The study program has many practical courses and wants to graduate to have real skills. The IAIN Curup Islamic Education Management study program directs its graduates to become educational staff at Islamic education institutions and agencies that handle education, become institutional managers, become Islamic education management researchers, and become planners and developers of ICT-based learning resources. So the existence or availability of a laboratory is a must. The research objectives were to determine the needs of lecturers and students of the IAIN Curup Islamic Education Management Study Program for laboratories and to determine the strengthening of laboratories in improving the quality of the IAIN Curup Islamic Education Management Study Program. This type of field research (Field Research) with qualitative research methods. Sources of data from the Head of Study Program, lecturers, laboratory managers and students of the MPI IAIN Curup study program, observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. Researchers analyzed the data with the stages of reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are the need for lecturers and students of the IAIN Curup Islamic Education Management Study Program to strengthen the function of labor because there is a mandatory leadership practice course for Islamic Education Management students, and students are required to have various abilities, both work skills, knowledge, and the ability to become leaders. Strengthening the labor function of the IAIN Curup Islamic Education Management Study Program is carried out in a number of stages, namely (1) creating a labor organization structure consisting of the Chair of the Labor, secretary, laboratory assistant, technicians and students, (2) making laboratory administration, (3) preparing laboratory facilities and infrastructure. study program, (3) create a labor curriculum. And (4) study program labor is designed with a U-shape model.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of Islamic Education Regulation Number 1429 of 2012 concerning Study Program Arrangements in Islamic Religious Colleges and their implementation at the Islamic Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) in Central Java, namely Islamic Education Study Program (PAI) and Education Management Study Program Islam (MPI).  This research is field research which using qualitative data. The results of the study found four main problems, namely: (1) Policy of Faculty of Tarbiyah at IAIN in developing PAI into the PAI Study Program and MPI Study Program; (2) The efforts of Faculty of Tarbiyah IAIN in developing theIslamic Education Study Program became the PAI Study Program and MPI Study Program; (3) Supporting factors and obstacles faced by Faculty of Tarbiyah, IAIN in developing the Islamic Education Study Program into PAI Study Program and MPI Program Study at Faculty of Tarbiyah IAIN; and (4) Impacts faced by the Faculty of Tarbiyah IAIN and Islamic Education Study Program in developing Islamic Education Study Program into the PAI Study Program and the MPI Study Program of the IAIN Faculty of Tarbiyah.

This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

<p class="ABSTRACT">This research aims to analyse the perception of students of Islamic Education Management Study Program at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Islamic State University (IAIN) Sultan Amai Gorontalo about the implementation of democratic and humanist learning model. The sample used in the research was 98 respondents. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistic by using Weighted Means Score (WMS) formula. The research result about student perception showed that lecturers at Islamic Education Management Study Program had already been applied democratic and humanist learning model perfectly in the interactive learning condition. To realize a democratic and humanist learning model, lecturer figure is needed that has the knowledge and ability to develop a model of democratic and humanist learning.</p><p class="ABSTRACTJUDUL"> </p><p class="ABSTRACTJUDUL">Abstrak</p><pre><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo</em><em> tentang</em><em> penerapan model pembelajaran yang demokratis dan humanis. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on the decision of students to choose the Islamic Education Management Study Program of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers of the Darussalam Islamic Institute of Academic Year 2019/2020. As one of the factors influencing students' decision to choose a study program, promotion is one of the most important variables in the marketing mix undertaken by a company or educational institution. This research is a quantitative research. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. To find out whether there is a significant influence between promotion of student decisions in choosing the Islamic Education Management Study Program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Institute of Islamic Religion in the Academic Year 2019/2020 using Pearson's product moment formula. After analyzing the data collected, it was found that (1) the results of the questionnaire were about promotion with 53 respondents classified as very good with the percentage of 88.60% (2) the results of the questionnaire about the student's decision were classified as very good with a percentage of 88.86%. (3) Effect of Promotion on Students' Decisions to Choose Islamic Education Management Study Program of the Tarbiyah and Teaching Faculty of Islamic Republic of Darussalam Academic Year 2019/2020 shows an effect of 90.63%, with the results of t count then 0.935 is between 0.80 - 1,000 Very strong.

