This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between personality traits and personal identification in the organization. The study used random sampling technique to collect data from 1277 employees. The results showed that there exists a positive relationship between personality traits and identification of organization; workers having agreeableness and conscientiousness traits tend to have more identification with their organization, while neurotic workers showed negative association. However, differences were seen in male and female samples concerning perceived organizational identification with minor variation. The study concludes that individuals possessing agreeable and conscientious traits are more advantageous for the high level of organizational identification, irrespective of gender differences.

The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship among Narcissism, personality traits and conspicuous consumption of brands in youth. This used quantitative research design with a sample consisting of 50 Men and 50 Women. The age ranged between 18 – 22 years. A purposive sampling technique was used to select participants. The findings revealed that there was a relationship among conspicuous consumption and traits of personality. It was also uncovered that there are gender differences in conspicuous consumption of brands, narcissism and personality traits. Further it was concluded that narcissism is positively associated with conspicuous consumption of brands. Narcissism was likely to be a positive predictor of conspicuous consumption of brands and personality traits are likely to be a predictor of conspicuous consumption of brands.

The aim of this research is; 1) investigating the level of online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 2) analyzing the influence of differences in gender, years of study, major in determining online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 3) to analyze the relationship between online learning satisfaction and student academic achievement during COVID 19. The population was 656 students at STKIP Singkawang, and then a sample of 357 students (87 males and 270 females) was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study was adapted from Aman's Satisfaction instrument, which was then used to collect research data. Data analysis using SPSS with descriptive statistical techniques, MANOVA, and correlation. The results showed that online learning satisfaction was at a high level, meaning that students were satisfied with the online learning that had been implemented. The major differences have a significant effect on determining online learning satisfaction. Intercorrelation shows that there is a significant relationship on each indicator of online learning satisfaction with academic achievement, meaning that the higher the satisfaction felt by students in online learning, the student's academic achievement will increase.

The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between parenting styles (authoritarian, authoritative and permissive) and Big-five personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism, conscientiousness and openness) among the students of Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan, Pakistan. For this purpose, a total number of 281 students from different faculties (Natural and social sciences) were selected through systematic sampling technique and the respondents responded to parenting authority questionnaire (PAQ) by Buri (1991) and Big-five inventory (BFI) john and Srivastava (1999). Data were analyzed by using SPSS-21 version, and Pearson correlation (r=0.01) was applied to find out the relationship, direction and consistency between predictor and criterion variable. Results indicated a directly proportional relationship between parenting styles (authoritarian, authoritative & permissive) and big five personality traits.

In this article, the hypothesis of the existence of a connection between narcissistic personality traits and the level of leadership abilities was tested, namely: in subjects with a low level of expression of leadership abilities, such a trait of a narcissistic personality as "The need for constant attention and admiration" prevails, and at a high level of dominated by such indicator as "Exploitation in interpersonal relationships."

Cyberloafing—a type of counterproductive behavior—occurs when employees use the internet for personal use while at work. Past research shows that work role stressors (i.e., role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload) and Big Five personality traits (i.e., neuroticism, conscientiousness, extraversion, and agreeableness) predict cyberloafing, but research has yet to explore interactions among these factors. The current study aimed to address this gap by examining whether work role stressors strengthen the relationship between personality and cyberloafing based on the Personal Resource Allocation (PRA) framework. In an online survey of employees from diverse occupations (N = 343), we replicated past work showing relationships among personality traits and cyberloafing. However, role conflict was the only stressor that predicted cyberloafing. Moderated multiple regression analyses suggested only three statistically robust findings in the expected direction: role conflict strengthening the positive association between neuroticism and cyberloafing, role conflict strengthening the negative association between agreeableness and cyberloafing, and role overload strengthening the negative association between conscientiousness and cyberloafing. Overall, this study implies mixed and somewhat weak support for PRA framework predictions, including a lack of consistency in a specific role stressor enhancing personality-cyberloafing relationships. Practical implications for personnel selection and employee training/development are also discussed.

