Surgery or surgery is a stressor for patients because it can bring potential and actual threats to the body, integrity, and soul of a person, causing emotional reactions such as fear, anger, anxiety, and anxiety with symptoms such as frequent asking questions, anxiety, rapid pulse, increased tension 20 % to 30%. The cause of anxiety in patients with preoperative section Caesarea is more specific, namely the concern for self and the baby to be born. Preoperative patient anxiety is very important, one of the nursing actions to overcome anxiety problems in patients can be independent actions by nurses such as relaxation and distraction techniques. This study aims to determine the difference between giving deep breathing relaxation techniques and music therapy to the anxiety of patients with cesarean section surgery with spinal anesthesia. This research method is quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design. Sampling by purposive sampling with the treatment of deep breathing relaxation techniques as many as 37 respondents and 37 respondents with music therapy controls, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Breath relaxation in effectively reducing the anxiety of patients with section cesarean surgery with significance (p = 0,000). Music therapy is also effective in reducing the anxiety of patients with section cesarean surgery with significance (p = 0,000). But there was no difference in the decrease in anxiety after administration of deep breathing relaxation techniques and music therapy with significance (p) 0.317. Conclusion Deep breathing and music therapy together can reduce the anxiety of patients undergoing section cesarean surgery. Both actions can be used to complement nursing interventions that are already in the hospital.

Absract: The Difference Between Relaxation Techniques And Music Therapy To The Anxiety Of Patiens Of Sectio Caesarean Surgery. Surgery provides a stressor for the patient because it can bring potential and actual threats to body, integrity and soul of a person. The cause of anxiety in patients with sectio caesarean pre surgery is more specific that concerns on themselver and babiesto be born. One of the actions to overcome anxiety problems in patients can be self-directed actions by nurses such as relaxation techniques and distractions. This study was aimed to determine the difference between the provision of relaxation techniques and music therapy to anxiety of patients of sectio caesarean surgery at RSU PKU Yogyakarta. It used quasi experimental method with pre test and post test design, in 74 population of pre surgery section cesarean, with purposive sampling technique. Obtained results, effective relaxation decreases anxiety of patients with cesarean section surgery with significance (p=0.000). Similarly, effective music therapy decreased anxiety with significance (p=0.000), so there was no difference in decreased anxiety after giving deep breathing relaxation technique and music therapy with significance (p=0.317). Concluded that deep breathing relaxation and music therapy alike can decreaseanxiety of patients undergoing cesarean section surgery but there was no difference in decreased anxiety after giving deep breathing relaxation techniques and music therapy.Abstrak: Perbedaan Teknik Relaksasi Dan Terapi Musik Terhadap Kecemasan Pasien Operasi Sectio Caesarea. Tindakan pembedahan memberikan stressor tersendiri bagi pasien karena dapat mendatangkan ancaman potensial dan aktual terhadap tubuh, integritas dan jiwa seseorang. Penyebab kecemasan pada pasien pre-operasi sectio caesarea lebih spesifik yakni kekhawatiran akan diri dan bayi yang akan dilahirkan. Salah satu tindakan keperawatan untuk mengatasi masalah kecemasan pada pasien dapat berupa tindakan mandiri oleh perawat seperti teknik relaksasi dan distraksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara pemberian teknik relaksasi dan terapi musik terhadap kecemasan pasien operasi sectio caesarea di RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Digunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan pre-test and post-test design, pada 74 populasi pre-operasi sectio caesarea, dengan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Diperoleh hasil penelitian, relaksasi efektif menurunkan kecemasan pasien operasi sectio caesarea dengan signifikansi (p=0,000). Demikian juga terapi music efektif menurunkan kecemasan dengan signifikansi (p=0,000), sehingga tidak ada perbedaan penurunan kecemasan sesudah pemberian teknik relaksasi nafas dalam dan terapi musik dengan signifikansi (p=0,317). Dapat disimpulkan relaksasi nafas dalam dan terapi musik sama-sama dapat menurunkan kecemasan pasien yang menjalani operasi sectio caesarea namun tidak terdapat perbedaan penurunan kecemasan sesudah pemberian teknik relaksasi nafas dalam dan terapi musik.

