<p>This study aims to describe the level of anxiety experienced by adolescents during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The population in this study were adolescents aged 12 to 19 years, with a sample of 139 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire about anxiety. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis. Based on the analysis of research data, teenage anxiety during the covid-19 pandemic was in the high category at 54%.</p>

As an educational institution that implements the 2013 curriculum, the school will directly apply the appropriate assessment, namely the Authentic assessment. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Authentic Assessment on thematic subjects at the fifth grade of SDN 003 Sungai Salak, Tempuling District, this study used descriptive quantitative research methods.  The result of the data analysis concluded that the implementation of authentic assessment in thematic learning in Class V SDN 003 Sungai Salak, Tempuling District was categorically as good.

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

The research aims to understand how much the influence of work discipline has on employee productivity from Prudential City Palangka Raya employees. The research methods used in this study are quantitative research methods. Data collection in the form of observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the correlation analysis of the product moment according to Sugiyono (2012:212). The results concluded that the work discipline of Prudential insurance employees in the city of Palangka Raya is still lacking and not as expected. Judging from employees often come late, the salary received is improper, lack of appreciation, absence of written sanctions and lack of immediacy as Co-Office. Working discipline is very positive and significant towards the work productivity of insurance employees in the city Palangka Raya. From the results obtained by using the product correlation formula when the value is Rxy 0.995948.

The implementation of teaching and learning activities in madrasas since March 2020 has changed due tothe Covid-19 pandemic, the government has established the concept of BDR (Learning from Home) at alllevels of education. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the role of the homeroomteacher in BdR activities on the activeness of class XI students in MAN 1 Jombang. The method used in thisresearch is quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques that researchers use are observation,interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. For data analysis using the Durbin-Watson autocorrelationtest, and the Simultaneous F test. The results showed that there was an influence on the role of homeroomteacher on the activeness of class XI students in MAN 1 Jombang, amounting to 69.2 %.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis dan menginterprestasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional dan Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja di PT. Mallomo. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari PT. Mallomo dan responden (Karyawan PT. Mallomo). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT. Mallomo. Antara lain  gaya kepemimpinan tranformasional, komunikasi interpersonal dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mallomo.Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mallomo. Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja di PT. Mallomo. This study aims to examine, analyze and interpret the Transformational Leadership Style and Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at PT. Mallomo. This research is descriptive analysis using quantitative research methods. Data obtained from PT. Mallomo and respondents (Employees of PT. Mallomo). The results of this study found several factors that affect the performance of employees at PT. Mallomo. Among other things, transformational leadership style, interpersonal communication and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Mallomo. Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Interpersonal communication on job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. The effect of job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mallomo. Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Mallomo. Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Mallomo.

This paper is to examine the IPv6 in Palestine and to examine where are Palestinian companies in the deployment process. Also, to examine if the infrastructure can withstand the transition to IPv6 or not. This study used quantitative research methods and collect the data through a survey from the Internet companies in Palestine as reported anonymously. Due to the lack of research related to the internet in Palestine, we saw that it is necessary to discover the internet companies and how much they achieved of the deployment process. The collected data have been analyzed and described using SPSS. The data analysis showed that one internet company representing 11% of the companies in Palestine did apply the transition process to IPv6, and the percentages have set a positive indicator for the transition process. It turns out that the other companies on their way to start deploying the IPv6.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Enrichment and Empowerment on improving employee performance in Bn'D Control System Surabaya. The sample used is 40 respondents with quantitative research methods with data analysis using Path Analysis. The company always wants employee performance to contribute well, so the company needs to implement employee enrichment and empowerment programs. The results of this study indicate that Empowerment has a more positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, Enrichment and Competence in the Bn'D Control System affect but not significantly on employee performance.

This study analyzes and evaluates the factors affecting the organization of the accounting work in pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam in the current period. The study uses both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Research data was collected from 156 surveys, implemented for subjects including directors, deputy directors, chief accountants, accountants of 48 pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam. Data were processed using SPSS 22.0 software.

SISKEUDES is a village finance application that was developed in 2015 by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency. Banyuasin District has implemented SISKEUDES, and in 2017 as many as 227 villages have used this system. The application of SISKEUDES with the level of user satisfaction can determine the success of the implementation of the SISKEUDES system itself. This study took a sample in Banyuasin district, South Sumatra province. The aim of the study analyzes the level of user satisfaction in the application of SISKEUDES using multiple linear regression. In this study, researchers used quantitative research methods with the application of the Green-Pearson model consisting of Easy of Use, Customization, Download Delay, and Content variables. This study uses a questionnaire measuring device consisting of 93 respondents from nineteen districts in Banyuasin district, where the measurement scale used is a Likert scale and data analysis is tested for validity, reliability and multiple regression. The results of the study get the regression equation Y = -0.4.727 + 0.1.050 X1 + 0.1.222 X2 + -0.082 X3 + 0.042 X4. The variables X1 and X2 significantly influence the variable Y, while the variables X3 and X4 have no effect on the variable Y.

The purpose of this study to determine:(1) The correlation of transformasional leadership style to the teacher performance at SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency (2)the correlation of the leadership supervision to the teacher performance at SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency (3).  The correlation of the work climate to the teacher performance at SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency?, 4). The correlation of the tranformational leadership style, leadership supervision, and work climate to the teacher performance at SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency.This study used quantitative research methods through  surveyquestionnaires.The target population in this study are all teachers,amounting to 75 people in SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency and teacher population in SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency (selected 4 SMP from 8 SMP at Cikande Force District of Serang Regency) Samples were taken purposive. Data collected by using a questionere. The data were collected then analyzed by using the technique of data analysis simple correlation, multi correlation, coeficient of determination and significance test with SPSS 16.The result showed that (1) The correlation of transformasional leadership style varriable (X1) with teacher performance (Y) is in good category are 0.632 (2) The correlation of leadership supervision(X2) with teacher performance (Y) is in a good category, which is  0,657 (3) The correlation of work climate (X3) with teacher performance (Y) is in sufficient category, which is 0,479 (4) The contribution of transformasional leadership style varriable (X1) and leadership supervision(X2)and work climate (X3) is 0,731.