Purpose: To determine the relationship between adherence to anti-diabetic medication and depression among patients with diabetes mellitus in three hospitals in Chinese.Methods: This research utilized a quantitative and descriptive design, and included 200 diabetic patients who fulfilled the inclusion criteria for recruitment through a convenient sampling technique. The study applied Beck’s depression inventory II scale for assessment of depression, and a questionnaire for adherence to anti-diabetic medication.Results: A total of 64 (32 %) participants had diabetes for 6 to 10 years. There was a high level of adherence to anti-diabetic medication in 96 patients (48 %); 74 participants (37 %) had moderate adherence to anti-diabetic medication, while 30 patients (15 %) had low adherence. A majority of the patients (181, 90.5 %) had no depression. Six (6) patients (3 %) had mild mood disturbance, 2 patients (1 %) had borderline clinical depression, while 11patients (5.5 %) experienced moderate depression.Adherence to anti-diabetic medication was not associated with depression (p = 0.068). However, depression was associated with age ˃ 50 years (p = 0.041), female sex (p = 0.043), long duration of illness (> 5-years) (p = 0.048), and presence of one or more comorbidities (p = 0.049).Conclusion: There was no association between adherence to anti-diabetic medication and depression among diabetic patients. The purpose of this study was to know the relationship between socio-scientific issues with nature of science students in ecosystem material of the XI Math and science class in one of the High Schools. This research was conducted from September- October 2020. The type of research was correlational with sample of 36 students taken using a purposive sampling technique as evidenced by the average value of daily tests. The technique on data collection was a non-test instrument socio-scientific issue questionnaire and essay test the nature of science. The research instruments used included a socio-scientific issue questionnaire which states 13 statements regarding controversial issues regarding ecosystems and the views nature of science form B (VNOS-B) description test to measure the nature of science dictated by Lederman et al. (1998) and have settled 14 questions. Data were analyzed using Pearson bivariate. The results of this study obtained a significance of 0.00 < (0.05) which indicates the relationship between socio-scientific issues with the nature of science and 0.729 as the display value. This analysis concludes that there is a positive relationship between socio-scientific issues with the nature of science at a high level. Teachers are expected to be able to improve skills in indicators of socio-scientific issues, one of which is by training sensitivity and awareness of environmental problems that students encounter on a daily basis.

To assess the relationship between personality traits of neuroticism with anxiety among aging population. 2. To assess the relationship between personality traits of neuroticism with depression among aging population. 3. To assess the relationship between personality traits of extraversion with anxiety among aging population. 4. To assess the relationship between personality traits of extraversion with depression among aging population.5. To assess the relationship between personality traits self-efficacy with anxiety among aging population.6. To assess the relationship between personality traits self-efficacy with depression among aging population.7.To compare the relationship between personality traits (neuroticism, extraversion and self-efficacy) with anxiety and depression among aging population.8.To correlate relationship between personality traits (neuroticism, extraversion and self-efficacy) with anxiety and depression among aging population.9.To associate score of personality traits (neuroticism extraversion and self-efficacy) with their selected demographic variables. Methodology: The research design is cross-sectional study, and participants are, the aging populations. Sampling technique will be non-probability convenience sampling. Data will be obtained from the participants with the use of standardized scale personality five big inventory scale, self-efficacy scale, Hamilton-depression and Hamilton anxiety scale. Results: There may be relationships between neuroticism, extraversion and self-efficacy with anxiety and depression among aging population and this relationship will be tested with demographic variables by regression analysis. Conclusion: Findings will be drawn from the statistical analysis.

The purpose of this study is to identify and examine the most inspirational factor of employees’ performance in the perception of employees in the insurance companies of Bangladesh. This empirical study has been conducted through an explanatory survey design. A survey with a structured questionnaire has been conducted for collecting primary data. A convenient random sampling technique was used to collect primary data for examining the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. It means the relationship between the three components of organizational commitment and inspiration of employees’ performance; demographic factors and inspiration of employees’ performance in the insurance companies of Bangladesh. A total number of 400 structured questionnaires were distributed and received back with properly filled 378 questionnaires that were statistically used for analysis. The statistical software SPSS (IBM 26) has been used for input and processing raw data into hypothetical final results. Descriptive statistics, binary correlation, multiple regression analysis, and lastly One-Way-ANOVA have been used step by step to test the hypothetical research results. The results of this study indicated that a strong positive relationship exists between the educational ability & experience of respondents from demographic factors and inspiration of employees’ performance; continuance commitment of the respondents from components of organizational commitment and inspiration of employees’ performance in insurance companies of Bangladesh. It is suggested in this research that the organization should pay attention to continuance committed employees having a high level of education and experience.

Purpose – This paper aims to advance the literature by testing the boundary of this relationship with reference to a key construct in employee performance in the service domain: employee customer orientation. Organizational identification refers to employees’ perceived oneness and belongingness to their work organization, and has been argued to be associated with higher employee performance. Design/methodology/approach – Data were collected based on a sample of call center service workers. Employees rated their organizational identification, customer orientation and personality traits. Supervisors independently rated their subordinates’ performance. Variables statistic tools were used to analyze the data and test a series of hypotheses. Findings – It was found that customer orientation strengthens the relationship between organizational identification and service workers’ job performance, and it enhances the mediating effect of organizational identification on the relationship between service workers’ personality trait (i.e. agreeableness) and their performance. Originality/value – This research advances an argument that employee customer orientation moderates the relationship between employee organizational identification and employee job performance in the call center service provision domain. In addition, this is a pioneering study examining the roles of personality traits on employee organizational identification.