The purpose ofthis study was to determine the difference in theintensity of post operative pain sectio caesarea withthe technique of deep breathing relaxation andmassage at irna C RSUD Syarifah Ambami RatoEbu Bangkalan. This study uses an experimental quasiapproach. The population is patients who havesevere pain, moderate pain, and mild pain aftersurgery sectio caesarea in irna C RSUD SyarifahAmbami Rato Ebu Bangkalan as many as 57patients. 10-19 year old girls. the sample of 9respondents who taught the technique of deepbreathing relaxation and 9 respondents in givingmassage techniques. sampling technique that isused is probability sampling. Data collection usingSOP and pain scale sheets. Data analysis usingpaired t-test. The results showed that of the 9 respondentsmost respondents after the technique of breathrelaxation in light weight scale as much as 7 (77.8%)postpartum. And from 9 respondents most ofrespondent after done massage technique of lightweight scale as much as 8 (89.9) postpartum.Wilcoxon test results show probability value greaterthan expected significant value (0.317 <0.05). Thismeans there is no difference in the intensity ofpostoperative postoperative pain of caesarea withthe application of deep breathing relaxation andmassage Effleurage. Deep breathing relaxation techniquesand massage techniques are important factors inpreventing the occurrence of severe pain.postpartum is expected to post sectio caesarea tofamiliarize with the technique of deep breathingrelaxation and massage techniques to reduce pain..

Sectio Caesarea is surgery to give a birth of a fetus through the abdominal wall. This surgery has an impact on the pain that is caused by the incision. Pain management ncluding the usagenon-pharmacological and pharmacological approaches. Onenon-pharmacological approaches are breathing in relaxation techniques and foot-hand massage techniques. The purpose of this study was to look at the effectiveness of breathing relaxation and foot and hand massage techniques for postpartum caesarean delivery in Langsa Hospital in 2018. The designs used in this study were quasi-experimental, pre-test and post-test designs Tests used in bivariate analysis with statistical tests Paired sample t-test and t-test Independent. The results of the Statistical Test using the Independent T-test obtained an effective Foot And Hand Massage technique for reducing pain intensity with a P value of 0,000. Foot and hand massage techniques can promote blood circulation, reduce pain, reduce the number of drugs and side effects. Hand and foot massage techniques are cheaper, low risk, and easy to apply. AbstrakSectio Caesarea (SC) merupakan tindakan pembedahan sebagai upaya lahirnya janin melalui dinding abdomen. Tindakan pembedahan berdampak terhadap munculnya rasa nyeri akibat irisan. Penatalaksanaan nyeri diantaranya menggunakan pendekatan farmakologis dan non farmakologis. Salah satu pendekatan non farmakologis adalah teknik relaksasi nafas dan foot and hand massage. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat efektifitas teknik relaksasi pernapasan dan foot and hand massage pada ibu pasca salin section caesarea di RSUD Langsa Tahun 2018. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi eksperimen, pre-test and post-test desain. Uji yang digunakan pada analisis bivariat dengan uji statistic Paired sample t-test dan uji T-Independent. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil Uji Statistik mengunakan Uji Independen T-test didapatkan teknik foot and hand massage efektif untuk pengurangan intensitas nyeri dengan nilai P value 0,000. Teknik pijat kaki dan tangan dapat meningkatkan sirkulasi darah, mengurangi rasa sakit, mengurangi jumlah obat dan efek samping. Teknik foot and hand massage lebih   murah, berisiko rendah, dan mudah diterapkan.

Background — Informed consent anesthesia should be administered even in pediatric patients through their parents, thereby reducing anxiety. Objective — This study aimed to determine the difference in anxiety level of the preoperative patient before and after given informed consent about general anesthesia. Settings and Design — This was a quasi-experimental study with one group pre-test and post-test study design. Material and Methods - Patients who were to undergo surgery with general anesthesia in PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital were the subjects in this study. There were 41 subjects selected as study samples using consecutive sampling. Anxiety level was assessed by the HRS-A scale (0.91 and 0.97). Statistical analysis used: All data were analyzed by the marginal homogeneity comparative test. Results — A significant decrease in preoperative patient anxiety levels was observed after the patient was given general anesthesia informed consent (p<0.05), compared to levels before informed consent. Thus, giving informed consent before general anesthesia could decrease the subject’s anxiety level in preoperative patients. Conclusion — Thus, giving informed consent prior to general anesthesia could decrease the subject’s anxiety level in preoperative patients.

