and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Arista Auto Lestari Medan ". The type of data used is associative, which is a study that asks the relationship between two variables. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Arista Auto Lestari Medan as many as 65 people. Data collection techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires to office employees at PT. Arista Auto Lestari Medan. Data analysis techniques using validity and reliability, hypothesis testing, statistical tests using multiple linear analysis models using multiple linear analysis models and determination tests.  The results of the t test can be seen that the t count on the morale variable is 4.147 greater than t table of 1.689 with a probability of t that is sig 0.004. Based on these values, the morale variable has a positive and significant effect on performance variables and the value of t arithmetic oversight is 6,649 greater than t table of 1,689 with a sig level of 0,000 smaller than the significance limit of 0.005, the partial compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on performance variable. Based on the results of the F test, the F value of 42.567 is greater than the F table of 3.27, which means that morale and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance variables. The R Square value obtained is 0.727. This figure shows that 72.7% of performance (the dependent variable) can be explained by morale and compensation. The remaining 27.3% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract. The purpose this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Bunda Hotel Padang. Type of research quantitative with causal associative approach. The number of samples this study were 31 people who were taken using saturated sampling techniques. This research data uses primary data for work motivation variables with data collection techniques through questionnaires with Likert scales that have been tested for validity and reliability. Employee performance variables use secondary data obtained from HRD Bunda Hotel Padang. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression test with help of SPSS version 16.00 computer program. Results showed that work motivation was in the sufficient category with percentage of 55%. While employee performance is good category with a percentage of 61% and there is positive and significant effect of work motivation on the performance of employees in Bunda Hotel Padang by 16.2% while 83.8% influenced by other factors. This research goal is to identification and evaluation influence of work motivation and work environment to employee’s performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo. The object of this research is 37 employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. And the location of this research is at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. The analysis used is test validity, reliability testing, and test the hypothesis, with the help of the computer program SPSS version 17, using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on calculations of data and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 11.733 + 0.320 X1 +0.334 X2 + ε, by using the equation regression analytical method can conclude that (X1) take effect positively against employees performance. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33. By applying significance limited value in amount of 0,05, it means, hypothesis that claim if work motivation take effect against employees performance can be accepted. There is a positive and significant correlation between work environment variables (X2) against employees. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33 (smaller than 0,5). Simultaneously, work motivation take effect positively and significantly against employees performance with the F value in amount of 11,562 (bigger than 0.05), then obtained significance value 0.000. It can be concluded that the work motivation and work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo.

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. Theoretically outlined, Employee Performance can be influenced by several variables including Leadership Style, Placement, and Work Motivation. Therefore, the performance of employees at the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province can also be attributed to these three variables, this is what inspired the authors to conduct the research. Research objectives: 1. To find out the description of leadership style, placement,, motivation, and performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 2. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the work motivation of employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 3. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 4. To know the influence of leadership style and placement through work motivation on Kinerja Employees in The General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province. This research that became the object of the research was employees of the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province with a population of 130 people who were used as a research sample. Analysis techniques using Path Analysis tool using SPSS 22 software. The results showed that: 1. Leadership style, placement, motivation and employee performance are in good condition, 2. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee motivation, 3. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee performance, 4. Leadership and placement styles through motivation directly and indirectly affect performance.

PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard is a company engaged in manufacturing and the company is working to improve the quality and quantity of production in the ship building and ship repair. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture variables and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bandar Abadi Shipyard. The study population was 50 people and the samples used are saturated sampling technique. This study using multiple linear regression data analysis with the help of computer software SPSS version 20.00. Analysis of the data used to test the validity and reliability levels, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. Results from this study indicate that the organizational culture (X1), and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y) and simultaneously the organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y)