This research aims to develop the MPI study program 's academic information to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of education services by web-based information systems by updating the State Civil Establishment (ASN) values, using the approach of Participatory Action Research (PAR). The solution to the issue of web-based academic services in IAIN Palopo 's Islamic Education Management Study Programme, namely 1) conducting consultations related to web design of the Islamic Education Management Study Programme; 2) registering the web sub - domain and collecting materials that will be the content of the Islamic Education Management Study Program web.; 3) Installing web-based machines in registered sub-domains and creating a web-based framework for the Islamic Education Management Study Program; 4) designing a web-based display of the Islamic Education Management Study Program; 5) making menus and filling each menu with types of services, information, and activities related to the Islamic Education Management Study Program; 6) Implementation of web management training for prospective web administrators of Islamic Education Management Study Program; 7) Automation of web services published in the Islamic Education Management Study Program.

<p><span>This study aims to determine the development of learning evaluation in Islamic Education Management Study Program at STAI Darunnajah Bogor. With the research and development research method with the ADDIE research model. Based on the results of research and development that the researchers did that students gave 84% response very effective and efficient, 14% effective and efficient, and 4% less effective and efficient. Then 64% strongly agree, 34% agree and 2% quite agree. Thus, the development of Google Form is worthy of being used as an effective and efficient learning evaluation media for students of Islamic education management study programs at STAI Darunnajah Bogor.<br /><strong></strong></span></p><p><span><strong>Abstrak</strong><br /></span></p><p><span>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan evaluasi pembelajaran pada Prodi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam di STAI Darunnajah Bogor. Dengan metode penelitian pengembangan R&amp;D (research and development) dengan model penelitian ADDIE. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan yang peneliti lakukan bahwa mahasiswa memberikan respon 84% sangat efektif dan efisien, 14% efektif dan efisien, dan 4% kurang efektif dan efisien. Kemudian 64% sangat setuju, 34% setuju dan 2% cukup setuju. Dengan demikian bahwa pengembangan Google Form layak digunakan sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien mahasiswa prodi manajemen pendidikan Islam di STAI Darunnajah Bogor.<br /></span></p>

As social beings, humans always communicate. The communication made by the head of the department is a strategy in managing the course of the organization so that it runs as expected. Various impacts will arise if in an organization, including education, when there is miscommunication, including errors in decision making, the interruption does not reach the communicant, and there is no feedback. This research method uses qualitative types and data is obtained through interviews. The results of the study were (1) the communication pattern used by the head of the Department of Islamic Education Management at FITK UIN Sunan Kalijaga was a non-formal form. (2) Constraints in communication usually occur misunderstandings from both the communicator and the communicant, because it does not fit the situation and conditions. (3) Establishing communication with MPI throughout Indonesia through an organization called the MPI Study Program Communication Forum (FKPS MPI) and the Islamic Education Management Study Program Association (PPMPI).

This study aims to determine the quality of the empathy attitude of the Islamic Education Counseling Guidance students of IAIN Kudus in Supporting Competence as a Prospective Counselor. This research uses qualitative methods with the type of field research (field research), data mining using questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation then analyzed using a percentage descriptive table. The results showed that the empathy attitude of the students of Islamic Education Counseling Guidance was in the good category, namely 58%. Although it is still regarded as unsatisfactory, it is a fundamental skill of the counselor. However, it is said that counseling students can develop their empathy better than students in other fields, such as medicine, nursing, and students in the social work field. Suggestions as Guidance and Counseling students are necessary to develop an obedient attitude both through lecture learning and in other forms of activity.

Abstract: Islamic education institutions in Indonesia face two challenges, namely; internal and external. Internally, Islamic education is faced with the classic problem of the low quality of human resources in education management. The causes include poor quality and education staff development and selectivity of education personnel. Furthermore externally, Islamic education institutions faced three major issues; globalization, democratization, and liberalization. The issue of globalization that is identical with market orientation and mechanism also affects the world of education. That way in education also includes awareness about how to attract and convince the community of the type and model of education. From here, the education world is ready or not ready to be involved in competition to gain public trust. To face these challenges Islamic Education institutions must maximally manage and empower all elements of management in the management of educational institutions. A good understanding of the elements of management can have an impact on the readiness of educational institutions to manage their institutions well in any condition to be the best and foremost.