The high incidence of patients with coronary heart disease is directly proportional to the increase in cardiac catheterization. Many patients who experience anxiety pre heart catheterization will need nursing action. Relaxation with classical music therapy and or murottal therapy can reduce patient anxiety.  The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of murottal therapy and classical music therapy to reduce the anxiety of patients pre heart catheterization in the Elang Installation of Dr. Kariadi Hospital Semarang. The study was a Quasi Experiment study with two group pre and post-test design. The research sample consisted of 16 patients in the classical music therapy group and 16 in the murottal therapy group. The results of the study showed that there were differences in the effectiveness of murottal therapy and classical music therapy to decrease the anxiety of patients pre heart catheterization in the Elang Installation of Dr. Kariadi Hospital Semarang (p-value 0.028).  Murottal therapy is more effective in reducing anxiety. Music therapy and murottal therapy given with a duration of 30 minutes create a calm and comfortable atmosphere so that the body becomes more relaxed, blood circulation more smoothly, blood pressure and other vital signs will decrease and can reduce anxiety in pre cardiac catheterization patients. Murottal therapy is more effective in reducing anxiety in pre cardiac catheterization patients.

The study design is quasi-experimental design with one group pre-test-post-test. Data were collected by using a questionnaire adapted from Gross and John (2003). Data were analyzed using paired t test. The results of this research is deep breathing relaxation technique is effective to control emotions of tuberculosis patients with p value = 0,001.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the cooperative learning model type student team's achievement division has on basketball shoot lay-up skills. The research method used in this research is a quasi-experimental method. The type of research design used was the non-equivalent group design. The population in this study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Majalengka in 2019 totaling 424 students. The sampling technique used in this study was cluster random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 214 students consisting of class XI IPS 1-4 and XI MIPA 7-8. The experimental group class XI IPS 1-2 and XI MIPA, control group class XI IPS 3-4 and XI MIPA 8. The results showed that the mean pre-test lay-up shoot of the experimental group was 4.09 while the control group was 3.92. The mean post-test shoot lay-up of the experimental group was 6.76 while the control group was 4.72. Furthermore, by looking at 95% confidence interval of the difference, there is a difference between the shoot lay-up results of the experimental group and the control group, which is -0.190 to 2.412. Thus, it can be concluded that STAD is effective in improving basketball shoot lay-up skills.

Writing is an important skill that should  be mastered by English learner. This research deals with teaching writing narrative text by using Collaborative Learning Approach (round table technique) and Scientific Approach. The subjects of this research were X RPL 1 as experimental class and X RPL 3 as control class. Both classes consist of 33 students. The objectives of this research are to know wheter or not the difference between students’ writing ability who were taught by using Collaborative Learning. This research employs the quasi experimental design. The instrument of this ressearch are writing test (pre-test and post test), observation, and interview. The data were analyzed by using statistical product and service solution (SPSS) 25 which through the normality and mann whitney process. The findings showed that the calculation result of gain score showed that the significance value was lower than 0.05 (0.0049 < 0.05) which means there is a difference between students who were taught by Collaborative Learning and those who were taught by using Scientific Approach. Keywords:  Writing, Narrative, Collaborative Learning, Round Table Technique

Half of the women in Indonesia experience menstrual pain / dysmenorrhoea, 54.89%, experience various disorders including abdominal pain, cramps and back pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acupressure, ginger drink and the difference in giving acupressure and ginger drink to reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea in young women at SMK Swasta PAB 5 Klambir Lima 2020. The design of this study used a quasi-experimental pre and post test with a sample of 30 students who were divided into two groups. Each group was given acupressure and ginger drink in the morning and evening during menstruation from day one to day two. Respondents were assessed for pain before and after the intervention was given. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test contained Sig data (p <0.05). The Wilcoxon test has a p-value of 0.002 (p <0.05), which means that acupressure is effective in reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea, there is a p-value of 0.001 (p <0.05) which means that ginger is effective against reducing pain intensity. menstruation / dysmenorrhea, there is a p-value of 0.034 (p <0.05), which means that there is a difference in the effectiveness of acupressure and ginger drink in reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea. There is an effectiveness of giving acupressure, ginger drink, and there is a difference in giving acupressure and ginger drink on the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea on young women. It is hoped that the school will provide ginger drinks and acupressure measures to young women who experience menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea so that they can participate in learning activities at school.
